Well, here's the weirdest "bucking" thing you'll see all day ... a teacher cracking a joke about killing a puppy in order to motivate his students to win a vocabulary competition.

Woof!

A California high school teacher named Ryan Price at Buckingham Charter Magnet was trying to get his class fired up for the "Vocab Bowl" -- in which it was leading over some rival schools -- by bringing in a brand new mascot ... an adorable puppy named Buck.

Pretty awesome method of encouragement! Except ... Mr. Price then goes on a rant about doing your "bucking vocab" and issues a threat to the kids -- if they lose the Vocab Bowl, he'll "kill the dog."

Jillian Michaels and her ex have come to an agreement to end their domestic partnership ... which includes joint custody of their 2 children.

The fitness guru and Heidi Michaels-Rhoades settled custody and other important matters to officially become single as of January 16 ... according to new legal docs.

The now-exes agreed their kids -- 9-year-old Lukensia and 6-year-old Phoenix -- will live with Heidi 60 percent of the time and Jillian the other 40 percent. Both also agree not to speak poorly of each other in front of the kids.

As for financial issues ... "The Biggest Loser" star is forking over $2.4 million to Heidi as an advance in child support and will pay an additional $2k a month. Jillian's also agreed to pay for the kids' schooling, clothing and extracurricular activities.

According to the docs, they're splitting their properties -- Jillian gets the $5.8 mil Malibu beach house and Heidi gets the $2 mil pad in Topanga, CA. Both waived their rights to spousal support.

As we reported ... Heidi filed docs to end their domestic partnership about a year ago ... on the heels of Jillian announcing they'd broken up after 9 years.

Delta Airlines just got hit with a lawsuit because one of its jets allegedly dumped fuel on an L.A. elementary school.

Video showed Delta flight 89, a Boeing 777 bound for China, turning back to LAX Tuesday to make an emergency landing, and spewing fuel as it went in preparation for landing.

Unfortunately, that fuel ended up dousing children at Park Avenue Elementary in the city of Cudahy, CA.

Four teachers at the school have hired Gloria Allred to take on Delta. In the suit, obtained by TMZ, they say the pilot was asked by air traffic control if there was a need to dump fuel before landing ... and the pilot said no.

The suit alleges the pilot dumped the fuel without notifying the control tower ... and the big problem is ... it was done at an altitude of about 2,000 feet. According to docs, that's simply too low to allow the fuel to evaporate before it reaches the ground -- it should be done at 5,000 feet or higher.

In the suit, the teachers say their clothes, flesh and eyes were coated in jet fuel -- and it also got into their mouths. They say they had trouble breathing and needed medical treatment.

"Sorry ... not sorry ..." the QB wrote of the epic hack.

Of course, it's all fun and games for DC ... he's known as a GREAT father to his three boys -- and he's constantly posting about parenting his kids the right way.

Sara Molina, Tekashi's baby mama, tells TMZ ... if he is allowed to finish out his sentence at home -- as he requested this week -- she wants him to know linking up with their 4-year-old daughter, Saraiyah, isn't in the cards. And, for good reason, in Sara's eyes.

Besides the fact she says Tekashi's been an absentee dad ... Sara also points out glaring safety issues have to be addressed before any father and child reunion. For starters, she's worried about the obvious -- he's got a target on his head after all the world-class snitching!!!

Damon Dash is pissed at We TV for allegedly reneging on a promise not to allow his son to drink alcohol on "Growing Up Hip Hop" ... and now daddy's suing the network.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Damon Dash claims We TV required his kid, Damon "Boogie" Dash, to consume alcohol to increase ratings for the reality show, even though they had verbally agreed not to give Boogie a drop.

In his suit, the Roc-A-Fella cofounder claims his family's suffered emotional distress as a result of We TV's insistence that Boogie imbibes on the show.

Dame's also claiming the network owes him some cash ... he says We TV is not paying him for his work on the show.

