'Howard Stern Show' High Pitch Erik Victimized in Podcast War ... Producer Claims in Lawsuit

Published | Updated

10:40 AM PT -- Gonzo S**tc**k tells us he's no longer affiliated with the Gonzo Podcast Network, even though it still bears his name. He also says he has nothing to do with the lawsuit, it's all on Henson ... who Gonzo says produces and finances the whole 'Network.'

Some of the 'Howard Stern Show's' hugely popular cast of characters are in a podcast war that's now turned into a lawsuit ... and Wack Packer High Pitch Erik's caught in the middle.

Jeff Henson produces content for the Gonzo Podcast Network -- home to Gonzo S**tc**k from the 'Stern Show.' Henson claims Jimmer Nam -- a Stern superfan -- and others are trying like hell to crush the Gonzo Network -- and says a prime example of the plotting is what happened to Gonzo's buddy, High Pitch.

In the suit, he says attorney Vincent Imbesi convinced Erik to allow his apartment to be wired with cameras and mics, so he could do daily broadcasts ... presumably on the Jimmer Nation Podcast network, and not the Gonzo Net.

Henson says they went even further by harassing and making fun of Erik. He claims they sent food deliveries to his home, and "swatted" him -- calling in false reports to cops and firefighters -- so often, it got Erik evicted from his apartment.

According to the docs, Nam also got personal on one of his podcasts by calling Henson a "lifelong criminal" who took advantage of an elderly couple. Henson denies that and says Nam's defamed him.

Henson's hitting Jimmer, Imbesi and others with the Heinnnnn!!! Meaning, he's suing 'em for at least $5 million.

And, speaking of the big house, the judge is recommending that the rapper serve his 1 year at the Danbury Federal Correctional Facility ... the prison that became the inspiration for "Orange is the New Black." It's also where Teresa Giudice served her time.

The pad comes with a pool, giant backyard, double-sided fireplaces and a home gym.

Kendrick was repped by Kathy Tyndall of Re/Max Estate Properties in the sale ... Jennifer Winchell of Rodeo Realty sold the home.

Staying humble and living vicariously through his own lyrics.

Fogle's taken issue with this charge ... it was the basis of most of his failed appeals. He's now teamed up with 2 other inmates to file this civil suit against prosecutors.

He's suing for at least $57 million ... which he says is triple the damage to the career he lost when he was arrested. His co-plaintiffs, by the way, are suing for way more ... up to $114 million.

Gwen Stefani Going Hard In The P8NT With Own Cosmetics Line

Published | Updated

Gwen Stefani's already mastered "The Voice" and now it looks like she's moving on to the face with her own line of cosmetics.

Gwen's applied to trademark P8NT -- as in "paint" -- for her own makeup line. It's a clever name considering it'll include everything from nail polishes to hair color, in addition to the usual eyeliners, powders and lipsticks. Perfumes, moisturizers and sunscreens are also in the mix.

She's got a bit of experience in the makeup department. A few years back she partnered with Urban Decay for a makeup collection. If Gwen's branching out on her own, the collab must've no doubt gone well.

Millie Bobby Brown New Season of 'Stranger Things' Means ... I'm $3 Mil Richer!!!

Published | Updated

Millie Bobby Brown must've channeled Eleven's superpowers when it came time to renegotiate her "Stranger Things" contract ... because she's getting an ENORMOUS raise.

Brown -- who plays the teen girl with psychokinetic abilities -- was scheduled to get paid just shy of $25k per episode for season 3 of the popular Netflix series ... according to her original contract, obtained by TMZ.

That would've been an increase of about $1,000 per episode from season 2, but as we reported ... the main cast of kids renegotiated and got fat pay bumps for season 3 to around $250,000 per episode.

Millie's raise is reportedly even more, though ... possibly as much as $350,000, which would match the salaries of the adult stars of the show, David Harbour and Winona Ryder.

That means for a 9-episode season 3, Brown could haul in as much as $3.15 million ... as opposed to the roughly $225k she'd have gotten in her original contract.

It's good to be Eleven.

Our sources say Swizz also went out of his way to speak on DMX's behalf to officials involved in his federal tax case, trying to convince them he's a good guy with human problems. S.B. is following in the footsteps of X's manager and Jayson Williams, who have also gone to bat for the rapper.

We broke the story ... DMX was sentenced to 12 months in prison for tax evasion.

Donald Trump Spent $27k In Taxpayer Money Tracking Media Stories After Stormy Daniels Sued Him

Published | Updated

Donald Trump spent $27,000 of taxpayer money to monitor media reports ... and it was done the day after Stormy Daniels sued the President.

