Kylie Jenner's split from Travis Scott wasn't the result of a cheating scandal or a blowup fight ... they were simply done in by a harsh dose of reality.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ ... their decision to break things off came weeks ago, following a very long honeymoon phase that was full of love, touring, going on vacations and of course ... raising their daughter, Stormi, together.

We're told after Travis' Astroworld tour wrapped up and the two got back from Kylie's lavish bday getaway, everything slowed down and they were confronted by the grind of normal life ... and things felt different between them.

Simply put ... our sources say they fell out of love.

We're told Kylie and Travis tried to work it out for awhile -- including around the time she accompanied him to his 'Look Mom I Can Fly' documentary premiere in Santa Monica on Aug. 27 -- but couldn't make it happen.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

Jenna and Steve Kazee were out Monday house hunting in the San Fernando Valley ... with Jenna's daughter -- with Channing Tatum -- Everly, also tagging along.

Jenna wore a rather loose jumpsuit ... so no sign of a baby bump. It's unclear how far along the actress is in her pregnancy.

Phil Collins is living proof his Not Dead Yet tour is an accurate measure of his physical well-being, because he's still kicking after taking a nasty backward fall.

Phil was performing at his Not Dead Yet Tour Sunday night at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. In between songs, the 68-year-old singer walked over to a chair with an assist from a cane. He was eager to enjoy a front-row seat to his son's sick drum solo.

Problem was ... Phil's momentum took him backward. As you can see and hear in the video ... the audience gasped in shock while stage crew members ran over to help him up.

The war between Tyreek Hill and Crystal Espinal is still raging on ... TMZ Sports has obtained new court docs which show the Chiefs star is fighting with his ex to share custody of their son.

Crystal obtained sole legal custody of her and Hill's child back in February 2018 ... but Hill claims he's had a huge role in his 4-year-old son's life nonetheless.

In the docs -- filed last week -- Hill says even though Crystal was awarded custody in 2018 while she lived in Arizona ... he traveled at least 8 times to visit and develop a relationship with the child.

He claims when he asked Espinal for even more substantial time with his son ... she denied it unless she was allowed to move in with him in his Kansas home.

Hill says she ultimately ended up moving in with him in Kansas around September 2018 ... and he claims he's played a key parenting role with his son ever since.

But, in the court docs, he alleges that after his relationship with Espinal went sideways over child abuse allegations earlier this year -- he's only been allowed minimal time with his son.

The 25-year-old is now fighting like hell to change that ... asking a Kansas court to give him joint legal custody of the child.

In the docs, Hill says if the amount of time he spends with his son is left up to Espinal, it would be "devastating" to his relationship with the boy.

He also says under their current arrangement, his role as an active parent "is being disrupted at a critical point in the child's life."

As we previously reported ... Hill and Espinal are also in a legal battle over their other two children -- who were just born this year.

Espinal filed docs in July asking the court to give her sole custody of those kids ... and also demanded a paternity test to prove Hill is the father.

Here's something we don't see all too often -- Kim Kardashian playing around with her kids out in the open ... all while Papa Bear cranked out an almighty performance in Detroit.

Kanye West had a marathon day in the Motor City Friday, first hosting his usual Sunday Service event in the afternoon at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre ... and later debuting his new album, "Jesus is King," during a nighttime listening party at the Fox Theatre.

While dad handled his biz at the former, his wife had her hands full with their children -- North and Saint -- to the side of the stage as they played like there was no tomorrow. It's unclear if Chicago or baby Psalm was there or not, but they do not show up in these clips.

Anyway ... it doesn't look like the little tykes had much of anything other than their imagination and some nearby rocks and grass to entertain themselves with. And, lo and behold, they made due with that ... having a helluva time. Gotta love kids, right?

Felicity Huffman's daughter will get a second bite of the apple -- as in she can take another SAT test -- because there's no proof she was involved in rigging the first one she took.

As we extensively reported, Felicity paid Rick Singer $15k to get a proctor to cheat up daughter Sophia's SAT score. The proctor gave Sophia extra time to take the exam and then fixed some of the wrong answers. For that, Felicity pled guilty to a felony and will serve 14 days.

We've heard Sophia wants to go to college and must take a legit SAT test. Here's the thing ... the College Board security policy states, "College Board will prohibit individuals from taking the SAT ... when we conclude they have deliberately gained or attempted to gain or share an unfair advantage on any College Board test, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the test."

So far, everyone who has looked at Felicity's case has concluded Sophia was in the dark. There is one thing ... up to this point, authorities have looked at the players in the case with an eye toward criminal prosecution. There is no proof -- certainly beyond a reasonable doubt -- that Sophia knew what was going down. As such, there'd be no reason she couldn't take another SAT test.

A College Board rep tells TMZ, even if they felt Sophia had some culpability, there would only be a 6-month suspension under these circumstances and the 6 months has already passed.

Another rep says students are generally able to register for the test without issue ... but there can be exceptions.

All in all, it appears Sophia will be just fine.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Eva Marcille's got some baby daddy drama on her hands ... he claims she's blocking his QT with their daughter, so he wants a judge's help.

Kevin McCall Jr.'s attorney -- Adamma Mckinnon -- filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming Eva's tried to alienate their daughter from him ever since she moved from Los Angeles to Georgia in October 2015.

According to docs, Kevin's requesting a change to their previous custody order, so they can share joint physical and legal custody of 5-year-old Marley Rae.

Kevin says it's in Marley's best interest for them to spend more time together and "foster a parental bond." Kevin also wants Marley to take his last name. Right now she's Marley Sterling -- the last name of Eva's current husband, Michael Sterling.

Ice-T says people need to relax about his wife, Coco, breastfeeding their almost-4-year-old daughter ... because it's not like it happens all the time.

