11:25 AM PT Sources close to Rosie say everything is fine between Jason and her. They say the ring is NOT an engagement ring ... it's a family heirloom she sometimes wears. As for their relationship, "Things are 100% fine. They still plan to move in together in their new home." As for who the dude is, they say it's just a friend.

This is weird, at least on the surface. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was holding hands with some dude Friday night, and it definitely wasn't her rumored fiancé Jason Statham.

Rosie was leaving The Nice Guy nightclub in WeHo ... we don't know who the guy is, but they sure seem chummy.

It got our attention, because just last week we broke the story Jason and Rosie went halfsies on a $13 million Bev Hills estate. And she's been wearing what sure looks like an engagement ring ... but last night, no ring.

Rich Homie Quan says he couldn't have beat a Miami security guard senseless, and he has the perfect alibi -- he was getting wasted.

RHQ gave us the ole Shaggy defense ("It wasn't me") at LAX Wednesday afternoon ... and while he's certain he had nothing to do with the attack that left Christian Cajigas a bloody mess outside LIV Nightclub -- he may want to get his story straight.

Chris Brown's ex-GF Karrueche Tran is not rebounding with an NBA superstar -- telling TMZ Sports the rumors about her and Klay Thompson are complete B.S.

There were rumblings that Tran hooked up with the Golden State Warriors shooting guard recently -- after he had been pursuing her for months.

But yesterday in L.A., Miss Tran not only shot down the rumors -- but took a dig at Thompson ... dropping the "I don't even know who that is" line.

FYI -- Klay signed a $70 million contract back in November.

Justin Bieber has just learned what most men realize at his age ... hickeys are for kids.

Truth be told, we don't know for sure it's a hickey, but let us deconstruct. JB was poolside Friday, and strategically covered up his neck with a towel.

He was there with Kendall Jenner and Kourtney's kids. Others may have been there as well.

When he went to Mastro's Friday night, he lost the towel and the marks were apparent.

Calvin Harris went from outright rejecting Taylor Swift to embracing her, and several friends tell us, there's a business side to his change of heart.

Calvin and Taylor are now full-on dating, but just months ago he said he would left swipe her on Tinder because she's "the opposite of my type."

So why the change of heart? Our sources who are prominent in the DJ world say Calvin got to know Taylor through the Haim sisters, Taylor's best friends. Calvin and Haim have a hit song, "Pray to God," that was released earlier this month. He got to know her and liked her.

But our sources say Calvin is the best businessman among DJs and knows the cache of dating the biggest pop star in the world.

They believe Calvin has developed feelings for Taylor, but they say he's wired for success and there's no hard dividing line separating his personal life from business.

Justin Bieber has been sued by a limo driver who claims Bieber smacked him in the head 6 times because the guy wouldn't crank up the volume on the radio ... but the driver has a problem, and its all about race.

Abdul Mohar wants $850K from the Biebs for the December, 2013 incident in Toronto ... according to the Toronto Star. Bieber and his gang were in the back of the limo when the the driver claims he was repeatedly struck.

Bieber was criminally charged with the incident. You may recall the insane scene when Bieber turned himself in. Ultimately prosecutors dropped the case because they were pretty sure they couldn't get a conviction.

Here's Mr. Mohar's problem ... when he called 911 he reportedly told the dispatcher his assailant was black. When cops arrived the driver changed his tune, saying the smacker "looked like a Justin Bieber kind of guy."

There is no Santa Claus, aliens aren't real and Rich Homie Quan did NOT escape in a speedboat from the scene of an alleged assault ... so yeah, everything you've ever believed is pretty much a lie.

RHQ is still a wanted man in Miami Beach, FL for allegedly decking a security guard who didn't let him into a club. According to the police report, Quan "fled east towards the dock where he boarded a boat in Dock 14 and took off."

But people who were on the boat tell TMZ, that didn't happen. We're told RHQ did indeed board a yacht ... but that he partied there for at least an hour, in plain view, before taking off.

Taylor Swift wanted to make one thing clear at Kenny Chesney's concert in Nashville ... she's banging Calvin Harris.

The video we got of them holding hands as they left the concert is but one example of strategic PDA. People who were around them said Taylor was sitting on his lap for a long time. There's also a pic of Calvin with his arms wrapped around Taylor's tiny waist. And an eyewitness says they kissed.

Taylor left Calvin's side for a while to dance in the aisle and then she went onstage to perform a song with Kenny.

On Wednesday, Swift and Harris were spotted around town doing a little food shopping and Taylor hit up one of Harris' shows in Las Vegas earlier this month.

This is stunning ... Calvin Harris went way beyond saying he was not into Taylor Swift ... he said she's the OPPOSITE of his type.

Calvin went on "Capital Breakfast," a British radio show, in November and was asked about Tinder and the celebs who would earn a right swipe.

