The Game NJ Saggy Pants Ban Is RACIST!!!
A new law banning saggy pants on the Jersey Shore has pissed off a bunch of famous rappers -- including The Game, who tells TMZ, the anti-sag movement is racist ... and tantamount to SLAVERY.
In case you didn't know, the city of Wildwood, NJ just passed a law that prohibits anyone on its boardwalk from wearing pants that sag 3 inches below the hips, exposing skin or underwear. First time offenders are subject to fines ranging from $25-$100 ... and after that, the fines go up to $200.
40 hours of community service is also a possible punishment.
Now, several rappers are speaking out against the law -- Game tells us, "N***** should sag down to their socks out there. They trying to get people to not sag, please. Can’t tell people how to wear their f***ing clothes. What time are we in? This ain't the f***ing slave days. F*** that."
He adds, "I am with the sagging movement. First five people to get fines, I will pay their tickets ... I will go there and sag cause I am a sagging Sagittarius."
Bizzy Bone from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony tells us, "Are they talking about black people? How can they do that? This is racist and ridiculous."
And for the white guy's perspective ... Mac Miller says, "I just think that's ridiculous because no one has time to do that much community service. I sag and will sag anywhere I go."
The law's scheduled to go into effect next month. You're welcome, Larry Platt.

Michael Jackson So Broke He Needed Tour To Buy a Home
It's a shocking testament ... Michael Jackson -- who amassed hundreds of millions of dollars during his storied career -- needed the "This Is It" tour so he could afford a house for his children.
During the wrongful death trial Wednesday afternoon ... AEG honcho Randy Phillips told the jury about an emotional meeting he had with MJ around Halloween, 2008. Phillips said a tearful Jackson told him his 3 kids were living "like vagabonds" -- shuttling from a Las Vegas rental to the Bel Air Hotel in L.A.
Phillips said Jackson wanted a home the family could call their own, and needed the "This Is It" tour to make enough money to realize that dream.
Phillips said the meeting was so emotional, both he and Jackson cried.
But get this ... the next day Phillips met MJ again, and the singer revealed the home he wanted to buy --- a 40,000-square-foot estate with a $93 million price tag. Phillips told MJ he thought it was ridiculous to blow his wad on the property.
MJ eventually settled on renting the house where he died.

Jennie Garth & Peter Facinelli Divorce Final Nicest Divorce Ever
Former "90210" star Jennie Garth is officially a single woman ... because her divorce from "Twilight" actor Peter Facinelli has been finalized -- and it's quite possibly the most amicable and novel divorce of all time.
As we reported, Garth and Facinelli pulled the plug on their marriage in 2012 after 11 years together. They have three daughters -- 15-year-old Luca Bella, 10-year-old Lola Ray, and 6-year-old Fiona Eve.
The divorce order was officially signed Tuesday -- but the real story ... Garth and Facinelli still totally trust each other -- especially in the money department.
The two have each declined spousal support. As for the children, they're doing something pretty novel. Jennie and Peter are funding a joint bank account for the care and education of their children. Both parents will deposit money in equal amounts. Each has full access to the accounts.
They have also agreed to share 50/50 custody of their daughters and insist they don't need a formal custody arrangement -- unheard of in Hollywood.

44-year-old Aniston and her fiance Justin Theroux just completed renovations on the sprawling 3.5-acre property -- which the couple purchased last year -- and Aniston decided to maintain the chicken coop.
FYI, Bel Air is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the planet ... and here's a fun fact -- the house featured on "The Beverly Hillbillies" is also in Bel Air.
Who's no spring chicken now?
Edward Furlong Back Behind Bars
It's a pity the L.A. County Jail system doesn't have a rewards program ... because "Terminator 2" star Edward Furlong has just checked in for the billionth time.
You'll recall, Furlong was arrested last month for allegedly violating a restraining order obtained by his ex-GF, whom he allegedly roughed up on multiple occasions. Furlong was subsequently released on $50,000 bail.
But yesterday -- when Furlong was back in court -- the judge decided his previous bail amount wasn't enough ... and raised it to $100,000 ... at which point Furlong was taken back into custody.
So far, Furlong hasn't bailed out. His next hearing is scheduled for later this month.

