1:00 PM PT -- Meek and his attorneys spoke outside the courthouse. Meek said he had low expectations going into the hearing, and Judge Brinkley didn't disappoint.

His attorney, Joe Tacopina was less subtle ... describing what went down in court as "an asylum."

12:40 PM PT -- The hearing is over, and Judge Brinkley did not make a ruling yet on Meek getting a new trial. Multiple reports describe the hearing as contentious.

Meek Mill marched into court Monday, ready to continue fighting for a new trial -- which could mean he goes free -- but that's IF his legal team can change Judge Genece Brinkley's mind.

Before he went into court for the hearing, Meek addressed a crowd of supporters rallying outside the Pennsylvania courthouse. The rapper thanked them for sticking with him, and allowing him to spend Father's Day with his son, and vowed to continue fighting for wrongly convicted inmates.

Of course, he's got his own battle to fight right now. Judge Brinkley's expected to hear evidence before deciding if Meek should get a new trial -- due to his arresting officer being at the center of a police corruption scandal.

Up to this point, she's dug in her heels and refused ... but we'll see if the state Supreme Court's decision to release Meek on bail affects her ruling this time around.

Drake just made a giant leap in the Son of the Year award standings ... plunking down some serious money to get his dad, Dennis Graham, a baller-ass gift on Father's Day.

Our sources say Dennis was home Sunday and got a call saying there was a gift outside for him. Thinking it was just some package delivery, Dennis strolled outside and, lo and behold ... someone pulled up in this SICK baby blue Bentley.

The guy delivering the whip told Dennis it was a Father's Day gift from Drake. In obvious shock, Dennis called Drake right away and couldn't be more thankful for the new wheels.

Cops are taking a hard look at Tekashi69 to see what, if any, role he played in the events leading up to the attempted shooting of Chief Keef ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources say NYPD wants to see if Tekashi has any connection to the 2 men who shot at Keef outside the W Hotel in Times Square. 6ix9ine was in L.A. at the time of the shooting, but we're told cops want to know if he ordered the hit.

We're told NYPD has 2 suspects based on surveillance video, and know they stalked Keef the night of the shooting -- first showing up at China Chalet restaurant where Keef was hanging downtown ... then jumping into a dark-colored Ford Econovan.

After driving to midtown, we're told the suspects parked the van around the block from the W and walked to the hotel to wait for Keef. When the rapper walked outside with a friend to smoke a cig, the suspects pounced. Keef and his friend heard shots and saw a muzzle flash.

As we reported ... the shooters missed, hitting only a nearby sign. We're told the suspects fled in the van. Cops eventually found it in Brooklyn.

Tekashi's denied any involvement. We reached out to NYPD for official comment. So far ... no word back.

If Paul McCartney ever gets tired of selling out stadiums, he's got a career as a wedding singer, which he proved when he grabbed the mic over the weekend at his nephew's nuptials.

Macca did an impromptu performance for about 300 guests at Fresh Meadow Country Club in Long Island on Saturday with the 20-piece wedding band. The groom was from his wife Nancy's side of the family.

So, what track did Paul -- who turns 76 today BTW -- pick from The Beatles' catalog? "All You Need Is Love"? "In My Life"? "I Saw Her Standing There"? "Twist & Shout"?

Drake's mom, Sandi Graham, says rap beefs are for kids ... and she wants 'em dropped, stat.

We got Sandi leaving Delilah in WeHo -- rolling deep with some hotties, btw -- and we ask her about Jay-Z throwing shade. Jay and Bey dropped their new joint album, "Everything is Love," and Jay goes after Drizzy in "BOSS" for turning down his TIDAL offer and choosing Apple Music.

Jay also references the Pusha-T beef and calls out Drake for sending him a $100k invoice. All of that is kid's play ... according to Sandi, who says it's time everyone act like grown men.

Billy Sammeth -- who managed the careers of superstars like Cher, Dolly Parton, Joan Rivers and KC and The Sunshine Band -- has died.

Sammeth, who started his own agency -- The Bill Sammeth Organization -- in 1983, passed away over the weekend from pancreatic cancer, according to his sister, Barbara.

Sammeth first got his start working in the mail room of a Hollywood PR firm -- and used the job to connect with The Osmond Brothers -- whom he later represented and helped to bring Osmondmania! to the masses at just 21 years old.

Billy's The Bill Sammeth Organization has been in existence for more than 30 years. The company's first clients included Cher, Olivia Newton-John, Joan Rivers and Adam Bowen.

Sammeth sued Rivers back in 2010, just after her win on "The Celebrity Apprentice" for defamation and owed money. Billy claimed Joan's portrayal of him as a "missing manager" in her documentary was damaging to his career. The case settled before it went to court.

Post Malone might have a side gig in the WWE after a killer entrance into his concert, which featured The Undertaker and a pretty badass choke slam!

Post performed in Austin, TX Saturday night, and during the show he played a video of him bumping into Undertaker backstage. You gotta see how well they pulled off the slam.

