TMZ has obtained GPS records from the rented Lambo Justin Bieber was driving when he was arrested for DUI ... and there is NO evidence of drag racing.

TMZ broke the story ... Miami Beach cops claimed they noticed Bieber and his buddy Khalil (who drove a red Ferrari) drag racing and that's why they were stopped. Cops claimed they were going between 55 and 60 MPH.

But the GPS on Justin's car records speed when the car accelerates quickly. Take a look at the read-out. At 4:07 AM Justin left the club and zoomed away ... reaching a maximum speed of 44 MPH. Two minutes later the GPS registered at a max speed of 27 MPH.

Here's why the read-out is so significant. Cops claim they noticed the drag race on the 2600 block of Pine Tree Drive. Bieber came to a stop and was then arrested on the 4100 block. The 27 MPH read out is on the 3700 block ... smack in the middle of the supposed drag race. Mind you ... 27 MPH is UNDER the 30 MPH speed limit.

If Justin had been racing ... the GPS would have recorded a higher speed. Yet the maximum speed on Pine Tree was 27 MPH.

Now check this out. The cops say 2 Escalades were stopped on Pine Tree to block traffic so Bieber and his buddy could drag race. We obtained the GPS for one of the Escalades (below) which shows at 2:35 AM the SUV stopped -- and that's when Bieber's dad (who was in the Escalade) went inside the nightclub with his son. They were there for 1.2 hours.

At 4:06 AM the Escalade started rolling and it didn't stop again until Bieber was pulled over. So it never stopped to accommodate a so-called drag race.

Senator Marco Rubio has got big fish to fry ... nonetheless, he's kinda worried about Justin Bieber.

Rubio stopped in the Dirksen Senate Office Bldg in Washington D.C. to chew the fat with us ... and the father of 4 has a clear view that the Biebs is in trouble and needs help.

The high-end, coke-fueled prostitution ring that was just busted on the high heels of Super Bowl weekend was comprised of a small army of Asian hookers ... who take credit cards.

NY officials say the prostitutes had their eyes set on Seahawks and Broncos fans who were coming in for the game.

Officials say the ring made millions, with the help of pimps who fronted phony businesses to funnel the sex profits. The businesses included wig shops, a beauty supply store and a limo company.

Johns were paying up to $10K a night for hookers and blow. The customers would do drugs and become impaired ... and the girls would then figure out ways of fleecing them by charging even more.

All of the women nailed -- in what NYPD calls Operation Shade of Beige -- are Asian, and used Korean code words to mask the drug deal. One code name for coke -- Soojaebi ... a Korean noodle and vegetable soup.

Mmmm Mmmm bad.

The Justin Bieber toxicology report from his DUI arrest in Miami Beach is in ... and it shows he tested positive for marijuana and prescription medication, TMZ has learned.

According to the report -- obtained by TMZ -- Justin's urine was tested right after he was busted for driving under the influence on January 23 ... and it shows there was THC and Alprazolam in his system.

FYI -- Alprazolam is the key ingredient in Xanax (prescription anti-anxiety medication).

The report also shows Justin tested NEGATIVE for cocaine, opiates, meth and other drugs.

The report is consistent with the police report where cops say he told them his mom had provided him with prescription pills.

As for the weed, Justin also told cops he had been smoking pot in his recording studio all night long.

Bieber has pled not guilty to the charges.

Fear not NFL fans -- the giant prostitution sting in NYC will NOT ruin Super Bowl week ... so says Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams.

As we previously reported, cops in the Big Apple just busted a dozen hookers who had allegedly been advertising their "services" all over town ... a huge blow to people hoping to bang whores during the big weekend.

But Williams has a message to those who will affected by the sudden ho shortage -- it's ok, you'll get through it.

Justin Bieber was "excited, talkative, insulting, cocky" and profane when he was arrested in Miami Beach last week ... this according to official police documents.

