Starbucks Man Jumps Counter ... To Steal Viral Cups!!!
The limited-edition Stanley Cup fever has officially reached new heights ... with a desperate man jumping over the counter at a Target's Starbucks stall to steal a whole box of them.
Unclear which store it happened at ... but the footage picks up as the man kicks his way out of the coffee stall with the goods in hand. Almost immediately, bystanders and potentially store security step in ... with one person wrestling him to the ground.
The box is eventually pried out of the would-be thief's hands after a scuffle on the floor ... but the man appears to walk out of the store with one of the hot pink 40-ounce Stanley tumblers.
Stanley's special-edition cups, co-designed with Starbucks, were released Wednesday ... kickstarting mass chaos nationwide as tumbler enthusiasts pulled out all the stops to get their hands on them -- as seen in other viral clips.

They retail at $49.95 ... but looks like they'll be a hot item outside stores, too.

Logan Paul Buying Back $2.3M In CryptoZoo NFTs Suing Over Derailed Game

Exclusive

Logan Paul says he's committing more than $2.3 million to right the wrongs of his failed CryptoZoo ... and he's also filing a lawsuit against the folks he claims derailed his game.
Logan's delivering on his promise to buy back Base Egg and Base Animal non-fungible tokens from CryptoZoo for their original purchase price ... via a website where investors can submit claims.
Remember ... Logan announced the CryptoZoo game back in 2021, billing the animated NFT project as "a really fun game that makes you money." The game reportedly drew inspiration from Pokémon and folks who paid .1 Ethereum were told they could hatch, breed, collect and trade exotic animal hybrids on the blockchain. The first wave of 11,000 NFTs quickly sold out but CryptoZoo was never released.
Logan says he had "only the best possible intentions" for CryptoZoo and "never made a single penny from the project." He says he spent $400K developing the game and says it was completed in early 2023 but wasn't released due to "regulatory hurdles that would need to be cleared that I did not originally understand."
LP adds ... "Like you, I was highly disappointed the game was not delivered."
Logan says his $2.3 million buyback program "is a way for me to make whole those who intended to play CryptoZoo. The buyback is not intended to compensate those who gambled on the crypto market and lost."
In addition to the NFT buyback, Logan is also taking legal action ... claiming in a new lawsuit that CryptoZoo lead developer Eduardo Ibanez and "Crypto King" Jake Greenbaum are to blame for the game's failure and not him.
In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- one of the first red flags in the project happened just after launch day, with suspicious trading activity happening ... where it appeared dozens of project outsiders somehow got info of the existence of the new market for ZOO Tokens.
The lawsuit claims the sketchy trading activity caused the market capitalization of ZOO Tokens to drop from about $130 million to $26 million.
As for CryptoZoo, Logan says the game will not be released ... but there still might be a chance for him to get some justice in court.

Casey Anthony's Mom Panic Attack Under Questioning
Casey Anthony's mom suffered a panic attack while in the hot seat ... and it was so severe, she had to walk away from an interview about her late granddaughter.
Cindy Anthony's anxiety set in during an interview she did for the A&E and Lifetime doc, "Casey Anthony's Parents: The Lie Detector Test," which debuts tonight ... and she says she's convinced her daughter, Casey, knows what happened to 3-year-old Caylee in 2008.
Cindy starts crying during the convo, reaches for her chest and has to step out of the room, claiming to be having a panic attack ... her husband, George, quickly goes with her to help calm her down.
It seems the attack didn't go away, however -- as George recommends heading to a hospital as he lays her on the ground to try and get her to relax. We've only seen a clip at this point, so it's unclear just how serious it got.
As we reported, George got emotional during a lie detector test in another preview of the doc, struggling to answer whether or not he concealed his granddaughter's whereabouts -- something Casey claimed.
Remember, Caylee disappeared in June 2008 and her body was found months later -- Casey said during her 2011 trial that George disposed of Caylee's body, and she said in a 2022 doc that he staged her death to make it look like it was Casey's fault.
Unclear how well the parents passed their lie detector tests ... but safe to say that'll be revealed Thursday night.

