The guy who played Goldberg the Goalie in "The Mighty Ducks" is accused of trying to PEE on his ex-girlfriend ... after allegedly punching her in the face ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Goldberg's ex Sonja Dimitrievska filed docs in L.A. this week asking a judge to grant her a restraining order against the 90's star -- real name Shaun Weiss -- claiming he beat the crap out of her several times during their 2-year relationship.

In the docs, Sonja says the final straw was back in April ... when she came home to a drunken Goldberg who threatened to kill her and pull her eyes out.

Sonja says she left for a few hours to let him cool off ... but claims Goldberg was in her bed holding a machete when she returned home -- and proceeded to sock her in the face.

Sonja says she ran away to hide in a nearby bedroom ... but Goldberg broke the door down and tried peeing on her while saying "this is all you're worth."

But here's where things take a turn -- Sonja says GOLDBERG called the cops ... and when they got to the scene, they arrested HER.

There's more -- the judge eventually DENIED Sonja's temporary request for a restraining order against Goldberg ... and has ordered a hearing for Dec. 17th to discuss the matter in depth.

Kevin Sorbo may be the most famous "Hercules" ever ... but the guys making two new flicks about the Greek God want nothing to do with him -- this according to the actor himself.

Sorbo was blowing out of LAX Saturday when we asked if he'd be in either of the "Hercules" movies coming out next year -- one starring The Rock, the other starring Kellan Lutz.

The 55-year old actor sadly informs our photog both sets of producers blew off his agent when they reached out to make it happen ... and it's painfully clear he's bitter about the whole thing.

Cameo or not ... Sorbo still gives his opinion on which Herc will reign supreme at the box-office.

Paul Walker's death may have put a halt to production on "Fast and Furious 7" ... but last night the movie's director told us there are absolutely no plans to abandon the flick.

A somber James Wan was leaving LAX when he told us how the cast and crew are holding up after Paul's death a week ago ... and assured us 'F&F 7' is still a go.

Wan didn't offer details on how he'll complete the movie, but there would seem to be only two options:

1) Keep the footage they've already shot of Paul, and write out his character, Brian O'Conner.

2) Rewrite the whole thing without Brian O'Conner and shoot the movie from scratch.

Daddy Warbucks can keep his dough -- 2 young actresses in the upcoming "Annie" remake stand to rake in six figures ... according to the big fat contracts they inked ... TMZ has learned.

14-year-old Eden Duncan Smith (left) and 9-year-old Nicolette Pierini play poor ragamuffin orphans in the movie -- and because they're minors their deals have to be filed in L.A. County Superior Court ... and let's just say they won't be method acting.

According to the docs, Nicolette and Eden were each paid $65,000 for their acting chops -- and if there's a sequel, they'll get bumped up to $150,000.

But the real jackpot comes with a trilogy -- Nicolette gets $300K ... and Eden, $250K for the third movie. To be clear, neither is playing the lead.

Four years before he died, Paul Walker sat down in an interview and said his ultimate "dream car" was the Porsche Carrera GT ... the very car he died in ... and the interview was captured on video.

Paul was promoting "Fast & Furious" during the 2009 interview ... and raved about the GT -- saying, "That's the top car."

Gretl Von Trapp from the original "The Sound of Music" movie was left "mystified and disappointed" after last night's live remake on NBC ... and says Carrie Underwood TOTALLY BOMBED!!

Gretl a.k.a. Kym Karath met up with former co-star Charmian Carr (Liesl Von Trapp) to watch the special last night ... but their excitement deflated once "Sound" started.

During the special Kym tweeted, "Mystified & disappointed so far by SOM special. So far only happy with Stephen Moyer" ... then followed up by saying, "Must admit some scenes are actually painful to watch."

That's when Karath kicked things up a notch by roasting Underwood's performance adding, "Love Carrie Underwood but this role is just not right for her. She is lovely her voice is beautiful but acting is wrong."

For what it's worth ... the special brought in HUGE ratings for NBC with 18.5 million viewers.

Former South African President Nelson Mandela -- famous for his fight to end the racist policy of apartheid -- died today at the age of 95.

Mandela's health had been in steep decline over the past few months -- he was hospitalized on June 8 for kidney and liver problems and had been on life support. Doctors also said he had a recurring lung infection.

The President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma, had said Mandela was "well looked after" and "comfortable" during his final days.

