Mel B clearly wants to move on with her life, because the very same day estranged husband Stephen Belafonte was kicked out of the family house that has been up for sale for only 2 weeks, she lowered the price by a million bucks.

The Hollywood Hills home was put on the market March 22 for $8.995 mil. On Monday, just after a judge ordered Stephen to leave, the asking price went down to $7.995 mil.

Our sources say Mel B might not even live there while the house is up for sale, because it has a lot of bad memories.

Hunter and Kathleen Biden's push to keep their divorce battle out of the public eye has been shot down by the judge ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Joe Biden's son and daughter-in-law claim they and their kids are public figures, and if details of their divorce get out ... it could be "damaging and embarrassing" to the family. Hence the request to seal the case.

The court called B.S., saying if the estranged couple wanted to keep it on the DL, they shouldn't have included the sordid allegations in the initial divorce petition, which was filed publicly. The judge says in docs, "Sealing those documents now will not erase any embarrassment the parties or their children may have already experienced."

You'll recall ... each accused the other of cheating, and she said Hunter blew all their money.

Mel B says she was emotionally weak when she married Stephen Belafonte, but it soon became apparent ... whenever she achieved success, he would literally beat her down to maintain control.

Mel B got a restraining order Monday, forcing Belafonte to leave the family home and stay clear of her and her 3 kids. In her declaration, she recounts why she married him. She says, "At the time, I was vulnerable. I was giving birth as a single mother, my self-esteem was very low, and my hormones were out of balance due to the pregnancy."

She says Belafonte "rushed in to help me in every way," saying in the beginning he was nice and supportive.

Shortly after they got married, Mel B says things changed dramatically. She says he would tell her she was "worthless, that he made me 'who I am,' that no one knows how really stupid I am."

She says he destroyed her self-confidence and self-esteem, especially because she was struggling to lose her pregnancy weight.

Mel B says she lived in abject fear he would make good on his threat to release sex tapes of them he recorded, threatening to ruin her career. She also says he threatened to release the videos to Children's Services in an attempt to have the kids taken away.

As we reported, she says it got so bad, in December 2014, she tried committing suicide by swallowing an entire bottle of Aspirin.

She says the final humiliation was when he allegedly began having sex with their nanny, got her pregnant and told her they should all just live together. She says she got up the gumption to fire the nanny and leave him, but he fired back that the nanny would leak damaging stories to the media and Children's Services. She was so scared she re-hired the nanny and stayed with him.

Even after separating from him in December, she began posting messages suggesting she and Belafonte were working things out. She says what finally gave her the push was her father dying last month. She says Belafonte said, "Suck it up. If he's going to die, he's going to die," and that was the final straw.

Belafonte tells TMZ he questions the motives of her accusations.

Uber Bae is dealing with A LOT of collateral damage after her revenge tweet storm went viral -- including a threat of a lawsuit and a visit from cops ... so she says.

UB's real name is Bre -- she won't give up her last name -- and she says her ex-bf's mom is watching her every move ... threatening to sue Bre if she says his name or posts pics of him.

In case you missed the epic tale -- Bre tweeted Monday about her nightmare Uber shift. She picked up a girl at the airport who was heading to a bf's house, and when Bre realized it was actually HER guy's crib ... she busted him for cheating.

Bre eventually left the messy scene, but took the other woman's bags. That bit her in the ass with cops.

She says she's gotten some potentially lucrative offers out of the story -- which no one's been able to confirm, btw -- but more than anything, Uber Bae's learned going viral ain't always a good thing.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore says she's had to dodge up to 30 phone calls a day from her ex-BF, Matt Jordan, so she went to court to get protection.

In legal docs, Kenya says Matt threatened her last week, telling a mutual friend ... "she'd get what she deserves" after she blocked his harassing calls.

The couple broke up after a nightmare vacation last year in Mexico, which Kenya mentions in her request for a restraining order. She adds Matt kicked in a hotel door and threw her suitcase in the driveway after they got back.

Last week, she told us things haven't gotten any better since last summer.

The judge granted her the restraining order which requires Matt to stay 200 yards away from Kenya, and stop all harassing or intimidating behavior toward her or her family.

As we've reported ... Matt has a long rap sheet that includes 4 arrests in the last year alone.

A friend of Keshia Knight Pulliam's estranged husband says Ed Hartwell's girlfriend made an ominous request about something to "cause a miscarriage" during Keshia's pregnancy.

The friend, Damia Ward-Henley, made the revelation in new court docs filed by Keshia in her divorce case. Damia describes herself as a friend of Ed and Tonya Carroll ... who she says Ed started dating while he was still married to Keshia. According to the docs, Damia says Tonya found out Keshia was pregnant in June 2016, and was very upset because she wanted Ed to leave Keshia.

In the docs, Damia says Tonya told her "she wanted to get something that would cause someone to have a miscarriage." Damia says she shot down the request and told Tonya and Ed to break off their adulterous relationship.

Keshia also filed docs saying she's worried Ed -- an ex-NFL player -- is unfit to care for their 2-month-old daughter because she's seen him take OxyContin. She says Ed testified in a lawsuit with the NFL that he's suffering severe physical and mental problems, and needs to take many drugs to cope.

