All of the charges will be formally dropped EXCEPT public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Hope Ezekiel Elliott has good insurance ... 'cause a witness to the crash claims the RB's Yukon blew through a red light during Wednesday morning's crash ... and nearly took out another car in the process.

TMZ Sports obtained the 911 call made by a witness who told the operator, "I can tell you that the Yukon cruised right through the red light and hit that car."

The witness explained, "He almost hit me. I slammed on the brakes. I saw him coming."

Cops and Dallas Cowboys security rushed to the scene. Police said there were no injuries, which is pretty amazing considering the way the witness described the scene.

Bottom line ... Zeke's lucky this wasn't worse than it was.

LOOKING THROUGH HOUSTON

New England Patriots superfan Mark Wahlberg says he'll be cheering on Alex Smith and the rest of the KC Chiefs this weekend ... and why?

We're guessing he thinks they're an easier path to the Super Bowl than the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Of course, Mark's first love is Tom Brady and Co. ... and he knows the priority is beating the Houston Texans (easy, right?) -- but who do you want in the AFC Championship? Pittsburgh or K.C.?

For the record, New England already BEAT the Steelers this year -- so, what's the big concern?

Randy Moss' Baby Mama Denies Blowing $4 Mil On Drugs 'I've Been Clean For Years'

Published | Updated

Randy Moss' baby mama is calling BS on the ex-NFL receiver after he claimed she blew $4 MILLION on drugs ... telling TMZ Sports, "I've been clean for years."

Moss called out his ex on Twitter last month ... claiming the mother of his 5 children refused to get treatment for a drug addiction in order to see her kids.

We spoke to Libby Offutt ... who says Moss' allegations are completely untrue and an attempt to keep her from seeing her children.

"I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since," Offutt says. "He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs. Where’s his proof?”

Offutt -- who provided us with documentation of recently passed drug tests -- says she believes Moss unleashed the Twitter rant because he was upset she tried to connect with the kids around Xmas.

“I drove 4 hours on the 26th to take my kids their Christmas presents and his wife wouldn’t let me see the kids or even leave their presents for them."

"He was mad and acted very immature, saying false things that the children are gonna read eventually, subjecting them to more unnecessary emotional stress. And why bash the woman that brought 5 of your children into this world?!"

"He should have respect for me. Not try and publicly harm me.”

12:40 PM PT -- Kevin Colbert, General Manager of the Steelers, says the team has placed Porter on leave while they gather more information about his arrest.

TMZ Sports has obtained video of Pittsburgh Steelers assistant coach Joey Porter being arrested after he allegedly roughed up a bouncer Sunday night ... and he's jawing at cops during the incident.

As we previously reported, an off-duty officer says Porter got into it with a bouncer at The Flats bar after he was denied entry. The officer says the ex-NFL linebacker grabbed the bouncer and lifted him off the ground.

The officer says an allegedly drunk Porter then grabbed him by the wrist in a threatening manner ... and began to yell at him that he did nothing wrong. Porter was eventually arrested after the officer called for backup.

In the footage, you can see a heated Porter in cuffs. It's unclear exactly what he's saying to the officers.

Sources at the bar tell us Porter was at the bar with at least 2 Steelers players ... who were screaming they would never come back to that bar.

Porter was booked and released on $25k bail.

Kraft was leaving a Golden Globes party (where he signed autographs and took pics with fans) this weekend when we asked about Floyd.

Of course, there are critics -- including David Spade -- who've roasted the Pats for signing Floyd just days after cops found him passed out behind the wheel in the middle of an Arizona street.

We also asked if Oklahoma running back Joe Mixon -- the guy who brutalized a female student -- deserves a chance to play in the NFL.

He wouldn't say if the Pats were interested in drafting Mixon.

Officials have released the injury photos from one of the female battery cases involving ex-NFL running back Montee Ball ... and they're extremely disturbing.

The former Denver Broncos star was arrested on Feb. 5 after allegedly attacking his then-girlfriend at a Hampton Inn hotel in Madison, Wisconsin.

The woman initially told police a heavily intoxicated Ball grabbed her and threw her across the room and she smacked her leg on a table ... leaving a bloody gash and a bruise on the back of her head.

Officers also noticed a bruise on her lip and the woman claimed it was an injury suffered in another recent incident involving Ball.

Ball was eventually sentenced to 60 days in jail in a plea deal that combined this case with another domestic violence case involving a different woman.
