The woman attacked by Keyshia Cole in Birdman's L.A. penthouse says the singer was dead wrong to accuse her of banging Bird, because their relationship was "strictly plutonic."

Yes, the lawsuit is entertaining. You'll recall back in September Keyshia showed up at Birdman's
West L.A. building at 5 AM and found her Cash Money CEO/boyfriend there with Sabrina Mercadel.

According to the police report, Keyshia went crazy, scratching her face, beating her and screaming, "Who the f*** are you? What are you doin' with my man?"

The lawsuit states ... Keyshia insinuated Sabrina was a hooker, saying, "You can get your money later," then slapping her on the butt.

Sabrina's lawyer repeatedly protests that his client was NOT in a romantic relationship with Birdman ... the attorney calls the relationship "plutonic."

The lawyer is in the law firm founded by the late, great Johnny Cochran.

Amanda Bynes dodged a bullet Tuesday night ... when the quest to get a neck tattoo came up short ... because she couldn't prove her identity.

We're told Bynes showed up at The Honorable Society, a West Hollywood tattoo parlor, looking for a neck tattoo showcasing her phantom fiance Caleb.

Amanda's plan got derailed when the tattoo artist asked for ID -- she had none.

What's weird ... the tattoo artist knew it was Amanda, so it's unclear why they even got as far as the ID question.

An employee at the parlor says even if Amanda produced ID they would have made her fill out a medical form, which asks for known illnesses. Of course, that assumes Amanda would have told them she was bipolar and schizophrenic.

Amanda left without incident.

Khloe Kardashian reposted a meme today that's been going around the Internet.

Amanda Bynes is not telling the truth when she says her parents aren't allowing her to have a roof over her head, because we've learned she's had a place all along ... she just doesn't like the location.

Sources connected with the Bynes family tell us ... Amanda's parents got her a room in a Glendale hotel immediately after she was released from the psychiatric facility.

Amanda does NOT want to stay in Glendale, but her parents were firm ... they will not get her a place anywhere near Hollywood or West Hollywood, because they think it spells nothing but trouble and where leeches glom onto her.

Our sources say Amanda's parents have told her if she wants a different area they'll find her a place, as long as it's not Hollywood or WeHo. But that's where Amanda wants to be and that's why she's been mooching off friends and crashing at their places.

Not even Taylor Swift is crazy enough to take a golf club to the gorgeous Shelby Cobra featured in her new music video for "Blank Space" ... one of the dudes in the video now says it was all just CGI.

Car lovers around the world were understandably aghast when they saw Taylor go full Elin Nordegren on one of the greatest cars in history (assuming car lovers watch Taylor Swift videos).

But Andrea Denver -- one of the male models in the video -- told our photog in NYC we can all rest easy ... Taylor's metal mutilation was as fake as her relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal.

Ray Rice wasn't the only athlete in Eminem's cross-hairs -- the rapper also dropped a few lines about Adrian Peterson's child abuse case on his new album.

Em takes aim in a new song called, "Detroit Vs. Everybody" on his new compilation album "Shady XV" -- in which he spits the following lyrics:

"What's makin' you think I need a switch? I'm Adrian Peterson ...
When he's raging and heated and on the way to go beat his kid ...
On the track I spank like he just did."

So far, no response from AP.

Nicki Minaj is incredulous people think she hates Jews -- even though her music video plays like a Nazi anthem -- because she made it with the help of Alex ... her new Jewish guy.

Minaj was defiant Monday as she arrived at LAX, cursing photogs who dared to ask her about all the Nazi-esque imagery in the lyric video for "Only."

Minaj also said on Twitter Tuesday both the producer and the person in charge of the video are Jewish. She said the inspiration for the video came from the Adult Swim show "Metalocalypse" and the movie "Sin City."

Nicki then apologized, saying, "I didn't come up w/the concept, but I'm very sorry & take full responsibility if it has offended anyone. I'd never condone Nazism in my art."

Eminem is under fire over controversial lyrics in a freestyle he just released -- in which he threatens to punch Lana Del Rey in the face ... like Ray Rice.

Slim just released a new video featuring a freestyle in which he goes off on several topics -- before taking a shot at Del Rey.

Here's the verse in question ...

"I may fight for gay rights, especially if they d*ke is more of a knockout than Janay Rice."

"Play nice, bitch I'll punch Lana Del Rey in the face twice like Ray Rice in broad daylight in plain sight of elevator surveillance 'til the head is bangin' on the railin' ... then celebrate with the Ravens."

So far, Del Rey has yet to respond.

Kim Kardashian does NOT approve of Kylie's relationship with Tyga.

Sources directly connected to Kim tell TMZ ... her issue has nothing to do with her 17-year-old sister dating a 24-year-old. In fact ... we're told Kim says she's in the dark as to whether the relationship is even physical.