Jackson Family Debbie Will Become Paris' Guardian Over Our Dead Bodies
Michael Jackson's family has circled the wagons ... with many family members expressing outrage at the prospect Debbie Rowe could become Paris Jackson's legal guardian ... sources connected with the family tell TMZ.
We broke the story ... Debbie has not made any move to become Paris' guardian after last week's suicide attempt, but she's amenable if Paris wants it. As we reported ... Paris is having trouble connecting with grandma Katherine, and that's one of the reasons she's established a bond with Debbie over the last few months.
Our sources say ... members of the family believe Debbie's motivation is to put herself in the public eye, as evidenced by her statement to the media after the suicide attempt. As one source said, "If her intentions were pure she'd be speaking to the family."
We're told the family will fight Debbie "tooth and nail" if she attempts to secure guardianship.
The criticism is puzzling, because Debbie has stayed out of the spotlight for years, and her statement about Paris had nothing to do with guardianship -- it was merely confirming TMZ's story that Paris had attempted suicide.
Also interesting ... the family is not suggesting Debbie's motivation is money.
The judge in the guardianship case is currently reviewing Katherine's guardianship to determine if she's able to properly care for MJ's 3 kids.

Brandi Glanville Assistant FIRED After Dognapping
Brandi Glanville is blaming the whole stolen dog thing on her assistant -- TMZ has learned, the "Real Housewives" star has FIRED her right-hand woman for not taking better care of the pooch.
The 23-year-old ex-assistant -- who didn't want to be named -- tells TMZ, "I no longer work for Brandi. She texted me [Saturday] saying that I didn’t do my job by losing the dog."
As we reported, Brandi's Encino home was burglarized last Wednesday while she was in Palm Springs -- or so the assistant claims -- and someone made off with her beloved Chihuahua Chica.
After the alleged burglary, Brandi said she did NOT want to blame her assistant -- the last person to be with the dog before it vanished -- but something must have changed ... because the asst. tells us, that's exactly what Brandi did by giving her the chop.
Now the assistant's upset -- telling us she did everything in her power to make sure Chica was safe (double checking the doors, closing all windows, locking everything) and firing her just isn't fair.
Oh yeah, she also says Brandi still owes her for two weeks' work ... more than $1,000. Chica's still missing.
But Brandi's unmoved -- she believes the assistant made up the burglary story to cover the fact that she lost the dog. Brandi tells us, "I did what I had to do. If I can't trust her with my dogs, how can I trust her with my kids?" As for the unpaid wages ... Brandi says the check's in the mail.

Kenya Moore Fires Back at Eviction Suit It's ALL Lies
Kenya Moore is no deadbeat renter ... and according to the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star the landlady trying to evict her is, like a plugged-up toilet ... full of crap!
Kenya's being sued for eviction by Conya Weems-Dillon for allegedly coming up $848 short on her May rent (a cool $3,999 / month) and breaking several terms of the lease agreement.
Now, Kenya has fired back with her own lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Weems-Dillon is lying and plotting to intimidate her into moving out of the 6-bedroom, 6-bath house.
In her suit, Kenya says she's paid rent in full for May AND June ... and claims her landlady constantly enters the house without notice.
She also alleges Weems-Dillon made up the conflict over the lease in order to sell a story to the media ... and the eviction is just the landlady's latest attempt to damage her rep.
Weems-Dillon's attorney hasn't returned our calls for comment.
Kenya's countersuing for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress ... she claims she's been "shunned" by friends since the eviction story broke.

Justin Bieber A Leopard (Audi) Can't Change Its Spots
Seems Justin Bieber's giving his Ferrari a break ... 'cause the singer's leopard-spotted Audi R8 was spotted at various spots in L.A. this weekend -- including Miley Cyrus' home.
Cameras rolled as Bieber's ride left Miley's home in Toluca Lake, CA on Saturday ... and while it's unclear if JB was in the driver's seat, it sure looks like it could be him ('cause the driver's white).
According to reports, Bieber's R8 could be worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $150k.
FYI -- it doesn't appear Justin switched from the Ferrari to the Audi to curb his alleged speeding problem -- 'cause the R8 goes from 0-60 in 4.3 seconds and tops out at 186 mph.
Keyshawn ... you've been warned.

Billy Joel MOVIN' OUT Sells Miami Mega-Mansion
Billy Joel has parted ways with his enormous Miami mansion, TMZ has learned -- and the guy who bought it from him is a mega-mega-rich fashion mogul.
Sources close to the deal tell us, the sale went through Friday for just under $14 million. The 7-bedroom, 8.5-bath waterfront super house has been on the market since May 2012, when Billy listed the home for $14.75 million.
And the mystery buyer -- a guy named Diego Della Valle ... owner of Tod's shoes and majority shareholder in Saks Fifth Avenue. He's worth a reported $1.55 BILLION ... nearly ten times what Billy's reportedly worth ($160 million).
Billy bought the place for $13.5 million in 2006 -- but after he pays the agents' commissions, we're told the singer will actually have lost money on the deal.
Oh yeah, the house (8,881 sq. ft) is also located on Miami's exclusive La Gorce Island ... where a bunch of celebs have owned homes, including Cher and Lil Wayne.

