Kris Jenner had her first XMAS bash as a single woman ... lots of friends but notable absences.

There are reports Kim and Kanye were no shows, but take a look at the 2 pics of Kim and Kanye separately in what looks like the photo booth inside the party.

Khloe shook her ass, Kendall sexed it up, and we'd say Kylie did the same but she's 17.

Bruce was a no show ... ditto Rob, Brody and Brandon.

The bash was thrown at Kris' Calabasas mansion, where she had a giant tent constructed and laced with XMAS lights.

10:45 AM PT -- Turns out Bruce did show up to the party ... and snapped a pic with his daughters.

"Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Tahiry Jose's is still recovering from a violent attack during a fall fashion show ... but we found out her attacker got off really light.

The guy -- Charles Suggs -- pled guilty to assault this week for his brutal attack that left the model in a neck brace and covered with cuts and bruises.

Suggs copped a plea and got off with no jail time. He has to complete an anger management program and he has to stay clear of Jose for 5 years ... or else.

Jose was backstage at the Toure Designs show in September when Suggs started arguing with her. He snapped, charged her and began throwing punches, dragged her down and kept wailing on her until the crew broke it up.

Jose is still in physical therapy.

Mama June and Sugar Bear have discovered the key to their reconciliation -- a crazy amount of soda.

The estranged couple hit up their local Walmart on Tuesday, where they filled up an entire shopping cart with Mountain Dew and Pepsi. Honey Boo Boo's love of Mountain Dew is rather legendary.

MJ and SB have been on the rocks for some time, but we're told they are still living together and are working on their relationship.

And if they can't fix it, well ... at least they have all that soda.

Kris Jenner is through watching all of her daughters strip down and bare it all ... the 59-year-old clearly wants in on the action ... and the result is weird as hell.

Cheban -- who's super tight with all of the Kardashian sisters -- was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood last night when we asked about reports that Khloe and Robin have become an item.

"I was with her yesterday, I didn't hear anything about that," Cheban told us.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star said he wouldn't be shocked if Khloe eventually began dating another famous athlete ... explaining that a relationship with a normie can get pretty boring for someone on Khloe's level.

As for Robin, he also shot down the rumors this weekend ... and says the media made up the story.

"Obviously they were looking for two people with a lot of influence on popular culture, on the youth, and they were looking for two movers and shakers," Lopez said.

Patriots stud Rob Gronkowski isn't afraid to mix it up with football fans ... even when they're contestants on a reality show he's judging.

Gronk was a guest critic on this week's episode of "Top Chef: Boston" ... but not all the cooks were star struck ... 'cause chef George Pagonis tells TMZ Sports he got in Gronk's face and told him exactly how he felt about the Pats. Hint ... George is not a fan.

Chef P says, "I never really cared for any Boston teams. I've spent a lot of time in New York, and I'm a big Redskins fan."

Still, razzing Gronk when he controls your culinary fate doesn't seem wise. Pagans says ... "I couldn't let my team down and not speak up." He adds Gronk was totally cool with his verbal jabs.

Obviously, it didn't affect his judging because Chef Pagonis cooked the winning dish -- a pork and veal sausage.

'Real Housewife' Joanna Krupa sounds like she's ready to physically duke it out with archenemy Brandi Glanville ... calling her a trailer trash fame whore who is a European model wannabe.

Krupa went ballistic when our photog asked about Brandi, who trashed her on Andy Cohen's show. Glanville insinuated Cohen got food poisoning from bad fish ... code for Krupa's smelly vagina.

Krupa went for the jugular, telling us Brandi is so pathetic there's no room for doubt on why Eddie Cibrian dumped her.

Floyd Mayweather is putting aside some brutal facts and paying for the funeral of the rapper who gunned down his wife in the bathtub and then shot himself.

We're told Floyd thinks Earl Hayes' family deserves a proper funeral, despite the horrific thing he did.

TMZ broke the story ... Floyd was FaceTiming with Hayes earlier this month when the rapper snapped as they discussed how his wife, "Hit the Floor" star Stephanie Moseley was cheating on him. He went in the bathroom and pumped 10-12 shots as she lay in the tub. He then killed himself.

We don't know if Floyd foot the bill for Stephanie's funeral Friday in Canada. Floyd was urging Hayes to dump her just before he lost it.

Hayes' funeral is set for today.

The chick who left the "Bad Girls Club" audition with a Denver Boot attached to the car could end up in jail ... TMZ has learned.