Later, he brought out 21 Savage for their huge hit, "Rockstar" and that's when Undertaker returned for his encore -- all 3 guys smashed the hell out of guitars.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin reunion is now complete after an intense make out session in a Brooklyn park ... which looks like it's straight out of a Nicholas Sparks movie.

Biebs and the Baldwin were overlooking the NYC's East River on Saturday while their lips got totally reacquainted up against a railing. After the PDA in BK's Domino Park they didn't exactly come up for air. They crossed the river into lower Manhattan in the evening, and kissed some more in Rockefeller Park.

All this romance tops off more than a week of non-stop contact between the former exes.

The couple spent all last weekend together in Miami, before jetting off to NYC ... where Justin's been in a ridiculously great mood.

Beyonce and Jay-Z working together is a win, win, win -- for their marriage, for their fans and for music, in general ... according to Common.

We got him leaving Craig's Saturday night and he gave the new "Everything is Love" album a 5-star Yelp review. Common gushed, "That album is dope!! I love that s**t!!"

Jay and Bey announced the surprise release Friday night during their London concert, and fans immediately started streaming and downloading. Count Common in that group, as he told us the couple's managed to bring 2 great things together.

BTW, the new album includes some shots at Kanye West -- on tracks like "Boss" and "Friends."

Pete Davidson was technically single when he started dating Ariana Grande ... TECHNICALLY, but "Friends" fans might not agree.

Sources close to the newly engaged couple say Pete and his ex-gf, Cazzie David, were "on a break" in early May -- but not necessarily broken up for good -- when his relationship with Ariana sparked. But they hit if off, and it quickly became clear Pete was serious about moving on with Ariana.

The good news -- it seems all parties involved are happy with the end result. As we reported, Cazzie's not upset or dwelling on her ex's quick rebound. Hey, if it's good enough for Ross and Rachel.

As for Ariana and Pete -- they're still in full PDA mode with Davidson posting a pic wrapped up with his fiancee, captioned ... "u know what you’d dream it be like ? it’s better than that."

21 Savage was looking out for 21 Savage when he pulled out a gun at that party, so cut the kid some slack for trying to protect himself ... says his friend and fellow rapper, BlocBoy JB.

We got BlocBoy at LAX and asked him about the intense showdown at a pool party he attended in Georgia last weekend. As we reported ... a group of people crashed the shindig and rubbed Savage's crew the wrong way. It got heated, but things escalated when someone from the crashers' crew pulled out a gun, prompting Savage to do the same.

Iman Shumpert says he doesn't need his wife's help with his rap career ... 'cause releasing songs with Teyana Taylor will only HURT his music goals!!

The NBA star told us he takes his rap seriously ... and if he blows up 'cause of songs he released with his famous boo -- he says it just wouldn't feel right.

"I could use my wife, but it's just I would rather people connect with me in certain ways," Iman told TMZ Sports at LAX this week.

Don't get it twisted ... Shump's got songs with Teyana -- and he says he has even more with celebs that would skyrocket his career.

But building a following that doesn't revolve around hoops or the big-name people he knows is something he takes seriously.

The Drake and Pusha T beef is squashed ... so here's Lil Yachty to kick-start some new drama for the 6 God!!

TMZ Sports spoke with the King of the Youth at the Fortnite Pro-Am in L.A. on Tuesday ... and naturally, we had to ask which spitter was best at the uber-famous battle royale game.

While Lil Boat didn't know who should be deemed the best, he DID know Drizzy's far from earning the title ... and has some words for the dude's game.

Jay-Z and Beyonce just complemented their current "On the Run II" tour by dropping an album -- a joint album -- that's been highly rumored and anticipated for months.

"Everything Is Love" hit Tidal Saturday afternoon and features 9 songs by Jay and Bey together. She announced it on her Instagram ... much to the delight of millions of fans.

A music vid for one of the tracks, "APES**T," is out already and a clip was used by Beyonce to make the big reveal.

The couple packed London Stadium Friday night -- with Blue Ivy in attendance stealing the show -- and they were there again Saturday night. Word of the new album was revealed to fans at the concert by the Queen herself and then displayed on the big screen.

It's Tupac Shakur's born day, and rather than dwell on the sad fact we lost him nearly 22 years ago ... we're gonna celebrate the good times he had.

Makaveli would be 47 now -- imagine that -- and would most likely be raising a glass with a lot of the people in this photo gallery. Check out Pac chilling with his closest friends ... including Treach, Bone, Thugs & Harmony and, for some reason, Carl Lewis.

They came for Beyonce and Jay-Z, but the fans stayed for Blue Ivy Carter, who put on a clinic in the London crowd that would make Dad very proud.

Jay and Bey played to a packed London Stadium Friday night, and, of course, their 6-year-old daughter had great seats, where she became a very cute side act ... dancing along through the show.

Blue was spotted throwing up the roc while Jigga ran through a string of his hits. It's pretty obvious she's been watching some of his old music videos, 'cause she's got it down pat.
