Nancy Pelosi Trump 'So Sad' for Islamic Garb Jab ... Retweet Crosses a Line

Published | Updated

Rep. Nancy Pelosi is once again questioning President Trump's judgment on the Iran crisis after his open support for a doctored image of her and Sen. Chuck Schumer with the Iranian flag.

We got the Speaker of the House Monday leaving Washington D.C.'s Reagan Airport and asked her about Trump's early morning retweet of a photoshopped image showing herself and Schumer in Islamic garb. It was a random account with a mere 15,000 followers, but Trump blasted it out to his nearly 71 million followers.

Pelosi summed up the state of our democracy by repeating one of Trump's favorite social media phrases. A subtle counter-punch, for sure. She also took a bigger swipe, saying Trump doesn't know right from wrong.

As you know ... Republicans and Democrats are at odds over Trump's order to target and kill Iran's Gen. Qassem Soleimani, and the mudslinging is showing no signs of slowing down.

Pelosi clearly thinks the Prez's retweet is over the line -- but she's also NOT holding her breath for an apology. After all, this ain't her first rodeo with POTUS.

U.S Drone Strike Moment Iranian General was Killed ... Caught on Video

Published

The U.S. drone strike ordered by President Trump in Baghdad -- which killed top Iranian military commander, Qasem Soleimani -- is captured in new footage from an independent Iraqi television network.

According to Al-Ahed channel ... the blast captured on video is the one that killed General Soleimani along with Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, though it's yet to be verified by other major news outlets.

A photo of the aftermath shows a burning vehicle near Baghdad International Airport shortly after the strike, which reportedly included 3 rockets hitting the site. The White House announced the strike had killed Soleimani Thursday night ... 6 people were reportedly killed in total.

The Trump administration viewed the Iranian commander as a ruthless killer, and the President tweeted that Soleimani was responsible for the deaths of millions of people and was plotting to kill more ... but he got caught.

Trump added the general should have been "taken out many years ago."

Of course, many lawmakers and ordinary U.S. citizens are concerned the strike will escalate tensions in the Middle East and result in retaliatory attacks ... which Iran has already promised.

Piers Morgan Trump's 'Lynching' Scandal is Fake Let He Who is Without Sin ...

Published

Piers Morgan says President Trump's use of "lynching" is lazy and ignorant, but Joe Biden's guilty of it too ... so all the outrage is a bunch of rubbish.

We got the British TV host leaving Staples Center Tuesday night and asked about Trump's "lynching" tweet to describe his potential impeachment, and he points out many politicians have used the language for many years ... so going after the Prez is totally disingenuous.

Or, as he puts it ... it's just another fake scandal.

Morgan's case in point is Biden -- who called Trump's tweet "abhorrent" -- using the same term in 1998 to describe the impeachment process at the time against President Bill Clinton.

Joe Biden
THE '98 BROADCAST

Joe said in a CNN interview ... "Even if the president should be impeached, history is going to question whether or not this was just a partisan lynching or whether or not it was something that in fact met the standard, the very high bar, that was set by the founders as to what constituted an impeachable offense."

After the clip surfaced, Biden apologized for using the word, but stuck to his criticism of Trump ... claiming POTUS chose his words deliberately to continue to stoke racial divides in America.

Whether or not that's true, it seems Joe and Piers are on the same page about it being time to stop using "lynching" language ... even if Lindsey Graham's still all about it.

UPDATE

10:21 AM PT -- Common's echoing Morgan about one thing -- dropping the "lynching" term when discussing politics shows a major lack of understanding of the negative history of the treatment of people of color in the U.S.

The rapper/actor/activist adds that going forward ... it's the wrong choice of words, period.

President Trump Media Blasts Violent Fake Video ... Showing Him Killing Critics

Published

An insanely violent movie scene parody video following a fake Donald Trump as he shoots, stabs and kills political rivals and media outlets is being condemned ... and The White House says the President agrees.

The video -- an edited version of the church massacre scene from the film "Kingsman: The Secret Service" -- was reportedly played at a pro-Trump conference by his supporters at his Trump National Doral Miami resort last week.

In the vid, the fake Trump begins a killing spree at the "Church of Fake News" of the major media outlets and news sites like Politico, NPR, Slate, The Hill, HuffPo and Vice News ... along with the activist movement Black Lives Matter.

He also assaults or murders critics like John McCain, Mitt Romney, Maxine Waters, Rosie O'Donnell, Bernie Sanders, Adam Schiff and Barack Obama ... before putting a stake in the head of a person with a CNN logo for a face.

