Ron Artest enjoyed what could be his last weekend in Las Vegas as Ron Artest -- partying it up at at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas last night.

Ron Ron's trip wasn't all about clubbin' -- he hit up a Celine Dion show and tweeted how it made him and his boys cry. Street cred ... gone.

Ex-"Baywatch" star Jeremy Jackson is currently in a meeting with honchos at Chippendales in Las Vegas -- and we're told, both parties are trying to hash out a deal for the actor to join the bow-tied bunch on a full-time basis.

Jeremy's rep tells TMZ, the former child actor is on deck to fill an empty celebrity host spot ... following 98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons -- but unlike Jeff's short stint ... this would be a long-term deal.

We're told Jeremy is extremely serious about the gig -- going to Vegas last weekend to try on the bow tie and shirt cuffs (above) just to get a feel for the experience.

And that's not it ... we're told Jeremy's also been working out non-stop to prep for the position -- and after entering "Celebrity Rehab" earlier this year for a hormone-injecting fitness addiction ... he's doing it ALL-NATURALLY.

We're told an announcement is expected to be made shortly.

Sam Ronson was arrested this morning for DUI outside Baker, California -- home of the world's biggest thermometer --TMZ has learned.

According to the booking sheet, 33-year-old Ronson is listed as 5'7" and 102 pounds.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lindsay Lohan's ex-girlfriend was driving home from Las Vegas at 10:30AM in her black Porsche when she was pulled over for speeding.

We're told she was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform well. According to our sources, she refused to take what is commonly called a "roadside blow" -- a less-scientific breathalyzer, which is not a mandatory test. She was arrested at the scene.

Ronson was transported to the Baker substation, where we're told she blew over the legal limit. According to sources, she was cooperative the entire time.

Melissa Molinaro -- that chick in the Old Navy commercial that looks just like Kim Kardashian -- brought her bootyful talents to the stage lit up table at Las Vegas gay club Piranha this weekend.

Last month, Kardashian filed a lawsuit against Old Navy because she claims they hired Melissa to dupe the public into thinking Kim is affiliated with the clothing giant.

As TMZ first reported, the Hoff and GF Hayley got into it in their hotel room at the Wynn ... to the point where Hayley called for security.

But the couple put on their best face and made their way down to Blush ... where the Hoff celebrated his 59th birthday ... as if nothing ever happened.

Earlier in the day, Hoff and Hayley hung out by the pool where he put on his "Baywatch" best, much to the delight of the crowd.

Hasselhoff was at the Wynn to celebrate his 59th birthday. His friends were throwing the bash for him at Blush, inside the hotel.

But early this evening, Hasselhoff's girlfriend called for security and one source says she appeared to have been in some sort of distress.

Security came ... and for a while there was some question as to whether David would make it to his own party, But now we're told David will indeed show up -- he's scheduled to walk the red carpet with his girlfriend at 11 PM.

Josh Lewis repossessed the tatas of a woman (consensually, we're told) at Pure nightclub -- and based on the picture, he couldn't be happier to be alive.

TMZ has learned ... Tyson and his wife Lakiha invited hundreds of friends to a joint birthday party they threw for each other at the M Resort ... but the b-day party was merely a cover for a secret vow renewal.

After the guests arrived to the party, the couple disappeared ... only to re-emerge behind a massive curtain ... which dropped to reveal both Mike and Lahika dressed in wedding outfits.

With the crowd completely surprised, the couple proceeded to renew their vows in a traditional Muslim ceremony.

We're told the two decided to do the big "wedding" party this time around because they skipped out on a celebration when they were secretly married at a small Vegas chapel back in 2009 ... two weeks after Mike's 4-year-old daughter passed away.

Sources tell us the party was AWESOME -- guests had their choice of a steak or chicken entree ... and then they partied it up in the hotel's ballroom with a live band.

As TMZ first reported, Pauly was one of only three cast members not sequestered at the "Jersey Shore" house in Seaside Heights, NJ -- he was allowed to skip out so he could work this gig.