It appears Chicquita Washington -- the registered owner of the car -- high-tailed it out of a Houston, TX parking lot with the boot on the back tire, then roared away, dislodging it and breaking it off.

Parking officials tell TMZ ... if she just drove off with the boot there'd be no crime, but she was gunning it toward a parking enforcement officer who booted the car, and we've learned the guy filed a police report, claiming she clipped him.

If cops and prosecutors buy his story, Chicquita could be charged with criminal assault.

Kris and Bruce Jenner have settled their divorced ... TMZ has learned, and the goodies have been divided, with Bruce scoring several million from his ex.

A L.A. County judge has signed the legal docs.

It's about as clean a divorce as possible. As we previously reported, they did not sign a prenup. Kris gets the family house and they divided up various bank accounts and other assets.

We're told based on the settlement agreement ... neither Kris nor Bruce will get spousal support. As for 17-year-old Kylie, she's so close to becoming an adult they share joint custody and each parent will foot the bill while she's with them.

Under the agreement, Kris has to pay Bruce $2.5 million to equalize things.

Kris gets a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost, a 2014 Bentley and a 2014 Land Rover. Bruce gets a 2011 Porsche 997 Coupe, a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and a 2007 Harley motorcycle.

Kris filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed the date of separation as June 1, 2013.

They each get to keep their airline miles.

It looks like the actual date they are legally allowed to tie the knot with someone else is March 23, 2015 ... but the fat lady has sung.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks says she's going to prison for the holidays, and she may be bringing her kids.

Phaedra's hubby Apollo Nida is serving an 8 year sentence for money laundering and check fraud, and it looked like it would be the loneliest of times because Phaedra said she would NOT visit him.

But she's softened for the holidays, and now says her and the kids will probably go on a field trip to the big house.

And check this out ... even though she's said she'll divorce Apollo, she's still wearing the ring.

Craig Wayne Boyd may have just won "The Voice," but he wouldn't even be a finalist in "The Brain," because he almost immediately disrespected the fans who will determine his long-term success.

Boyd was leaving an NYC office Building Wednesday ... when he squeezed in an autograph and a mid-stride selfie, and then blazed past the other fans.

A&E doesn’t think the idea of a marriage reality game show is sacred … at least that's the allegation in a new lawsuit.

Yaina Williams says she's the mastermind behind “Married at First Sight” -- a show that follows six couples that get hitched the moment they meet.

Williams claims she uploaded her treatment to a site called the TV Writers Vault back in 2011 and later found out an exec at Lifetime -- owned by A&E Networks -- downloaded it a year later.

She says the next thing she knew ... promos for MAFS were running on the network and she flipped out.

Williams says the the show is so similar to her treatment ... they even share the same tagline, "Can Love Happen at First Sight." And she says the use of experts, online voting and a 6-month couples check-up were all copied.

She wants a judge to order the network to stop airing the show. And she also wants money.

Calls to A&E have not been returned.

Kylie Jenner gave a bunch of sick kids exactly what they wanted this holiday season ... oh yeah, and she brought some toys too.

Wearing a white, shear, midriff-baring top, a pair of tight, ripped jeans, high heels, and camera-ready makeup ... Kylie showed up Monday with boyfriend Tyga to the Teen Impact Holiday Party at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Maybe not the most appropriate outfit for young kids.

Christmas in the town of McIntyre, GA was almost cancelled, but Mama June ponied up out of her own pocket to save it.

The Shannon family has hosted a toy drive for the last 5 years ... with great success. Sometimes 500 people a night would show up at their well-decorated home, where adults deposited toys and the kids would sit on Santa's -- AKA Sugar Bear's -- lap.

But the fallout from the collapse of the Honey Boo Boo empire has taken its toll ... only a few hundred people showed up so far, and it looked like some kids would get nothing next week.

So Mama June says she personally forked over $2,000 for toys and says she'll ante up more if need be. She tells us, "No matter if one or one hundred came out, I was going to make sure the kids here in the county will wake up to something at Christmas."

So she's been naughty and nice.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Peter Madrigal thinks he and the rest of the supporting cast are getting short changed, and he wants Lisa to DOUBLE their salary.

Peter told us he doesn't care that Vanderpump flies first while everyone else is crammed in coach. But on the salary front, he thinks the ratings justify $10K an episode, not the $5K they're currently pulling in.

Here's the thing ... the $5K represents more than a 1000 percent increase. They were only getting $5K for the entire first season.

Tis the season ... to ask for a big fat paycheck.
