A key witness has emerged in Blake Griffin's alleged slap scandal -- his teammate DeAndre Jordan who was WITH the L.A. Clippers star the night of the incident.

We spoke to DeAndre out in L.A. yesterday who told us he had NO IDEA Blake was being investigated by police for allegedly pulling a Zsa Zsa Gabor on a patron at Tao nightclub early Sunday morning.

As we previously reported, Jordan was partying with Blake and several other Clippers teammates that night -- but tells TMZ Sports he has no recollection of Blake whipping out the pimp hand that night.

Mark Wahlberg’s wife Rhea Durham wound up in a parking controversy when an Uber driver claimed Rhea stole her spot. The worst part? The Uber driver is a cancer patient!!

And the worser part? It looks like the driver might have told a big fat cancer lie.

TLC's ex-manager is a conniving, dishonest businesswoman who hoodwinked 3 innocent girls -- that's how it looked in a TV movie about the group ... and the ex-manager is now gunning for justice.

Perri "Pebbles" Reid claims in a new lawsuit ... the TV flick, "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story" assassinated her character by portraying her as a liar and a cheat, when actually she invested her time and money as TLC's manager and created one of the best-selling female groups of all time.

Pebbles says the film falsely depicts her as pressuring Chilli to get an abortion ... pushing T-Boz to put the group ahead of her health ... and doling out a measly $25/wk for the girls.

Reid says the film -- which first aired a year ago and several times since -- destroyed her reputation, and she's suing for $40 million.

Rose McGowan is not amused by the guy who decided to dress up as Ray Rice for Halloween -- telling TMZ Sports anyone who tries to mock that situation is downright "repulsive."

The actress was leaving the Arclight theater in Hollywood on Tuesday when we asked about the photo burning up the Internet -- featuring a man dressed as Rice carrying around a blowup doll that's supposed to be Janay Palmer.

The pic first surfaced on Reddit this month -- along with the caption, "Ladies were falling for my friend's Ray Rice costume."

Of course, Rose isn't the only star who's pissed about the situation -- but the question remains ... will the public outrage actually detour people from dressing up as Rice for Halloween??? We'll see ...

Lindsay Lohan says she has a good reason for supporting a presidential candidate in Brazil ... she says her "Brazilian contacts" like the guy -- a guy whose company owned a chopper filled with tons of coke.

Lindsay tweeted, "I support @aecioNeves, for presidential candidature. His platform brings positive changes in Brazil."

Lindsay took a beating for getting involved in anyone's politics for obvious reasons. But a source connected with LiLo tells TMZ, she's supporting the guy because "she has plenty of contacts there and has several business trips to the country." The source also says she has a "good contact" in Brazil who likes Neves a lot.

Here's what Lindsay's 8.5 million followers need to know. Neves owns a company that owns a helicopter that was seized by the federal police ... seized because it was carrying 4.5 TONS of cocaine.

It's unclear if Lindsay supports Neves because he's a good guy or just throws a good party.

Tyrese went nuclear on the comedian who dared to drop some ridiculous casting couch accusations -- and safe to say, the comedian will NOT be laughing at this videotaped response ... but you will ... 'cause it's awesome.

The comedian, Spanky Hayes, claims he was beaten out for the lead in "Baby Boy" because Tyrese performed sexual favors for director John Singleton. Tyrese recorded a rebuttal to Spanky, and the hysterical theme of it is ... "You know you done f**ked up, right?"

Just for good measure -- Tyrese shot the whole comeback while walking around his mansion in a fur robe and smoking a cigar. Spanky, you've been served.

Kesha admitted Dr. Luke did NOT drug her, did NOT sexually assault her and did NOT have sexual relations with her ... and she swore all of it under oath, which contradicts her lawsuit.

Kesha has accused Dr. Luke of a variety of misdeeds in her lawsuit, including rape and physical and emotional assault. Dr. Luke filed his own suit saying her claims are BS and it's all about Kesha wanting to get out of their management contract.

Now TMZ has obtained a deposition from 2011 in which Kesha and Luke were both being sued by her former manager. Kesha says flat out ... she and Luke never had sexual relations:

The deposition had been sealed ... and Tuesday morning Dr. Luke's lawyer went to court asking the judge in his case to unseal the depo and allow it to be used in the current case. We're told Kesha's lawyer argued it was NOT fair game, but the judge disagreed and unsealed it.

Either Peter Dinklage has the most loyal fans in the world ... or the dumbest -- which is a label they might be stuck with after screaming in joy for a look-a-like.

You'd like to give the overeager fans outside the cast's hotel in Osuna, Spain the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they're simply cheering anyone who has anything to do with "Game of Thrones."

However, it seems clear they can't tell the guy is a fake.

To us, Peter's stunt double looks more like the love child of Dinklage and Dave Grohl ... but judge for yourself.

Teresa Giudice wants to go only half way when it comes to serving her prison sentence ... but prosecutors are now saying over their dead bodies.

