4:15 PM PT -- Abrams lists the date of separation as August 29, 2017. He's also asking the court to terminate Garth's right to spousal support.

Jennie Garth's third marriage is ending ... her husband has just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Dave Abrams filed for divorce Friday citing irreconcilable differences.

The "90210" star and Abrams, also an actor, got hitched in July 2015. They have no kids together. She has 3 daughters from a previous marriage.

Jennie said back in November she and Dave were taking a break, but now it looks like forever.

3:35 PM PT -- Kendra lists the date of separation as January 1, 2018 and is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their two kids. She also wants to legally restore Wilkinson as her last name. As for spousal support ... that'll be determined at a later time.

Kendra Wilkinson pulled the trigger on ending her marriage to NFL star Hank Baskett ... she just filed for divorce.

Kendra filed papers Friday to end the matrimony. She cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

They have two kids -- 8-year-old Hank IV and 3-year-old Alijah. They got married back in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion ... with the late Hugh Hefner in attendance.

As we reported ... Kendra posted several emotional videos Monday confirming the split. She broke down in tears ... saying she's scared but will always love Hank.

There had been rumors in recent months that Kendra and Hank's relationship was on the rocks, signaling a split was imminent.

1:45 PM PT -- Brooke says their date of separation was January 23, 2018. She's requesting joint legal and physical custody of their children.

She lists irreconcilable differences as the cause of dissolution of marriage. She's leaving the spousal support for a future hearing.

Brooke Burke is calling it quits with former "Baywatch" star David Charvet ... TMZ has learned.

Brooke filed for divorce in L.A. County on Friday, pulling the plug on their nearly 7-year marriage.

The couple had 2 kids together -- a boy and a girl -- who are now 10 and 11 years old. Brooke also has 2 children from a previous relationship.

David and Brooke had an island wedding in St. Barts in August, 2011. The couple started dating in 2005 and got engaged in 2006, around the same time Brooke announced that she was pregnant.

They had some major stress in 2015 when they had a neighborhood war with 'Bachelor' creator Mike Fleiss that included a feud over the couple's German Shepherds.

Nas and Kelis are duking it out in court again ... and this time it involves a Jewish holiday.

Nas has filed legal docs asking a judge to penalize Kelis because she refused to turn over 8-year-old Knight ... she says it's because the kid wanted to stay with her during Passover. Nas says it was his weekend and the whole Passover thing doesn't make sense.

He says she's been difficult generally when it comes to getting Knight. He says once when he arrived at her house, she screamed at him telling him he couldn't take the child. Nas says Kelis has refused to let him pick up the child from school on several occasions.

He's asking for $22,000 for all the lawyers' bills he's had to pay when she's allegedly violated their custody agreement.

Channing Tatum doesn't look like he has the weight of the world on his shoulders after his separation from Jenna Dewan ... but he does have their kid up there.

Channing was spotted out Wednesday for the first time since news broke of his split with his wife of almost 9 years. He was leaving Target in Studio City carrying the ex-couple's daughter, Everly, on his shoulders and carrying a bag of goodies.

Rudy Giuliani and his wife, Judith, are heading for splitsville after 15 years of marriage ... TMZ has confirmed.

The former Mayor of NYC and his wife tied in the knot in 2003, but Judith filed paperwork to end the matrimony ... and it appears she's ready to battle over their assets because she reportedly filed a contested divorce proceeding in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Rudy revealed the news to the NY Post, saying ... "It is with great sadness I can confirm that Judith and I are divorcing. We hope to do this as amicably as possible, and hope that people will respect the privacy of our children at this time.” He added nobody is placing blame ... there are problems on both sides.

This was the third marriage for both, and they both have adult children from previous marriages.

Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan, are over -- this according to the couple themselves -- after nearly nine years of marriage.

The couple released a joint statement late Monday saying, in part ... "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now."

They go on to say that there is no secret or salacious event at the root of their breakup, adding they plan to continue being dedicated parents to their only daughter, Everly. They also knock "alternative facts" by saying they wanted to get the true message out there publicly.

