"America's Got Talent" viewers just witnessed a truly scary moment when one contestant accidentally shot her husband in the throat with a flaming arrow.

Contestants Amber and Ryan, a sideshow duo, have made their mark on the show performing dangerous stunts. Tuesday's stunt was supposed to end with Amber hitting a target in Ryan's mouth with the arrow ... but her aim was way off and it struck him in the throat instead.

Our 'AGT' sources say Ryan's fine, he was just shaken up after the mishap.

That's the risk you take when you do it live.

Simon Cowell No Marriage Talk In Front of My Baby Mama!!

Published | Updated

Simon Cowell got put on blast when a paparazzo dared to bring up the "M" word while Simon's girlfriend, Lauren Silverman, was feet away -- and you gotta see the ex-'Idol' judge's reaction.

Truth is ... this clip is weird all around. Cowell was partying at Ago in West Hollywood after the "American Idol" finale, but did NOT seem like the guy America came to love/hate.

He talked about crappy old 'Idol' wannabes, replacing Howard Stern and even baby diapers -- and not ONE negative word from the guy ... until the whole marriage thing came up.

Watch ... there's still a little of old Simon in there.

Simon Cowell Sued Over 'America's Got Talent' Low Wire Act

Published | Updated

Simon Cowell is being sued for millions by a woman who has no talent when it comes to clearing wires.

D'Arcy Gurr was at a taping of "America's Got Talent" back in April when she tripped and fell on wires that were left on the floor.

She says in her lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the studio was overcrowded, which made things way more dangerous.

The incident occurred during a taping at the L.A. County Fair.

Gurr is suing the show, Simon, and the fairground for $5 million.

Nick Cannon BOOED AT KNICKS GAME ... No Mercy at the Garden

Published | Updated

Nick Cannon got treated like an ENEMY at a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden this week ... when the crowd turned and hammered him with BOOS ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Cannon was shooting a segment for "America's Got Talent" on April 2nd -- during halftime of the Knicks vs. Nets game.

We're told producers came out first and asked the crowd to cheer ... but when Nick took the floor, the crowd showered him with hate.

At one point, Nick told the crowd, "Go ahead. Boo louder. Get it outta your system!" But the reverse psychology didn't work.

Eventually, Nick tried to pull off a trick shot (with the help of producers) ... but that didn't work either and the booing continued until the crowd got tired.

Hey, keep your head up Nick ... New Yorkers even booed Tim Tebow during a Yankees game back in 2012.

Who boos Tim Tebow?!

Sharon Osbourne 'America's Got Talent' Stage Is a Death Trap

Published | Updated

Sharon Osbourne is blasting NBC -- calling the network a "disgrace" for ignoring a makeup artist who allegedly suffered serious injuries on the set of "America's Got Talent."

We broke the story ... Sharon's former makeup artist Jude Alcala is suing the Peacock, claiming he fell through a hole in the "AGT" set -- breaking his femur and damaging his shoulder.

Now, Sharon is going on the attack on Jude's behalf ... telling TMZ, "[It's] the worst stage in the entire world."

She continued, "Some guy designed a stage set with a hole in the middle. Somebody has to pay the price."

We reached out to NBC and Fremantle for comment on the lawsuit -- but never heard back.

Sharon Osbourne Makeup Artist Sues 'AGT' I Fell Into a Hole & Broke My Leg

Published | Updated

You know Sharon Osbourne is loving this -- TMZ has learned her former "America's Got Talent" makeup artist is now suing her arch-nemesis ... insisting it's AGT's fault he suffered a nasty workplace accident.

Jude Alcala -- who did makeup for 'AGT' in 2012 (including Sharon's) -- filed the lawsuit against NBC as well as producers Syco Entertainment and FremantleMedia, claiming he accidentally stepped into a hole in the stage last June ... and fell 6 feet, permanently injuring himself.

According to the lawsuit, NBC and producers negligently maintained the stage without proper warning signs -- and therefore ... it's their fault the accident happened.

Sources close to Alcala tell us, the makeup artist broke his femur during the fall, and damaged his shoulder so badly it required surgery.

We're told Sharon (who famously left 'AGT' on bitter terms last year) lent her full support to Jude after the accident.

Jude is suing for negligence and more, demanding unspecified damages. Calls to NBC and Fremantle were not returned.

Jerry Lewis Freestyle Raps ... IN YIDDISH!!!

Published | Updated

Jerry Lewis has mad Yiddish flow ... or maybe it's mad gibberish flow ... either way, it was definitely an attempt at a freestyle rap ... and TMZ has the footage.

The 87-year-old legend unleashed his skillz last week in between shooting scenes for his movie "Max Rose" -- when he injected himself into a rap battle with "America's Got Talent" sensation Chris La Vrar (who just happened to be on the set that day).

Lewis -- impressed with La Vrar's rhymes -- replied, "Very good. Very, VERY good ... I want to do one now in Jewish."

The crowd laughs -- but Jerry was SERIOUS -- and busts out a rap that you've just GOT to hear ... especially if you're a Yiddish scholar ... because then you can tell us what he says.

Seriously, we tried to make out the words ... but no dice.

So ... help?

'America's Got Talent' Star CHEATS DEATH After Tree-Smashing Car Crash

Published | Updated

"America's Got Talent" star Zac Gordon ... aka Horse ... aka the guy with iron testicles ... is lucky to be alive ... after smashing his car into a tree while trying to avoid striking a deer, TMZ has learned.

Horse -- who became famous for allowing people to bash him in the scrotal-region on AGT -- tells us he was driving in Harrisburg, PA Saturday when a deer suddenly ran out in front of his car. Horse says he jerked the wheel, trying not to kill the animal ... but lost control and went careening into a tree.

Zac says he hit the tree so hard the car flipped over -- "I legitimately thought I was going to die."

An ambulance rushed to the scene and hauled the AGT star off to the hospital. He was released later that night with a possible concussion, sore neck and scratches ... but luckily no major injuries.

"I'm just glad to be alive," Horse tell us.

Now, here's Zac crashing into other things:

Mel B Booed AGAIN on 'AGT' ... Over a Black Joke

Published | Updated

Mel B isn't winning any hearts and minds in the "America's Got Talent" audience ... sources tell TMZ, she just got booed AGAIN ... this time over an arguably racist joke.

Sources at the NYC auditions tell TMZ, a comedian took the stage moments ago and began to tell a joke about how black taxi drivers are more entertaining than other taxi drivers ... and Mel buzzed him.

She said, "I found it really offensive. There was no need to do a stereotypical black joke. It was not funny." But the audience disagreed ... booing Mel for hitting the red button.

Fellow judge Howie Mandel then asked the audience if they thought the joke was offensive ... and the audience replied with a loud NO.

Howard Stern said Mel lacked a sense of humor and Heidi Klum chimed in, saying, "There will always be jokes made about being black and white ... I agree with you that we should laugh about it."

So we gotta ask ...