Boxing Star Jarrell Miller Arrested In Florida Allegedly Body Slammed Car Dealership Employee, Stole Truck
Boxing star Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller was arrested on Tuesday ... after he was accused of body-slamming a car dealership employee before stealing a truck.
According to the Hollywood Police Department in Florida, the incident took place at Haims Motors -- a used car lot located about half an hour north of Miami.
Cops say an employee at the dealership told them a woman had approached him and complained that she had left a phone in a truck that the establishment had recently repossessed.
Police say when the employee went to grab the keys to help her get the device back ... Miller grabbed him, put him in a chokehold -- and insisted he fork over the keys.
HPD officers say the employee told them Miller then threw him to the ground, nabbed the keys and jacked the truck.
Cops say that while Miller fled the scene, he was unaware that there was a tracking device in the ride -- and a short time later, officers found him, arrested him, and booked him on charges of carjacking without a firearm or weapon and burglary with assault or battery.

Miller appeared in court on Wednesday ... and during the proceedings, prosecutors said they believed Miller had planned the attack.
"It would appear that Mr. Miller," one official said in the courtroom, "he knew what the plan was going to this business to get his car back."
Miller, however, pled not guilty to the charges ... though jail records show that as of Thursday morning, he's still behind bars in Broward County.
Miller just fought Daniel Dubois on DAZN's huge Day of Reckoning undercard in Saudi Arabia two weeks ago ... but he lost, moving his pro record to 26-1-1.

Jeffrey Epstein Told Victim 'Clinton Likes Them Young'

Jeffrey Epstein told one of his sexual abuse victims Bill Clinton like his girls young ... according to newly unsealed court documents.
The bombshell claim is from a deposition given by Johanna Sjöberg ... the deposition transcript, obtained by TMZ, says "Jeffrey told her 'Clinton likes them young,' referring to girls."
The former president's name appears several times among the hundreds of pages of recently unsealed court documents from a 2015 civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre, who claims she was one of Epstein's sex trafficking victims.
Clinton reportedly did not object to his identity being unsealed ... and he's long been linked to Epstein. In 2019, Bill said he went on 4 trips on Epstein's infamous private jet as part of humanitarian efforts with the Clinton Foundation, but denied knowledge about Epstein's crimes. Clinton denied ever having visited Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, which was confirmed by Epstein's associate, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Also in the document dump are details about Prince Andrew.
In the docs, Epstein is accused of forcing a minor to have sex with Prince Andrew in London and New York ... as well as on Epstein's private island as part of an orgy with other underage girls.
The docs go on to say Epstein instructed Jane Doe #3 to "give the Prince whatever he demanded" and required her "to report back to him on the details of the sexual abuse."
There's also this quirky bit from Sjöberg involving a puppet of Prince Andrew, which she says Maxwell got from a BBC production. During a social gathering in NYC, Sjöberg says Giuffre sat on a couch next to Andrew, and she sat on his lap -- then they all posed for a photo with the puppet's hand on Giuffre's breast, and Andrew's hand on Sjöberg's breast.
As we reported, Prince Andrew previously settled a lawsuit with Giuffre, who accused him of having sex with her when she was a minor. Andrew's denied her allegations and says he regrets his association with Epstein.

Marshawn Lynch Accused Of Breaking Seahawks Fan's Phone ... In Confrontation Outside Seattle Bar

A Seahawks fan says Marshawn Lynch turned into Beastmode outside of a Seattle bar over the weekend ... smashing his phone during an altercation.
The Hawks supporter's name is Jose Lozano ... and he tells TMZ Sports the incident all happened in front of Xtadium in downtown Seattle on Sunday at around 1:30 AM.
Lozano says he tried to get a pic with Lynch inside of the bar earlier in the night -- but was denied by the Seahawks legend's friends ... who told him straight up, "No pictures."
However, when Lozano spotted Lynch outside of the establishment a short time later, he made one final attempt to get the former Seattle tailback to stop for a photo before he called it a night.
In video from the scene, you can see Lozano approach Lynch -- who's wearing a Beastmode sweatshirt -- and yell, "Marshawn! Beastmode! Let me a take a --."
Suddenly, though, Lynch appears to lunge at Lozano's phone -- before the footage cuts out.
Lozano tells us once the camera stopped rolling, Lynch grabbed his phone and screamed, "Y'all mother f***ers are weird," before he busted up the device with his hands. Eventually, Lozano said he was able to get the phone back just prior to Lynch leaving the area.
Lozano tells us he didn't realize his phone -- an iPhone 14 that he purchased just a few months ago -- was broken until several minutes had passed, but he said he has no intentions of going to police now over the incident because he's such a huge fan ... although he did say he wished Lynch hadn't been so "rude."
This, of course, is not the first time Marshawn has been accused of swiping at fans' phones ... back in 2017, he smacked a phone from a man's hands while out at LAX.
APRIL 2017
Lynch -- who hasn't played in the NFL since the 2019 season -- has been working as a contributor to Amazon's "Thursday Night Football" coverage this season.