Jenelle Evans is back spending time with her estranged husband, David Eason -- almost immediately after dropping a restraining order -- but there's no romance ... TMZ has learned.

We got this pic of the ex-'Teen Mom' stars walking side-by-side Tuesday in Nashville ... along with their daughter, Ensley, who was holding Mom's hand -- and is the crucial part of the picture.

As we reported ... the exes had a court hearing for the restraining order, but it was dismissed at Jenelle's request.

Sources close to Jenelle tell TMZ ... the reason for her change in tune is because she wants Ensley to be able to see her dad. We're told she's also very tired of going to court.

Still, the sight of the 3 of them back together -- having some family fun in Music City -- is pretty surprising. Remember, Jenelle said, "I am scared for my life and my children's well-being," when she got the temporary restraining order in November ... days after filing for divorce.

Our sources say David and Jenelle's reunion is definitely not a sign they've reconciled their marriage -- the divorce is still happening. However, we're told Jenelle wants to co-parent with David -- like she does with her other ex, Nathan Griffith -- and hopes they can remain civil.

As you'll recall .... major issues started between them early in 2019, after David killed the family dog for nipping at Ensley. There was an investigation and Eason was never charged -- but clearly the incident impacted their family -- temporarily losing custody of their kids -- and their relationship.

David Koechner, famous for playing Champ Kind on "Anchorman," is calling it quits on his marriage ... he just filed for divorce. Whammy!!!

According to court records, David filed docs Tuesday in L.A. Superior Court to divorce Leigh Koechner after more than 20 years of marriage.

The exes have five kids together, including minor children ... which could make the divorce a lot more complicated.

David and Leigh initially met on an airplane, and they tied the knot way back in June 1998. It's unclear what led to the split.

Oh and get this ... Leigh is a motivational speaker and she's currently teaching a 6-week webinar on divorce.

David's ex claims she can help people who are going through a divorce, people who are thinking about getting a divorce, people with close friends getting divorced and people who are suffering after a divorce.

No word if David is signing up for the course.

Yes, Sophia Macy is set to appear in season 2 of the hit series recently revived by Jordan Peele. The 19-year-old, whose SAT was infamously rigged by Rick Singer and co., will make her 'Twilight' debut in an episode called "Among the Untrodden."

It'll be Sophia's third credited acting role, but they were relatively small gigs ... so, this'll definitely count as her big break -- and it couldn't come at a better time.

Jenelle Evans is having a change of heart when it comes to David Eason ... he no longer has to stay away from her, because she's ditched the restraining order against him.

Jenelle filed docs Friday to dismiss the temporary restraining order, and a judge just signed off on the request ... a rep for the Davidson County Circuit Court tells TMZ.

The former couple was due in court today in Tennessee for a hearing to make the order permanent, but we're told the entire case has been dismissed at Jenelle's request.

As we reported ... Jenelle got a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband back in November, after claiming her ex was off-the-rails violent. She said she feared for her life and her children's well-being.

It's unclear why Jenelle changed course, but under the temporary restraining order, David was prohibited from having contact with her or her kids. Jenelle and David have one child together, 2-year-old Ensley.

We reached out to Jenelle's reps ... no word back, so far.

Blac Chyna's a very good mother who would never put her child in harm's way, contrary to what Rob Kardashian wants people to think ... so say sources close to her.

We broke the story ... Rob wants joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream, taken away from Chyna because he claims she's living wild and dangerously, even when Dream is under her supervision.

The allegations against Chyna include being drunk all day, abusing drugs, chasing people with knives and making violent threats, dropping Dream off with Rob in a dirty and disheveled state and teaching her sexual positions.

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... she denies all of these nasty accusations and says Rob is a bald-faced liar -- specifically about the sex stuff.

Brad Pitt opened up about his sobriety in a surprise way ... by crediting Bradley Cooper for helping him get there after his pal presented him an award.

