R&B singer Keke Wyatt was drowning in her tears as she revealed her husband's plans to drop her while 8 months pregnant ... after he allegedly cheated.

Keke, who once starred on "R&B Divas: Atlanta," posted her meltdown Tuesday. She and Michael Ford have been married since 2010. She says Michael decided he wanted out because of trust issues, but she's calling BS.

She says she's dealing with a lot -- besides being pregnant, she and Ford have another kid that's been in and out of the hospital fighting cancer. Now the divorce. They have 8 kids already, including one from Ford's previous relationship, plus the one they're expecting.

Hilary Duff celebrated Labor Day with her son at the beach, and buried any ill will for her ex-husband in the sand ... all in the name of co-parenting.

Hilary and her ex, Mike Comrie, spent Monday in Malibu with their 5-year-old son, Luca. Hil was rockin' her usual 2-piece in the water while Mike chilled onshore.

Getting together for some R&R with their kid is right up the former couple's alley, post-divorce. They went on a family vacay last year to Maui ... so Labor Day teamwork seems to be a walk in the park for them.

Levi Miller's star has been on the rise since he landed the lead role of Peter in "Pan" ... and so has the kid's bank account -- we just learned he's bankin' some serious cash for his new flick.

The 14-year-old actor scored at least $150,000 to play the role of Calvin in "A Wrinkle in Time" -- the Disney flick starring Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, Mindy Kaling and Oprah due out in March.

Calvin's one of the main kid characters in the movie, and on top of the $150k ... Levi's got a shot to make $75k more in bonuses if "A Wrinkle in Time" does well. Based on the star power and the Disney name ... we'd say he's got a good chance.

And get this -- if the movie gets a sequel, Levi's salary will more than double ... and he'll cash in $700k if there's another sequel after that.

He's going to be able to buy a really awesome car when he can finally drive.

Lonnie Chavis, best known for playing little Randall on "This Is Us," could be making Floyd Mayweather money someday because little dude's only 9 and already raking in $1,000 a day.

In addition to his role on the hit NBC series, Lonnie got cast in a Disney flick called "Magic Camp" and a Showtime series called "White Famous."

According to his minor contract for "Magic Camp," Lonnie was guaranteed $14,368 for 14 days of work, and then $3,563 a week for any extra shooting, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

For "White Famous," which also stars 'SNL' alum Jay Pharoah, he's making $10k an episode, which usually take 10 days to shoot. The series got ordered for 9 episodes for the first season, so do the math and kid's almost covered college.

"Big Brother" contestant Jason Dent was way out of bounds when he joked about raping the wife of houseguest Kevin Schlehuber ... this according to Kevin's wife, who's deeply disturbed by Jason's remarks.

Kevin's wife, Deborah, tells TMZ ... Jason making those comments on the show's live feed, while laughing hysterically, is the worst thing she's ever seen. She says while her husband signed up for 'BB' and all that comes with it ... she and her kids didn't.

Deborah also calls BS on Jason's family's apology and claim that the jokes were taken out of context -- because it would never cross her husband's mind to say something so horrible.

Kevin and Deborah have 7 children together -- 6 of them girls -- and she works as a neonatal nurse in Boston. She says they're a nice, hardworking family and she's appalled her husband's season of "Big Brother" has turned so ugly ... mostly due to Jason.

A young fan ran up to greet Lionel Messi as he was getting off Argentina soccer's team bus in Uruguay on Wednesday ... only to get snatched up and dragged away by a security guard.

Messi wasn't havin' none of that ... ordering the security team to run down the kid and bring him back for a quick meet-and-greet.

The boy looked SUPER sad when he got grabbed ... but was all smiles after meeting the FC Barcelona superstar.

In the end, the kid got his shot ... and Messi looked like a total hero (instead of a tax cheat).

Weston Cage -- Nic Cage's son -- isn't getting off easy in his drunk driving case but the judge is letting him pick one of 3 doors for his sentence.

Wes pled no contest this month to driving with a BAC of 0.08 or higher after he led cops on a wild chase in February in the San Fernando Valley. He took out mailboxes before crashing into a tree and another car.

Wes already knows he'll be on probation for 3 years, has to complete a 3-month alcohol program, and has to pay a bunch of fines plus additional penalty fees. As for the rest of his sentence, here are Cage's options:

- Door 1: 350 hours of community service
- Door 2: 30 days of community labor
- Door 3: 45 days in county jail

Jesse Williams' ex is hellbent on making sure he doesn't post photos of their kids on social media, and says his claim he has a First Amendment right to do it ... is total BS.

In new docs, Aryn Drake-Lee says Jesse's Instagram posts threaten their kids' welfare and safety. She points out Jesse has some 2.2 million followers and she's worried some might be volatile and obsessive fans who could harm their kids in an effort to get closer to Jesse.

Aryn previously raised this issue, claiming he's only touting the kids on IG for empathy. Jesse fired back he was exercising his First Amendment right -- but Aryn points out their children are not public figures and have their own rights.

She also says Jesse can't vouch for the mental state of his followers. To be clear, Aryn's cool with Jesse sharing pics with family and friends ... it's the public randos who concern her.

