Bobbi Kristina Nick Gordon Sued ... He Robbed Her Blind and Beat Her

Published | Updated

Bobbi Kristina was the victim of a nefarious plot by her boyfriend Nick Gordon, who secretly stole cash from her Whitney Houston inheritance, and physically abused her ... according to Bobbi's conservator.

Bobbi Kristina's estate filed a $40 million lawsuit against Gordon on Wednesday ... accusing Gordon of regularly transferring funds from her account to his account, including $11,000 AFTER she'd fallen into the coma.

The docs also say Gordon was beating Bobbi Kristina, and on one occasion dragged "her upstairs by her hair." He also allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth.

Bobbi Kristina intended to reveal the abuse she was suffering to a close friend. According to the docs, she had set up a time to meet that friend on Jan. 31 ... but she never made it.

Instead, Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub that morning with a swollen mouth and another tooth knocked out. The lawsuit doesn't squarely blame Gordon for those injuries, but it strongly hints at it -- and as we've reported ... police have been investigating Nick.

The suit was filed by Bedelia Hargrove -- who the court appointed in May ... as conservator over Bobbi Kristina's financial affairs.

WE OWE YOU

Listen up, Taylor Swift ... Miguel's about to tell you, you're his hero -- but not in a cheesy Bette Midler kinda way.

This is quick, but so freakin' telling -- all it took were 2 magic words for Miguel to start grinning outside Bootsy Bellows Tuesday night.

Miguel can't hide his glee over Taylor's rant at Apple for its streaming music debacle. Apple wasn't going to pay artists for tunes played during a free trial period for its service -- until Taylor went off.

Just a hunch, but ... Miguel's not the only singer who wants to XOXO Swiftee ... for lining their pockets.

Harvey Keitel Hey E*Trade, Deal's a Deal ... Gimme My Cash!

Published | Updated

Harvey Keitel played "The Wolf" for E*Trade -- swooping in to save its ass in a commercial series, only to have the company yank a $1.5 million deal out from under him ... according to his lawsuit.

Keitel says E*Trade came to him in early 2014 ... desperate to land a new spokesman, after Christopher Walken turned them down twice. Negotiations were fast and furious, and they agreed on a 3 commercial deal -- he says the company sent him the contract, and he accepted the terms.

But 2 days later, E*Trade informed Keitel it was "moving in a different direction" with their ads. He says there was no further explanation, but they did offered him $150k ... as a kill fee.

Harvey wasn't happy with the measly 10% of the $1.5 mil -- he says E*Trade called the deal "firm and binding" -- so, he's suing for the full amount.

IT'S SOOO OVER

Ray J's ex Princess Love lost way more than a BF when they broke up -- she lost the freakin' BENTLEY she bought with her own dough!

The "Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood" star is calling BS on Ray J's claim that HE bought the whip for her last year. Princess was in Bev Hills -- walking, mind you -- when she claimed SHE paid for it, but Ray J jacked it back.

Princess accepts some of the blame though since she's the "dumb ass" who put the car in Ray J's company's name. But she IS pissed about what he did with it after they split.

Don't cry for her too much -- Princess is strolling into Cartier in this clip.

'Honey Boo Boo' House Hits The Market ... For Double

Published | Updated

Mama June, Sugar Bear and the rest of the 'Honey Boo Boo' clan have been a financial bonanza for their landlord, who stands to make a killing off their Georgia digs.

The owner of the 1,368 sq. ft. 3 bed, 1.5 bath home -- heavily featured on the cancelled reality show -- has put the house on the market for $45k, almost twice the $27k he bought it for 5 years ago.

The home’s been vacant since Mama June bailed for an upgrade earlier this year…and we’re told they left the place in pretty good shape. Only a few repairs to the roof and other minor stuff.

The brand new security system they left behind probably spiked the price.

But one thing could turn buyers away ... all those 'sketti marks.

A-Rod Baseball Yankees Offer King's Ransom ... Says Guy Who Caught It

Published | Updated

How bad do the New York Yankees want A-Rod to have his 3,000 hit ball back? So bad that the team is offering a smorgasbord of AWESOME pinstriped-themed goodies ... so says the guy who caught it.

We spoke to Zack Hample ... the lucky dog who snagged A-Rod's historic dinger, and he tells us the Yanks made an incredible offer to him the minute the MLB authenticated his ball.

