Ex-NBA player Bonzi Wells underwent surgery in an Indiana hospital after suffering a heart attack -- but the 41-year-old says he's okay now.

Unclear when Wells was admitted to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis -- but Wells says he's back home now and "feeling good."

Wells told the Star Press the heart attack was "minor" -- explaining, "Small clot hit bottom part of the heart. Had surgery so I'm back to 100% no restrictions."

Wells posted a photo with one of the nurses at the hospital and wrote, "I wanna thank these ladies for saving my life."

"They went above and beyond to make sure I would be ok."

Bonzi played 10 seasons in the NBA for teams including the Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets.

Liberty Ross turned 39 this weekend -- but by how many celebs came out to celebrate with her ... you woulda thought it was one of the big X-0s.

Tons of Hollywood A-listers flocked to Liberty and her husband Jimmy Iovine's house Saturday night in Holmby Hills, where there was certainly no shortage of star power. Ebie slapped on some lingerie and posed in front of the classic car her dad helped make more famous -- all to celebrate his Thursday birthday. Eazy would've been 53.

We're told Ebie did the shoot with legendary West Coast photog Mike Miller, who worked with her pops and other '90s rap stars.

Full disclosure: She posed with a '63 Impala, not a '64. And this'll blow your mind -- Eazy actually drove a '63 himself. Guess it just rhymed better.

The NY Giants superstar caught wind that his teammate, Jonathan Casillas, was throwing a party for his 6-year-old daughter, Jade, who happens to be a big Odell Beckham fan.

We're told Odell wanted to surprise Jade -- so he got a black Spider-Man costume (with a full mask covering his face) and kicked it with the kids ... who had no idea Spidey was really a huge NFL star.

Odell eventually unmasked himself and the video is awesome. We're told Jade (and her mom) loved the surprise ... they had no idea!

As for the costume ... we debated if it was actually a Venom suit but ultimately decided it was more like the black Spidey suit from "Spider-Man 3."

The rapper threw a huge party Wednesday night to ring in the big 2-6 at The Tago International Center in the ATL ... just across the street from 2 Chainz's 11th Street Studios.

Sure ... YT pulled all the stops to make sure the shindig was poppin ... with stars like T.I., Jacquees and Young Dolph. Young Thug's family also showed up ... including mama bear who was already shining bright -- that watch, tho -- before YT handed her a stack of 50 Gs to complete her look.

Kim Zolciak's adamant her son's not terrified of dogs 3 months after he was attacked by one ... and that's why she got him one for his birthday.

Sources close to the 'RHOA' star tell TMZ ... Kim and the family recently fostered 3 puppies from a pitt lab mix litter of 9 while they searched for their forever homes. The fam kept one puppy, Sage, but as Kash's 5th birthday approached, Kim surprised him with Sage's puppy bro, Sailor.

Kim insists Kash is not scared of dogs and he has no recurring issues following May's attack. As we reported ... a dog bit Kash in the face which required surgery. Kim said Kash healed up fine and has perfect vision in his left eye ... even after getting stitches on his water line.

And despite all that ... we're told Kash remains an animal lover.

Travis Scott's way to his girl's heart? Expensive jewelry ... inspired by his own hit song.

The rapper's been busy showering Kylie Jenner with birthday gifts this week, including this diamond necklace with a pendant related to his track, "Butterfly Effect." We're told Travis reached out to jeweler Elliot Avianne 2 weeks ago to get it done in time for her bday.

The piece is made up of 28 carats of VVS diamonds, and we're told it set the rapper back about $60,000.

We know Travis also went to the movies with Kylie for her b-day, but that's not all ... he took a page out of Kanye's book and set up a private orchestra show for her too.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott kept it low-key for her 20th birthday ... maybe they're saving the bang for her 21st.

Blue Icee, raw eggs, coffee creamer, baby powder, dish soap and Frosted Flakes -- and he got it all over his face.

We got the D.C. rapper -- who's Nigerian-American -- at LAX and asked what he made of haters criticizing the video of his daughter sitting in a pile of bills at her first bday party. Some people likened it to "making it rain" at a strip club.

Instead of getting pissed off though ... Wale's using this as a teachable moment. He explained the Nigerian custom of "spraying," and encouraged his haters to broaden their horizons.