Las Vegas Judge Attacked by Felon in Flying Leap!!! Pounced During Sentencing
A Las Vegas judge took a beating as she sentenced a man Wednesday for felony battery -- the convict broke free, and viciously took her down to the ground.
The insane incident went down at Clark County District Court, where Judge Mary Kay Holthus was giving 30-year-old Deobra Redden his sentence. Redden's attorney reportedly asked Holthus to give his client probation, but she wasn't budging.
After Holthus made a comment about him needing to "get a taste of something else," Redden leaped over the bench and attacked her, causing chaos in the courtroom.
Multiple people, including the bailiff, quickly stepped in to subdue Redden as screaming and fighting continued -- some even landed punches on Redden before the madness came to an end.
Sources told 8 News Now that Judge Holthus hit her head, but was alright after the scary ordeal.
Redden reportedly has had a number of run-ins with the law, and has even been before Judge Holthus in the past.
He was previously in front of her to face destruction of property charges, and he also served a year in prison on a separate domestic battery charge.
He also pled guilty in November to threatening to bust a man's kneecaps in April, and causing "substantial bodily harm" ... but Judge Holthus issued a bench warrant for his arrest in December after he missed a court appearance.

Ian Ziering Street Fight Was Unprovoked!!! So Claim Minibikers
-
Exclusive
The video of Ian Ziering brawling with a group of bikers in Hollywood tells the whole story -- at least according to one of the bikers who tells TMZ ... the whole incident was completely unprovoked by the motor crew.
We spoke to 2 men Wednesday on "TMZ Live" who sometimes ride with the 605 Minibike Gang, but are not members of the gang. They say Ian went from 0 to 100 all on his own, without any altercation prior to the video we've seen.
The 2 riders here go by Roy and Nocturnal. Nocturnal is the guy who was there on Sunday, and even recorded the video shot from behind Ian's SUV.
Nocturnal insists the group's first encounter with Ian was right there on Hollywood Blvd when the video starts.
He says 2 of his fellow minibikers were doing a legal lane split, and Ian purposely tried to prevent them from getting in front of his car ... even though they had every right to do so.
They say it appears Ian didn't like that ... and go on to allege he hopped out of his car to start a physical fight all on his own. If there was any incidental contact -- Nocturnal and Roy insist it was Ian's own doing ... and that he was the one who invited an ugly clash.
Nocturnal and Roy say they don't know why Ian might've escalated things the way he did -- especially with his young daughter right there with him -- but they theorize he was having a really bad day ... and let out his frustrations on the bikers.
As we first reported, LAPD is investigating the incident for felony vandalism -- for the bashing of Ian's windshield with a helmet -- and misdemeanor battery for the fight.
Ian, for his part, has suggested the bikers were at fault here ... and blamed cops for allowing "lawlessness" to take place. He hasn't responded to our calls to get his side of what set him off that day.

Jackson Mahomes Prosecutors Say Alleged Victim Not Cooperating ... Drop 3 Charges
UPDATE
12:11 PM PT -- A judge has just approved the prosecutors' motion to drop the three felonies against Jackson Mahomes.
He's now slated to return to court in late March -- as he's still facing one misdemeanor charge in the case.
Prosecutors are working to drop the felony charges against Jackson Mahomes ... after they claim the alleged victim in the case against Patrick Mahomes' little brother is no longer cooperating.
Officials at the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office in Kansas filed a motion to dismiss the three aggravated sexual battery counts against Jackson on Tuesday ... and a judge is expected to a make a ruling on the filing at a hearing later Wednesday afternoon.
In the court documents, prosecutors say the restaurant owner who first accused Jackson of forcibly kissing her inside of her Overland Park establishment back in February 2023 has now told them she does not want to continue to press charges in the case -- stating that she wishes "the matter to be dismissed as to anything involving" her.
Prosecutors said in the docs, however, they tried to move forward with the case regardless ... writing that the incident involving Jackson and the woman "was captured in its entirety on surveillance footage."
But, they added that the woman has made it abundantly clear she no longer wants anything to do with the case -- claiming she told them she would say "that she had not been truthful to the police and that the encounter with [Jackson] was consensual."
A dismissal of the three felony counts would mean Jackson is only facing one misdemeanor battery charge in the case ... which stems from allegations he shoved a waiter at the restaurant the same night that he had the run-in with the woman.
"Like I said from the beginning," Jackson's attorney, Brandon Davies, said in a statement to FOX 4 on Tuesday, "Jackson has done nothing wrong. We had full confidence that the truth of the matter would ultimately be revealed. The defense will reserve further comment until the remaining count is disposed of."
Jackson first pleaded not guilty to the charges shortly after they were filed last year. He's expected to attend Wednesday's hearing in-person.