According to Hample the deal included ...

- Seats in the "Legends" section of Yankees stadium

- A personal meeting with A-Rod

- His own press conference with the media

- Appearances on the YES network for the rest of the season

- A "sizable" donation" to the charity of Hample's choice (with A-Rod to match the donation)

FYI -- sitting in the swanky "Legends" section of Yankees stadium is a big deal, with tickets running up to $1,500 per game ... and include gourmet food and drinks for the whole 9 innings.

Hample says it ain't just the Yanks who want the ball -- with multiple auction houses and collectors offering big cash for the rock -- but he hasn't made up his mind about what to do with it just yet.

Good problem to have if you ask us.

Hudson Yang Six-Figures, Maybe SEVEN For My FIRST TV Gig

Published | Updated

"Fresh Off The Boat" star Hudson Yang is gonna demand "Friends" money by the time he hits 20 -- because the adorable 11-year-old's already making bank, despite being a newbie to acting.

Yang plays rap-obsessed tween Eddie Huang on the ABC comedy ... about an Asian-American fam in Orlando. It premiered to huge ratings back in February.

Since he’s a minor, Yang’s deal had to be approved by a judge … and according to the docs, if the show lasts 7 seasons, he’ll be a millionaire by his 18th birthday. It's already been picked up for Season 2.

Yang hauled in $227,500 for the first 13 episodes. Not bad, considering his only credit before this was a small role in a movie nobody saw.

He's gonna get 4% raises each season of the show. That's a ton of video games and skateboards, dude.

Steven Spielberg Stick With Me Kid ... I'll Make You a Quick Mil!

Published | Updated

Steven Spielberg’s little leading lady in “The BFG" is only 11, but she's gonna be counting a lot of zeroes soon ... at least based on the sweet deal she scored with the mega producer/director.

Ruby Barnhill's minor's contract says she'll make $85k for the first movie ... based on the bestselling kids' book about a little girl who befriends a 24-foot tall giant. And if this turns out to be another Spielberg blockbuster ... it could unlock a lot more cash for Ruby.

Ruby's contract with Dreamworks -- which was filed in L.A. County Court 'cause she's a kid -- says the studio could pick her up for 2 more flicks with $250k and $400k paydays! And yes ... that's before bonuses.

No pressure, Spielberg ... it's just a little girl's hopes and dreams.

'Workaholics' Blake Anderson Wake and Probably Baked ... Kicked Off Morning TV

Published | Updated

Blake Anderson from “Workaholics” is not a morning person … at least that’s the reason he’s giving for mumbling through his spaced out 6 AM interview for his perfectly titled movie “Dope.”

The bagel toting Blake went on a local station in Cincinnati to promo his upcoming movie but it was a complete disaster from the first word ... to the curse words he eventually slurred on the air -- before the anchor pulled the plug.

Blake had a bunch of excuses too -- including lack of sleep, and the Golden State Warriors. He later tweeted that he didn't get home from the bar until 3 AM. Makes sense.

NFL's Clinton Portis I'M NOT BROKE Money Issues Stem from 'Bad Business Deal'

Clinton Portis says he didn't blow his entire NFL fortune -- even though he reportedly owes more than $1 million to creditors -- claiming his money issues stem from a bad business deal but he's still "doing fine."

The long story short ... Portis says he's still dealing with the financial fallout from a bad investment deal in 2008 ... where he sank a ton of cash into a casino that ultimately went bankrupt.

Portis -- along with several other former NFL players -- later sued a financial adviser who allegedly duped them into investing in the first place.

"This been ongoing since 2011, 2012 ... we just gotta go thru the court process," Portis tells us. "There's nothing else I can do. My lawyers are currently dealing with this."

Portis continues ... "At the time I was the biggest name and had the deepest pockets. Now, they're trying to hold me solely responsible for what was a bad business deal involving a lot of different people."

Now, Portis reportedly owes more than $1 million to various creditors -- including $450k in taxes, $287k to the MGM Grand in Vegas and has other issues with real estate and car loans.

"My lawyers are on top of it," Portis says ... "I'm still eating. Look at my Instagram. I'm not starving. I'm gaining weight."

"I'm doing fine. I'll be okay."
