Bobby V Suspect in Georgia Rape Case
Bobby V is listed as the suspect in a rape that allegedly happened last weekend, according to cops now investigating ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us ... the R&B singer was named by a woman who filed a police report in Cobb County, GA early Monday, March 19. We're told the alleged rape occurred Sunday. It's unclear where or what the circumstances were. We do know Bobby lives in the area.
Cops say they have an open investigation into the case, so they're keeping details under wraps for now.
Bobby's rep tells us they are pursuing legal action "against what appears to be a weak yet calculated attempt to obtain financial gain through ulterior motives in the matter." The rep did not say the alleged victim requested money directly from Bobby, but called her version of events an apparent false report.
The rep added, "Bobby takes any allegation against women very seriously. However, false allegations damage true victims of sexual abuse."
You'll recall ... Bobby claimed he was the victim of an extortion plot last year, when a video surfaced online of him allegedly skipping out on a prostitute without paying.

NY Gov. Cuomo Calls Out D.A. Over 2015 Weinstein Sting
6:01 PM PT -- A spokesperson for New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says their office is "deeply familiar with Harvey Weinstein's years of egregious sexual abuse, and recently filed a civil rights lawsuit against him alleging severe and persistent abuse of employees at The Weinstein Company." They add the AG is committed to a full, fair and independent review of the Manhattan D.A.'s handling of the Weinstein case.
Harvey Weinstein skated after NYPD recorded him asking a model to watch him shower -- and NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo wants to know why.
Gov. Cuomo is directing the state's Attorney General to review how Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance, Jr. handled the 2015 sting operation ... where cops wired a model named Ambra Battilana, who claims Weinstein groped her breasts during a business meeting.
On the recording, first obtained by the New Yorker, Weinstein refers to the alleged groping, saying, "I'm used to that" ... and then begs her to come into his room. She refused, and he got pissed. Despite the recording, Weinstein was not charged. The D.A. said "the audio was insufficient to prove a crime."
The Governor says, "It is of great concern that sexual assault cases have not been pursued with full vigor by our criminal justice system."

Kate Upton Alleged Witness Goes Silent With Guess Investigators
The Guess investigation into Kate Upton's sexual harassment allegations against co-founder Paul Marciano has hit another roadblock -- Kate's witness is refusing to cooperate.
As we reported ... Kate has already said she won't talk to the lawyers investigating for Guess. She's pissed Guess initially hired Marciano's personal law firm for the probe, and even though Guess has now brought in a new independent firm, Glaser Weil, Kate's still pissed about what she calls "smoke and mirrors" tactics.
Our sources say photographer Yu Tsai -- the man Kate claims witnessed Marciano groping her -- has also gone radio silent. We're told Yu hasn't returned multiple phone calls and emails asking him to talk to investigators for Guess.
One possible reason for Yu going AWOL could be the dozens of emails he's sent Marciano over the years -- including one in July 2010, immediately after Kate alleges Marciano groped her. In that email, which we've seen, Yu says Kate asked him for Marciano's phone number so she could thank him for some Guess clothing she received.
In other emails, he consults with Marciano about future shoots with Kate and gushes about getting to work for Guess. It certainly appears he admires the Guess co-founder.
You'll recall, Kate said Yu was there when Marciano allegedly groped her thighs and breasts, and he's backed up her version of events. She said Yu was her buffer, present when she had a meeting or photo shoot Marciano attended.
For now, though ... he's not talking.

Stormy Daniels Donations Flying In for Trump Suit But Where's $$$ Going?
Stormy Daniels is getting a huge financial assist from the public in her legal battle with Donald Trump, but while the donations pile up ... so do questions about the loot.
Stormy opened a crowdfunding page Wednesday, asking for donations to support her legal effort to get the "hush" agreement with the Prez tossed. So far she's raised more than $80k in the first 12 hours, and plans to keep collecting for another month. At that pace, she's easily looking at a 7-figure kitty ... possibly more.
She doesn't list a goal amount, so we called Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, and asked how much he's billed so far -- to get a sense of what the final bill might be. He wouldn't say.
Avenatti did tell TMZ, he's NOT billing her for his media blitz, which include appearances on "Today," "CBS This Morning," multiple CNN and MSNBC shows, ABC ... plus the NY Times, NY Daily News, Washington Post, and NPR.
Stormy's page says the money's for attorneys' fees and litigation costs, as well as possible "damages that may be awarded against me if I speak out."
Avenatti did say Stormy will donate the extra cash to charity, but there's no mention of that on the crowdfunding post. We're guessing donors don't know their dough might go to charity, instead of her anti-Trump cause.
BTW, most people who donate to charity also want a tax deduction, which they won't get here.

