"Flip or Flop" stars Tarek and Christina El Moussa paved the way for 5 new spin-off shows, but they won't make a dime if they become ratings hits.

Sources close to production say HGTV told the El Moussas a year ago they planned to spread the franchise to other cities. We're told execs did it as a courtesy to the couple -- they are the OGs, after all -- but they didn't really have a say.

We're told they were fully aware there would be no bonus in their stockings for the expansion.

Our sources say there's no truth to reports the spin-offs are intended to phase out Christina and Tarek -- and execs think the new shows could make their brand stronger.

L.A. Chargers star Melvin Ingram is doin' the offseason the right way ... renting out a HUGE house right in the heart of Miami Beach.

Lewis sued Phoebe's husband earlier this week for allegedly spending at least $5 million of his money on luxury cars, real estate and plastic surgery, but is now adding his daughter to the suit.

Danielle Bregoli, the "Cash Me Ousside" girl, wants to send her estranged dad a clear message -- you have ZERO business trying to get into MY business!

Uber CEO Travis Kalanick is looking to mend fences with the disgruntled driver he argued with about falling fares for luxury rides ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for Uber says Kalanick reached out to Fawzi Kamel this week to arrange a meeting with him about "anything and everything" he wants. The goal isn't necessarily to make immediate policy changes, but simply to clear the air face-to-face.

Fawzi -- a veteran Uber Black driver in San Francisco -- called out the CEO during a ride last month, ripping him for continually dropping fares. He recorded the feud and this week it went viral.

Jennifer Lopez is in the middle of closing a deal to sell her Hidden Hills estate -- and she settled for a way lower price than she originally wanted 2 years ago ... TMZ has learned.

It's all part of a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports in which the now-retired McKenzie says he loaned the watch to Kevin Phillips -- who played Leon "Neon" Edwards in the 2012 flick.

Long story short ... McKenzie says Kevin asked to borrow the watch for a film he was producing and promised to give it back after the shoot. McKenzie says he also loaned the guy $32,500 for film projects.

Problem is ... McKenzie says he never got the watch OR the money back -- instead, he claims Kevin concocted a bogus story about the watch being stolen by some thugs.

McKenzie says in reality Kevin sold the watch for $6,000 to a Hong Kong watch dealer and it's long gone.

McKenzie (a 2-time Super Bowl champ) says he's heartbroken because the watch has all sorts of sentimental value to him.

He's suing for his money back, plus the value of the watch plus damages.

Keegan-Michael Key's estranged wife says his ending of their 17-year marriage was so unexpected, it's causing her serious health problems ... in addition to leaving her in financial ruin.

Cynthia Blaise says she's suffering from severe depression, anxiety, hair and weight loss and PTSD ... according to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ. She says she's been taking 5 different meds since the 2015 divorce filing.

Donald Trump's Chicago hotel is suing an NFL player and his bride for allegedly stiffing the hotel on a big wedding bill, but it seems from the lawsuit something went wrong during the reception.

Tennessee Titans linebacker Justin Staples tied the knot with Amber last June and, judging from the video, the reception was fun and lovely. Justin and Amber apparently drove a hard bargain before the wedding, because Trump International Hotel and Tower dropped their proposed fee to $79,484.

According to the lawsuit, Justin and Amber paid $30k, but that was it.

Now, here's a big clue. According to the lawsuit, at the end of the reception, the hotel slashed another $5,062.13 from the bill, so it seems like something happened ... maybe food wasn't served, the cake was wonky, the bar ran out of liquor, the joint shut down too early ... something.

Beyonce's Coachella cancellation didn't cause resale prices to plummet ... in fact, it's been quite the opposite -- tickets actually went up in price.

Donald Trump is officially ready to go to wall -- he put out word for construction companies to prepare their bids to build the multi-billion dollar project ... as promised.

The Dept. of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection just posted notification that it will be accepting electronic bids starting on March 6, and will be a two-stage process. First step is submitting a design for the wall.

The DHS estimates the total cost will be $21.6 billion. Most interestingly, they say they'll be handing out contracts by mid-April ... so, this is moving quickly.