According to the docs, a cop at the scene claimed Bieber "reeked of marijuana." Cops say Bieber's reaction was this ... "Yeah, we were smoking all night at the studio."

The officer claims Bieber was initially open to taking a "breath test" but then had a change of heart, asking the cop what would happen to his license if he refused the test.

The cops say Justin was out of it and couldn't follow basic instructions on how to provide the breath sample. The docs say "he had extreme difficulty providing a continuous breath."

The report also says Bieber wasn't blowing into the tube properly and cops thought he was deliberately undermining the test. Bieber then became "agitated" and told the officer he was "blowing into the hose like he blows into his trumpet."

Cops say he admitted he took medications for anxiety, saying "My mom takes care of all that stuff for me."

As TMZ first reported, the docs say Bieber blew a .014, which is barely perceptible.

And cops say he flunked the field sobriety test miserably -- his balance was off, he would sway, he couldn't smoothly follow a moving object and couldn't do the finger to nose test with his eyes shut.

Super Bowl fans seeking high-end hookers were just dealt a severe blow ... after cops busted a horde of pricey prostitutes.

The New York Attorney General's Office confirms to TMZ ... a dirty dozen were cuffed and taken away Thursday.

The hookers texted prospective clients, offering their services plus a party package ... complete with coke.

And the prostitutes were so bold ... they even advertised on public access TV. Their message was enticing for the rich visitors ... "new sexy & beautify girl R in town waiting for u."

Ahmed Ahmed -- the comic who stars in the TBS sitcom "Sullivan & Son" -- was arrested for domestic violence in L.A. last night ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops responded to a caller who claimed people were fighting inside of a home.

When cops arrived to the scene, they discovered Ahmed and a female (believed to be his girlfriend) ... and we're told the woman had "visible marks."

Ahmed was immediately arrested for felony domestic violence and hauled to a nearby jail where he was booked. He was later released on $50k bail.

As for the woman, we're told she did not require medical treatment for her injuries.

The rented Lambo Justin Bieber was driving before his DUI arrest is now practically a celebrity itself -- in fact, so famous ... it's become a Holy Grail for Bieber fanatics and modeling shoots.

Good example ... here's 24-year-old Miami smokeshow Madison Murray rubbing her ass on the car at a showroom on Tuesday.

Sure, it's a yellow Lambo -- who wouldn't want to pose beside it -- but sources tell us, Justin's car has made such a reputation for itself this month ... local models are practically clawing at each other to get a photo op.

And it's not just models ... a source at Miami's Lou La Vie exotic car rental -- which owns the whip -- tells us, the company's been inundated with calls from crazy Bieber fans too ... asking to rent it just for a day to take photos at the DUI arrest site.

It ain't cheap though ... the car rents for $1,500-$1,700 a day, depending on how many days you rent it for. So far, it's already booked through this weekend.

Only one of them was actually arrested in the last year.

Justin Bieber has been charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly attacking a limousine driver ... TMZ has learned.

Justin took a limo in Toronto in December and got into some sort of skirmish. At the time we were told a member of his entourage was being investigated for roughing up the driver.

But the investigation took a turn ... We're told Toronto cops wanted to talk to Justin but he didn't come in for an interview and they got annoyed. Law enforcement sources say Justin is now in Toronto and in the next hour will go to the police station.

Sources say Justin will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance.

Our sources say ... Justin is accused of physically attacking the limo driver ... not simply ordering the attack.

Justin Bieber will FIGHT charges in Miami Beach that he resisted arrest, was driving under the influence and driving with an expired license ... he has pled not guilty.

In Miami Beach, being arrested for a misdemeanor is equivalent to being charged. Justin's arraignment is scheduled for Valentine's Day, but his lawyer, Mark Shapiro, has entered a written not guilty plea.

Bieber will still be arraigned but is not required to be present in court.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they could still add charges before the arraignment.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors are going to have problems because Justin's blood alcohol level was imperceptible -- .014 -- yet they claim he reeked of booze. Cops also say he was drag racing yet the GPS readout shows he was not.

