A statement from their lawyers says: "The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Shaunie's mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We've learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.

We've learned Victoria Hopper's lawyer, Sorrell Trope, fired off a letter to Dennis' hired gun, Joe Mannis, demanding the return of various items, including a toothbrush, dog bowls and coffee mugs.

According to official documents obtained by TMZ, Mannis sent Trope a gift basket filled with sardonic goodies, including a chocolate bunny rabbit, dog bowls and a Spiderman toothbrush.

Lawyers bearing gifts are frowned upon, so today in court, Trope came to court -- gift basket in hand -- and said thanks but no thanks, and left it in the courtroom hallway on top of the trash can.

Victoria Hopper's lawyer fired off a letter to Dennis' lawyer on March 8 -- informing him his client's estranged wife had entered his home and taken several items she claims were hers ... including a laundry basket, some children's toys, a wastebasket, a cotton ball holder, an alarm clock, some towels, a magazine rack, toothbrushes, a coffee cup ... and chip clips.

According to Dennis' lawyer -- who called the whole thing "extremely confusing" -- Victoria "effectively looted" Dennis' house twice to remove these items, which include "more junk than can be imagined."

Victoria may be able steal back her little trinkets -- but according to the prenup, Dennis is keeping his fortune.

According to court docs, Victoria must leave Dennis' compound on March 15. But in legal papers filed today and obtained by TMZ, Victoria claims the prenup she signed does require her to vacate one of the homes on the property, but she says she's living in a different, freestanding home on the property so she's allowed to stay.

Victoria also said in court she's broke and needs money, stat.

And, Victoria says in her legal docs, she believes Dennis is getting ready to die. She says, "I believe in contemplation of death [Dennis Hopper] may be intending to remove me as a beneficiary of any kind..."

Mel has put his 5,403 sq. foot property on the market, guest house included. All told you're looking at nine bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a guaranteed passage to heaven.

Jamie submitted an expense declaration with the court in her quest for $988,845. Here are some of her MONTHLY expenses:

- Expenses for Holmby Hills home - $202,715
- Expenses for L.A. home - $9,007
- Expenses for Malibu home - $151,054
- Expenses for other Malibu home - $88,106
- Expenses for Cape Cod house - $93,279
- Expenses for Willowbend house (we don't even know where that is) - $5,048
- Expenses for Vail house - $7,784

In all, the homes cost her $568,829 a month. Her total nut is almost twice that. But in her declaration, Jamie says she was only pulling in $166,667 a month from the Dodgers. Someone missed their home ec classes!

As we first reported, Brooke left rehab and is living at the family home, along with a cadre of therapists. Brooke is saying, "I love Charlie to death," but she feels the only way she can stay sober is if Charlie gives it the ol' college try.

It's interesting ... we're told Brooke is not demanding that Charlie stay sober ... just that he try. She's acknowledging both of them have a huge problem and both are going to slip from time to time. For her part, she's been in rehab multiple times.

But here's what's interesting -- people in Charlie's camp are telling us, "It's Brooke's craziness that is fueling all of this" and that she is the bad influence on him.

Rapper Nas needs a wake-up call -- he's trying to win back his estranged baby mama Kelis (despite the fact she's suing him over child support) and now he owes the IRS a huge chunk of change.

We told you about the tax lien the IRS slapped on Nas back in October to the tune of $2,584,206.31. Now, according to court docs, Nas' bill has ballooned to a whopping $3,365,671.26. Not Joe Francis territory, but getting close.

Last week, Nas was ordered to pay baby mama Kelis $200,000 in back child and spousal support.

Our sources say Nas doesn't have a clue he's going under financially and doesn't understand he can go to jail if he doesn't pay child support. He was at Sundance recently and raked in $50,000 for a performance, which, we're told, he blew before he blew out of Sundance.

And more news in the non-reality department -- Nas has been sending Kelis a flurry of emails, telling her how much he wants her back and where she can fly to hook up with him. Nas -- she has a new boyfriend and has moved on. She really wants that divorce.

TMZ has obtained legal documents in the ongoing divorce case between Cryer's ex-wife, Sarah Trigger, and her estranged husband, David Dickey. As we first reported, a man named Eddie Sanchez was allegedly asked by Trigger to murder Cryer and Dickey. In fact, Dickey says Sanchez flatly told him that.

So who is Eddie Sanchez? We know he was Trigger's boyfriend at the time she allegedly asked him to kill Cryer and Dickey. According to Dickey, Sanchez was a contractor who worked on his house when he lived with Trigger. Dickey also says in legal docs, Trigger told him, "Eddie used to run drugs that were smuggled from the border to Mexican gangs which is how he bought his house in Mexico."

As we first reported, Trigger allegedly "...asked Mr. Sanchez if he would kill the pair [Cryer and Dickey], or if he would not, inquiring whether she could speak with Mr. Sanchez's father about this issue."

Trigger's lawyer claims Sanchez left a voicemail for Trigger's mom last month, in which he said Sarah had done nothing wrong.

While Avril's friend Brody Jenner drove around L.A. with Krisitn Cavallari, the once happily married couple left an "Alice in Wonderland" afterparty and carpooled to a London hotel on Thursday night..

Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated?

Barry Bonds' wife has had yet another change of heart -- TMZ has learned she has filed new documents to end her marriage.

In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, Liz Bonds cites irreconcilable differences.

She is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the couple's daughter.

As we previously reported, Liz had filed for legal separation in June of last year -- but withdrew her petition one month later.

The couple was married back in 1998. Liz claims their relationship ended in January of 2010.

UPDATE: TMZ has obtained a court document which shows, according to Elizabeth, the parties have already reached a "mutual settlement agreement" over assets.

The judge in their divorce case just unsealed more than 1400 pages of documents. But the best part is the lifestyle of the rich, the famous and the dysfunctional.

- For the last 5 years of their marriage, Jamie and Frank took $2.31 million per month in salaries and perks -- almost entirely on a tax-free basis.

- Frank's financial advisor testified, "During the marriage the parties used the business to fund whatever they needed, or wanted, as it was their personal ATM or credit card.

- Jamie claims ... Frank's 2008 personal financial statements put his net worth at $834,900,000 and valued McCourt Enterprises in excess of $2 billion.

- Frank spent $52,000 in clothes since November and dropped more than $81,000 on a December vacation ... according to Jamie.

Mega-minister Benny Hinn apparently couldn't apply his healing powers to his own marriage -- because the dude's wife just filed divorce papers claiming their marriage has given up the ghost.

Hinn claims the divorce filing came "without notice" and that he is "shocked" -- despite the fact that the high-profile religious couple has been separated since last month.

Hinn has come under scrutiny recently over suspicion he has false profits -- because the preacher has allegedly been raising money under the guise of a ministry simply to enrich himself.

Elin is swooshed out in Nike gear -- the company that stood behind Tiger. It's more than coincidental that Tiger was snapped yesterday with his own Nike accoutrement.

Just days after Candi agreed to drop her request for a protective order against Evander, the two issued a joint statement saying, "We are in agreement that we both are moving forward to reach out to meet with Dr. Phil one-on-one as we believe he is the one who can help us at this time."