Brad won Best Supporting Actor at the National Board of Review Annual Awards Gala on Wednesday night, and after being handed the award and hugging it out, he praised Bradley in his speech for being a great dad ... and a great friend.

Pitt said Cooper rushed to the event after putting his daughter to bed, called him a sweetheart, then added ... "I got sober because of this guy, and every day has been happier ever since."

Kim Kardashian West got roped into an online food fight ... and responded by laying a plant-based smackdown on everybody.

Kim clapped back at all the internet trolls who mocked her for having an "empty" refrigerator and questioning how she could feed her 4 kids ... with a full tour of her MULTIPLE fridges and pantries in her home.

In the video, Kim starts by showing off a gigantic pantry loaded with jars of food, including a separate section for sprinkles for her frozen yogurt ... which goes well with the frozen yogurt machine she has tucked away.

Then Kim shows off the refrigerator that started all the commotion with fans (and haters), which contains various waters and milks ... but not any food. Turns out, it's because it's just her beverage fridge.

Kim's tour moves to her kitchen, where she reveals she does, in fact, have a lot of food for the family ... in a giant WALK-IN refrigerator. That one is loaded with fresh organic produce, more drinks, condiments and already-prepped meals for her and the kids.

So yeah ... nobody's going hungry in the Kardashian West household.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says what's happening in Australia shows the compounding effects of climate change ... and it has young people -- including her -- stressed about their future ... even giving them pause to have children of their own.

We got AOC on Capitol Hill Wednesday night and she touched on Australia's "horrifying" wildfires, telling us, it's just the latest example of climate change becoming an all-out crisis before our eyes.

The Congresswoman says we should all be working toward a remedy for the future, but obviously ... it's more important to younger people who will be living in this world longer. As she points out -- the stakes are higher the younger you are.

AOC adds people her age are anxious about having children due to looming threat of climate change ... and it shouldn't be like that. She says we have to take immediate steps to make the future safe for our kids.

Presidential hopeful Andrew Yang was among the first to congratulate Grimes and Elon Musk on what sounded like an announcement of the couple's first child.

Grimes left little to the imagination Wednesday when she posted a pic on Instagram showing her naked torso and a fetus photoshopped on her stomach.

Yang was quick to chime in, saying, "Congrats Grimes and Elon - that's amazing!"

While Grimes never flat-out said she's pregnant, many speculated she is after she commented, "I thought about censoring them (her breasts) for a hot minute haha (this may get taken down anyway) but the photo is much less feral without the nipples. Plus being knocked up is a very feral & war-like state of being. Might as well be what it is."

Elon has made it very clear, he's a Yang fan ... tweeting back in August, "I support Yang."

Grimes and the Tesla CEO have been dating since at least 2018 ... when they arrived as a couple at the Met Gala. Elon has 5 other sons from a previous marriage ... a set of twins and triplets via in vitro fertilization. This would be Grimes' first child.

Sasha Obama decided against rushing a sorority at the University of Michigan ... despite being the it girl on campus.

We've called around Ann Arbor ... the first round of rushing began Tuesday, and multiple sorority members tell us Barack Obama's youngest daughter wants no part of it.

For those unfamiliar ... rushing is the process of exploring all of a university's sororities, and interested students at Michigan must register before a deadline. We're told Sasha did not register.

TMZ broke the story ... at the beginning of last semester, UM sororities were champing at the bit to recruit Sasha in the spring, and she was dubbed a "rush crush."

All signs were pointing to Sasha rushing and pledging Alpha Chi Omega (AXO) -- she stayed at AXO's house once before enrolling, and her close friends from high school are members there -- but now she's following her mother's and sister's footsteps by not rushing.

Michelle Obama didn't join a sorority at Princeton, and Malia isn't living the Greek life at Harvard, where sororities are not recognized by the Ivy League school.

Looks like Sasha is looking for a similar college experience.