Hollywood producer David Guillod's fate is now in the hands of the L.A. County D.A. after cops investigated actress Jessica Barth's claim he drugged and raped her.
LAPD reopened the 2012 case after new evidence came forward, and law enforcement sources tell us police have sent their investigation results to the District Attorney's Office.
As we first reported, Jessica claims she blacked out after having wine and dinner with Guillod and a friend, and when she regained consciousness ... she was in her car, and Guillod was standing outside of it, yelling at her.
She says Guillod admitted they made out, but said they didn't have sex. Barth went to a hospital for a rape kit, anyway ... which she says revealed bruises on her thigh and forehead, and potential saliva on her breast and neck.
The D.A. will determine if Guillod is charged with a crime.

MARCH 2018
Stormy Daniels isn't about to let President Trump stop her mission to make America horny again ... just ask the guy who was nearly suffocated this weekend by the ex-porn star's boobs.
We got this video of Stormy's appearance at Solid Gold strip club in Pompano Beach, FL -- where she pulled some classic stripper moves, including letting one customer motorboat her chest. Far as we can tell ... the older gentleman survived the encounter.
Trump's nemesis was completely nude during her appearance, although she made a solid attempt at completely covering her chest with the cash fans threw onstage.
Stormy's still fighting to get her "hush" agreement with the Prez tossed, so she can open up ... with a "60 Minutes" interview she's already shot with Anderson Cooper. She could also score a book deal.
For now, she's staying abreast of the strip club biz ... and making a killing.

Stormy Daniels This Magic Moment No, Not That (Alleged) One
You'd think it'd take a lot to gross out Stormy Daniels by now -- but a good ol' fashioned lime-in-the-arm parlor trick can still ... well, get under her skin.
The porn star made an appearance Thursday night at Thee Dollhouse strip club in Myrtle Beach, where a magician named Carl Michael offered to do a quick 1-on-1 show for President Trump's alleged former mistress.
His first feat is a card trick -- nothing too crazy, as you can tell by how unimpressed Stormy is with it. Then he gets into the grand finale ... shoving a lime into his forearm.
Cover your eyes for this one, 'cause it's kinda gnarly ... or don't.

Too Short Racy Texts from Rape Accuser Prove She's Lying, We Were Dating
Too Short's firing back at his rape accuser by revealing explicit text messages he says prove she "sexually pursued him," they were dating and there was no rape ... TMZ has learned.
The rapper's attorneys filed docs Wednesday, claiming text messages from Teana Louis -- who's suing Short for sexual battery -- show they had a hot and heavy, consensual relationship. The salacious texts, in the docs obtained by TMZ, include Teana telling Short she loves him and calling herself his wife.
In another she refers to his "big penis" and the fact she could see it through his pants. The most suggestive one reads, "Baby I wish you were here right now, just talking to u on the phone makes me wet."
Too Short's high-profile lawyers, Rob Reichman and Sean Macias, say Teana has no evidence to back her claim of sexual assault, and she filed the suit purely to harass their client. They say if she insists on continuing, they'll go after her legally for filing a frivolous suit.
We broke the story ... Teana sued the rapper for allegedly sexually assaulting her multiple times between June and October 2016. Too Short told us the allegations were an extortion attempt ... which led to her refiling and tacking on a defamation claim, too.

Aly Raisman Sues U.S. Olympic Committee Over Nassar Sexual Abuse
Team USA gymnastics star Aly Raisman is going after the U.S. Olympic Committee in court over the "serial molestation, sexual abuse and harassment" from Larry Nassar -- saying USOC could have prevented it.
Raisman says she continues to suffer from depression, anxiety and fear stemming from the abuse she suffered at the hands of the former Team USA doctor.
She also claims her psychological trauma includes "not trusting adult males."
Raisman says in her docs she always thought Nassar was "weird" and questioned why she was told he was the "best gymnastics doctor in the world." Once she realized his medical techniques were really sexual abuse, she felt "humiliation, guilt, shame and disgust."
Raisman claims the USOC touts itself for being committed to "creating a safe and positive environment for athletes" ... but failed by allowing Nassar to sexually assault dozens and dozens of female gymnasts.
One example ... Raisman claims USOC did not provide properly trained medical professionals to supervise Nassar's exams.
She also says USOC concealed its knowledge of Nassar's molestation of minor female gymnasts -- despite the fact they knew as early as 2015.
She's suing for damages.
Meanwhile, Nassar is locked up in an Arizona prison -- where he'll likely die.
