Ronda Rousey's the belle of the Marine Corps Ball -- arriving to the big bash in South Carolina moments ago ... to keep her promise to Lance Corporal Jarrod Haschert.

Ronda flew out early Friday morning -- and to be honest, still seemed pretty down in the dumps nearly one month after losing to Holly Holm.

But she was all smiles at the ball -- posing for pics with the marines and their dates -- and hopefully, enjoying herself.

Ronda's gonna need to get her mojo back if she's gonna have a chance to beat Holm in the rematch -- and who better to help reclaim her swagger than a buncha devil dogs, right?!?

Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance Wednesday night and brought the house down at Miami hotspot, LIV Nightclub.

He spent most of the night up onstage, dancing and singing to his songs -- and you gotta see the highlight of the night. Full light show, screaming fans, and confetti cannons for "Sorry."

Bieber's on fire right now -- dude's got 3 songs in the top 7. Fans love him and he loves 'em back ... but PLEASE "don't touch" the Yeezys, folks.

Andrea Bocelli is still giving free performances in between his huge arena shows.

Bocelli surprised 150 employees at Skybridge Capital, a hedge fund in NYC, when he popped up at their holiday party and belted out "Ave Maria." No big deal.

The singer's in town for a Wednesday night gig at Madison Square Garden, but the Skybridge crew got a MUCH more intimate show inside the Hunt & Fish Club ... a fancy steak house in Midtown.

Bocelli only did the one song, but if ever there was a case for dropping the mic ... this is it.

We're told he hung out for an hour to take pics and chat. Molto bene!

The Lakers may have lost to the Raptors Monday night -- but Metta World Peace didn't seem too bothered ... 'cause he got to party with Justin Bieber after the game!

Metta and the Lake Show were in Toronto for the game -- and lost 102-93 -- but afterward, Peace found time to kick it with the Biebs ... though it's unclear where they were.

Kobe didn't appear to join along -- but he got love in Canada too ... getting custom Black Mamba shoes and a hat from the Raptors as a token of the their appreciation.

Dwight Howard BALLED OUT Sunday night ... partying HARD at a massive Houston mansion to celebrate his 30th bday ... with huge stars like T.I., Bun B, Lil Boosie, Jay and Jas Prince and more.

It all went out at the Chateau Cocomar -- a MASSIVE mansion-style venue in H-town -- where a bunch of D12's closest friends and teammates (including James Harden and ex-NFL star Vince Young) turned all the way up into the early hours.

Some of the highlights: The whole thing was Great Gatsby themed ... James Harden danced his face off with Dwight ... and Lil Boosie and T.I. performed and killed it.

Plus, the dance floor had a big Superman logo on it.

In the end, Howard had a pretty good weekend ... plus, the Rockets won again on Saturday night.

Tiffany Thornton's husband, former MTV star Chris Carney, was so wasted before Friday's fatal car crash ... he probably didn't think twice about getting in a car driven by a guy who was liquored up.

People at The Tavern in Little Rock tell us, Chris started off with beer and moved to the hard stuff. We're told he was slamming shots of Fireball Whiskey and doing Vegas Bombs to the point he couldn't stand up.

Chris was in no position to judge the sobriety of the driver, his friend Ezekiel, who we're told had been drinking beer and downing some shots.

As we reported, Carney and Ezekiel died early Friday after their SUV drifted off the road and struck a tree. We're told neither were wearing seat belts.

Chris struggled with alcohol over the years but his mom tells us she believed he had been sober for a year.

Adam Sandler is to Hanukkah what Mariah Carey is to Christmas, so it's no surprise his holiday party was epic ... and long.

Sandler threw the shebang for his Happy Madison employees Thursday night at Pickwick Gardens in Burbank, and it was stacked with stars, including David Spade, Josh Gad, Joey Fatone, Taylor Lautner, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Jon Lovitz, Tom Morello and Courtney Love.

