Lizzo's feeling good as hell gold about her body as she soaked up some sunshine, and had a blast on the beach with friends ... and Jillian Michaels is clearly out-of-sight, out-of-mind.

The singer and her crew hit up Piha, a surf beach in Auckland, New Zealand, Wednesday ... and she wasn't shy about showing off her figure. Lizzo rocked the hell out of a tiny, metallic gold, one-piece swimsuit.

In true Lizzo form, she also did some twerking in the sand and posed for a bunch of pics ... before she headed back to the office. She's down under to perform at the FOMO Festival.

We don't know that it was, but the beach trip might seem like a response to last week's controversy. You'll recall, fitness guru Jillian said we should celebrate Lizzo's music, but not necessarily her weight ... because it could lead to serious health issues.

Lots of buzz around that debate -- but Lizzo definitely ain't hearing it all the way down in New Zealand.

Raz B blew a red light in his Mercedes-Benz, then blew well over the legal limit on a breathalyzer ... according to law enforcement sources.

The B2K singer was arrested for DUI in Burbank, CA around 3 AM Wednesday after a cop allegedly saw him run the red light ... then pulled him over.

Our sources say Raz told the officer he was lost and didn't have his driver's license on him. We're told the cop smelled alcohol on his breath, and Raz admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana earlier in the night.

At that point, we're told field sobriety tests were conducted -- including a breath sample -- and Raz didn't pass. He was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was released after posting $5,000 bond.

It looks like it's a new year of legal issues and drama for Raz B. You'll recall, in 2019 he was arrested for domestic violence, cleared of charges, joined the cast of "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" ... and had a brief beef with Lyft over a missing Louis Vuitton bag.

The B does NOT stand for boring.

Justin Bieber's hit the stage earlier than expected ... but instead of singing his biggest hits he went full Kanye.

The Biebs hit up Churchome Wednesday night in Beverly Hills ... where part of his worship included grabbing a mic and singing heartfelt gospel.

Justin sang a few tracks, including "Reckless Love," "Good Good Father" and "Sinking Deep." Some of the lyrics -- "Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God. Oh, it chases me down, fights 'til I'm found ... I couldn't earn it, and I don't deserve it, still. You give yourself away. Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God."

Demi Lovato will sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl LIV in February -- one of her first live performances since suffering an overdose back in 2018.

Lovato has serious experience singing the Anthem at major sporting events -- she had the honors at the big Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight back in 2017.

But, her life hit some speed bumps since then and she was hospitalized in July 2018 after nearly dying from an overdose likely caused by Oxy laced with Fentanyl.

Before that Lovato had admitted falling off the wagon after nearly 6 years of sobriety.

Now, Lovato appears healthy and sober and ready to make a public comeback -- and it doesn't get much bigger than the Super Bowl!!!

FYI, if you're one of those degenerate gamblers who likes to bet on the over/under for length of the National Anthem performance ... here's some advice -- Demi's rendition at the Conor vs. Floyd fight went almost 2 minutes and 15 seconds ... so, don't bet on short!

Tekashi 6ix9ine might be on the outside sooner than later, but if so ... he better not expect a happy family reunion with his little girl -- not until he checks a few boxes with his ex.

Sara Molina, Tekashi's baby mama, tells TMZ ... if he is allowed to finish out his sentence at home -- as he requested this week -- she wants him to know linking up with their 4-year-old daughter, Saraiyah, isn't in the cards. And, for good reason, in Sara's eyes.

Besides the fact she says Tekashi's been an absentee dad ... Sara also points out glaring safety issues have to be addressed before any father and child reunion. For starters, she's worried about the obvious -- he's got a target on his head after all the world-class snitching!!!

Cardi B's idea of turning to politics shouldn't be written off as a pipe dream, 'cause the girl's got what it takes to connect with the people ... so says Omarosa.

We talked to O about Cardi's recent musings about jumping into the public service arena, and she actually told us CB's got all the right ingredients to become a successful politician -- namely, she brings authenticity, passion, energy and real-life struggles to the table.

Omarosa says that's what voters look for in their leaders, and she thinks Cardi's perfectly suited to give 'em what they want. And, besides that, O says the public is screaming for a shakeup these days in their politics -- just take a look at who they voted for as POTUS.

Damon Dash is pissed at We TV for allegedly reneging on a promise not to allow his son to drink alcohol on "Growing Up Hip Hop" ... and now daddy's suing the network.

According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Damon Dash claims We TV required his kid, Damon "Boogie" Dash, to consume alcohol to increase ratings for the reality show, even though they had verbally agreed not to give Boogie a drop.

In his suit, the Roc-A-Fella cofounder claims his family's suffered emotional distress as a result of We TV's insistence that Boogie imbibes on the show.

Dame's also claiming the network owes him some cash ... he says We TV is not paying him for his work on the show.

Shanina Shaik now REALLY has a reason for celebrating in 2020 ... she can finally count down the days until she's officially divorced.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Victoria's Secret model will officially be single and dunzo with DJ Ruckus on January 23 after the judge signed off on their settlement.

TMZ broke the story ... the model filed for divorce last July. They had been together from April 28, 2018, until June 25, 2019, the date of separation she listed. She cited irreconcilable differences in her divorce docs, and requested spousal support. They don't have kids together, so no child support issues.

Now, it's unclear if Shanina got what she requested -- we know they had a prenup, but the terms of their settlement are being kept under wraps.

No word if Shanina's planning to celebrate with a giant slice of pie. Her official single day, January 23, is also National Pie Day.

