Tobey Maguire's adorable kids have it good -- their dad was Spider-Man, and if he needs a time-out, Uncle Leo DiCaprio's right there on the spot.

Leo was all ears Tuesday as Tobey's 2 kids, Otis and Ruby, chatted him up during a stroll through Manhattan. Tobey's estranged wife, Jennifer Meyer, was there too. At first glance, ya might think -- this is weird, where's Tobey? He's there ... in the back of the group, taking a phone call.

Tobey's bff has remained a regular with this crew -- even after Jennifer and Tobey split last year. They all did dinner in L.A. recently with Leo's parents.

One big happy modern fam.

Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso is officially single again, and it hardly cost her anything.

We've learned a judge just granted her a divorce from Joel Jarek DeGraff. The couple was only married for a year, and they had an ironclad prenup before marrying in June 2015.

Sophia, who is repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, will pay DeGraff $30,000. In return, DeGraff agreed to waive spousal support. She also paid him $18k for rent on his new pad.

DeGraff gets to keep his 2014 Volvo, and that's about it.

Sophia, who also wrote #Girlboss, created Nasty Gal before the couple married, so that money was always off the table. The prenup kept all of her earnings separate.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's decision to escort Bill Cosby into his sexual assault trial was not only selfish, it violated a court order in her child custody agreement ... according to her ex himself.

In new legal docs, Ed Hartwell says he only gets to see their daughter, Ella Grace, for one hour twice a week, but Keshia traveled out of state with her to be by Cosby's side on day 1 of the trial. Hartwell says she trampled his visitation rights because he was supposed to get Ella on Tuesday, but apparently Keshia was still out of town.

Hartwell says Pulliam's in contempt and wants a make-up visit with his girl, pronto. He also wants her to cover all court and lawyer fees for this. Of course, Keshia recently called out Ed, claiming he's behind on child support payments.

The saga continues.

Mary J. Blige is gonna have to cough up some emergency relief dough to her estranged husband while their divorce plays out, but he's gotta be disappointed by how much he's getting.

A judge has ordered Mary to pay Martin Isaacs $30,000 per month in temporary spousal support. Big number, no doubt, but way less than what he requested ... $129,319 per month.

The court found Martin was entitled to some dough to accommodate the standard of living he was used to while married to Mary, but also decided his dream number was unreasonable.

Mary will also have to pay retroactive spousal support dating back to September ... and his attorney fees -- that comes to $235k.

Stephen Belafonte's complaints about being broke as a joke fell on deaf ears, as the judge pushed off a decision on how much, if any, spousal support Mel B should pay.

As we reported, Belafonte says he's on hard times -- making zero dollars, running up credit card debt ... and desperately in need of cash flow. He got no sympathy from Mel's attorneys who requested a continuance on the money ruling.

Mel's team argued it's premature to talk money because she's incurred expenses related to the restraining order she has against him, and Stephen might end up having to cover some of that bill.

The judge agreed and pushed the hearing to the end of the month.

Alex Rodriguez is dealing with an ex from hell -- a woman who's hit him up for cash for years is now threatening to expose private messages if he doesn't cough up as much as $600k ... TMZ has learned.

We're told A-Rod broke up with the woman back in 2014, and although it was never a serious relationship -- more of a fling -- she continued contacting him every now and then, asking for small amounts of money. We're told he always turned her away empty-handed.

But things changed earlier this year when Alex got together with Jennifer Lopez. We're told the ex suddenly started hitting up A-Rod for larger amounts of money. He did not give in, and finally within the last week ... he told the woman he was in a happy, committed relationship with J Lo ... and simply wanted to be left alone.

That final denial set her off, and she insisted she would not be ignored. Think Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction."

We're told she demanded $600,000 or she would contact multiple media outlets to offer text messages Alex had sent her. One source with direct knowledge believes the woman's motives are clear: once A-Rod hooked up with J Lo ... the ex saw dollar signs, and felt he would pay any amount to keep her quiet.

The source believes she intended to release old texts with Alex from when they were dating, and make it seem like he was still contacting her while dating Jennifer.

We're told A-Rod is standing firm ... he will NOT pay her a dime. Instead, his legal team is preparing to go to police and even federal authorities if the woman continues threatening him.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's Bizzy Bone is being accused of physically abusing and repeatedly harassing his now ex-fiancee, and she's gone to court to get protection.

Ranna Royce says back when she and Bizzy were still engaged, in September 2016, he attacked her in their NYC home. In court docs, Royce says Bizzy "strangled me and head butted me. I fell to the ground." She says she was afraid to report it to police.

Bizzy and Ranna ended their engagement in October ... but she says this past weekend he started contacting her again with harassing text messages -- saying he knew where she lived and he could track her down.

Ranna says she blocked his number, and filed a report with NYPD.

The judge granted her a temporary restraining order ... forcing Bizzy to stay away from her and her home. He's also blocked from contacting her by text or email.

Mischa Barton won't have to worry about a sex tape being leaked by at least one of her exes -- she struck a deal with him, and the judge just signed off on it.