Donald Trump Jr. Biden Should Withdraw ... He's a Gaffe Machine

Published

Donald Trump Jr. says it's time for Joe Biden to hang it up and withdraw from the 2020 Presidential Race.

We got 45's son Friday in NYC, and he honed in on Biden's gaffes, saying if his dad said the things Biden has said, he'd be torn apart.

DTJ may have forgotten, his father's forgotten the words to "God Bless America." And then, there's referring to 9/11 as 7-Eleven. And, who can forget Trump's 4th of July speech ... during the Revolutionary War, the Continental Army "rammed the ramparts, it took over the airports."

And, there's this ... Jr. honed in on Biden's comment at Thursday's Presidential Debate where he said no one should be in jail for a nonviolent crime. Jr. suggested Biden would pardon Bernie Madoff.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg We Shouldn't Fat Shame Anyone ... Even Trump!!!

Published

Mayor Pete Buttigieg says no one deserves to be fat shamed ... even our fast food-loving Prez.

We got the Democratic Presidential candidate at the Young Leaders Conference in Atlanta and asked him to weigh in on Trump's blatant fat shaming at his New Hampshire rally -- and you gotta see his response. It's a case study in political strategizing.

Pete couldn't help himself, and launched into a "glass houses" remark ... but quickly stopped himself, and rerouted to the high road. It's the decision any candidate taking on Trump has to  make: get down in the mud with him, or turn the other cheek.

HEAVY ACCUSATION

As you know ... President Trump brazenly fat shamed an American citizen Thursday night, taking a cheap shot at the man's weight, even though the dude turned out to be a Trump supporter ... who's also in better shape than POTUS.

Mayor Pete thinks the latest controversy involving Trump is pretty rich but adds ... there's no need to spell out the irony.

Pete's right ... no need to talk about 45 scarfing down fast food ... when there are pictures.

We also asked the candidate about Trump's Greenland expansion dream, and he poured ice cold water all over the idea.

HEAVY ACCUSATION

Live from the Glass House, it's President Trump blatantly fat shaming an American citizen ... one who backs him, btw.

Yeah, that happened Thursday night during 45's rally in New Hampshire ... where there were a number of protesters tossed from the event. Trump decided to take a cheap shot at the size of one of them, riffing from the podium ... "That guy's got a serious weight problem. Go home, start exercising!"

Of course, the crowd roared with approval at the massively ironic jab from the Prez -- but the joke was ultimately on our fast food-loving Commander-in-Chief. Turns out the guy he was ripping was a Trump supporter!

Trump Supporter
NO HARD FEELINGS

His name's Frank Dawson and, according to Fox News, he's a Navy vet who's also been in law enforcement for 31 years.

Frank didn't seem the slightest bit offended, and says he was actually ripping up signs held by protesters when Trump mistook him for one of them.

For what it's worth, Frank seems to be in wayyy better shape than Trump -- but, clearly, logic or rationale played ZERO part in the President's remarks.

Democratic Debate Bets Are on Biden ... To Get Touchy-Feely

Published | Updated

Joe Biden might not win this week's Democratic debates, but he's likely gonna win big money for degenerate gamblers betting on him to hug a female candidate during his debate.

The cyber-gambling site, SportsBetting.Ag, is offering tons of prop bets on the first debates -- set for Wednesday and Thursday -- and oddsmakers are banking on Biden to get touchy-feely with women onstage.

You can bet on whether or not Biden hugs Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand or Marianne Williamson. Odds of Biden showing affection are -150 (2/3), meaning you need to wager $150 to win $100. The odds of Biden keeping his hands to himself are +120 (6/5), meaning a $100 wager pays $120.

Other fun bets include curse words, withdrawals, apologies and if any candidates will utter trigger terms like "climate change" and "concentration camp."

Trump's presence will be felt at the debate AND on betting lines. You wager on how many times the candidates will say "Trump," with the over/under set at 20.5. There's also a bet on how many times the candidates will say "impeach," with an over/under of 2.5.

As for turning Trump tweets into cash ... you can wager on which Democrat he will mention by name first on Twitter, whether he will zing Elizabeth Warren with a "Pocahontas" reference, and how many times he will tweet about "Sleepy Joe" Biden -- over/under 1.5.

Bet at your own risk!

President Trump Proved He's Racist with 'Two Sides' Response to CP5 ... Says NY Congressman

Published

President Trump isn't even trying to hide his racist language based on his staunch refusal to apologize to the Central Park Five ... at least that's how Congressman Gregory Meeks sees it.

