Rita Ora is suing Jay Z's Roc Nation claiming she was left in the dust when the company started repping pro athletes.

TMZ obtained the lawsuit, filed Thursday in L.A., and Rita says the change of direction at Roc Nation led to a revolving door of executives, and eventually there was no one left who had worked with her.

Rita says Roc Nation's only released one album for her since she signed in 2008, but says she's sitting on a bunch more music that the label hasn't released.

She says her deal could keep her in Roc's stable until 2019 or later -- but she wants out now, and says there's legal precedent in CA for her release to be granted.

Ray Rice says he's still determined to get back in the NFL -- even though he hasn't had any real offers -- and says, "I'm not ready to give up."

Rice appeared on "The Dan Patrick Show" Thursday -- and was asked if he's had any real interest from teams ... especially with several teams getting VERY thin at the running back position.

The ex-Ravens star says there's been chatter -- but nobody's pulled the trigger.

Rice says he was hopeful someone would have given him a shot earlier in the year.

"I would have loved to be in a training camp, learn an offense and things like that.”

Just last month, TMZ Sports spoke with Rice at a training facility in New Jersey -- and Rice says he's still working out HARD in case his phone rings.

"I do want to play football again ... I'm not ready to give up."

Bar Refaeli is wanted for something other than her body -- Israeli authorities say she cheated on her taxes to the tune of tens of millions of shekels.

Israeli officials says the supermodel failed to report buckets of dough she earned abroad as well as non-cash payments she got for modeling. For instance, authorities say she got a Range Rover and a Lexus as part of modeling deals with the companies.

She's also accused of not paying taxes on her luxury apartment in Tel Aviv.

Rafaeli's mother is also suspected of tax evasion. Cops want both women detained, and bail's been set at 500,000 shekels each.

CC Sabathia says he feels like a huge weight has been lifted off his shoulders after completing a stint in rehab for alcoholism ... but adds, "I feel fantastic."

The NY Yankees pitcher was at the Yankees holiday food drive Wednesday when he raved about how well his recovery is going ... after spending a month receiving treatment in Connecticut.

"It’s always going to be a struggle with different things, but I feel fantastic," Sabathia told reporters ... "I think it’s just a weight coming off my shoulders. I feel good. I’m in a good mood, always."

Sabathia first entered treatment back in October -- one day before the team took on the Houston Astros for the wild card spot in the playoffs.

Still, CC says the Yankees have been incredibly supportive -- "The Yankees have been fantastic, from Cashman to the Steinbrenners to Joe to my teammates."

WNBA champ Swin Cash has declared WAR on Gilbert Arenas -- and people like him -- saying she needs to save strong female athletes from sexists who are trying to shame them on social media.

Cash was clearly upset after Gilbert blasted the WNBA -- saying the league needs to ditch the ugly players and make the hot ones play in less clothing.

"[Gilbert] obviously needs a hug & attention so y'all give it to him," said Cash ... a 4-time WNBA All Star and 3-time WNBA champ.

"To all my smart, beautiful young female ballers... No one ever asked NBA guys to hoop in a speedo so laugh at haters & Dab on dem folk."

First, he dropped $2 million for that Wu-Tang record, and now Martin Shkreli wants to be Bobby Shmurda's hero ... the guy who finally bails him out of jail.

The controversial pharmaceutical honcho now says he wants to spend another $2 mil to get Shmurda out of jail, simply because they're both Brooklyn kids -- but also because he sees a chance to make a ton of cash.

Shkreli told HipHopDX he's in talks to put up the money. Shmurda's been held for a year, awaiting trial for weapons charges and conspiracy to commit murder.

Shkreli's offer is totally strings attached though -- "I’m not going to do this for free. [Laughs] He’s going to have to do something for me. I don’t know what that’s going to look like yet. He’s going to owe me one, obviously."

10:45 AM PT -- Kelly's attorney in Monaco tells us the Daily Mail report is not accurate.

Giersch had been granted full custody during a hearing, but court sources say Kelly's appeal is expected to be heard later this week.

Kelly Rutherford's kids will not return to their native U.S.A -- a judge reportedly granted full custody to Kelly's ex-husband Daniel Giersch, who now lives in Monaco.

