Someone secretly filed legal documents aimed at taking Michael Jackson's Hayvenhurst family home away from his estate and deeding it to Katherine Jackson and MJ's kids.

TMZ obtained the deed which was filed with the L.A. County Recorder's Office. It claims to transfer the long-standing family home in Encino from Michael Jackson to Katherine, Blanket, Paris and Prince. According to the deed, each now has a 25% ownership interest in the home.

It's a weird, suspicious document, but we've verified with the notary public who was there when it was signed that Katherine herself put pen to paper at her home in Calabasas.

As for why it's weird ... it's handwritten, and the deed is not signed although an attachment bears her signature. What's even more hinky ... the person granting the deed is Michael J. Jackson, which is impossible because he's long dead. The estate of Michael Jackson owns the property. The document was signed April 21st and recorded 5 days later.

What we don't know ... is Katherine the mastermind of the ploy or did someone just get her to sign the attachment without telling her it would be filed with a quitclaim deed?

We've learned the estate reps had no idea this document had been filed. As we've been reporting for years, Katherine has been bent out of shape for years, claiming the estate has been stingy with her family.

Paris Jackson's gonna run out of skin if she keeps getting tattoos for family members -- but she reserved a special spot for granny, Katherine Jackson.

Paris got a blue flower with Mandarin Chinese lettering "Kaiselin" inked on her left wrist. She proudly announced the tatt was "for Grandma Katherine."

The new piece looks to be adjacent to the one she just got in honor of her father.

Paris is gonna have to draw a line with Jackson family tattoos at some point. She's in trouble if she gets to Jermajesty territory.

Paris Jackson is dating a racist ... at least that's what some members of her family fear.

Members of the Jackson brood tell us ... Michael Snoddy's arm tattoo proudly displaying the Confederate flag is highly offensive and ironic, since Paris' dad was black.

Snoddy, a drummer with the band Street Drum Corps, is a little out of step, as some Southern states are removing vestiges of Confederate symbols from public view.

Paris, who's been dating Snoddy for a few weeks, doesn't seem to mind, but her family thinks the fact that his tat was strategically placed for all to see is an omen about his feelings toward African Americans.

We spoke with Snoddy, who scoffed at the claims and said, "I wouldn't be dating a black girl if I were a racist."

That answer might not fly with the Jacksons, so we're guessing his other defense could be he's a fan of Pantera's album, "Cowboys From Hell." Notice the "CFH" on the tat. That group used the flag on its merchandising and posters, although some members have expressed regret.

Jermaine Jackson says if Michael Jackson were alive -- there's no doubt he'd be voting for Hillary Clinton ... despite Donald Trump recently bragging about his friendship with MJ.

The 4th Jackson brother was at LAX when he also said what MJ would have thought about Trump's comments regarding his botched plastic surgery.

For the record, MJ really was friends with Trump and the Clintons -- but JJ's sure which one would get his vote.

Nobody calls popcorn "pop" ... is the basis of a lawsuit the Michael Jackson estate has filed against a website using MJ's name to hawk popcorn.

MJ's estate has set its sights on KingOfPop.com ... a website that popped up in 2012 after buying the domain name of a former Michael Jackson fan website.

The estate claims the site tried to defend its use of the popular MJ moniker by saying the word "pop" is a "nickname for popcorn products." The estate says that's BS because "pop" is only a nickname for soda ... in certain parts of the country.

Team MJ is suing to get the site shut down, plus damages. Shoulda gone for a couple tins of Chocolate Dreams Popcorn too. Yummm ...

Donald Trump just got called out for claiming to be friends with Michael Jackson -- by MJ's brother, Jermaine.

Jermaine ripped Trump, saying ... "name-dropping Michael don't make you cool and won't win you votes. Especially when using botched facts."

It's a known fact Michael and Donald were friends, but Jermaine is taking issue with Trump claiming MJ lost his confidence because of "bad, bad, bad surgery."

