MMA fighter Josh Neer -- who's competed for UFC and Bellator -- obliterated a local heckler at an Iowa gym ... dishing out ferocious head strikes ... and recorded the whole thing on video.

According to the 31-year-old fighter ... a heckler named Patrick Martin had been "talking s**t about MMA fighters for a month" via text messages ... so Neer called him out on it.

"I usually ignore him ... but this time I said, 'If you really want to fight come to the gym Monday at 5:30.'"

Among the harassing texts ... Martin wrote, "Lol you are a f**king joke! You will respect me though! And I hope we can be friends afterwards!"

The heckler -- who Josh says is 6'6" and 270 lbs -- accepted the offer to fight on Monday ... and as you can see on the video ... he proceeded to get his ass kicked.

Danica Patrick showed quick hands in a post-crash confrontation with NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin Thursday night at Daytona ... getting up in his face after he allegedly spun her out.

Patrick was FIRED UP after losing control of her car ... and immediately got up in Hamlin's face to accuse him of tapping her left rear ... and causing her ride to spin out in the first place.

The clash was intense -- with Danica grabbing Denny by the chest ... and Denny trying to explain that it wasn't intentional.

At one point, Denny tried to explain that he's her friend -- and no one has her back like he does -- but Danica doesn't let him off the hook.

Question is ... if the roles were reversed and Denny grabbed Danica ... ya gotta think Denny would be in a world of trouble this morning.

The woman Afromansucker punched during a concert this week is getting ready to strike back ... in court.

TMZ has learned the woman -- a 21-year-old named Haley -- hired an attorney ... who tells us Haley suffered multiple injuries to her neck, jaw and back after the attack.

Her lawyer Tim Holleman also thinks she may have suffered a mild concussion ... since she doesn't remember the punch. Even though our video shows Haley wandering on stage -- Holleman says the venue should bear some responsibility since security did nothing to remove her. Especially since Afroman has a violent history with fans.

Holleman adds ... he's not buying Afroman's claim he didn't know Haley was a woman ... because Afroman saw her when she got on stage -- something the video seems to prove.

Haley's attorney says she's already racked up medical bills, and she'll be seeking reimbursement ... if they go forward with a lawsuit.

Internet playboys Nik Richie and Dan Bilzerian have been trading barbs online for months and they finally came to blows Wednesday night … well, not really … but it's hysterical anyway.

Richie was celebrating his birthday at Surrender Nightclub in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas when the club brought him out a birthday cake … with Bilzerian's bearded mug on it.

Rather than blow out the candles and cut the cake, Richie put on a pair of boxing gloves and pummeled it.

NR and DB have been going back and forth for months about fighting -- Nik wants a boxing match, Dan wants it MMA. The stakes? In the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Bilzerian tells TMZ, "If I ever got a birthday cake with another dude on it, so I could hit it with a boxing glove after I had refused to fight him for 200K, I'd know I lost at life."

When Afroman knocked out that fan on stage, he also KO'd a bunch of his upcoming tour dates -- because some of the venues don't take kindly to violence against women.

The rapper had 7 dates scheduled in the coming weeks, but we've learned 3 venues have already cancelled. One of them ... Ziggy's By the Sea in Wilmington, NC ... tells us they have a very Christian audience that won't tolerate the kinda thing that went down Tuesday night in Biloxi, MS.

We also called Park Street Saloon in Hilliard, OH ... and we're told they cancelled Afroman's show two minutes after seeing the video.

Another venue told us it's still on the fence -- however, 2 others say they're going forward with the scheduled shows.

Afroman actually played Wednesday night in Georgia, and says ... "The venue supported with excellent security and everyone had a great time."

Afroman says he's headed for inpatient anger management rehab and is remorseful for viciously striking a woman at his concert Tuesday.

Afroman went on "TMZ Live" and said he was wrong to do what he did, but then he blamed a heckler and the girl who was onstage for being there.