As we reported ... Justin will be charged in Toronto with assaulting a limo driver. And he's also being investigated for egging his neighbor's house, and that could be filed as a felony.

Matt Hardy's wife Reby Sky is standing by her husband after a violent incident between the couple at a Virginia hotel ... and doesn't want to end the marriage ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports.

We broke the story ... both Reby and her ex-WWE superstar husband were arrested on Jan. 1 for assault and battery after attacking each other inside their hotel room.

Now, sources tell us ... the whole fight started when Reby asked a seemingly intoxicated Matt if he had been drinking or using other substances that night.

FYI -- Matt has had substance abuse issues in the past ... and once completed a WWE-sponsored rehab program.

We're told Matt didn't take kindly to Reby's accusation and the situation escalated into a full blown fight.

After the incident, the two talked out their issues and decided they wanted to try to make their relationship work. They've made several public appearances together since the arrest ... and we're told they're both committed to their marriage.

Justin Bieber may be moving sooner -- and way farther -- than he planned .. because THE WHITE HOUSE will now consider whether Bieber's ass gets deported back to Canada.

The Biebs' lawless streak is now on Pres. Obama's agenda ... 'cause tens of thousands of fed-up Americans have signed an online petition on the OFFICIAL White House website ...demanding Biebs be deported and his green card revoked.

And here's the thing -- the White House has PROMISED to review any petition that gathers more than 100,000 signatures within 30 days ... the Bieber petition already has more than 102K in just 6 days.

The petition calls JB a dangerous and reckless drug abuser who is "not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation's youth."

Here's the thing -- none of Bieber's alleged crimes would get him deported under current immigration law. So this is an extreme long shot at best.

Miami Beach cops have subpoenaed video TMZ posted which they believe might show Justin Bieber was drag racing, but it seems the cops are barking up the wrong tree.

The subpoena seeks "All videos related to the drag racing incident involving Justin Bieber on January 23, 2014 on Miami Beach, Florida."

Here's the problem. The videos we posted do NOT show a drag race on Pine Tree Street ... as the cops described in their police report.

Furthermore, our videos -- all shot before Justin and Khalil turned onto Pine Tree -- do NOT show them drag racing at any point.

One video (above) shows Justin leaving the club in his rented yellow Lambo, revving the engine and leaving quickly ... but Khalil and his red Ferrari are nowhere in sight.

TMZ broke the story ... the GPS device on the Lambo shows one of the cars clocked at a maximum speed of 52 MPH and the other 47 MPH ... and that was only as they left the club. Both drivers slowed down and in the middle of the alleged drag race they were actually traveling BELOW the speed limit -- 27 MPH.

The other 2 videos show the Lambo at a stand still -- In one he's sitting in the car outside the club as fans come up to speak with him. In the other, Justin's already been pulled over.

We're assuming cops want our video to help justify the traffic stop ... which is interesting.

Former WWE champion Matt Hardy was arrested at a motel in Virginia earlier this month ... after allegedly getting into a fight with his wrestler wife ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Just look at the mug shots of Hardy and 27-year-old Reby Sky -- both appear bloody and scratched up.

Hardy has multiple scratch marks all over his face and Sky -- real name Rebecca Hardy -- appears to be sporting a fat lip, black eye and several small cuts on her face.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... cops raced to the Hampton Inn in Emporia, VA on January 1st around 5:45 AM after someone at the hotel call 911.

During the 911 call, obtained by TMZ Sports, the hotel staffer told the operator ... "A guest just came down here and said somebody's beating the hell out of his wife a girl or something."

When cops arrived to the scene, both Matt and Sky were arrested for assault and battery. They were released on $3,500 bail.

Our sources tell us both Matt and Sky got restraining orders against each other.

Since the incident, both Matt and Reby have posted photos of each other -- and it appears they are still together and going strong.
