Hirsch tells TMZ he actually laid eyes on the tape which co-stars Karissa's boyfriend, "Smallville" actor Sam Jones III. Hirsch says it was sent to him from "a reputable third party" and that he'd "love to be able to release it."

The XXX footage in question sounds a lot like the sex tape Karissa claims Spencer Pratt stole from her house -- which, as we first reported, she's threatening to sue him over if he doesn't return it.

Vivid's chief isn't divulging who dropped the tape in his lap, but does say he's "very impressed with the quality and content" -- which sounds like executive speak for ... it's smoking hot!

But before you scour the Internet for clips -- we spoke to Jones who said, "I understand that the guy from Vivid saw footage with Karissa and I in it. We have spoken to our legal team and they will be dealing with this ASAP."

Spencer tells TMZ he and Heidi arranged last Sunday to meet at the hotel under the pretext that he would turn over two of their dogs. Spencer brought the dogs to the hotel, turned them over to Heidi, and then made it clear to her that he was not leaving until they settled their issues.

Spencer tells us Heidi knew since they met four years ago that all he wanted was to become famous ... and nothing will stand in his way now. According to Spencer, Heidi is "freaking out because she doesn't want to do reality TV anymore."

Pratt says they have been staying in separate hotel rooms and they have been having ongoing, semi-hysterical discussions -- in which Spencer has demanded that Heidi tear up the divorce papers and do a revealing reality show on why she needs to get away from him.

As Spencer puts it, "You cannot turn off the Speidi machine."

Spencer is very clear ... he will release a flurry of sex tapes if she does not agree. Spencer added, "I am a wild sexual freak and I love sex."

Montana was arrested in February after allegedly barging into the alleged victim's home (the complaint does not give her name), forcing her into the bathroom and beating the crap out of her. We're told the victim had "significant injuries."

The L.A. City Attorney's Office has charged Fishburne with battery, and will be adding charges of false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.

Montana, who's being repped by the effervescent Shawn Chapman Holley, has pled not guilty and the case is pending.

Fishburne's boyfriend, Jerome Greene, was also charged in the attack against his ex-girlfriend but already pled no contest to domestic battery.

As for Montana -- who is releasing her first sex tape through Vivid Entertainment -- she has big problems. She was arrested last November for prostitution. Montana pled no contest to the lesser charge of criminal trespass and was placed on probation. The judge could use the pending case to violate her probation.

Vivid Entertainment prez Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, the first shipment of Montana's porn sold out across the country -- more than 25,000 copies in total -- and we're told even more DVDs were placed on backorder.

According to Steve, Vivid has officially offered Laurence Fishburne's 19-year-old daughter -- aka "Chippy D" -- a multi-picture deal to cash in on all the success ... although it's not clear how many adult flicks that actually entails.

As we first reported, Laurence's close friends offered to buy up every last copy of Montana's porno for $1 million -- but by then it was too late ... the DVDs had already been sent out.

No word yet if Montana will take Vivid up on their new offer.

In the conversation -- best described as uneasy, but supportive -- Montana tells TMZ her mother said, "She loves me and is concerned and worried about me. She wants me to be ok and wants whatever is best for me."

Mom is Hajna Moss-Fishburne -- a former actress and current fitness trainer.

TMZ bumped into Montana yesterday in L.A., where she said she was "surprised" that her dad's pals tried to buy up all her XXX DVDs from Vivid Entertainment for a million bucks -- but was "happy" they failed because she says, "I want people to see it. I want people to buy my movie."

Sources tell TMZ, Galanter -- fresh off his Charlie Sheen victory -- reached out to Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch with the million dollar deal. But, we're told, at the time Galanter reached Hirsch ... the DVDs had already shipped out.

Galanter would neither confirm nor deny the story to TMZ.

When we contacted Hirsch he said, "It's true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved."

TMZ has learned Montana Fishburne is starring in a porno flick for Vivid Entertainment -- explaining, "I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape."

Unlike the celeb she admires -- Montana, who also goes by the name "Chippy D," is not arguing that her tape was stolen or obtained illegally.

We're told the flick is set to be released in August.

Montana also talked to CarltonJordan.com about her new gig, saying "The first time is really nerve racking ... but, I have a lot of at-home experience."

As TMZ first reported, Vivid Entertainment president Steve Hirsch offered Chapman a potentially lucrative deal to star in one of Vivid's adult films -- but according to a rep for Vivid, Anna just ain't down with getting down on film.

According to the rep, Chapman's lawyer claims the Russian spy has "no interest in our offer or in adult films."

We've learned the pre-sale orders for Kendra's sex tape are the biggest in Vivid Entertainment's history.

Octomom Nadya Suleman received a very nice letter from someone who says he is truly sorry her house may go into foreclosure and, he says, "I can only imagine the anxiety that this must be causing you and your family." But this guy isn't just talk ... he's willing to pay off her home if Octo stars in a sex tape.

TMZ has obtained a letter from Steven Hirsch, Prez of Vivid Entertainment, to Octomom, in which he offers to pay off the balance due on the house -- around $460,000 -- if she's willing to take it lying down.

As we first reported, the person who sold Octo and her dad the La Habra, CA home says he'll initiate foreclosure proceedings if she doesn't pay up the $460k by the end of business on Tuesday.

Hirsch writes in the letter, dated March 20, "We have extensive experience in working with beautiful and sexy women." Hirsch cites Kim Kardashian, Shauna Sand, and former Miss USA Kelli McCarty.

No word from Octomom on what could surely be a star turn.

Steven Hirsch, head honcho of Vivid, tells TMZ a woman approached him two weeks ago, claiming she had a sex video of Tiger Woods. She said it was shot approximately two years ago.

Hirsch tells TMZ his people have seen 30 seconds of the video but is not confirming it's Tiger on tape -- he says he's still trying to ID the players.

Two things. First, Tiger's lawyers have already put out a threatening letter, stating they will go after anyone who tries to publish nude photos or videos of Tiger Woods.

Thing two. There is no way such a video could be legally released without Tiger's John Hancock. Good luck with that.

Sampson swung by the offices of the Vivid porno company -- and left with a script reading "Holly Sampson Golf Project." The timing is impeccable.

Sampson was escorted out by honcho Steven Hirsch, and although they wouldn't say what the "fun and funny" flick was about ... you can probably figure it out.

TMZ has obtained a contract sent to Tiger by the people over at AshleyMadison.com -- a website for people who want to secretly cheat on their spouses -- offering him $5 million to provide services in connection with the "advertisement, endorsement, sale and promotion" of the website.

The site's honchos never call Tiger out for cheating ... they just think Tiger and his self-proclaimed "personal sins" are a perfect match for their cheeky agenda.

Now for Round Two: The porn company Vivid Entertainement is offering up their own $1 million purse ... to "any woman who has proof she was a paramour of Tiger Woods and will sign a contract with the studio."

Sounds like a raw deal.

Hirsch has offered Prejean some serious dough to sign on the dotted line and join the Vivid family. So far she's declined -- and even threatened to sue -- despite the expert advice she's received from Shauna Sand.

Though when Shauna Sand is pushing you in one direction, common sense dictates you go in the other.
