Party All The Time

The tiger -- named Schicka -- was a featured guest at Supperclub in L.A. earlier this month during a birthday party for nightclub promoter Tomik Mansoori.

Sources connected to the tiger tell us ... party promoters shelled out $3,000 to rent the Schicka for the night ... and some guests were even allowed to feed her.

Punk -- along with fellow wrestling pals Colt Cabana and Ace Steel -- cracked a Diet Pepsi and toasted in front of a mural of Chicago legend Mike Ditka ... while showing off the belt to everyone!!

The win was pretty shocking to wrestling fans, since Punk has been badmouthing Vince McMahon and the WWE for weeks ... and has been rumored to be leaving the company.

As TMZ first reported, Pauly was one of only three cast members not sequestered at the "Jersey Shore" house in Seaside Heights, NJ -- he was allowed to skip out so he could work this gig.

Winner.

According to our chosen sources, Flo played a full hour at the Shaar Hashomayim synagogue in Quebec -- yes, there are Jews in Canada -- and got the pubescent crowd AMPED with a full list of hits ... like "Get Low," "Who Dat Girl," "You Spin Me Round."

The force is strong with that one.

Flo was hanging at Dream nightclub until the wee hours of the morning ... before getting behind the wheel of his super-expensive Bugatti.

Efron hit the Float Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel with a group of friends ... and ordered up one bottle of Kettle One vodka ($350), one bottle of Patron Silver ($350) and a 6-pack of Red Bull ($30).

Sources at the hotel tell TMZ, Efron covered the $140 service charge on his bill ... then dropped an additional $150 just for the hell of it. Grand total -- $1,093.50.

In total ... that's about a 40% handout -- and we're told Zac played it cool the whole time he was there.

The "Late Night" host was videotaped last week belting out "Roadhouse Blues" by The Doors at the swanky bar at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.

The Prez visited the Irish town of Moneygall -- the home of his great-great-great grandfather.

After leading the bar in a toast ... the president plunked down some cash and told the bar tender, "I just want you to know that the President pays his bar tab ... that's how we do things."

The University of Florida sent out an email to students participating in their study abroad program in Italy -- which states "any student who does agree to participate in the filming of the show, or who signs a waiver or legal agreement of any sort with MTV, will be dismissed from the program immediately."

TMZ obtained the email -- warning the students that any action deemed potentially embarrassing to the school "will not be tolerated."

The school has also threatened to contact the student's parental units to inform them why the school would be kicking them to the curb.

Funny, we thought the U of F mascot was the Gator ... not the Rat.

UPDATE: The UF is now changing their tune ... TMZ spoke with Janine Sikes, UF Director of Public Affairs, who tells us, "Generally speaking, students may participate in activities outside their Study Abroad program as long as they meet the academic and living requirements of that program."

Now, 15 years later ... Rodman busted out a few singles again last night to celebrate his 50th birthday at the Headquarters Gentleman's Club in NYC.

On his way in to the party, Rodman also gave us a hint about the outfit he's planning to wear for his upcoming induction into the NBA Hall of Fame ... an outfit that may include a circus clown, midget and a drag queen.