Michelle Kwan's marriage is on ice, because her husband has just filed for divorce.

According to legal docs, Clay Pell cites irreconcilable differences for the breakdown of his marriage to the 36-year-old, 5-time world champion figure skater and 2-time Olympic medalist.

Clay is mum on spousal support but he does want her to foot the bills from his lawyer.

The couple married in January 2013. 35-year-old Clay was a White House National Security staffer under President Obama. He also ran unsuccessfully for Governor of Rhode Island.

The only place Christina and Tarek El Moussa are going is back to flipping houses for their hit TV show -- at least that's their plan ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the show tell us Christina and Tarek are currently in talks with HGTV for a new season ... and they want to keep the production rolling, despite their divorce.

We're told reports "Flip or Flop" is dead in the water after season 7 just aren't true, and Christina isn't shopping around her own show either. The ratings are holding strong, after all.

Sources also tell us the former couple is excited for the attention the spin-offs will bring to their OG version, and that's why they're actively negotiating.

Bottom line ... ball's in HGTV's court. So far, the network isn't commenting on season 8.

Jodie Sweetin's ex-fiance was just arrested for violating an order requiring him to stay clear of her.

Justin Hodak was arrested in Sherman Oaks, CA Monday ... days after she obtained a restraining order.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jodie claims earlier this month they had a nuclear fight, exacerbated by what she says was his anger triggered by steroids and alcohol. She says that's when she ended their engagement.

She says he threatened to kill himself with a 9mm pistol if she made him leave. He left the house with a gun, leaving behind an assault rifle. He also threatened suicide by cop.

Jodie got a restraining order requiring Hodak to stay 100 yards away from her, but Monday Jodie called police and reported a suspicious car in front of her house. When cops arrived they saw Hodak drive by, coming just feet from her home, so they stopped the car and arrested him.

Jodie Sweetin called 911 when her now ex-fiance stormed out of their house claiming he wanted to kill himself ... and it led to him going to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sweetin told them Justin Hodak was out of control after they had a nuclear fight during which she ended the engagement. She said Hodak threatened to kill himself and she was worried he'd make good on his threat.

Cops arrived and spoke with Jodie, who told them he had a gun in one of the bedrooms. Cops retrieved it, ran Hodak's rap sheet and found he was a felon, so possessing a gun was illegal.

We're told Hodak returned home later and cops were waiting. They slapped the cuffs on him and took him to jail.

Hodak bailed out a few hours later.

Phaedra's rep Steve Honig tells us, "It’s very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage."

"Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children.”

Phaedra Parks' ride in the single lane has come to a screeching halt -- a judge tossed out her divorce judgment because it was unfair to Apollo Nida.

The judge said he was troubled by a number of things, including Phaedra "intentionally misspelling the parties names."

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- hizzoner also said he was troubled Apollo was given the impression he would attend future divorce hearings from prison, which was always out of the question.

Apollo was also not informed of the final hearing or served with docs notifying him the divorce was final.

Mel reportedly filed her divorce petition, citing irreconcilable differences -- and according to the docs they've been separated since December 28, 2016.

She and Stephen got married back in June 2007 after only 5 months of dating. They have one daughter, 5-year-old Madison ... and Mel is asking for joint custody.

Darius McCrary's wife is divorcing him, and wants the judge to keep him away from their infant daughter until he gets help for booze, drugs and rage.

Tammy Brawner filed in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences, and made it clear she has serious concerns about 1-year-old Zoey's safety. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tammy says she wants Darius to "attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers' intervention classes."

She wants his visitation rights cut off until the "Family Matters" star provides proof he's completed a treatment program.

Not shockingly, Tammy wants legal and physical custody of Zoey. She's also asking for spousal support.

It's not often people turn down a chance to knock up a supermodel ... but NFL star Julian Edelman told Adriana Lima he's not ready for more kids and that was one of the main reasons they split.

Joe Biden's daughter-in-law, Kathleen, has filed for divorce ... but long after she told her husband to leave the family home.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kathleen claims she and Hunter Biden formally separated in October 2015, and they've been living separately ever since. She says in legal docs she asked him to leave July 5, 2015, "due to his conduct the night before." The docs go on to say they had a prior agreement, if he engaged in the conduct in question he would leave.

She doesn't describe the "conduct," but does say it "creates situations that are unsafe or traumatic for the parties' children, and his judgment is frequently impaired."

She also says in the docs ... Hunter spent lavishly on his own interests including, "drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations." Kathleen says his habits have depleted their funds available to pay legitimate bills -- and adds they've maxed out credit cards, have double mortgages on 2 properties, and more than $300k in unpaid taxes.

Kathleen wants their temporary spousal support to be $20k per month for herself, and $5k per month for Hunter.

The October filing date is significant because the separation occurred just 2 months after stories surfaced Hunter was allegedly caught up in the Ashley Madison scandal ... something he denied.

The divorce docs were filed last December. Hunter is now involved with Hallie, the widow of his brother, Beau, who died in May 2015 from brain cancer.

She's asking for sole physical and legal custody of their 1 minor child. They have 3 kids, and 2 are adults.

He's asking for joint physical and legal custody.