The 'Law & Order: SVU' star was at the Paley Center in New York Wednesday when we asked about the blowup over Coco's recent Instagram post ... about how her daughter, Chanel, "still wants the boob" and she's seen feeding her on a private jet.

Of course, Internet folks had a field day and bombarded Coco with comments and criticisms ... but Ice-T's not having it. He says people are acting like Chanel only drinks breast milk for nourishment ... which is ridiculous.

"Gypsy Sisters" star Kayla Williams' 1-year-old grandson is on a ventilator in the hospital after a scalding hot bath left his skin covered in second-degree burns.

Kayla tells TMZ ... the terrifying incident went down Sunday morning at her daughter Sissy's home in West Virginia when Sissy's son, Henry, was given a bath by his 7-year-old stepsister. Kayla says Henry's stepsister put him in the tub after letting hot water run without turning on any cold water, and the results were horrendous.

According to Kayla, Henry's stepsister quickly realized what she did and turned on the cold water, but it sent Henry into shock ... plus he was badly burned.

Aaron Judge made 2 of his biggest fans bawl their eyes out ... but they definitely weren't sad tears, 'cause the MLB slugger hooked them up with his bat and gloves!!

The moment is incredible ... a little girl and boy got to meet their favorite player on the field before NY faced off against the Rays in Tampa Bay on Tuesday.

But, Judge -- who's always down to meet his small supporters -- didn't want them to leave empty-handed ... gifting the boy his bat and the girl his batting gloves!!

The kids' reactions will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside ... as they start sobbing with happiness when they realize what just happened. The girl even collapsed to the dirt with emotion!!

Judge knows what these moments mean to his fans ... remember,  last month he surprised a little kid whose dad just recently died.

There has been a very secret play by the U.S. Attorney to get more parents to plead guilty in the college admissions scandal, and what's especially interesting is that prosecutors are putting the squeeze on people who haven't even been charged with a crime.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, parents who hired ringleader Rick Singer received grand jury subpoenas recently for various documents that could lead to an indictment. Lawyers for the parents got in touch with the U.S. Attorney, who threatened to indict the parents in a similar fashion to Felicity Huffman, Lori Loughlin and dozens of others.

We're told the lawyers and prosecutors are either in the process of negotiating a guilty plea or have already negotiated it, even before any criminal charges are filed. We're told the U.S. Attorney will file criminal complaints and the parents will immediately plead guilty.

Think Nelson Agholor has bitterness toward a Philadelphia hero who clowned him after saving babies from a fire???

HELL NO ... the Eagles wide receiver is straight-up impressed -- and wants the dude to get VIP treatment at a Philly game soon!!!

Here's the deal if ya missed it ... Hakim Laws heroically helped kids flee from a burning building over the weekend, and afterward, he shaded the hell out of Agholor.

"I see a guy hanging out the window screaming that his kids were in there,” Laws told CBS 3 in Philly.

"My man just started throwing babies out ... and we was catching them, unlike Agholor and all his mishaps."

Of course, Nelson's had the dropsies for the Eagles in the past two weeks ... he blew the chance at a game-winning TD pass vs. the Falcons in Week 2 and had a few more mistakes in a loss to the Lions on Sunday.

But, Agholor took Laws' shade in stride ... and asked Twitter to help him find the guy, saying, "Thank you for being a hero in the community, would like to invite you and your family to the next home game."

A Philadelphia man heroically saved a bunch of children from a burning building on Sunday ... and used his 15 minutes of fame to hilariously roast the hell outta Eagles receiver Nelson Agholor.

The man -- Hakim Laws -- says he was walking down the street in West Philly around 2 AM when he noticed flames coming out of a 2nd story apartment building window ... and sprang into action.

“I see a guy hanging out the window screaming that his kids were in there,” Laws told CBS 3 in Philly.

But, what the dude said after that has to be considered an all-time best local sports news quote ... with Laws taking a huge shot at the Philly WR when explaining his heroic actions.

“My man just started throwing babies out ... and we was catching them, unlike Agholor and all his mishaps.”

DAMN.

Of course, the man is referring to Agholor dropping a Week 2 TD as well as dropping a major 3rd-down pass and coughing up a fumble in Sunday's loss to the Lions (he did catch 2 TDs, though) ... and the dude ain't over it even after saving lives.

Damon Dash says he's not the cash register he used to be -- not by a long shot -- so he's asking a judge to pull the plug on his child support obligations.

Dash filed legal docs saying enough's enough, and he no longer wants to pay support to 19-year-old Ava. Apparently, he struck a deal with ex-wife Rachel Roy that he would pay $6,000 a month total for both kids, and the obligation didn't stop at 18.

As for why, Dash says things are lean in the financial department, claiming his adjusted gross income in 2018 was a skosh over $56,000. Damon says Rachel makes way more than him ... approximately $500k a year. He also says she lives a lavish lifestyle with trips to Europe, Greece and India.

Damon says he's stepped up plenty ... he pays $3,666 a month for 11-year-old Tallulah's private school.

The Detroit Youth Choir is still feeling good after finishing second on "America's Got Talent" ... so good in fact, they're singing like winners and seeking a collab with some huge acts.

We got the kids and their director at LAX Thursday as they headed back to Michigan after their performance on the 'AGT' finale, and the group was anything but sour about taking home the silver.

DYC tipped its cap to the new 'AGT' champ, Kodi Lee, but to prove how proud they are of themselves, they gave us a taste of what got 'em so far. They busted out a few acapella bars of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' hit song, "Can't Hold Us."

Our guy asked who they want to get in the studio with now that they have some cred in the biz and they shout out some of their hometown heroes -- Big Sean and Eminem.

They also threw in a Chicago great, but everyone back home in the D can relax ... the Motor City crew focused their pitch on Sean.