We got the distinguished gentleman from New York near Capitol Hill and he went OFF about Trump saying earlier this week there are "two sides" to the story of the wrongly convicted boys in the Central Park 5 case.

Meeks recalls Trump using the same rhetoric in response to questions about the white supremacists in Charlottesville -- but says this time is worse ... because DNA evidence is PROOF there's only one correct side to the CP5 story.

The NY Rep. is also refusing to give the Prez any credit for signing prison reform measures like the First Step Act. He says the real credit for that progress should go to Jared Kushner ... whose father spent 14 months in federal prison.

You gotta see how heated Meeks is, because -- as he puts it -- the President's just riding his son-in-law's coattails. Not the other way around.

Kim Kardashian Helping Former Inmates Find Work ... With Free Transportation

Published

2:12 PM PT -- The press conference just ended and Kim made a major announcement … she’s involved in a rideshare partnership to give former inmates free rides to job interviews.

Kim says after spending time visiting prisons all over the country and talking with inmates on the inside and those who were recently released, one of their biggest hurdles is finding ways to get to job interviews and to work.

Meanwhile, the Prez announced a series of initiatives by the federal government and employers to help former inmates find work when they get back to their communities.

Kim Kardashian is back at the White House to talk prison reform, but this time she'll be making a speech alongside President Trump ... and TMZ is streaming it live.

Kim and the Prez are talking about the first prisoners released under the recently passed First Step Act ... and Trump is also expected to discuss hiring people with criminal records.

As you know, Kim and her legal team have been working diligently to free nonviolent prisoners who are spending life in prison for small drug crimes under Draconian sentences ... helping dozens of men and women gain their freedom.

Kim went to 1600 Penn. last year in the name of prison reform ... sitting down with POTUS in the Oval Office ... and now we're going to learn more about the fruits of their labor.

Their news conference is set to begin at 1 PM PT, and we'll have it all here.

'Pose' Actor Indya Moore Stomps Trump Supporter's Sign ... Fight Breaks Out!!!

Published | Updated

"Pose" actor Indya Moore went after a President Trump supporter, who decided to fight back ... and then all hell broke loose.

Video of the incident starts with Indya stomping on a "Re-elect Trump" sign in NYC. They tried to walk away with it, but the owner of the sign, Dion Cini, stepped in to grab his property. Both struggled over the sign for a bit and then Dion started shoving Indya and another guy.

The scrap lasted a few moments until another man got in between them to calm things down ... or at least he tried. Indya reached back in to knock off Dion's 'MAGA' visor. Cops eventually stepped in and lectured Indya.

We reached out to Dion, who tells TMZ ... he's filed a police report for larceny. He says the sign's custom-made and ran him about $250. Indya, who plays Angel Evangelista on the FX show, took to Twitter to thank fans for the support and explain the confrontation.

Trump, of course, kicked off Pride Month by saying we should celebrate and "recognize the outstanding contributions LGBT people have made to our great Nation" ... while his administration announced a proposal that would essentially allow health care providers to discriminate based on gender identity.

The Trump administration's also essentially re-instituted a "don't ask, don't tell" policy for trans service members.

All of that is obviously not sitting well with Indya -- however, the actor might have to answer to cops now.

Marijuana U.S. Will Legalize It by 2022, Trump's in Says Ex-Rep. Rohrabacher

Published | Updated

Federal marijuana legalization is just around the corner, and the trail to legal weed will be blazed by President Trump ... so says former U.S. Rep. Dana Rohrabacher.

The longtime Republican Congressman from SoCal was on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to talk cannabis, because Rohrabacher -- who's now invested in the weed industry -- says his former cohorts on Capitol Hill are already working on legislation to allow all Americans toke legally.

Rohrabacher told us why 2022 is going to be the magic year for chronic lovers -- and remember, he served 30 years on the Hill ... so, he knows what he's talking about when it comes to the inner workings of Congress.

The ex-Congressman became a marijuana champion during his tenure in D.C. and recently became a board member for BudTrader.com ... an online cannabis distribution platform.

It sounds like both sides of the aisle could come together in the name of ganja ... Rohrabacher predicts Trump will work with Congress to pass pot legislation.

So, get your bowls packed, joints rolled and edibles ready -- as the Congressman might put it ... it's about to get dank!!!

President Trump Shout-Out to LGBT ... As Long As You're Not in the Military!!!

Published | Updated

President Trump ain't got no shame in his Twitter game ... kicking off Pride Month by congratulating the LGBT contributions a month after his administration effectively banned transgender people from the military.