Mandela became an international figure during his 27 years in prison for conspiring to overthrow South Africa's government. He was released in 1990, and won the Nobel Peace Prize in '93.

In 1994 Mandela helped orchestrate South Africa's first multi-racial election -- and became the country's first Black president.

Over the years, Mandela's been portrayed by several major actors including Sidney Poitier, Morgan Freeman, Dennis Haysbert, Danny Glover and Idris Elba.

He also made a cameo as a teacher in Spike Lee's 1992 flick "Malcolm X."

"Price is Right" legend Bob Barker is turning the big 9-0 next week ... but he tells TMZ, despite his age, he could still put a serious hurtin' on Adam Sandler.

Barker went out to a pre-bday dinner at Antonio's Restaurant on Melrose last night and told us he's excited about entering his 10th decade ... "I only have to wait ten years and I'll be 100!"

Bob says this birthday is extra special because, "It takes a long time to become 90."

And even though he says he only feels 85, Barker insists he could still recreate that great fight scene from "Happy Gilmore" ... telling us Adam couldn't even take Regis Philbin!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOB ... and remember to have your pets spayed or neutered.

With "The Fast and the Furious 6" being released on DVD next week, the people behind the movie scrambled to change the entire marketing campaign in the wake of Paul Walker's death ... and now the new ads are beginning to surface.

One of the TV spots begins with somber music and a slow montage of Paul ... and explains how a portion of the proceeds from the DVD and Blue Ray sales will go towards Walker’s charity Reach Out Worldwide.

There's a reason Bruce Jenner threw on some blue lipstick ... his favorite Kris Jenner wig ... and shaped his eyebrows perfectly -- the guy just got a NEW MOVIE ROLE, TMZ has learned.

Jenner scored himself a part in the upcoming flick, "The Hungover Games" ... which spoofs "The Hunger Games" and "The Hangover" ... along with other films like "Ted" and "Django."

As for Bruce's role -- he plays one of the weird futuristic "Hunger Games" play-by-play announcer guys ... alongside former NFL star Hank Baskett. No word when the film will be released.

It's not Bruce's first acting gig -- he's been in all sorts of stuff including, "CHiPs," "Murder She Wrote" and "Can't Stop the Music." Memba the crop top????

Paul Walker would NOT have been cool with Roger Rodas pushing the Porsche Carrerra GT to dangerous speeds the day they died ... that according to Paul's father.

Paul Walker Sr. says he's heard all the rumors about his son being into street racing -- but insists that's simply not true, because ... "He did not ever want to hurt anybody."

In the clip, Paul Sr. does admit his son loved going fast in cars, but only under specific conditions .. which he describes.

"Wheel of Fortune" aired an episode last night that featured a puzzle with the answer "The Fast and the Furious" ... just days after Paul Walker died ... and now the show is in full spin mode.

During the show, producers ran a crawl on the top of the screen that read, "This episode was taped a few weeks ago, prior to the tragic passing of 'The Fast and the Furious' actor Paul Walker."

After the show aired, Pat Sajak tweeted, "Feel terrible about timing of 'Fast & Furious' puzzle tonight. Taped long ago & went out to 200 local stations days ago."

Vin Diesel finally broke his silence on the death of his friend Paul Walker last night -- arriving at the crash site and thanking mourners for "showing that angel in heaven how much you appreciate him."

Diesel and Walker had appeared in several "Fast and the Furious" movies together -- and considered each other close friends off camera.

When Vin arrived to the crash site, a police officer allowed the actor to use the loudspeaker from a squad car to address the huge crowd ... and he delivered a heartfelt speech.

"To show the love that you have shown Paul ... it's gonna stay with me forever."

RZA -- the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan -- paid tribute to his friend and former movie co-star Paul Walker with a new song ... and it's incredibly emotional.

RZA -- who worked with Paul on a film called "Brick Mansion" -- posted the tribute song called "Destiny Bends" online Sunday night ... and says he wrote it with singer Will Wells after hearing the tragic death news.

In the song, performed by Wells, RZA reflects on the time they shared together and thanks Paul for his friendship.

"On that highway to Heaven, you will drive in the wind and surf in the seas .. oh how can this be?"

RZA says he made the tribute because, "Millions of people get to know an artist or movie star through their work, but few are allowed to cross each others' paths and see through the veil of stardom and find the common denominator that we share."