Jermaine Jackson's wife Halima won't be criminally charged for biting her hubby in the leg, because of what he did to her ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources say their investigation shows Jermaine and Halima were engaged in mutual combat. Specifically, they concluded he spit on her, she bit him and they fought like crazy.

In the end, cops say they couldn't decide who the aggressor was, so it's case closed.

Halima was arrested last November for felony domestic violence, but now she's in the clear.

It appears Jermaine and Halima have reconciled.

Michael Jackson's cousin, Anthony James Jackson II, is so desperate to spend time with MJ's kids ... he wants the courts to order some QT with them.

AJJ filed a request for visitation with Blanket and Paris ... who are minors and currently under the guardianship of grandma Katherine and their cousin TJ.

In his docs, Anthony says he is a close family member who says he used to live with Michael and all the children. Since MJ's death, Anthony's had a rocky history with the family. Two years ago he attempted to terminate TJ and Katherine's guardianship, but got shot down in court.

Jermaine Jackson's wife got busted for allegedly biting into his leg -- but he's still trying to work things out with her.

Jackson tried to downplay Halima Rashid's arrest with our photog, saying ... "Things happen," and claiming he's just fine after the incident over Thanksgiving weekend. Rashid was booked for felony corporal injury on a spouse.

Even though he hasn't spoken to his wife since the arrest ... Jermaine appears to be in forgive and forget mode when it comes to their 11 year marriage.

Jermaine Jackson's wife was arrested for domestic violence after the couple had a dispute over the holiday weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Halima Rashid was arrested on Saturday evening at their home in Woodland Hills, CA. Law enforcement sources tell us she was booked for felony corporal injury on a spouse.

38-year-old Halima was only in jail for about 5 hours before getting released on $50,000 bail.

It's unclear what sparked the fight, but sources connected to the couple tell us it got so nasty ... Halima bit Jermaine's leg. We're told he called cops.

They've been married since 2004, and don't have any kids together.

Prince Jackson is admitting it ... there's a chance Michael Jackson isn't his biological parent, but he's also saying MJ is still dad.

This started when someone trolled Prince on Twitter by saying, "everyone knows you are a Rowe-Klein NOT A Jackson!!" Prince responded, "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb ... I was raised by my dad with my brother and sister."

Prince's statement is the closest he's ever come to saying MJ isn't blood -- but it also makes it clear Michael is the only father he's ever known.

There have been a lot of rumors claiming Dr. Arnie Klein fathered Michael's kids with Debbie Rowe. Klein added fuel to the fire in 2013 when he compared an old drivers license pic of himself to one of Prince.

But as TMZ has confirmed, and previously reported, Michael is NOT Prince's biological father ... and neither is Arnie Klein.

The people who run Michael Jackson's Estate are considering opening up the family home in Encino, CA to tourists ... the home where MJ recorded his biggest hits, including "Billie Jean."

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, the Estate is noodling the idea of Hollywood tour buses and individuals making the trek to the property and then taking a room-by-room tour.

After Michael bought the house for his family, he tore it down and then built a new one, which included a recording studio where he laid down the tracks for "Billie Jean," "We Are the World," "Beat It," "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," and many others.

Michael also built a 2-story wing which served as his separate living quarters.

Our sources say nothing's in cement ... the Estate is currently exploring the idea and also checking to see if the zoning laws would allow it, and if not whether they could get a variance.

Joe Jackson has reportedly suffered a stroke that left him at the very least temporarily blind.

Jackson family sources confirm to TMZ, Joe was admitted to the Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo after reportedly waking up Sunday feeling dizzy, with no vision.

Joe, who has diabetes, was in the city for his 87th birthday party that was being thrown for him.

La Toya Jackson is a believer, and seems to think the eerie image of Michael Jackson in the middle of a thunder storm is the real deal.

We got La Toya and ex-fiance Jeffré Phillips were leaving Macau restaurant in Hollywood -- which they raved about -- when our photog showed M.J.'s older sis the pic.

La Toya doesn't think it's a mind trick at all.

As for her and her ex-fiance, they're together-ish, but they seem to have different views on the relationship.
