Kevin Dillon's Wife Settles Divorce After Nasty Battle
Kevin Dillon has settled his divorce case, and no one even knew he was getting divorced.
Jane Stuart filed a divorce petition last July ... asking a judge to end her 10-year marriage to Kevin, but the docs got buried in the system.
Turns out they had a big issue ... she claimed they separated May 29, 2016, but the "Entourage" star fired back the date of separation was October 2008. It's hugely significant, because once they separated all future "Entourage" money was his, and his alone.
She also said Kevin kept her in the dark on finances from day 1 of the marriage, and she also claimed he under-reported his earnings to the court to keep his support payments low. She believed he made more than $16 million for "Entourage."
As with most of these cases ... it settled before going to trial. Last month Kevin agreed to pay Jane $3,174 a month in child support for their 11-year-old daughter, and she gets $7,214 in monthly spousal support.

Cynthia is the one who got the loan and is listed on the title, so she's the one the bank is going after.

Nasty Gal/#Girlboss Author Divorce Final Pays Ex a Pittance
Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso is officially single again, and it hardly cost her anything.
We've learned a judge just granted her a divorce from Joel Jarek DeGraff. The couple was only married for a year, and they had an ironclad prenup before marrying in June 2015.
Sophia, who is repped by disso queen Laura Wasser, will pay DeGraff $30,000. In return, DeGraff agreed to waive spousal support. She also paid him $18k for rent on his new pad.
DeGraff gets to keep his 2014 Volvo, and that's about it.
Sophia, who also wrote #Girlboss, created Nasty Gal before the couple married, so that money was always off the table. The prenup kept all of her earnings separate.
Girl boss to the core.

Dave Chappelle made up with Flint, Michigan for skipping out on a previous benefit show by giving them every dime he made from his Wednesday night gig ... $50k.
Chappelle performed at The Whiting in Flint and had announced he was going to donate proceeds to a local charity. The only surprise was what charity would get the dough.
Turns out ... Dave gave everything to the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. He presented a check onstage to CEO Isaiah Oliver ... who tells TMZ the money will help children exposed to lead in Flint's water. Oliver says they're grateful for Dave's commitment.

Mary J. Blige Ordered to Pay Spousal Support Way Under $129k/Mo.
Mary J. Blige is gonna have to cough up some emergency relief dough to her estranged husband while their divorce plays out, but he's gotta be disappointed by how much he's getting.
A judge has ordered Mary to pay Martin Isaacs $30,000 per month in temporary spousal support. Big number, no doubt, but way less than what he requested ... $129,319 per month.
The court found Martin was entitled to some dough to accommodate the standard of living he was used to while married to Mary, but also decided his dream number was unreasonable.
Mary will also have to pay retroactive spousal support dating back to September ... and his attorney fees -- that comes to $235k.
One last interesting note ... the court says Mary and Martin were living beyond their means during their marriage and still have millions of dollars to pay back in taxes.

Mel B Belafonte's Pockets Can Wait ... Support Ruling Delayed
Stephen Belafonte's complaints about being broke as a joke fell on deaf ears, as the judge pushed off a decision on how much, if any, spousal support Mel B should pay.
As we reported, Belafonte says he's on hard times -- making zero dollars, running up credit card debt ... and desperately in need of cash flow. He got no sympathy from Mel's attorneys who requested a continuance on the money ruling.
Mel's team argued it's premature to talk money because she's incurred expenses related to the restraining order she has against him, and Stephen might end up having to cover some of that bill.
The judge agreed and pushed the hearing to the end of the month.
Meanwhile, Stephen wanted to change the location where he has monitored visits with their daughter. He complained photogs were getting shots of her. The judge delayed that hearing until next week.

A-Rod Preps for Legal War with Ex Lover Who's Threatening Extortion
Alex Rodriguez is dealing with an ex from hell -- a woman who's hit him up for cash for years is now threatening to expose private messages if he doesn't cough up as much as $600k ... TMZ has learned.
We're told A-Rod broke up with the woman back in 2014, and although it was never a serious relationship -- more of a fling -- she continued contacting him every now and then, asking for small amounts of money. We're told he always turned her away empty-handed.
But things changed earlier this year when Alex got together with Jennifer Lopez. We're told the ex suddenly started hitting up A-Rod for larger amounts of money. He did not give in, and finally within the last week ... he told the woman he was in a happy, committed relationship with J Lo ... and simply wanted to be left alone.
That final denial set her off, and she insisted she would not be ignored. Think Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction."
We're told she demanded $600,000 or she would contact multiple media outlets to offer text messages Alex had sent her. One source with direct knowledge believes the woman's motives are clear: once A-Rod hooked up with J Lo ... the ex saw dollar signs, and felt he would pay any amount to keep her quiet.
The source believes she intended to release old texts with Alex from when they were dating, and make it seem like he was still contacting her while dating Jennifer.
We're told A-Rod is standing firm ... he will NOT pay her a dime. Instead, his legal team is preparing to go to police and even federal authorities if the woman continues threatening him.
As for Jennifer ... we're told she's fully aware of what Alex is dealing with, and not only stands by him, but empathizes ... having gone through similar situations in her past.

Kendrick Lamar Car Company Has His Back 'Cheap' Car for Sister Was Smart!
Kendrick Lamar is finally getting support for his decision to NOT buy his sister a baller new car -- of course, his backer is the company that made the umm ... frugal whip.
Kendrick took heat on social media for buying his younger sister a brand new Toyota Camry as a graduation present. In true "no good deed goes unpunished" fashion ... haters accused the multi-millionaire of going cheap on his kin.
But Toyota thinks K-Dot will have the last laugh.
A rep told us Toyota sees the choice as more "smart and thoughtful" than cheap, since Camry has a good track record for longevity and reliability. Plus, they're made in the U.S. -- so props for buying American! Sorta.
All good points, but Floyd Mayweather's kid would say ... so is a Benz.
We kid. Props to Kendrick, and his sis, for practicing what he preaches.

Paul says he first got word on Saturday that the Biebs was looking for a pickup hockey game before he left town ... so he set up Monday's session, where Justin scored a few goals during scrimmage ... and more in a shootout.
The favor paid for itself ... Paul says Justin donated his hockey stick to be auctioned off at a Storm charity game. Last year, a Bieber jersey hauled in a few thousand pounds at auction ... so they're expecting the stick to be a big-ticket item. All proceeds go to bombing victims and their families.

Carroll told our guy his joggers were Dolce & Gabbana ... and while we scoured the Internet trying to find them, we couldn't, which tells you all you need to know about his swag.

Migos' Takeoff My New Chain's Literally Outta This World!!!
Migos rapper Takeoff's iced-out intergalactic chain does right by his name, thanks to the spaceship taking off smack in the middle of it, and it's got enough sparkle to rival a shining star.
The rapper teamed with Elliot Avianne, of Avianne & Co Jewelry, to create the solar system-inspired piece. It's missing a few planets ... only Earth, Mars, Saturn, the sun and moon made the cut.
The piece weighs 1 kilo and is covered in 200 karats of diamonds.
Takeoff also put a Migos spin on the spaceship's NASA logo, replacing it with the crew's YRN (Young Rich N***as) acronym.
As for the price ... around $500k.