Sofia Vergara just got a huge W in her frozen embryo battle with her ex -- a judge dismissed the case, saying Nick Loeb had no business suing her in Louisiana ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, the judge said the court had no jurisdiction because the embryos were conceived in California, and neither parent has any permanent ties to the state. Sofia shot a movie there in 2014. Nick claimed they'd dated and planned their life together in the state, but the court didn't buy that.

In the docs, the judge noted Loeb probably only filed in Louisiana because of its favorable laws pertaining to the rights of unborn children ... but there's no getting around the whole jurisdiction issue.

The judge actually called the pre-embryos "citizens of California" ... and said weighing in on the case would require a potential constitutional evaluation over the embryos' rights.

As we reported ... Sofia filed docs in February asking the court to end the embryo war.

A bunch of Irish fans of Conor McGregor fired off some F-bombs at Floyd Mayweather's children -- including his 14-year-old daughter -- screaming, "F*ck the Mayweathers."

It all went down right after the weigh-in at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Friday ... where Floyd's kids were hanging about 30 or 40 yards from a pack of rowdy Conor fans.

You can see Floyd's 17-year-old son, Koraun, in a camouflage TMT shirt mocking the McGregor fans while they yell at the kids, including 14-year-old Jirah, 16-year-old Zion and 17-year-old Iyanna. The kids seems to be enjoying the spectacle!

The fans eventually stopped cussing and flipping the bird -- and started chanting, "Stand up for the boys in green" ... while Koraun continued to dance.

David Beckham's still that dad snapping pics of his kid's first day of school as he sends his eldest, Brooklyn, off to college.

Brooklyn won't be far from his namesake borough -- he's studying photography at NYC's prestigious Parsons School of Design. The kid already released his first book of photography, "What I See" ... just this month.

Based on how closely Becks is following, and documenting Brooklyn's every step -- we'd say someone's suffering a little separation anxiety.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife, Kate Major, called a black cop a "monkey" and a female officer a "dyke" ... this after threatening to murder the officers.

TMZ has obtained body cam and police cruiser footage of Kate's detainment last weekend, and she goes on an incredibly racist and homophobic tirade against the cops taking her in for an involuntary psychiatric evaluation.

She calls the black police officer in charge of the detainment a "monkey" multiple times in the video, and even invokes white supremacy into her rant. She also calls a female officer checking her for weapons a "dyke" ... all while sporting a bag over her head 'cause cops say she was spitting at them.

We broke the story ... Kate was placed on a psych hold after she threatened to kill cops if they didn't find her kids, whom Michael had taken with him upon discovering she was drunk and belligerent at home.

We've obtained the audio of that 911 call as well ... it's all bad.

Jon and Kate Gosselin got into such a heated argument over their kids, cops had to show up to sort things out.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers in Wyomissing, PA responded Tuesday to a dentist's office to handle an argument Jon and Kate were having over one of their 8 children.

We're told one of the parents took the kid to the dentist, but the ex-reality stars/exes got into it over who'd be taking her home. An argument erupted over the custody order.

As we reported ... that deal of theirs -- settled more than 7 years ago -- is under wraps, but involves both parents having some sort of shared custody.

Jon ended up taking the kid with him, and cops told the pair to take up their gripes with a judge. Nobody was arrested in the incident.

If your Odey senses were tingling at a trampoline park in NJ this weekend ... it's because #13 was there in a full Spider-Man costume -- and the story is pretty great!

The NY Giants superstar caught wind that his teammate, Jonathan Casillas, was throwing a party for his 6-year-old daughter, Jade, who happens to be a big Odell Beckham fan.

We're told Odell wanted to surprise Jade -- so he got a black Spider-Man costume (with a full mask covering his face) and kicked it with the kids ... who had no idea Spidey was really a huge NFL star.

Odell eventually unmasked himself and the video is awesome. We're told Jade (and her mom) loved the surprise ... they had no idea!

As for the costume ... we debated if it was actually a Venom suit but ultimately decided it was more like the black Spidey suit from "Spider-Man 3."

Venom doesn't typically have webs on the suit.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife threatened to kill cops when she called 911 this weekend ... and later claimed domestic violence against Michael before being placed on a psychiatric hold.

Kate Major told a dispatcher last Friday in Boca Raton, Florida that she would "kill us all" if Boca PD did not find her kids after Michael left their house with them ... this after he claims he came home to find her drunk and belligerent.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, Kate was "hysterically crying and appeared to be intoxicated" when an officer arrived following her death threat on the phone. She told the cop Michael had accused her of cheating when he got home that night, and then pulled her hair and grabbed her throat before taking off with their 2 boys.

The cop, however, says he didn't see any signs of injuries, and noted she wasn't able to show him a video she claims she had that allegedly captured the whole incident. Michael did have video of what went down, and cops determined Kate needed to be placed on a psych hold.

Kate made "a number of racial comments about Officer Graham's race [the responding officer]" ... this according to the police report, which also said when she was in the patrol car she "kicked the slider and door repeatedly" and was spitting on the slider.

The responding officer said that "without proper care or treatment Kate was a potential danger to others."