According to Federal Procurement documents obtained by TMZ, the payment was authorized March 7 by the Executive Office of the President. The money -- $27,075 -- went to a company called TVEyes, which tracks stories on TV, radio and in print ... using keywords. The docs say the purpose of the expenditure was "SUPPORT - MANAGEMENT: PUBLIC RELATIONS."

The documents don't say what story was being tracked, but the day before payment was authorized, Stormy sued to get her confidentiality agreement invalidated, which opened to door to embarrassing allegations against Trump and a flurry of news reports.

It's not the first time Trump's Office has used the service, but it's by far the most they've ever spent ... the last being $9,504 in February of 2017, right around the time Trump's then Chief of Staff, Reince Preibus, allegedly tried to interfere with the FBI's Russia probe.

Federal Procurement records also show the $27k Trump's shelled out was by far the largest expenditure the Executive Office has ever made to TVEyes ... since 2011, when TVEyes began getting contracts.

Travis Scott Sues Dealership ... You Swindled Me Outta $70,000!!!

Published | Updated

Travis Scott got swindled out of $70k on a Lambo that never actually existed ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The rapper's suing Richard Martinez, VIP Services and Jorge Maldonado ... claiming they were all in cahoots to swindle him out of the cash. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Travis says he wanted to buy a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who then hired Martinez and his VIP Services to broker a deal.

Travis said he trusted Martinez because he claimed to have brokered dozens of deals for high-profile figures ... including the Kardashians. But to close the deal, Travis claims Martinez told him to wire a $70k deposit. Travis did, but months went by and there was no Lambo to show for it.

The rapper suspects Maldonado was paid to bring him to Martinez so he could pull off the scam. So, he's suing them to get his money back.

Kendall Jenner You Waste My Time ... I Make You Pay!!!

Published | Updated

Kendall Jenner hates her time and money being wasted, so she's trying to make the guy who sued her pay a hefty price -- but he's fighting back with a brand new lawsuit.

Kendall's company filed docs asking a judge to make photographer Al Pereira fork over $22k to cover her cost for needlessly defending what she calls a "frivolous" lawsuit. TMZ broke the story ... Pereira sued Kendall's co., alleging she jacked his Tupac and Biggie images and slapped them on a shirt with her face superimposed.

She apologized and removed all the shirts from her online store, and claimed although only 1 shirt was sold, Pereira got greedy and wanted $25k to "put this matter to rest."

Here's the weird part -- he later dropped the lawsuit against Kendall, only to refile it on Friday ... but now he's going after Canada Inc., the company KJ says makes the shirts.

Team Kendall calls Pereira's lawyer a "troll" who's filed more than 450 copyright infringement lawsuits since 2015 to make a quick buck.

Kendall would love to discourage him to the tune of $22,000.

Mike 'The Situation' My Lawyer Wants to Delay Sentencing ... Tax Season Is Taxing!

Published | Updated

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino got burned for not paying taxes, but now it might be tax season that buys him more time as a free man.

Mike's facing up to 5 years in prison for tax evasion charges after pleading guilty in January. Sentencing's set for April 25, but his lawyer, Henry Klingeman, is asking the judge to push that back because Mike's accountant is buried in tax returns through the middle of the month. 'Tis the season.

As part of Mike's plea deal, he had to resubmit his 2010 to 2012 returns, and his accountant has to review 1,500 pages of financial info to finish them up.

It's not all on the accountant ... Klingeman says he's on another case that will run through Memorial Day, so he'd also appreciate delaying sentencing until June.

Tyga Can't Pay My Rent, But ... Check Out My New Bugatti!!!

Tyga's living his truth, and the truth is -- no matter how many lawsuits he faces or money he allegedly owes people ... he's still going to find a way to cruise around in a luxury whip.

And let everybody know about it, too.

The rapper was spotted driving down the 101 freeway in L.A. Friday in a new orange Bugatti, and appears to be making the poor and dangerous decision to text, too.

Speaking of poor choices, we broke the story ... Tyga got himself and his 5-year-old son, King Cairo, sued by Simon Cowell's ex-fiancee Thursday, for allegedly failing to pay rent for her $40k/month Bev Hills home since January. Tyga put King Cairo on the lease ... yes he did.

No rent, no problem though apparently ... because Tyga's also been flossing a new Mercedes-Maybach on Instagram.

Perhaps he's on his way to deliver the rent checks ... but not likely.
