Teresa Giudice can't even do bankruptcy right ... and she blames it on her lawyer whom she is now suing.

Teresa claims in her new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was a slacker who never even met with her prior to filing bankruptcy docs.

She also says he was sloppy as hell, not bothering to list key assets such as her cars, her rental property income and various bank accounts.

Giudice claims he's the reason she got nailed with bankruptcy fraud and that's why she's going to prison for 15 months.

Teresa says it's a classic case of malpractice, and she wants minimum 5 mil. By the way ... if you see any stories later today saying she's suing for $15 mil ... that's wrong. She makes the same claim 3 times.

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak will make each other squirm on live TV ... forced to come clean about some very personal issues.

Production sources tell us NeNe and Kim have agreed to play Andy Cohen's game, "Plead the 5th" ... where they're asked 3 questions and they can only plead the 5th to one.

Andy typically asks the questions, but this time the girls will grill each other.

Six years ago, NeNe openly talked about Kim having a sugar daddy and cheating on her man, triggering an iconic club house showdown ... after Kim called in to confront NeNe.

We're told NO questions are off-limits. That and a few drinks should make it interesting.

Kandi Burruss' mother-in-law, Sharon Tucker, died in NYC Tuesday ... after suffering a stroke one day earlier.

Todd Tucker immediately flew from ATL to NY after getting the news about his mother's stroke ... according to sources close to Kandi and her husband. Todd's mom frequently appeared on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... and went by Miss Sharon on the show.

She slipped into a coma overnight while hospitalized after the stroke. We're told Kandi and Todd were by her side when Miss Sharon died.

If Snooki and new hubby Jionni LaValle left their wedding reception in a car with tin cans attached, it's a safe bet he didn't drive ... because we found he was on the heels of a drunk driving arrest.

Jionni spent the first weekday as a married man in court, where he copped a plea in his criminal case. He was arrested August 7 on Interstate 80 in Totowa, NJ at 3:30 AM after cops noticed him driving erratically.

Jionni pled guilty to DUI on Monday and had 2 other charges -- unsafe lane change and careless driving -- dismissed. His license was revoked for 3 months and he has to attend a drug and alcohol education class.

Snooki can relate ... she was arrested in 2010 for public drunkenness on the Jersey Shore.

"Honey Boo Boo" star Chickadee is turning into a snake oil salesman, literally ... she's now hawking potions that claim to prevent Ebola.

Chickadee needs some pocket change in a bad way now that "Honey Boo Boo" has been cancelled. So she's signed up with a company called Young Living Essential Oils.

Anna now has a link on her Facebook page promoting the company's product line, which includes the Ebola-blocking oil. The FDA has warned Young Living Oils not to make the Ebola claim. The company says the oil is multi-purpose -- it can also help prevent cancer.

And this is fun ... one of the products is called Thieves.

Chickadee got BLASTED this weekend for asking fans on GoFundMe to donate to what is essentially her pocket change fund.

She's not as bad as Bernie Madoff ... but she's young.

Sorry, ladies ... "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Yung Berg is taken, because the woman who claimed he beat her up has taken him back.

Masika Tucker -- who told cops last month that Berg hit her, dragged her by the hair, pinned her against a wall and grabbed her by her throat -- now believes a la Rice it was totally out of character.

Tucker and Berg have known each other for four years and we're told she feels heavily invested in the relationship and doesn't want to abandon it because of one bad night.

Berg was arrested for the alleged attack but now it looks like the case could be compromised with a reluctant victim.

Berg has already been punished ... he was fired from the show.

The star of "Operation Repo" was Johnny-on-the-spot ... ending a L.A. car chase by blocking the fleeing suspect until cops could arrive -- but no one recognized him due to his extreme weight loss.

Lou Pizarro played the hero at the end of the chase -- which, of course was televised (this is L.A.) -- when the suspected car thief abandoned the vehicle ... and tried to run away on foot.

Pizarro -- who's been hauling in vehicles on 'Repo' for 8 years -- happened to be in the right place with the famous red pickup truck he uses on the show. Pizarro made a hard right turn to pin the suspect up against a fence ... allowing cops to catch up to the guy.

Here's the thing ... local news talked to Pizarro after the chase, but never recognized the TruTV star -- probably because he's half the man he used to be. We're told Lou's dropped about 150 pounds after getting a gastric sleeve 15 months ago!

Way to go, not-so-big guy.

Khloe Kardashian doesn't care if French Montana has a side piece ... and she thinks her family should stay out of her business.

As TMZ first reported, the Kardashians had a heart-to-heart with Khloe last week ... warning her that French had used Kim as a cover during their recent trip, making it appear he was spending time with her when he was actually dogging around Dubai.

We're told Khloe scoffed at her family's advice ... she fired back, saying she's having fun and there's no expectation of exclusiveness.

The fam is concerned because of the way Khloe dealt with the Lamar situation ... defending him for way longer than most partners would. But Khloe says this is not "a Lamar situation." She's having fun ... end of story.

Buddy Valastro put his drunk driving case to bed by making a surprise trip to the courthouse ... to plead guilty to driving while drunk.