Mischa and her ex-BF, Jon Zacharias, agreed he would NOT release any explicit videos and photos of the 'O.C.' star he obtained during their relationship. Jon must now hand over any material to Mischa's lawyer, Lisa Bloom.

As we reported ... Mischa got 2 temporary restraining orders against Jon and another ex, Adam Spaw. Mischa believed Jon originally captured her in intimate moments without consent, and thinks either Adam or Jon were peddling the material.

Shaw's still barred from releasing material -- under the temporary restraining order. There's a hearing set for Wednesday where Mischa will try to make that one permanent too.

Charlie Sheen's joined the craze that's sweeping Hollywood ... nannies can be super fun to date.

Charlie's followed in the footsteps of Jude Law, Ben Affleck and Stephen Belafonte ... except he's not married.

Charlie's boo is 26-year-old Julia Stambler, a model who used to be the nanny to his 8-year-old twin boys. Charlie's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, hired Julia around the time Charlie was engaged to Brett Rossi.

And get this ... Brooke's the one who introduced Julia to Charlie!!!

Julia's been modeling for 3 years ... lots of bikini modeling. She was also an extra on "Entourage."

Apollo Nida's now taking aim at "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in his quest to get his prenup with Phaedra Parks rendered null and void.

Apollo filed docs saying the court should scrap the prenup he signed in October 2009 because several months after the ink dried ... Phaedra was cast on 'RHOA' and the money started rolling in for the couple.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Apollo says their financial situation drastically changed for the better, and that should be taken into consideration when it comes time to divvy up the dough in their contentious divorce.

Translation: The numbers don't add up in Apollo's favor under the prenup, so he wants a do-over.

As we've reported ... Phaedra insists their prenup is ironclad, and Apollo's just trying to weasel out of it.

Phaedra had no comment on her ex's latest filing.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright are back together in NYC ... although it's probably not a romantic getaway.

The exes, who divorced back in 2010, flew into JFK Airport Tuesday morning, and walked out together. They also left in the same SUV.

Sean does have a good track record when it comes to making peace with his exes -- see Madonna -- but this one seems to be more related to co-parenting.

Robin and Sean's 23-year-old son, Hopper, lives in NYC and recently opened up about a stint in rehab. He's publicly thanked his father for helping him clean up.

Bella Thorne is treating her PTSD -- post-traumatic Scott Disick -- with a dose of her ex-bf, Gregg Sulkin ... just in time for his birthday.

Bella and Gregg did lunch and a movie together Monday. The exes grabbed burgers in Studio City before taking in the flick for his birthday celebration. They broke up last summer, but Bella was still clinging to him as they strolled.

She also hung out with Gregg at his crib. And by hung out ... we mean lying on his back while wearing just a bra.

Bella seems to be screaming "Scott who?" Of course, he's moving on too.

Scott Disick is dead to the Kardashians -- with one big exception -- after what they believe is a vicious campaign against Kourtney.

People close to Scott tell us ... the cavalcade of women he's been with since touching down in Cannes is a well-planned offensive to hurt his baby mama and make her jealous. They say he had no interest in Bella Thorne ... she was just his opening salvo.

We're told Scott's been livid Kourtney's been dating 23-year-old Younes Bendjima. Scott felt he was on the verge of getting back with her and then learned she'd been seeing Younes on and off since October.

The Kardashians, especially Kourtney, are done with him. No more family dinners, vacations, and as we reported, Kourtney will not let Scott see their 3 kids until he proves he's sober.

One of the things that especially irks the Kardashian brood ... Scott is trying to be photographed with these women, and the pics and stories will live online for their kids to read one day.

As for the big exception ... we're told Kris is still all-in trying to sell a house-flipping pilot starring Scott.

Scott Disick is going to have a problem if he wants to see his kids, because we're told Kourtney won't let him near them until he cleans up his act.

Sources close to Scott and Kourtney tell us he is off the rails again ... abusing alcohol and other substances. We're told she will not allow Scott visitation of their 3 kids until he gets clean and sober ... something we're told he refuses to do.

This wouldn't be the first time Kourtney laid down the law. Back in 2015, she made him persona non grata at her gated community, putting him on the "do not enter" list at the security gate. Scott went an entire month without seeing his children.

We're told Scott's friends have tried to intervene to no avail. A few weeks ago they got Kourtney to call Scott and plead with him to get help, but he wasn't having it.

Bella Thorne is a 19-year-old girl utterly humiliated in a foreign land ... and she blames Scott Disick.

We've already told you Bella was put off by Scott's partying the first night they were in Cannes ... but it was more than that. We're told she left at some point to attend an event, and she says while she was there, photos surfaced of Scott in their villa with another chick.

Bella says Scott pursued her in L.A. and led her to believe he seriously wanted to date her. Now she believes he used her ... never intended to pursue a relationship but wanted to arrive with a 19-year-old actress ... and all for show.

Bella finally feels what a lot of people have said ... a 34-year-old man took advantage of a 19-year old girl.