Check out the video ... it's interesting. Afroman clearly regrets what he did, but thinks the blame is shared.

The full interview is on "TMZ Live" on TV, and Afroman tells us it's not the first time he's gone after a fan ... he did it in December in Cincinnati.

Cops hauled Afroman off stage, and he knows why -- because he punched a female fan in the face ... instead of getting high -- and the video of the incident is brutal.

The rapper was performing in Biloxi, Mississippi Tuesday night when the woman somehow got on stage and started dancing next to Afroman -- and then suddenly, without warning ... he turned and landed a right-handed haymaker to her face.

He obliterated the woman ... who went down hard -- but Afroman kept on performing. Witnesses say she was bleeding and crying, but somehow she managed to get up on her own.

Cops eventually stopped the show, escorted him off stage, and arrested him outside the venue. He was booked for assault.

Afroman's rep says the rapper had no idea if the fan was a man or a woman -- he just reacted to someone being on stage. The rep claims there was a lack of security at the venue to keep fans off the stage.

The rep added this is totally out of character for Afroman ... who was released late Tuesday after paying a $330 bond.

Wiz Khalifa is gunning for more custody of his 1-year-old son, because he believes Amber Rose is a bad mom ... according to documents obtained by TMZ.

We've learned Wiz's camp has put together a laundry list of complaints, including:

-- Amber often stays out all night, requiring that relatives and staff take over

-- The family dog eats its own feces and then licks Sebastian's face

-- When she wakes up she'll play with the kid for 15 minutes or so and then disappear

-- Amber and her mom have a volatile relationship, laced with "shouting matches and vulgar exchanges," which upset the boy. And during the arguments the N word was hurled by Amber's mom

Wiz has not filed legal docs to change custody, but we're told that's coming ... which is why he's getting relatives and others involved to help him make a case.

Ray J's GF Princess Love was arrested in New Orleans for allegedly beating him to a bloody pulp.

Law enforcement tells us, it happened last Wednesday, after Ray J returned to his hotel after spending the night with TV producers at a strip joint. Ray -- who stars in "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" with Princess Love -- told cops Princess went ballistic and attacked him, cracking several ribs, busting his lip open and tearing his ACL.

Someone in the hotel told cops they heard Princess scream, "I'm gonna kill you."

We're told Ray J ran out of the room and a hotel security guy saw him bleeding and called 911. We're told Princess was arrested and booked for domestic abuse and battery.

A brawl erupted between a group of guys who picked a fight with Rick Ross and Meek Mill at a club Friday night ... so claim eyewitnesses who say the rappers got physical during the "All Star" weekend scuffle.

The eyewitnesses say Ross and Mill were in the same section at NYC's Liberty Theatre when someone threw a drink and the scuffle erupts.

We're told Meek threw a few punches and Rick seemed to confine his activity to pushing. On the other hand, we're told Rick's bodyguards took care of business.

Ross was hosting the party and in the video you see Rozay standing near the fight.

The party was also attended by Oklahoma City Thunder player Dion Waiters.

Cops were not called.

Suge Knight now has a video of the entire parking lot altercation that resulted in a man's death -- and sources connected to Suge tell us it shows someone holding a gun and pointing it ominously at Suge, and that person is Cle "Bone" Sloan.

Our Suge sources believe the video clearly shows the fight leading up to the fatal hit and run was an ambush. We're told you see a gun in Bone's hand ... and it looks like another person is also there holding a gun.

In the video ... after Suge runs over Bone and Terry Carter, someone walks over and takes the gun from Bone's hand and walks away with it.

And get this -- our Suge sources say based on the video and information ... they now believe Carter was part of the ambush. You'll recall, Carter drove with Suge to the meeting and set it up.

We're told the video was shot by surveillance cameras in the Tam's hamburger joint parking lot. We'd been told by the owner of Tam's that the cameras were inoperative, but apparently that was not the case.

What's strange is ... law enforcement sources tell us cops believe the video will help their case against Suge. Obviously, Suge's side sees it much differently.

