BSB's rep tells TMZ, A.J. -- who was recently diagnosed with the leaky eye infection -- is "doing fine" ... and the band's current tour will go on as scheduled.

As for the other guys -- we're told the rest of the band was inspected by a doctor as soon as they discovered A.J.'s pus problem ... and they all tested negative.

Here's how it all went down ... Joey was standing behind his co-star Melissa Joan Hart on the set of "Melissa & Joey" when another actor, who was holding a script in one hand, leaned in to hug Melissa.

According to eyewitnesses, the script-holder underestimated his reach ... and accidentally stabbed Joey right in the peeper.

We're told Joey immediately went to see a doctor -- and learned the script-jab "ripped his cornea."
Sources tell us Joey's eye is healing well and he'll be back at work tomorrow night.

Problem is -- Chyna didn't go to the ER because she claims, "It would have cost too much." So, according to her, she played doctor instead ... and operated on herself with a Swiss Army knife.

Chyna says she used the knife to essentially dig out the swollen golf ball sized lump that had formed in her leg ... leaving a pretty nasty, bloody crater. She then doused the wound in hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ... but Chyna tells us she's in so much pain, she "can barely walk."

Sofia was spotted driving out of the L.A. area hospital where Nick's recovering from a broken leg ... and pelvis, according to Sofia's Twitter.

Paramedics rushed to a street near Beverly Glen around 4:30 PM yesterday --and found 35-year-old Nick Loeb with a severely broken leg and a deep gash across his chest.

We're told Loeb was rushed to a nearby hospital -- and is currently being treated in the ICU.

A rep for the couple tells us Von A-Hole was "doing stuff around the house" when he "felt dizzy and fell."

We're told one of the nurses assisting Zsa Zsa saw the Prince on the floor and rushed to call a doctor. The rep tells us, "Prince is suffering from exhaustion and is not able to use his arm right now. It’s really bruised up.”

Doctors told Prince that he hasn't been getting enough rest recently -- and advised him to stay in bed for the next few days.

Sources connected with the treatment of the dog tell us, the dog is stable and should recover from her eye and paw injuries. One person from the clinic where the dog was taken after the crash told us, "The CHP was instrumental in saving the dog, by taking her to an emergency facility that was equipped to handle her injuries."

According to an eyewitness, Method Man and Redman were performing at the festival Sunday night when someone in the audience threw what looked like "a full beer can" at MM's face -- resulting in a pretty nasty eye wound.

In our video, shot moments after the incident, Redman throws expletives at the crowd before telling Method, "Your face is cut, go take care of that."

But MM refuses to stop the show -- bloody eye and all -- and yells out, "Start the music we're continuing the show, let's f**k these motherf**kers up."

Sources tell TMZ it happened at 8:35 PM in Malibu. Gibson, we're told, lost control of his car and ended up striking the rocky hillside on Malibu Canyon Road.

Gibson was driving a 2008 Maserati, which had to be towed from the scene.

Hours before the crash -- photogs shot footage of Gibson driving the Maserati around Malibu (see video above).

According to the CHP report, obtained by TMZ, "For unknown reasons, Mr. Gibson steered his car to the right and struck the rock hillside. He stopped his car at the scene and was contacted by officers from the West Valley CHP Area."

CHP Public Information Officer Leland Tang tells TMZ ... "Gibson told officers in the field he did not know how the car drifted out of the lane and into the hillside." Tang said his officers followed up by asking Gibson if he was on a cell phone and he said no. Tang adds officers also asked Gibson if he had dozed off "but he did not give a firm 'yes' or 'no'." Gibson just repeated several times, "I don't know how the car left the roadway."

The report goes on, "Mr. Gibson supplied all the pertinent information to the officers at the scene, gave a statement, and received a ride home from a friend."

Gibson was not hurt.

According to the report, "DUI is not suspected in the accident."

UPDATE: As for the curious statement in the report ... "For unknown reasons, Mr. Gibson steered his car to the right and struck the rock hillside." Tang tells TMZ his department was in no way trying to insinuate Gibson did it intentionally. Tang says, "It was totally an unintentional act." And Tang says no citation was issued and no charges will be filed.

Tila tells TMZ she didn't get the stitches done in Illinois because she wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. She says when the nurse at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center took off her band-aid to check out her wounds, blood squirted on everywhere. Pleasant.

According to Tila, she took the stage at the Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois -- a concert featuring such acts as Insane Clown Posse and Kottonmouth Kings.

Tila gave TMZ a very detailed account of what happened, saying: "I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage."

Whibley told us he didn't know any of the three men who jumped him during a night out in Japan last week ... but claims his attackers were all American.

The caller -- who was outside of Fantasia's North Carolina home at the time -- informed the 911 operator that Barrino was slowly losing consciousness ... and had been moved into the shower.

The operator instructed the caller to remove Fantasia from the shower.

Cops arrived to the scene a short time later -- and Fantasia was eventually transported to a North Carolina hospital.

Fantasia's rep announced yesterday that the singer was in stable condition.

The rep just released a statement saying Fantasia ingested the medication after feeling "overwhelmed by the lawsuit and the media attention" surrounding her relationship with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Antwaun Cook ... who happens to be married.

The statement continues, "Last night, Fantasia was hospitalized. She took an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid. Her injuries are not life threatening. She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time. Fantasia is stable now. She will be released from the hospital soon."

The rep also explains that Fantasia "believed" Antwaun Cook when he told her "he was not happy in his marriage [to Paula Cook] and his heart was not in it."