The ruling in a Monaco court is a devastating loss for the "Gossip Girl" star, who's been battling Giersch for years over 9-year-old Hermes and 6-year-old Helena. According to the Daily Mail ... the judge said the exes must make joint decisions regarding the children's schooling, education, and housing.

However, Kelly will only be allowed to visit in Monaco or France.

The children -- who are U.S born citizens -- were last in this country during the summer. Kelly was devastated after an August hearing though that sent them back to Daniel in Monaco, and they've been there ever since.

Tom Brady is heaping EVEN MORE praise on Donald Trump -- saying he will continue to support the presidential candidate ... and hailing him as a pretty "remarkable" guy.

The New England Patriots superstar appeared on the 'Dennis & Callahan' show on WEEI and was asked straight up if he would stick with Trump even after his proposed ban on Muslims entering the U.S.

"Can I just stay out of this debate?" Brady joked at first.

Bill Cosby has aggressively lashed out at 7 of his sexual assault accusers, claiming they went on a malicious campaign to ruin him with lies and thwart his TV comeback.

Cosby just countersued the women, claiming they have made "malicious, opportunistic, false and defamatory accusations of sexual misconduct against him."

The comedian is claiming emotional distress against Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie ... claiming the allegations of drugging and then sexually assaulting them is flatly untrue.

Cosby claims the motivation of the women was to torpedo his television return. Cosby had signed with NBC to star in a new family comedy series, and he says when the women got wind of it they trumped up phony allegations. He also says they're just in it for the money.

The countersuit says the claims of the women have caused him shame and mortification by their "morally repugnant conduct."

Cosby says the women are out to assassinate his character.

Ole Miss defensive lineman Robert Nkemdiche has been charged with possession of marijuana after cops say they found a bunch of joints in his Atlanta hotel room ... after he fell out of a window.

Officials say they were called to the scene after Nkemdiche fell out of his hotel room window early Sunday morning -- falling 15 feet -- and found 7 rolled joints in the hotel room.

Cops say the room was an absolute mess when they checked it out -- but the weed was in plain sight on a table by the window.

As for Nkemdiche, he was transported to a nearby hospital -- where he is listed in stable condition.

Former Atlanta Braves pitcher Tommy Hanson died of cocaine and alcohol toxicity ... according to the autopsy results.

Hanson, who was only 29, died on November 9th -- he was found unresponsive at a friend's home in the Atlanta area. At the time of his death, the coroner listed "overdose" as a possible cause of death.

We spoke with the coroner who tells us the autopsy showed Hanson died from the combination of cocaine and booze.

Donald Trump can't separate fiction from reality ... according to Harrison Ford who took a hysterical shot at the presidential candidate.

If you missed it, Trump recently said his fav Ford movie was "Air Force One" because "he stood for America" in the action flick. Well, an Australian interviewer asked Ford about the compliment, and he found it laughable.

Jared Fogle wanted to knock out his child molestation victims with roofies ... according to documents filed by the former CEO of his foundation.

Fogle's twisted sidekick, Russell Taylor, dropped the perverted bombshell in docs filed in connection with Taylor's Thursday sentencing. He said Fogle tried to buy the date rape drugs in 2012, but doesn't say if he was successful.

Taylor also said the very first day they met, Fogle told him a knock knock joke that referenced having sex with children. They hit it off after that, becoming like "an old married couple" and "drinking like fishes." The Indianapolis Star first reported the new docs.

2:45 P.M. PST -- TMZ obtained a police report from Orange County, where Michael was arrested for criminal threats just 5 days before disappearing. According to the report, Cavallari showed up to his girlfriend's apartment with a loaded shotgun after a verbal dispute, and made threats. Cops also say they smelled a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He was released 2 days later, and then disappeared.

1:23 P.M. PST -- Law enforcement tells TMZ they located remains they believe to be Michael at 10:30 A.M. They say the body was found in a steep and very rocky area.

Kristin Cavallari's brother and Bears QB Jay Cutler's brother-in-law has been found dead in Utah.

30-year-old Michael Cavallari's car was found abandoned November 27th. It appears he wasn't reported missing until 3 days ago.

In a statement to TMZ, Kristin says, "We have just been informed by the authorities my brother's body has been found. This is a very painful time and we are still processing it all."

It's unclear how Michael died, but he's struggled for many years with alcoholism and has had more than his share of trouble.
