Hip-hop superstars Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, and Rich Homie Quan were the icing on the cake for a 16- year-old kid's $150,000 birthday party -- and the guest of honor arrived by chopper!

The lucky kid was KJ Jr. -- son of "Hip Hop Since 1978" founder Kyambo Joshua -- and since Dad rolls with the likes of Jay Z and Kayne West on the reg ... it makes sense the Atlanta bash went down in a huge hangar.

As if shout-outs from Weezy, Lil Boosie, Monica, Yo Gotti and a YG performance wasn't enough -- the kid got a 2015 Cadillac Escalade!

Right now it's a toss up for "Ballingest Party of the Year" -- KJ Jr.'s 16th or Snoop Dogg's 18th for his son -- but KJ flying in on a helicopter is a damn good tie-breaker.

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna let their fingers do a lot more than walking outside a Hollywood nightclub -- in fact, we can't really say what they were doing ... because we're too classy.

The ex-stripper BFFs left the Ludacris album release party at Project Club LA and hopped into the same ride ... which was apparently so packed they had to lap up -- with Amber on top.

We'll just say they kinda held an impromptu sex ed class for fans and photogs -- and everyone paid very close attention.

French Montana was not under the influence of alcohol when he was photographed drinking Ciroc from the bottle while cruising on one of Diddy's Sea-Doos ... so claim people close to the rapper.

As we previously reported ... French was in Miami Beach Saturday, catching some rays and drinking vodka. It's not illegal in Florida to drink while boating, but it IS illegal to drink to the point that the driver is impaired.

Don't know what to say about this. Brett Ratner making out with a chick on the same yacht where he was nuzzling Mariah Carey.

People on the boat said Brett and Mariah were in full-on couple mode, and we're told both of them loved our posts over the weekend.

But check this out ... Brett on the same yacht Sunday night in the Caribbean, sucking face with another chick.

Mariah Carey celebrated the birthday of her boyfriend, King Brett Ratner Saturday ... aboard the USS Rich People.

TMZ broke the story ...Mariah and Brett are in full-blown couple mode, sailing around the Bahamas on a mega-yacht owned by one of Brett's billionaire friends.

It's interesting ... these 2 have been friends for a number of years and worked together on Mariah's music videos as well. But it's clearly turned into a lot more.

French Montana may have violated the laws of the Sea-Doo Saturday ... because it sure looks like he's drinking on the watercraft.

French was traversing the area around Diddy's house, drinking from a Ciroc vodka bottle and looking like a spokesmodel. The photog who shot the pics says the Sea-Doo is owned by Diddy, who BTW also owns Ciroc.

Of course it's possible he's doing something promotional for the vodka and it's actually water, but that would seem like the worst promotion ever -- drinking while boating.

He's steering with one hand as he takes swigs.

And check this out. Khloe just posted a photo on top of Diddy's roof, showing them partying with French -- vodka in hand -- with the caption, "The Ciroc made us do it!!#stepIntoTheCircle."

Scott Disick was a wild man in Vegas, scoring a big fee for hosting Friday night festivities at 1OAK.

Disick, you know, bailed on rehab a week ago because he said he had business obligations. Before he left his cushy Costa Rican facility, he partied at 2 nightclubs. He kept it going last night.

No evidence Disick, who famously has problems with alcohol abuse, was boozing it up in the club.

You hear Disick scream in the video, inviting clubgoers to orally pleasure his friend.

We now know what former NFL stars like Bryant McKinnie, Edgerrin James, and Willis McGahee do when their pigskin days are over -- they bowl.

A bunch of former NFL stars -- a lot of 'em from Da U -- got together for their weekly bowling night on Wednesday ... but this week had a hip hop twist. Benzino from "Love And Hip Hop Atlanta" hosted, and rapper N.O.R.E. threw 10 frames too.

Phillip Buchanon, David Clowney and Larry Johnson also got lanes at Strike 10 Bowling -- and we know what you're asking. Who wins when world class athletes go pin-for-pin against each other?

We're told Clowney and McGahee did the most damage, for what it's worth.

David Arquette is an artist at heart ... even with ass in his face -- and the freshly tagged wall of a Vegas strip club proves it.

Our stripper sources tell us ... Arquette and his boys were at the Hustler Las Vegas last weekend for his bachelor party -- but instead of draining their bank accounts for lap dances .. they went outside and put a fresh layer of graffiti on the side of the club.

