Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander reunited Monday for a SECRET project ... inside the famous diner where Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer dished about nothing.

Someone on the crew told our photog Jerry and Jason -- and possibly Larry David, who was also there -- were filming a Super Bowl commercial.

But another crew guy said the shoot was for an episode of Jerry's webshow "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" -- but that guy got kinda hinky when we pressed him about the Super Bowl. If we had to bet, our money is on Super Bowl.

Jerry left through the front but was mum ... Jason and Larry snuck out of the side door.

No puffy shirts were spotted.

Charlie Sheen did NOT actually tie the knot with his ex-porn star GF Brett Rossi over the weekend -- despite tweeting he did -- Sheen tells TMZ, he was just joking ... in a humorous attempt to incapacitate his ex-wife.

The Warlock sent the tweet Sunday from Iceland, including the photo, saying, "This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED!"

But Sheen tells us, the tweet was all in jest ... "I wanted to give Denise [Richards] a stroke!!!"

As we reported, relations have been strained between Charlie and Denise recently. Charlie accused Denise of refusing to allow their daughters to open Christmas gifts at his house over the holidays, calling her a heartless ugly hag. Denise denied the accusation.

But not all of Charlie's recent tweets were a joke -- we're told the forearm tattoo he dedicated to Brett and his children is 100% real. Each letter stands for one of Charlie's children: Max, Lola, Bob, Cassandra, Sam, and Denise's adopted daughter Eloise. The safety pin symbolizes Brett.

As we previously reported ... Selena hadn't been spotted with JB for months until earlier this week.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have segued from separate to together ... at least for the afternoon.

Take a look at this pic. Our Calabasas spies tell us Justin and Selena were just spotted tooling around The Oaks -- where Justin lives -- on their Segways.

The two haven't been spotted together for months, and it seemed Selena was done with him.

Justin is clearly showing her who's boss ... leaving Selena in the dust at a mighty 12 MPH.

Tori Spelling spent the last day of 2013 re-setting her wedding ring ... back on her finger.

Tori has been out sans ring ... since reports surfaced that hubby Dean McDermott cheated on her with a woman in Canada ... but she clearly decided to send a different message during a New Year's Eve burger run.

Tori has said nothing about the allegations. Tori posted video XMAS morning of her and the kids opening presents ... but Dean was nowhere in sight.

12:25 PM PT -- A short time ago, Tori tweeted a photo of her family -- including Dean -- wishing fans a happy New Year.

Exactly 9 months before Dwyane Wade's son was born (by a woman who's NOT his fiancee) ... Wade and Gabrielle Union were still acting like they were very much a couple ... and TMZ has the proof.

We broke the story ... Wade's baby mama Aja Metoyer gave birth to Dwyane's son Xavier on Nov. 10. Wade claims the two were on a "break" at the time.

But on February 5th (9 months before the birth), Gabrielle was Instagramming about Wade ... posting a photo of the NBA star cuddled up with her dog Sasha along with caption, "Sasha don't play when it comes to her man... 'Down to ride 'til the very end, it's me and my boyfriend.'"

A couple of days before that (on Feb. 1), Gabrielle posted a romantic photo of the couple together from a photo shoot for a "Flashback Friday."

Doesn't seem like a couple on a break ...

There's more ... on February 19th, Gabby posted another pic of Dwyane holding one of her scripts ... with the caption, "It takes a village to help an actress learn her lines... @dwyanewade takin a break from his Gatorade commercial to give me a line reading. Thanks coach :)"

The patter continues until April ... when Gabby stopped posting pics of Dwyane and started posting a bunch of sad cryptic quotes. One reads, "We cannot start over, but we can begin now, and make a new ending."

Another says, "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."

But on May 16, Wade returns to the picture ... with Union posting a photo of the couple, along with the caption, "I like this dude."

"Home Improvement" -- one of the top-rated sitcoms of the last millennia -- will forever be stuck in the 90s ... because one of its stars tells TMZ there is ZERO chance the entire cast will get back together again.

Fans got a mini dose of H.I. love earlier this year ... when Jonathan Taylor Thomas was a guest star on "Last Man Standing" ... reuniting him with his former TV dad, Tim Allen.

But Patricia Richardson -- who played Jill Taylor on the show -- told us a full-on reunion show is a complete impossibility because one key element is missing -- the neighbor guy Wilson, played by actor Earl Hindman.

Hindman died 10 years ago (Dec. 29, 2003) ... and, according to Richardson, so did any chance of a H.I. reprise.

Justin Bieber is getting a little desperate for attention ... he's now trying to explain how the words "I'm retiring" are unclear.

Justin's people are now saying the singer didn't make himself clear when he tweeted he was retiring ... and that Justin is not hanging it up just yet.

Here's the problem ... this is the second time he's pulled this stunt and he knew exactly what he was doing.

Mystery solved. The dude is Miley's assistant, Cheyne Thomas. He's also the Dirty Santa on whom Miley was twerking.

Miley Cyrus may have a new guy ... or at least a new guy for the evening.

We got pics of Miley at the opening of Beacher's Madhouse in Vegas after Britney's big opening ... which Miley also attended.

