Bijou Phillips is apologizing to a "Mean Girls" star for bullying him over his sexuality.

Actor Daniel Franzese went after Bijou recently, claiming, "She body shamed me and ridiculed me about my sexuality and physically assaulted me" on the set of the 2001 movie, "Bully."

He says she loudly and repeatedly asked him in front of others if he was gay, and when he said he was bi, she followed up the next day by screaming, "Oh look! The Bi guy is here!" He says she, on a different occasion, grabbed his nipple and "twisted it hard through my shirt and laughed," and at one point during filming kicked him in the head so hard he still is not sure if he had a concussion.

Bijou tells TMZ, "I want to write to address what Daniel has said. I don't remember that time well, those years are a blur. I was a teenager and reckless in my behavior. I know Daniel to be a trustworthy and honest person, and to find out through social media that I was not the friend I thought I was to him made me so sad."

Bijou goes on ... "I am so mortified by this behavior and have contacted Daniel and apologized to him privately. I am not and never have been homophobic. I have nothing but love for the LGBTQ community and Daniel."

The guy replacing Kevin Spacey in a movie that's supposed to be released in about a month is surprisingly at ease about pulling off an unprecedented cinematic move.

We got Christopher Plummer Sunday in NYC where he was attending the premiere of one of his own upcoming flicks, and asked if it was a difficult decision to accept the role in Ridley Scott's "All the Money in the World," after Spacey got the ax last week.

From the way Chris responds, it doesn't sound like he has any qualms about taking the gig away, even though he was mum on reaching out to the beleaguered actor.

As for that looming release date of December 22 -- Chris might as well have quoted OutKast ... ain't no thang.

The first "Wonder Woman" film grossed over $800 million worldwide, and Gal was negotiating a huge pay raise for the second film.

While the "White Famous" star says she's not familiar with Gal's situation, it's clear whose side she's on.

Corey Feldman says he made the mother of his good friend a promise not to talk about allegations Corey Haim was sexually molested when he was 13 ... and he's sticking to his promise.

Corey's mom, Judy Haim, went on Dr. Oz recently and said a former actor sexually abused her son, but not Charlie.

Louis C.K. has just addressed claims by 5 women that he either asked to expose himself, masturbated in front of them, or did so over the phone. He acknowledges the women were all telling the truth, and goes on to explain his conduct and the error of his ways.

"I want to address the stories told to the New York Times by five women named Abby, Rebecca, Dana, Julia who felt able to name themselves and one who did not.

These stories are true. At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my dick without asking first, which is also true. But what I learned later in life, too late, is that when you have power over another person, asking them to look at your dick isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them. The power I had over these women is that they admired me. And I wielded that power irresponsibly.

I have been remorseful of my actions. And I've tried to learn from them. And run from them. Now I’m aware of the extent of the impact of my actions. I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position.

I also took advantage of the fact that I was widely admired in my and their community, which disabled them from sharing their story and brought hardship to them when they tried because people who look up to me didn't want to hear it. I didn't think that I was doing any of that because my position allowed me not to think about it.

There is nothing about this that I forgive myself for. And I have to reconcile it with who I am. Which is nothing compared to the task I left them with.

I wish I had reacted to their admiration of me by being a good example to them as a man and given them some guidance as a comedian, including because I admired their work.

The hardest regret to live with is what you've done to hurt someone else. And I can hardly wrap my head around the scope of hurt I brought on them. I’d be remiss to exclude the hurt that I’ve brought on people who I work with and have worked with who’s professional and personal lives have been impacted by all of this, including projects currently in production: the cast and crew of Better Things, Baskets, The Cops, One Mississippi, and I Love You Daddy. I deeply regret that this has brought negative attention to my manager Dave Becky who only tried to mediate a situation that I caused. I’ve brought anguish and hardship to the people at FX who have given me so much The Orchard who took a chance on my movie. and every other entity that has bet on me through the years.
I’ve brought pain to my family, my friends, my children and their mother.