2:40 PM PT -- Suge had another case to deal with Wednesday -- he and Katt Williams allegedly robbed a photog's camera in Beverly Hills last year. A preliminary hearing was held in L.A. County court, but neither defendant could appear.

Katt is out of town on tour ... and Suge is still being held without bail in the murder case. Their attorneys, Shawn Holley (Katt) and David Kenner (Suge) appeared in court. The preliminary hearing was moved to Feb. 19 ... when Suge and Katt will have to be present.

UFC champ Jon Jones is being CALLED OUT by his own brother -- NFL star Chandler Jones -- who tells TMZ Sports he's ready and willing to step in the octagon with JJ 'cause he's 100% confident he could beat his ass.

"Me and my brother used to fight all the time when we were young ... and I'm pretty sure I can take him down now. I am way bigger than he is," Chandler tells us.

For the record, Jon is the reigning UFC light heavyweight champ. Chandler just won the Super Bowl.

By the way, Chandler is dead serious ... and says he wants to set up a fight for charity.

"It will be fun if we actually did a one-round match for charity ... that would be fun. If I win, he would have to donate to the charity of my choice and vice versa."

So, how would one fight such an accomplished mixed martial artist? "I would just throw him to the ground."

The bloody brawl Bobby Brown's family had last Thursday was blown way out of proportion ... says Bobby's nephew who was hit with a glass, but insists he'd never call his mom a "crackhead."

Shayne Brown tells TMZ he's got nothin' but love for his mom Tina Brown -- the two sat side by side at the vigil for Bobbi Kristina Monday night ... he claims she'd been drinking, and was upset a random friend crashed the family get-together at the W Hotel in Atlanta.

He says he was merely in the wrong place at the wrong time when she chucked the glass that struck him in the head ... later requiring 5 stitches.

Shayne insists the only tension in the family are the high emotions swirling around Bobbi Kristina.

Meek Mill took over Justin Bieber's glass mansion for Grammy weekend and threw a party so wild ... cops had to be called and the crib was destroyed when it was all said and done.

Mill hosted the massive Grammy after-party Sunday night -- Nicki Minaj, French Montana, Khloe Kardashian, Chris Brown and Justin were at the bash ... and sources inside tell us it got crazy when a fight broke out between rival gang members.

During the melee, we're told punches and even ice sculptures were tossed -- and most of the guests fled into the street. Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops were called around 1:30 AM for loud music, and found more than 1,000 people walking around the ritzy 'hood. It took about 3 hours to clear the streets.

No arrests were made, and police never went inside the house -- which was totally trashed. We're told Justin moved out last week, and Meek moved in ... signing a 1-week lease to lock down the party location.

We're guessing he can kiss that security deposit goodbye.

Papa John's takes the privacy of its customers seriously, and has taken "appropriate disciplinary action" against the driver who gave out Iggy Azalea's phone number ... TMZ has learned.

A Papa John's spokesperson wouldn't specify what action was taken, but tells us ... "We are reaching out directly to Ms. Azalea and hope to resolve this incident and make it right."

As we previously reported ... Iggy says her delivery driver this weekend gave her private digits to his brother -- who then called and texted her repeatedly.

Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon's violent relationship was well known among their friends ... and sources tell us it was fueled by jealousy -- but not the kind you'd expect.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... their spats, which sometimes resulted in domestic violence, were almost always triggered by Nick's jealousy over Bobbi Kristina's fame. He felt he was also Whitney Houston's child since he grew up with her and could not understand why people focused on Bobbi.

One recent example ... they were trying to get their own TV show but when Nick wasn't offered the same deal as Bobbi Kristina they turned it down.

Sources close to the couple tell us Bobbi Kristina's injuries, which triggered an ongoing criminal investigation with Gordon as the target, don't surprise their friends because they've known the relationship sometimes got violent.

We made multiple attempts to reach Nick. So far, no word back.