YK Osiris needs immediate permission to leave the state of Georgia for a very important job opportunity -- he claims he's got a chance to work with Drake ... but that's news to Drake.

The rapper -- who's currently out on bond for an assault case -- just filed docs in Fulton County asking a judge to give him the go-ahead to fly to Toronto so he can record with Drizzy.

Osiris' lawyer even submitted an email, purportedly from someone on Drake's team named Preme requesting he get up north pronto for a multi-day recording sesh. According to the doc, the clock's ticking ... the studio time's booked from Jan. 13 to 16.

However, Osiris waited until Tuesday, the 14th, to file this request.

The judge hasn't signed off yet, but in Osiris' favor ... he did already get approval to travel out of state in general last month for work. Plus, he says in docs, the D.A. isn't opposing his request to go work with Drake.

DaBaby hasn't done anything to make amends with the guy he and his crew allegedly jumped and robbed ... according to the guy's lawyers, who've officially put the rapper on notice.

The alleged victim, concert promoter Kenneth Carey, claims he suffered facial injuries and got robbed when he met up with DaBaby in Miami on January 2 to pay him $20k to host a party later in the evening.

Carey threatened to sue, but according to his legal team -- The Lions' Den, Attorneys at Law -- there's a way to avoid that. Carey's lawyers have reached out to DaBaby "in hopes of settling this matter expeditiously."

Tekashi 6ix9ine wants out of prison ASAP to serve the remainder of his sentence at home because the rapper believes he's at serious risk behind bars.

Tekashi's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, just filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the judge to allow him to serve the rest of his 24-month sentence under home confinement or in a community correctional facility.

6ix9ine claims his safety is seriously at risk because he ratted on the Nine Trey Gangster Bloods, and he says the private jail he's currently in is chock-full of Blood gang members.

Translation -- this snitch is worried about getting stitches.

As we reported ... the rapper was sentenced last month to 24 months in his racketeering case. Tekashi's already served about 14 months, and he could be out by August 2020 if the dominoes line up for him.

Ray J showed up late to his own party with 50 Cent -- but when he finally arrived, he made it worth the wait. Ray knows how to make an entrance ... when money's on the line!!!

Fiddy and Ray were supposed to show up together at the recent L.A. meet-and-greet with fans. The plan was they'd shake some hands, take some pics and promote their respective brands -- 50 with his top-shelf Branson Cognac, Le Chemin Du Roi Champagne and RJ with his Raycon earbuds.

Well, 50 was on time, but Ray ended up rolling in about 90 minutes after things started. Not to worry though, he came prepared ... literally dragging in his own Raycon poster and stand into place for maximum visibility in photos.

The whole scene was kinda ridic, and 50 probably summed it up best, saying ... "What the Ray J is going on?!?"

Yo Gotti is a man of his word, following through with a lawsuit on behalf of nearly 30 Mississippi state prisoners enduring nightmarish, sometimes deadly conditions.

TMZ broke the story, Gotti enlisted Team Roc -- the philanthropic arm of Jay-Z's Roc Nation -- and its high-powered attorney, Alex Spiro, to rep the prisoners after a spike in deadly violence at several MS state prisons.

The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court, says the max-security prison, Parchman, is a powder keg after 3 deaths in the first week of 2020. All 3 inmates were stabbed to death.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the MS prison system is "chronically understaffed" and also dramatically underfunded ... as in reduced by tens of millions each year. Those numbers -- combined with allegedly deplorable conditions -- have brought the prison to a boiling point.

To make matters worse, Parchman doesn't have enough mattresses for the inmates, cells are covered in black mold and raw sewage is spilling out on the floors ... according to the suit.

The prison allegedly has a serious water problem too, similar to Flint. In the suit, Team Roc claims the drinking water for inmates repeatedly fails to meet federal safety standards.

Cardi B's potential political career is getting a boost from Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders, who says she has the perfect background -- and no, he's not referring to "Bodak Yellow."

As you know, Cardi and Bernie have gotten pretty tight. She's obviously fond of him, but it's a two-way street ... because Sen. Sanders told us he's all for getting into politics, as she's recently hinted.

Sanders tells TMZ ... "Cardi B is deeply concerned about what's happening in the country. She knows what it's like to live in poverty and struggle, and it would be great for her to bring that experience to politics."

Cardi's shown an interest in politics for a while now, but as we reported ... she's now saying she's more serious about a run, and soon.

Yung Joc is proudly driving for a new rideshare company and tells us it's a fun way to make extra cash, while also teaching kids all about earning an honest buck.

In case you missed it ... the "It's Goin Down" rapper went viral this weekend when video surfaced of him behind the wheel of a new ride-hailing app in ATL called Pull Up N Go.

Yung Joc tells us he heard about the app from a friend, thought it sounded cool and decided to check another thing off his bucket list by signing up to be a driver.

While some passengers assumed Joc had fallen on hard times after recognizing him, he tells us his new side-hustle is actually his way of teaching an important lesson to the next generation.

Chicago-natives Louise Post (left) and Nina Gordon (right) were both in their early 20s when they joined forces on guitar and vocals to front the girl grunge group Veruca Salt and dropped the fuzz-toned feedback infused songs "Seether" and "All Hail Me" in the late 90s.

Louise Post and Nina Gordon weren't the only two musically inclined people in the group ... they were joined by Steve Lack on the distorted bass and Jim Shapiro completing the band's backline with snappy snare and drums.

The original group reunited after 14 years to record their album "Ghost Notes" back in 2015.