Nigel Lythgoe 'SYTYCD' Sex Assault Claims Spark Sony Investigation
-
Exclusive
Nigel Lythgoe is in the crosshairs of an investigation by the studio that produces his long-running show "So You Think You Can Dance" ... with his job possibly hanging in the balance.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the embattled EP of the hit reality competition show is at the center of an internal probe being conducted by Sony Pictures Television -- which co-produces 'SYTYCD' under its subsidiary 19 Entertainment, alongside Dick Clark Productions.
We're told Sony's looking into recent claims of sexual assault and harassment made against Nigel -- who created 'So You Think' with Simon Fuller, and has served as an executive producer since its inception, not to mention a consistent judge until he stepped away in '22.
Of course, what Sony's investigating here is Paula Abdul's allegations -- which she made in an explosive lawsuit ... claiming she'd been sexually assaulted by Lythgoe twice, once in the early 2000s during her 'Idol' stint and again in the 2010s while she judged on 'SYTYCD.'
Remember, as it pertains to the latter allegation -- which is what Sony's concerned with here -- she alleged Lythgoe invited her to his pad to discuss work opportunities ... only to allegedly pounce on her in an attempt to kiss her. PA also claimed Lythgoe groped one of her assistants during her time on the dance show.
Lythgoe denies Paula's claims, saying they're "deeply offensive" to everything he stands for and totally false.
Our sources say that while Sony digs into this matter, no decision has been made on whether Nigel will be allowed to stay on as an EP. It also remains to be seen if he'll serve as a judge -- this despite the fact he was announced to return to his chair last month for Season 18 ... which will start airing in March. He wasn't a judge during this past season.
Probably worth noting ... Paula named 19 Entertainment as a defendant in her suit too -- alleging sexual assault and battery, sexual harassment, gender violence and negligence.

'Love Is Blind' Renee Poche Forced Me To Match With Violent Addict ... I'm Suing Netflix!!!
"Love is Blind" contestant Renee Poche says the producers behind the Netflix reality show paired her with a walking red flag, and are trying to bankrupt her for speaking out ... so now, she's suing.
Renee, who appears in season five of the popular reality dating show, is going after Netflix and 'LIB' production company Delirium TV ... claiming they matched her with a lying, violent, emotionally unstable drug addict and forced her to spend long stretches alone with him despite her concerns.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Renee says her pre-determined match, Carter Wall, was unemployed, addicted to drugs and alcohol, estranged from his family, homeless, violent and dead broke when producers matched them up for the cameras.
In the show, contestants go to separate pods to meet their dates, flirting and conversing through speakers while unable to see the other person. In order to meet in person, two contestants have to first get engaged and then are swept off to a Mexican resort for a vacation before being sent to their hometowns to plan the wedding.
Renee says she initially hit it off with Carter, but claims she later found out he was lying through his teeth and was far from marriage material.
In her suit, Renee says production put her through a rigorous background check and claims Delirium must have known about Carter's "troubling issues" and "mental instability." She says she became terrified to spend time with him but claims producers forced them to film together for long periods.
Renee claims Carter was emotionally abusive on and off camera, heavily abused drugs and alcohol and physically threatened a camera operator in Mexico.
She says producers threatened her with legal action if she did not move forward with the engagement, and when they got to his Texas hometown, producers warned her to ensure Carter had no access to firearms or weapons because they were concerned he would hurt Renee, himself or others.
Renee also claims producers admonished her for not giving Carter a chance and encouraged her to keep filming with him.
Once the show wrapped, Renee says she was informed her relationship with Carter would be axed from the program ... and she claims it's because Carter threatened to commit suicide if the footage aired.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Renee's since called off the engagement and spoken out about her experience in various podcasts, and she claims Netflix and Delirium are trying to ruin her for going public.
She says Delirium claims she's violating her NDA and is seeking $4 million from her as a result ... despite her earning only $8,000 to be on the show.
Renee says the NDA is actually unlawful though ... and she wants a declaration from the court that the NDA is illegal, invalid and unenforceable ... and she's going after Netflix and Delirium for damages.
We reached out to Netflix and Delirium ... so far no word back.