Giudice is asking the judge for mercy -- to allow her to serve most of her sentence in a half way house. But we just obtained a letter prosecutors sent to the judge ... vehemently objecting ... claiming the judge made it clear she needed prison punishment, and nothing less.

Teresa had sent a letter to the judge -- which we also obtained -- in which she seems to say she has a right under a law called The Second Chance Act to spend 12 out of the 15 months in the half way house.

Kris Jenner is way more bush league than we thought ... if you want to make yourself look younger by photoshopping, don't do it AFTER someone else posts the pic of you looking older than you want.

Kris is hawking her new cookbook and Gordon Ramsey gave it his stamp of approval. But check out Gordon's Instagram and then compare it to Kris's. Clearly she doesn't believe cookbooks get better with age.

Halloween at Busch Gardens became a real-life nightmare for a pregnant woman who claims she was mowed down by other terrified patrons ... after chainsaw-wielding actors created a panic in the park.

Brittany Lipscomb claims she was at the Williamsburg, VA theme park 2 years ago -- for a ghoul's night out -- and was being extra careful for her safety since she was pregnant.

In her lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Lipscomb says the park hired costumed characters to chase people around with chainsaws ... causing them to run recklessly through the park.

Lipscomb claims she was knocked to the ground by the stampede ... suffering serious injuries -- including emotional distress for the well being of her unborn child. She never says if the kid was actually hurt ... but now she's suing for $25K.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga still deny they're a couple -- smart since she's 17 and he's 24 -- but that's not stopping them from flying together all over Europe, where it just so happens the age of consent would be more favorable for them to ... y'know.

Tyga and Kylie were spotted together at England's Gatwick Airport on Friday ... then traveled on to Bordeaux, France and Geneva, Switzerland ... before landing in Athens, Greece where Tyga had a gig Sunday night.

Seems odd that Kylie would go on tour with Tyga -- if they're just friends -- but then we noticed the age of consent for sex in those countries:

The consent age is 18 under Federal and California law. Of course, there's still no evidence they're banging -- and Tyga's been adamant they're NOT -- but ya gotta wonder if they read up on international laws before departing ... just in case.

American Music Awards sources are saying they never wanted Sinead O'Connor to stand alongside Pope Francis on their show ... they say she was the one pushing for the appearance.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ ... it was actually HER team who contacted the AMAs ... but having Sinead end her Pope beef during the show was NEVER discussed.

We're told show producers were interested in Sinead being on the show ... but they say her claims about the Pope -- which she made on her blog -- are ridiculous and a tweet was never sent.

Sources say producers feel Sinead's been spewing BS for decades, so this rant is nothing new. More importantly ... we're told she will absolutely not be appearing on the award show now.

Sinead famously ripped apart a photo of Pope John Paul II during her 1992 performance on "Saturday Night Live" ... which got her banned from the show for life.

War Machine penned a suicide note in his jail cell ... in which he paints himself as the victim as he recounts the night he brutally beat his porn star girlfriend Christy Mack within an inch of her life.

We broke the story ... War Machine tried to kill himself inside a Las Vegas jail cell last week -- a plan that was foiled by a corrections officer.

TMZ obtained a letter War Machine sent to a friend the day before his suicide attempt. It's shockingly delusional. He says after they broke up and got back together, "Something seemed different about you."

He then tries to justify the beating, by saying he was stunned when he discovered her infidelity, and saying "Finding what I found that night was devastating to me, more than you will ever know," adding, "not just the unfaithfulness, but the way u cared for him and protected him."

War Machine says in the note this time he'd let Christy's new boyfriend Corey Thomas beat him up -- because he believes she would have stopped the guy and kicked her new dude out.

He then sinks into a world of self pity ... "I still don't understand how I got into this mess. I don't know why this had to happen. My life was going so well." He then has the balls to say, "I forgive you, please forgive me."

War Machine is still facing 32 charges -- including attempted murder -- while he waits behind bars.

Conrad Murray is weighing in on Joan Rivers' death ... because, after all, he IS an expert on Propofol.

Murray was nursing a frothy drink in Barbados when a photog screwed up the question ... she suggested to Murray Propofol was somehow the cause of Joan's death ... which is wasn't.

Nevertheless ... Murray sang the virtues of the drug, and then launched into his tried-and-untrue argument that he was framed by L.A. County prosecutors in Michael Jackson's death.

Justin Bieber knows trouble and apparently likes it ... because he's back with Lil Twist.

Biebs and Twist made a turbulent exit from Playhouse in Hollywood Thursday night. There's good reason why Bieber was behind the wheel ... Twist has already racked up a DUI arrest while driving one of Justin's cars.

Justin's people almost strong-armed the singer into cutting ties with Twist after a series of incidents ... including Twist speeding on an L.A. Freeway which ended with someone getting killed -- when a photog was struck by a passing motorist.
