Former 'Real Housewives' star James Marchese will NOT face domestic violence charges for an alleged altercation with his wife.

As TMZ reported, the reality star was busted last month for fighting with his wife, Amber, on a plane. Marchese was immediately bailed out by Amber. Outside the jail, he told us it was a huge misunderstanding.

Sources familiar with the case tell us the L.A. City Attorney will conduct an informal office hearing where the couple will be counseled so this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

No word yet on whether Marchese still plans to sue Virgin America, as he hinted he would.

There could be a serious battle brewing in the NY Giants locker room ... a dance battle ... 'cause Rashad Jennings says he'd take out Odell Beckham Jr. if they both end up on 'DTWS.'

Rashad previously told us his dream was to do 'DWTS' ... but lately Odell's name is connected to the show ... after he crashed Von Miller's rehearsal and drew rave reviews from Miller's dance partner.

So, when we saw Rashad out in NYC we asked ... if both men got their shot on the same season of 'Dancing' who would come away as the MVP of the mambo?

We got Rev. Run's daughter at LAX on Friday afternoon and asked her to clear up all the buzz around her belly. The rumors went off the charts in the last 24 hours for 2 reasons. First, she was out in L.A. on Thursday sporting what some people think is a baby bump starter kit.

Secondly, in the video she posted of herself doing the running man challenge ... she kept her back turned to the camera. Again, conspiracy theorists think she's trying to keep her pregnancy under wraps.

What she told us Friday won't calm things down ... which might be the point.

Chyna showed no signs of addiction several months before her death ... so were the observations of a doctor who tried to undo her bad plastic surgery.

Sources connected with the production of "Botched" tell TMZ ... Dr. Terry Dubrow was clear that there were no drugs in Chyna's system that would have interfered with or prevented the surgery. There were several dozen people involved in the shooting, and they say she was lucid and clear.

Chyna appeared to correct a previous breast surgery.

As for the show, we're told producers have decided not to air it, out of respect for the WWE legend.

TMZ broke the story ... Chyna died of a possible overdose. She was 46.

Lamar Odom's former Lakers teammate is DEFENDING the decision to feature him on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" again ... telling TMZ Sports the show is NOT the root of his problems.

We spoke with Devean George -- who recently reconnected with Lamar at Kobe's last game -- who says people who are critical about Lamar being back on the show don't really understand Lamar.

Could Odell Beckham take over for Von Miller on "Dancing with the Stars" next year?

Von's partner sure hopes so ... with Lindsay Arnold saying the guy would CRUSH it on the show.

Everyone knows Odell is a dance-aholic ... the guy breaks out moves in clubs, on the street, at Drake's house ... everywhere.

In fact, he even crashed Lindsay and Von's rehearsal earlier this season -- and impressed her so much, she wants to partner up with the guy!!

The Roloffs' divorce was finalized in late April. Neither is getting spousal support and their 4 kids are all grown -- so no issue with child support.

It's a brilliant pairing ... Brandi was married to Eddie, and Dean -- an accomplished fitness trainer and food fanatic -- was hitched to LeAnn when she infamously hooked up with Eddie.

Sources closely tied to production tell us Khloe took the images of Lamar in his hospital bed, so she could "share with him his progress when he got better."

We're told when Lamar got better, Khloe showed him the images ... and HE decided he wanted them on the show.

Lamar Odom's near-death experience was never supposed to be on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- or so we were told.

Sunday night's show featured Lamar hooked up to various forms of life support last October, shortly after he OD'd on cocaine.

During the episode the family talks about how Lamar looked in a Nevada hospital bed. They showed Lamar these pics after he'd completed his recovery at Cedars-Sinai in L.A.

But while Chung was prepping his famous jerk chicken dish -- Tsai challenged him to do some squats while carrying him on his back!

Chung accepted ... and beasted out in front of the crowd -- and they loved it!!

They also loved the food -- we're told Chung's got real skills in the kitchen.