Kobe Bryant SETTLES With Mom In Memorabilia Suit
Kobe Bryant has ended his legal war with his mother ... settling the lawsuit over his basketball memorabilia.
As TMZ reported ... Kobe went after his mother for trying to auction off jerseys, rings, trophies and scores of other items. Pamela Bryant claimed her son gave her the stuff, but Kobe claimed she was full of it and she was just pissed because he wouldn't buy her an expensive house in Vegas.
Now Pamela and Kobe's dad agreed to issue a letter of apology to the Lakers' star, according to ESPN. In return Kobe agreed to let Pamela sell off just under 10% of the items.
So the legal issue is now resolved. As for family relations, we're guessing that's a whole other Oprah.
Bryant's parents released a statement that reads, "We regret our actions and statements related to the Kobe Bryant auction memorabilia. We apologize for any misunderstanding and unintended pain we have caused our son and appreciate the financial support he has provided over the years. We also apologize to Goldin Auctions for their inadvertent involvement in this matter and thank them for their assistance."

Ex-NFL Star Jamal Lewis Settles Paternity Case ... He's the Dad!
Sit back down, Maury Povich, your services are no longer required ... because former NFL star Jamal Lewis has taken a paternity test and learned he is indeed the father of a 7-year-old child ... TMZ has learned.
As TMZ first reported, Lewis -- who was inducted into the Baltimore Ravens "Ring of Honor" in 2012 -- was hit with a paternity suit last year by a woman in Georgia who claimed Lewis was the father of her boy.
Lewis was arrested over non-payment of support even before any paternity had been established, but the charges were eventually dropped.
Now TMZ has learned paternity test results show Lewis is indeed the father and was ordered to pay $663/month in child support. The amount is considerably less than the $5,236/month his baby mama had asked for, but filing for bankruptcy will do that.
The child's mother was granted sole legal and physical custody, with Lewis getting visitation every other weekend and various holidays (plus a two-week block in the summer).

'Girls' Star Zosia Mamet Much-Mocked Kickstarter Fizzles At $2,783
Zosia Mamet is enjoying a cultural moment as one of HBO's "Girls" ... but NOBODY WANTS A CRAPPY MUSIC VIDEO from Shoshanna and her bad-banjo-playing sister ... we know, because their Kickstarter campaign just ended -- and it BOMBED.
The HUGELY MOCKED effort -- which closed today just before 1:00 PM PT -- raised the pathetic sum of $2,783. That's less than 10% of their goal of $32,000 ... and Kickstarter is an all-or-nothing deal ... so they get NOTHING.
Zosia and younger sister Clara announced the video May 26 ... and the Internet trolling was INTENSE ... especially because the self-styled Cabin Sisters say they started the banjo-and-body-percussion band as "an excuse to spend more time together." It didn't help that the girls share a famous father and make TV-star salaries (Clara is on ABC's "The Neighbors).
Some thought the tone-deaf plea was a prank ... meant to call out Zach Braff, Kristen Bell and others for milking Kickstarter ... but TMZ confirmed with reps -- the girls were serious.
Braff and Bell proved that a good idea can BLOW UP on Kickstarter ... Braff's "Wish I Was Here" raised $3,105,473, and the "Veronica Mars" movie raised a whopping $5,702,153.
The Mamet sisters' highest pledge was $100 ... and nobody TOUCHED any of the 7 higher price points ... in all, only 80 people backed the widely publicized project -- most pitching in a buck.
Too bad they can't keep the dough they DID raise ... enough to buy a couple of sad trombones.

Octomom Authorities to Seize Financial Docs in Welfare Fraud Probe
Welfare fraud investigators have taken steps to seize Octomom's bank records and other documents that may prove she's been stealing taxpayers' money ... and what they find could land her in prison.
Welfare fraud officials obtained a search warrant to seize Octo's financial and employment records -- because they smell a rat.
We broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I), has been investigating Nadya Suleman after getting a tip that she was collecting welfare in 2012 ... when she grossed more than $200,000.
According to the warrant -- obtained by TMZ -- investigators have targeted 2 locations -- the home and office of Octo's manager, the person who presumably has financial records showing what's up.
As we previously reported, Octo and her 14 kids are entitled to get welfare benefits if she earns less than $119,000 in a calendar year. But there's evidence she made a lot more and still grabbed public assistance money.
If the hunch is right, Octo can be prosecuted for welfare fraud, and if she's convicted she could face 3 years in prison.