But for Kim ... it boils down to allegiance. One of her good friends is Blac Chyna, Tyga's baby mama. We're told Kim feels like both Kylie and Tyga should have been more respectful and realized they were putting her in the middle of an impossible situation.

Kim made her feelings clear with the photo at French Montana's birthday party Sunday ... where she cropped Tyga out of the pic.

Kim is saying her sister in a way is violating "the code" -- you don't date the ex of someone who's close to you or a family member. That said ... Kim makes it clear she loves Kylie and has her back, but she thinks Kylie is making a bad choice.

Nicki Minaj has already taken over the world of hip-hop and based on her new music video ... she might have her sights set on taking over Poland next.

Minaj dropped an animated lyric video for her new song "Only" ... and instead of a series of amazing ass shots ... it has some serious Nazi imagery going on.

The video features banners with the letters YM written (Young Money) made to look like the banners Nazis hung with swastikas on them. There is also heavy military imagery featuring tanks and soldiers wearing armbands.

The video has the Anti-Defamation League predictably up in arms, but we ask you ...

We just got video of R & B singer Jeremih and his crew throwing beer bottles in a Fuddruckers, and he sure looks like an out-of-control punk.

Jeremih claimed the manager was racist by asking him to leave the area around the front counter. The manager tells us Jeremih and his guys were harassing a young female cashier and she told the manager they were making her feel uncomfortable.

When you watch the video ... you see the bottles fly, and whatever was said just doesn't justify it.

Lil Twist has done it again ... he's now a battery suspect for allegedly beating up Kyle Massey's brother Chris Massey and then pantsing him for bad measure.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Chris, Kyle, Twist and others were hanging at Kyle's apartment across from The Grove in L.A. Friday at around 4:00 PM when an argument broke out.

Twist -- who is back in Justin Bieber's fold -- and some buddies beat up Chris, most famous for his role in Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101."

After pounding him, one source says Twist and his buds doled out some humiliation by pulling Chris' pants off.

Chris went to the hospital to get some treatment and filed a police report. We're told cops will investigate.

Massey's family released a statement saying Chris is doing well ... but plans to "legally pursue this to the full extent of the law."

Big Sean is taking some serious heat over his new football-themed music video -- ripping the rapper as a clueless fake sports fan ... after he showed a wide receiver wearing #77!!!

The video in question is "I Don't F**k with You" -- which is set in a high school football stadium and features Big Sean as the star quarterback.

Which brings us to the first issue ... he's wearing #88 ... which is NOT a typical QB number.

It gets worse ... the wide receiver on Sean's team is wearing #77 ... a typical lineman's number.

There's more ... Kanye plays a coach wearing a mock turtleneck (who does that?) -- and people are also upset that players are chugging Red Bull on the sidelines instead of Gatorade or water.

Kim Richards says her niece is to blame for the pit bull attack that left her hospitalized ... and she's not saying definitively she's getting rid of her dog that has attacked 4 people.

Kim claims she told Alexia to leave Kingsley alone in the bedroom ... but her niece Alexia entered anyway -- and that's when the pit bull went on the attack.

Richards says the dog has gotten very protective recently because very few people visit ... she's alone in the house most of the time. She says she gives everyone fair warning, "the dog should not be bothered."

Now get this ... Kim says, "The second I realized Alexia had been bitten on the finger leaving a puncture mark on her thumb, I immediately called my sister Kyle and took her to the nearest emergency room."

We're told the "puncture" is actually a bite right down to the bone, requiring 2 surgeries.

As for the fate of the dog -- who has now bitten 3 people in Kim's house and another on the set of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Kim says, "At this point I am looking at options to what the next step is for Kingsley. As many of you can relate, he is my best friend. This is a very difficult decision and time for all of us, but the safety of my family always comes first."

Kyle Richard's sister Kim is an unfit dog owner and her pit bull should be taken away from her immediately ... so says the guy who tried to train the dog and almost got a piece taken out of him.

David Utter says Kim ignored both his warnings and the warnings of Bravo producers from "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... warnings that the pit bull should be muzzled at all times.

David says Kim played with fire ... allowing Kingsley to run free around the house without any restraint ... putting guests in great peril.

The trainer is indignant that 3 people were bite victims ... all inside Kim's house. And David says the 3 strikes law should apply here.

He's not advocating that Kingsley be destroyed, but he thinks the dog should be immediately taken away from Kim. Thing is ... the Dept. of Animal Services will only get involved if Kyle's family complains about the most recent attack against her daughter ... and that's unlikely.

Kris Jenner celebrated her 59th birthday by donning a Minnie Mouse onesie at Disneyland -- but the real question ... doesn't Kris Jenner get enough attention?

Kris hit up the Happiest Place on Earth Wednesday with her grandkids and Kourtney Kardashian ... and the reality star was wearing an outfit typically worn by pre-teens.

It's safe to say ... everyone in the park knew Kris was there, and it wasn't hard to find her.

She looks good ... but certain parts, well, there ain't nothin' mini.