POTUS reminded us moments ago in a tweet, "As we celebrate LGBT Pride Month and recognize the outstanding contributions LGBT people have made to our great Nation, let us also stand in solidarity with the many LGBT people who live in dozens of countries worldwide that punish, imprison, or even execute individuals on the basis of their sexual orientation."

Earlier this month the Trump Administration also announced a proposal that would essentially allow health care providers to discriminate based on gender identity, rolling back progress for the transgender community that was made over the past decade.

Just last month, the Pentagon began to implement a controversial new policy that critics say is essentially a "don't ask, don't tell" policy for trans service members. The Department of Defense says it's NOT a ban ... but it clearly says anyone with gender dysphoria taking hormones or who has already undergone gender transition will NOT be allowed to enlist. #SAD.

What's more ... the DOD says going forward military members diagnosed with gender dysphoria will have to serve in their sex as assigned at birth. They'll also be barred from taking hormones or getting gender-affirming surgery.

"Mr. Harris Goes to Washington" ain't a classic film but the purpose of T.I.'s trip to D.C. was classy ... to carry on the work of the late Nipsey Hussle.

We got T.I. on Capitol Hill where he attended a meeting with members of the Congressional Black Caucus as it tries to jumpstart incentive investment in low-income communities. It's a meeting Nipsey was scheduled to attend before he was gunned down in the neighborhood in which he himself heavily invested in ... Crenshaw.

Check out the vid ... T.I. tells us Nipsey invited him to this meeting and explained why he was there on his behalf. Our camera guy tells T.I. he might have to work with President Trump, whom he's beefed with in the past. T.I. says it's not about Democrats or Republicans ... it's about people.

Pete Buttigieg Defends Colin Kaepernick ... And NFL Kneelers

"RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH"

Mayor Pete Buttigieg is going to bat for Colin Kaepernick ... telling TMZ Sports he supports the QB's right to take a knee during the national anthem -- and he's ripping Trump for going after the protesters.

"The way I feel about it is the flag that was on my shoulder when I served represented, among other things, our right to free speech," Mayor Pete -- a Navy veteran -- told us in New York.

092217_trump_kal 9/22/17
YOU'RE FIRED!

"You don't have to like it, but one of the reasons we serve was to defend that right, the right of peaceful protest and the idea that we can protest what is wrong with our country."

That's when Pete took a swipe at POTUS -- who has publicly called for the NFL to fire any "son of a bitch" who doesn't stand for the anthem.

"If the president had served," Pete says ... "Maybe he'd feel a little more strongly about some of those freedoms. And, I get that there's a lot of strong opinions about this, but that's part of why we served."

Colin began his demonstration in 2016 to shine a light on social injustice and police brutality. Several players joined his movement, which began a very polarizing political topic.

In 2017, Mayor Pete tweeted about the situation ... "I was trained to stand & salute. But freedom -- including to protest injustice -- is the whole point of the anthem, the flag, and the country."

Richard Sherman On Nick Bosa Tweets Won't Matter If You Can Play

Published

"One thing about football is that nobody really cares what you say if you can play."

That's how Richard Sherman views the situation regarding his new 49ers teammate, Nick Bosa -- who's been at the center of controversy over tweets about Donald Trump and Colin Kaepernick.

Remember, back when he was a college student at Ohio State, Bosa referred to Kap as a "clown" -- which is interesting considering Sherman has been a strong supporter of Colin ever since the QB first began taking a knee during the national anthem.

The #2 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft also acknowledged scrubbing his social media pages of pro-Trump comments out of fear liberal fans in San Francisco wouldn't embrace him when he was drafted.

Sherman was asked about the situation by the Sacramento Bee -- and essentially said Bosa's views and previous comments won't matter if the guy produces on the field on Sundays.

“It’s not like something where guys are like, ‘Hey man, what about what you said?’ No. No. If he can play, he can play. If he can’t play, he won’t be here," Sherman said.

"But at the end of the day, that’s all that matters in football. Is he getting sacks on Sunday? Is he helping our team? Is he being a good teammate? Those are things that matter."

"Now, if he’s a bad teammate, that’s something we’ll address."

The star cornerback also weighed in on possible racial issues in the locker room stemming from Bosa's tweets and comments.

"At the end of the day, I think a guy that has played with African Americans his whole life, not saying he can’t be racist, but they know how to maneuver around African Americans," Sherman said.

"When you’re at Ohio State, it’s not like Ohio State’s an all-white school. So I don’t think that’s going to ever be an issue. I think, at the end of the day, your beliefs are your beliefs ... but when you’re in the building and you’re a football player and you’re a teammate, you handle yourself accordingly. And I think he understands that."