I have spent my long and lucky career talking and saying anything I want. I will now step back and take a long time to listen.

Xscape is striking while the iron is hot -- the R&B supergroup is inking a deal to make a movie about their lives and careers ... TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell us ... the biopic will air on Bravo, which is already home to the docuseries, "Xscape Still Kickin' It." We're told mega-producer Mona Scott-Young of 'Love & Hip Hop' fame is producing the movie.

As we reported ... all 4 members -- Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris, LaTocha and Tamika Scott -- reunited this past summer for their first performance in 20 years, and they've been rolling ever since.

The TV movie is scheduled to come out next year.

Louis C.K.'s movie, "I Love You, Daddy" will not hit theaters -- the distributor is pulling it in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against the comedian.

The Orchard announced Friday ... it would "not be moving forward" with the release, which was scheduled for Nov. 17. The decision is a huge shot to C.K. -- he wrote the film, starred in it and reportedly self-financed it too.

The movie's about a successful TV writer's daughter -- played by Chlöe Grace Moretz -- dating a much older filmmaker. Louis played the TV writer, and there's at least one scene where his friend pretends to masturbate in front of people.

As we reported, 5 women have accused C.K. of sexual misconduct, including masturbating in front of some of them.

Lucy Faust says she was also a victim of sexual harassment early on in her career, and the incident clearly evokes strong emotion to this day.

Lucy was at the Chinese Theatre Thursday for her new movie, "Mudbound," when she told TooFab about a director who crossed the line when she was much younger.

She has an advice for actresses and actors to whom this happens ... and the message is simple ... don't cower.

John Hillerman -- the co-star on "Magnum, P.I." who played Tom Selleck's condescending landlord -- has died.

A spokeswoman for the family reportedly said he died Thursday at his home in Houston. The cause of death is not known. Hillerman played Jonathan Quayle Higgins III alongside Selleck in the hit 1980s TV series.

Hillerman -- who also appeared on "The Love Boat," "The Betty White Show," "Murder, She Wrote," and "One Day at a Time" -- received 4 Emmy nominations for his "Magnum" role, and won for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series in 1987. He also won a Golden Globe in 1982.

His death comes on the heels of CBS' announcement the network is rebooting the show.

Hillerman was 84.

Jeremy Piven wants Hollywood to remember one thing amid the flood of sexual misconduct allegations against himself and others: Innocent until proven guilty.

Piven says, "We seem to be entering dark times -- allegations are being printed as facts and lives are being put in jeopardy without a hearing, due process or evidence." Last month, a woman claimed Piven had groped and sexually harassed her on the "Entourage" set. Two other women have also come forward with accusations against him.

Now, Jeremy says he's willing to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence, and adds he -- and perhaps Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein and Louis C.K. -- deserve "the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment."

Spacey's already been axed from the feature film, "All the Money in the World," "House of Cards" and Netflix, in general. Weinstein's been banished from multiple Hollywood organizations.

Kevin Spacey's fall from grace is getting worse -- the actor's been dropped from an already finished Ridley Scott film after the director decided to remove him in the wake of more sexual abuse allegations.

It's pretty crazy -- Scott's movie, "All the Money in the World," is scheduled for a December 22 release, and the director is reportedly determined to keep that date despite the need for major reshoots with Spacey's replacement -- legendary actor Christopher Plummer.

According to Deadline ... the reshoots of key scenes are expected to begin immediately and the film's leads -- Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams -- are fully on board with the move.

Spacey was billed as one of the movie's main stars and is an important piece of the plot. He reportedly worked on it for 8 to 10 days ... so it seems like Plummer and the rest of the crew have a lot of work to do to make this happen.

As we reported ... more accusations of sexual assault came out Wednesday, with a former TV news anchor claiming Spacey grabbed her son's genitals in 2016.