David's been dabbling in graffiti, and as a Hustler L.V. regular ... we're told the club manager gave him and his crew the green light to tag at will. The whole thing took about an hour, but David's no fool ... his posse went inside for few dances before calling it a night.

At least that's the story they're telling his fiancee, Christina McLarty.

French Montana serenaded a bunch of 13-year-olds with a song celebrating cocaine ... at a very fancy schmancy Bar Mitzvah!

It was all in good fun, as the youngest son of Minnesota Vikings owner Mark Wilf transitioned into manhood Saturday at the ridiculously expensive Cipriani restaurant in NYC.

French got the kids turnt up with 'I'm in Love with the CoCo.' Andrew the Bar Mitzvah boy made his entrance in a hamster ball with exploding confetti.

And famed electric violinist Irene Fong did her thing in front of the crowd.

We have no idea how much Wilf dropped on the shindig, but we know French's going rate is $100k for private functions.

Scott Disick took a break from partying, rehab hijinks, and then partying some more to spend time with two of his kids, Mason and Penelope.

Disick and the kids hit up a sushi joint Tuesday in Calabasas.

Disick bailed on his trippy Costa Rican rehab this week and came back to L.A., but not before some serious Costa Rican clubbing. He's already booked a club appearance in Vegas for this weekend at 1 OAK in The Mirage Hotel & Casino.

Scott Disick's officially ditched rehab in Costa Rica ... so he can spend quality time at the local nightclubs.

Disick was spotted hanging near the bar in a club called Rouge on Saturday night. Sporting a black tee and ball cap ... Scott seemed like he was trying to keep a low profile -- but hanging with a big bodyguard in purple ain't exactly inconspicuous.

Witnesses tell us he also hit up a spot called Vertigo.

TMZ broke the story ... Scott bailed on the Costa Rican rehab program after less than a week. He's coming back to the states, and already has club gigs booked back here.

After we posted our story, Scott posted (and then deleted) a photo touting his upcoming appearance at 1OAK in Las Vegas.

Scott Disick has decided he's too busy to stay locked down in rehab ... we've learned he's bailing on the facility in Costa Rica.

Sources close to Scott tell TMZ ... Disick had actually booked a flight Saturday to LA but he didn't get on the plane. Scott entered a rehab facility in Costa Rica last Monday, where he was undergoing an intensive therapy involving the African psychedelic shrub Iboga.

Disick's people tell us he decided not to take that flight but will leave that facility Monday because he has too much business in LA to deal with. As for why he didn't get on the plane today, we're told he wanted to complete a full week of treatment before bailing. The normal length of treatment is three times that -- 21 days.

Patrick Schwarzenegger's just doing what every guy does on spring break, but in these new photos he happens to be doing it with his ex-girlfriend ... which will be harder to explain to Miley Cyrus.

The pics just surfaced from the same day he was doing body shots off his BFF's girlfriend ... and relatively speaking, they're pretty innocent.

PS and the green bikini hottie -- named Taylor Burns -- are chatting, laughing, and she was even considerate enough to rub suntan lotion on his back. The sun IS hot down Mexico way.

Here's the thing ... guys and girls socialize on Spring break -- sometimes up close and drunkenly. Patrick's just having a regular college experience. His challenge is Miley didn't have that experience.

Chris Brown's daughter wasn't the only female to call him "daddy" on Monday ... because after spending time with his baby girl, he proceeded to hit up a local strip club.

Brown and Tyga visited V Live after their show in Houston (with an after-party in between). We're told the duo dropped around $8,000 in cash ... $5,000 of which came from Tyga.

As TMZ first reported, Brown spent time Monday with his 9-month-old daughter Royalty in his tour bus before the show.

Royalty's mom was there for the visit as well ... so you could say Brown began his day with one single mother and ended it surrounded by dozens of them.

DJ Pauly D just dropped nearly half a million bucks on a ride to Vegas ... he snagged Dan Bilzerian's sick Lambo and hit the high desert.

Things are going EXTREMELY well for Pauly … our car sources say he helped Instagram's Most Interesting Man lighten his crazy load of exotic cars by nabbing the Lambo DB posted on Ebay, for only $450k, then blazed his way to Sin City.

Bilzerian was asking $500k for the 2013 Aventador Roadster ... and nobody bit, but Pauly took it for a spin Monday, Dan dropped his price, and they sealed the deal.

Pauly -- who's doing a residency at the Vegas Hard Rock -- tells TMZ ... the car's a monster and he's always wanted it ... he even bought his daughter one -- think PowerWheels.

Only thing it needs is a fresh coat of bronzer.