As a result of the plea, the "Cake Boss" star's license will be suspended for three months, and he has to enter a drunk driving program. He also got a $300 fine.

Valastro says he told the judge he only had one drink before getting pulled over -- but added he'd learned his lesson ... "If you have even one drink you shouldn't drive."

He wasn't scheduled to be in court until February, but after today's hearing he tweeted he went in early because ... "I wanted to make this right."

As TMZ first reported, Valastro was arrested on November 13 after cops noticed the TLC star's 2014 yellow Corvette weaving on 10th Ave in Manhattan.

Snooki laid down a huge bet when she tied the knot WITHOUT a prenup -- essentially leaving her sizable earnings in the hands of a judge ... IF things don't work out.

Of course, Snooks married baby daddy Jionni LaValle in New Jersey this weekend, and sources close to the couple tell us they did NOT sign a prenuptial agreement because Snooki didn't want one. We're told Nicole was advised it would be safer to put something in writing ... but the "Jersey Shore" star was adamant about her decision.

Here's the thing ... Snooki's worth several million -- based on reality show cash, and her popular lines of apparel and tanning products. Jionni's got a bunch of gigs (ATM owner, wrestling coach, T-shirt line) ... but we're told she's still the bread winner.

In NJ, if you don't have a prenup ... you're gambling on a divorce court judge -- who will decide a "fair" though not necessarily equal split of assets. So, it could work in her benefit or not.

Best advice, Snook -- don't get divorced ... on account of love and stuff ... but mostly because it could cost a fortune.

Porsha Williams derailed her own gravy train ... and now she has to ditch her $300,000 Rolls-Royce if she wants to keep living in the lap of luxury.

Sources close to Porsha tell TMZ ... the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has been getting ridiculously expensive gifts -- like the Rolls -- from a mystery sugar daddy. But we're told the dude (who's married) got fed up with her posting pics of the swag, and cut her off.

Our sources say Porsha's selling the RR because she needs a quick cash injection. It's not that she's broke -- she's still pulling in 6-figures from "RHOA" -- but since the BF cash flow has dried up ... she's suddenly gotta pay for more stuff ... like meals.

Mama June is trying to repair her relationship with Sugar Bear, and he's game to give it a second try ... so she says.

June tells TMZ ... Sugar Bear is back living full-time in the homestead and they are "working on the relationship." She admits it was damaged and Sugar Bear is hurt over her decision to reignite her relationship with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

June says they don't consider themselves "back together" and it will "take a lot of work" to regain his trust.

She tells us she did see McDaniel after he was released from prison in March ... something she lied about after we broke the story. But now she says, "I'm human, I made mistakes and done wrong, but no one is perfect."

June says she no longer has any contact with McDaniel.

"Honey Boo Boo" star Anna Cardwell mistakenly believes charity begins at home.

Chickadee was soliciting money over the weekend on a GoFundMe page. She said she needed help with money and her goal was $20K.

Them's fightin' words for her fans, who immediately went on the FB attack. They were incredulous that someone on TV was asking THEM for loot.

Cardwell finally saw the shame in what she did and deleted the page -- explaining, "I'm deleting my fund me cause everyone thinks I'm money hungry"

Chickadee goes on, "And I have been think about everyone's opinions and I got alot of chooses and I have done there idea and I get the s*** end of the stick."

Uncle Poodle is lathering up his fiance in the shower for a good cause -- besides the obvious one.

Poodle is taking part in a new online campaign -- similar to the Ice Bucket Challenge -- only this requires you to take a selfie in the shower to help support those diagnosed with HIV.

The campaign is not-so-cleverly titled the "HIV Shower Selfie Challenge" ... and there's a big push for people to make the photo their profile pic on December 1st -- World AIDS Day.

Poodle is HIV positive ... but Alan is negative. They hope posting the pics online will spread awareness to fans of Honey Boo Boo.

Khloe Kardashian needs to run for the hills -- away from French Montana -- and that's exactly what her family told her during a heart-to-heart talk Wednesday.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the Kardashians believe French has been unfaithful to Khloe, and their evidence centers around his recent trip to Dubai.

We're told the family believes French was hooking up with a very pretty woman during the trip, and tried to use Kim as a cover. We know they told Khloe French sought out Kim during the trip so Khloe would see pics of the 2 of them and think he was just hanging with her sis ... nothing nefarious.

We're told the Kardashians say French's plan unraveled when Kim came home and told Khloe she was literally with French 10 seconds here and there. The family is convinced he used Kim to deceive Khloe.

Fired 'Housewives' star Aviva Drescher got paid $100K to star on another reality show ... then screwed over the manager who got her the gig -- at least that's how the pissed off manager sees it.

The ex-manager claims she booked Drescher and her husband, Reid, on "Marriage Bootcamp" and says the Dreschers promised her a 10% commission -- which amounted to $10K.

In a lawsuit, the ex-manager says Drescher slandered her in interviews ... by calling her "sleazy" and a "wannabe agent."

The ex-manager says she only got $2,500 of her commission, so she is suing for the balance ... and for damages to her reputation. We tried contacting the Dreschers ... but no response so far.