You gotta hear him ... he's not putting us on. Calvin says Taylor earns a solid left.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart did NOT get back together, because we found out they were never really apart.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... the break-up they announced in June was a business move. Multiple sources say in the spring they did stop seeing each other, but only for a few weeks.

We're told JLo was hawking her movie, "Boy Next Door," and honchos on the film felt creating a buzz that she was hooking up with co-star Ryan Guzman would help sell tickets. It's hard to do that when you're not single.

But the decision wasn't one-sided. We're told Casper was up to the same thing because he was shooting "Street," a UFC fighter movie where he buffed up. Again, he was more appealing single.

It all makes sense now. Two months after they revealed their break-up, a photog got shots of them in a convertible BMW. When JLo saw the photog, Casper put the top up and she slumped down in the passenger seat, out of sight.

Then in December, a dog at Jennifer's house bit a neighbor. Turns out it was Casper's dog that did the deed and he came running out of the house in his pajama bottoms after the attack.

In February, Casper went to a GQ event, and when he left he walked down the block and jumped in a car JLo was driving, avoiding photogs. A few minutes later a photog saw them walk into a restaurant together. When they saw the guy they hightailed it inside.

And then they got bolder, dancing together at a Big Sean concert at the House of Blues in WeHo.

Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris surfaced in Nashville ... could it be?

Taylor and the famous DJ were coming out of Whole Foods Wednesday night -- wearing matching shirts no less -- when 2 people snapped the pics.

This isn't the first time they've been together recently. Taylor went to Calvin's concert in Vegas earlier this month. There were reports he chartered a jet to fly her to the gig.

They got all flirty at the Brit Awards after-party in London back in February.

Shopping for food together ... hmmm.

"Empire" star Malik Yoba is shooting down the rumors he was fired from the hit show because he was abusing drugs -- and he's getting an apology from the guy who spread the rumor in the first place.

Malik came on TMZ Live to set the record straight, telling us he spent money to find the blogger behind the false report -- which unfortunately spread like crazy on the Internet. He assured us he's never had any issues with substance abuse ... a claim he says anyone he's ever worked with would support.

In fact, Malik explained how "Empire" creator Lee Daniels had his back when the rumor started spreading.

Billy Ray Cyrus has NO PROBLEM with his daughter's boyfriend getting chummy with chicks in Cabo.

Miley's dad was out in L.A., when a photog asked about Patrick's now famous Spring break, and Billy Ray made it clear ... he's team Patrick all the way.

The other way to interpret the video -- and accurately we might add -- is that Billy Ray's stamp of approval is proof Miley has forgiven her BF and all is well.

Lil Wayne did it big in Hollywood ... as in big PDA with Christina Milian -- the first public confirmation of the rumors they're banging.

Weezy and Christina were leaving a movie set on Tuesday and he had a firm grip on her hand ... something we've never seen them do out in the open. In fact, other than an appearance at an award show, the couple's been kinda like a unicorn.

As for why Wayne was holding her hand so tightly -- just a guess, but Drake was spotted in town.

Univision illegally fired a popular host and falsely painted him as a racist ... all because he was standing up for Latinos and fighting to get them unionized ... this according to the host's angry lawyer.

As previously reported, Rodner Figueroa, who was a host on the popular "El Gordo y la Flaca," did a segment earlier this month in which a makeup artist came on and showed pics of himself transformed into female celebs, including Michelle Obama. Rodner said the Michelle pic looked like someone from the cast of "Planet of the Apes." He was fired as a result.

In a scathing letter to Univision, obtained by TMZ, Rodner's lawyer, legal pit bull Marty Singer, says the network cooked up a phony excuse, claiming it fired him after receiving a formal complaint from Michelle Obama's Office. Singer says it's a lie ... the White House NEVER called.

Singer says the firing was far more sinister. He says Rodner had gone all Norma Rae, trying to unionize Univision, and this was a convenient way to get rid of him and destroy his career.

Rodner, who is a gay biracial Latino, insisted he was not referring to Michelle when he made his comment ... it was about the shoddy makeup work of the guest.

Singer ends his letter with a Rosa Parks reference, "Make no mistake, despite Univision's best efforts, Latino talent will not be forced to 'sit in the back of the bus' any longer."

Singer is demanding that Univision rehire Rodner and make a public apology ... or else.

Miley Cyrus was in the mood for sushi, and forgiveness -- she and Patrick Schwarzenegger went out together for the first time since he sucked body shots off a chick on spring break.

Patrick and Miley hit up Kiwami in Studio City, CA -- not far from her house on Monday night. ET got a shot of them inside ... and all signs point to Patrick getting a pass for his Cabo fiesta with his ex-GF and his BFF's GF.

According to ET's sources in the restaurant, they were very romantic -- kissing, holding hands, and laughing ... probably NOT about his Mexico shenanigans, but looks like she's over it.