Miley wasn't coy about it ... she clearly wanted everyone to see.

They've got A LOT in common (killing poultry, homophobia) ... but the people at Chick-fil-A are adamant the company is NOT involved with a growing pro-Phil Robertson campaign called "Chick-Phil-A."

The Chick-Phil-A campaign is picking up steam on social media ... encouraging people to eat at Chick-fil-A restaurants on January 21st while wearing Duck Commander or camouflage gear to show their support for the "Duck Dynasty" star.

A Facebook page for the campaign says, "Stand for free speech. Sit for good food." So far, more than 40,000 people have already committed to participate

But despite the fact Chick-fil-A knows a little something about anti-gay marriage controversies, the restaurant says the event "is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with Chick-fil-A."

Chick-fil-A says Chick-Phil-A was created by an "independent group" ... though at this point, no group has come forward to take credit.

Soulja Boy has a spitting image ... so claims a woman who says he knocked her up 6 years ago.

Diamond Shantaniece Mackey claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- there was only one other guy she slept with during the critical time period ... he was of mixed race and her kid isn't.

Diamond says her 5-year-old Portlon resembles Soulja, the rapper has visited the boy and there are witnesses who can vouch for the relationship.

Diamond says she hasn't kept it secret ... she's even told the welfare office Soulja's the daddy.

She wants a DNA test and, we're guessing, lots of child support.

"Community" star Joel McHale says he's being unfairly portrayed as a Season 4 HATER (even though everyone knows it sucked) ... telling TMZ he NEVER ripped the show in public.

McHale was on his way to shop for fancy kitchen supplies in L.A. Wednesday when we asked about a recent article that implied Joel thought the show was a disaster during the one season creator Dan Harmon wasn't at the helm.

(In fairness to the article, Season 4 WAS a disaster ... and everyone knows it).

But Joel says the story just ain't true ... and the quotes that painted Joel as a smack-talker were "taken out of context."

There is one positive ... Joel says he's pumped for the show to return in 2014 ... and insists it'll be more popular than the critically-panned-yet-strongly-rated "Sound of Music Live" spectacle.

Steve Harvey tried to pressure his ex-wife into making a mea clupa ... that she lied when she claimed he brutally beat their son ... so she claims.

Steve Harvey's lawyer wrote a letter for Mary Harvey to sign -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she says she made up the allegation that Steve beat their 11-year-old son with a belt and paddle.

The letter reads in part, "I have to deal with that [the lie] and answer to God for my behavior."

The letter goes on, "I know that you love our son and would do anything legal to protect him. You are a loving father."

As for Steve's effort to keep the allegations under wraps, the letter goes on to say, "I realize that you sought the sealing of the record as a measure to protect our son from a lot of unnecessary anxiety from his peers and others and to protect us as a unit from a media frenzy."

Mary refused to sign the letter and their war continued ... ending this week with a judge throwing Mary in jail for leaking documents to the media.

A photo allegedly showing "Duck Dynasty" star Korie Robertson duck naked is being shopped around to media outlets ... but TMZ has learned it's a TOTAL FAKE!

The photo on the left (below) shows a woman who looks like Korie standing in front of a hotel room door in her birthday suit -- her hotness is up for debate, but one thing is not open for debate ... the fact that the pic has been Photoshopped.

Here's what we've determined.

-- Korie's face was superimposed on someone else's body.

-- We found the original photo, which depicts another woman who has similar body features but a very different face (for privacy reasons, we've blurred her punim).

-- One interesting thing ... both women have a similar and peculiar V-shaped collarbone.

Bottom line ... it's pretty clear someone's so pissed at Phil over his anti-gay comments ... they want to drag his son's wife through the mud.

Charlie Sheen tells TMZ ... the people who guided his career have parted company with him NOT because they were fed up -- it was "mutual."

Charlie's lawyer, Jake Bloom, his publicist, Larry Solters and his manager, Mark Burg all said sayonara to Sheen last week.

Charlie tells TMZ ... there are explanations for all 3 departures.

-- Jake Bloom: Charlie says Jake was there to make movie deals for him, and since he's not doing any movies "his brilliant skill set wasn't required."

-- Larry Solters: Charlie says Larry is a music publicist who he hired at the start of "Anger Management." Charlie says he needed a TV publicist so he made a switch and hired TV veteran Jeff Ballard. Charlie does not explain why he hired Larry in the first place.

-- Mark Burg: Charlie says Mark asked to step down because he just had a kid and wanted to spend more time with his family.

Charlie then kind of backhandedly says, "I couldn't be more pleased with the current state of my team. Much like their fearless leader, they don't believe in excuses, fatigue or failure."

Porsha Williams has NOT been fired from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... but she may be on life support ... TMZ has learned.

Reports are swirling that Porsha is toast, but we're told she will absolutely stay on the show for the current season and she'll also be part of the reunion special.

But sources close to the production tell TMZ ... they're not THAT into her, because she's on the bubble for next season. Producers haven't decided whether they want to keep her or give her the ax.

Our sources say they'll wait till the reunion is taped before making their decision.