Lots to do ... an ice rink, bowling and games, but the real entertainment was Sandler who hopped on the mic with KISS singer and bassist Gene Simmons. Turns out ... they were just the opening act for Vanilla Ice.

On the menu ... pigs in a blanket, mac and cheese, chicken fingers, pasta, pizza, subs, a Chinese buffet and an entire room filled with desserts.

Scott Eastwood held on for way longer than 8 seconds while riding a mechanical bull at a San Diego bar ... so long it's actually pretty impressive.

Clint's son has had some practice ... he played a pro bull rider in the chick flick, "The Longest Ride." And, of course, his dad played a cowboy in a ton of his flicks, so it's no surprise really Scott's a natural.

If the movie thing doesn't work out ... bull ridin' might be another calling.

Lamar Odom's fave hookers from that Nevada brothel where he nearly died ... have cleared their good names, and they're back on the job.

TMZ has learned Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe returned to Love Ranch South earlier this week. As we reported, they'd been banished by owner Dennis Hof who suspected they were less than truthful about what went down with Lamar.

But Hof says he recently conducted a "thorough investigation" and now buys what the girls are selling regarding their party with Odom. He also says AMEX had a change of heart recently, and released its hold on the $75k charge Lamar made for ... services rendered.

Cara & St. Vincent (real name Annie Clark) have been dating for more than a year, but finally went public when Cara recently referred to her as her gf in an interview. Perfect timing too, since the couple jetted off to West Texas last weekend for a wedding.

Based on pics from the event ... Cara was the life of the party, as usual. St. Vincent's friend/makeup artist was the one getting married, so Cara was the "plus one."

Ex-Duke basketball star Chris Duhon was arrested for extreme DUI on Monday morning after cops found him passed out in his car with the engine running ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cops responded to a call of a "man down" around 4 AM in Eleanor, West Virginia. Officials say officers found 33-year-old Duhon, who is currently an assistant basketball coach at Marshall, fast asleep in his Ford Escape with the keys still in the ignition.

When they woke him up, cops say they noticed Duhon's eyes were red and his speech was slurred. He was taken to the Putnam County Court House after failing three field sobriety tests.

This is where it gets crazy ... cops say Duhon took a breathalyzer test while getting booked and blew a .202 ... more than TWO AND HALF times the legal limit.

Duhon was released on $1,000 bond and has been suspended by the Marshall athletic department for "violating the department's rules and policies."

9:00 PM PST -- A law enforcement official tells TMZ once the plane landed, Kate was turned over to the FBI.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife Kate Major was wasted on a plane, and ended up getting busted by cops in New Orleans ... TMZ has learned.

Sources on the plane say Major was hauled off a JetBlue flight after she allegedly threatened flight attendants and other passengers during an argument over legroom. The flight was headed to L.A., but the pilot put it down in New Orleans when Major got out of hand.

Police officers walked her off the plane. It's unclear if she was arrested or booked for anything.

The saddest part of Kate's mid-air bender -- we're told she was flying to L.A. to enter a 30 day live-in rehab program.

The same day Justin Bieber pulled out of promoting his album, he took a much needed break from working ... to chill at a biker bar!

According to our sources, after canceling his appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and his Thanksgiving Day Parade taping ... JB simply wanted to "feel normal" again.

We're told he took a trip to Orange County where he ended up at Cook's Corner ... a low-key biker bar. Our sources say Justin stayed for a few hours with one of his friends to eat cheeseburgers and play video games.

We're told he had a great time hanging with the locals who welcomed him with open arms. One of the bikers even invited Justin to take a spin, but he took a raincheck.

Rita Ora's 25th birthday was almost a night she'd never remember because she almost knocked herself out by smashing into a giant metal pole.

Ora was leaving a London restaurant Tuesday night after celebrating her bday with friends, including Formula One stud Lewis Hamilton. Looks like it was a verrry good night ... based on Rita's near headfirst stumble, anyway.