What's interesting is that Channing and Jenna appeared to be closer than ever on social media -- Channing recently posted a photo of the two of them rockin' a custom makeup job courtesy of their kid.

They were last seen together at a public event this past November, but clearly still hang on the regular. The couple met on the set of the 2006 film "Step Up" and got hitched in July 2009.

Another one of Eliza Coupe's husbands wants out -- 'cause he just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Eliza's hubby of almost 4 years, Darin Olien, filed legal docs Monday seeking to end their marriage. He lists the date of separation as March 27, 2018.

It's unclear for now if he's seeking spousal support -- the couple had no children together.

Darin and Eliza got married in December 2014 right on the heels of her first divorce from Randall Whittinghill -- whom she had to pay $7,000/month in spousal support for 2 years.

Donald Trump Jr. and his estranged wife, Vanessa, are getting a divorce, but you wouldn't be able to tell from the photo above, taken Monday at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll.

The couple put on a united front on the White House lawn, where their 5 kids and about 30,000 others participated in the annual tradition of rolling Easter eggs across the South Lawn.

It was their first public outing since Vanessa filed for divorce last month and news of DJT Jr.'s alleged affair with Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day surfaced, but not their first hang. They spent Spring Break with their kids at Mar-a-Lago last week.

Meanwhile, Trump Jr.'s been spotted being civil with his estranged spouse lately -- hanging out with her and their kids for Spring Break at Mar-a-Lago just a week ago.

Mel B is not retaliating against Stephen Belafonte by keeping her daughter, Angel, from him ... she says she wants him out of the picture because she now has a strong relationship with the child's biological father -- Eddie Murphy.

Mel B and Stephen are at war over custody of 10-year-old Angel. Although Eddie's the dad, Stephen raised her with Mel B since birth.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mel B says while she was with Stephen he aggressively tried to drive a wedge between her and Eddie. She says Stephen once took her phone and sent text messages to Eddie's assistant ... and whatever he texted pissed Eddie off enough to cancel a visit with Angel.

She says Stephen's allegation that Eddie has abandoned Angel is BS ... Mel B says Eddie has interacted with Angel numerous times.

Mel B says since Stephen's been out of the picture she's resurrected her relationship with Eddie. He got Angel her first cell phone, Angel named one of her dogs Axel after Eddie's character in "Beverly Hills Cop" and she's plastered pics of the "Shrek" premiere on her bedroom wall.

Mel B says Angel is flourishing now but is terrified of Stephen.

She also says it's laughable that Stephen has bonded with Angel ... she says he confuses Angel for his other daughter, Madison, in his legal docs.

Stephen Belafonte says he never adopted Eddie Murphy and Mel B's biological daughter because he always thought of himself as her true father, and it never occurred to him.

We got Stephen Monday night at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in WeHo, where he explained why he was still fighting for visitation rights to his stepdaughter, Angel, with Mel in court.

It comes down to this for Stephen ... Angel is his daughter, plain and simple. He says Eddie was never really in the picture, and he never thought he would have to adopt Angel because he would be with Mel forever. As for what went wrong -- besides the divorce -- he's got a label for what he believes Mel pulled in court.

Kevin Dillon's estranged wife is calling BS on the date he says they separated ... saying she remained on wife patrol for YEARS after that.

Jane Stuart filed docs stating she and the "Entourage" star separated on May 29, 2016, and NOT October 10, 2008 as he's claimed in divorce docs. Jane admits she moved out of the family home in 2008 ... but says they remained intimate, she cooked for him, and they went to premieres and dinners together.

She also says nothing about their finances changed ... he continued being the breadwinner.

In the docs, Jane says she and Kevin agreed to it when she moved out with their daughter, Ava -- mainly because they both needed their own space. What's more, Jane claims she and Kevin spoke about having more children together as recently as 2015.

Eyewitnesses tell us Don and Vanessa showed zero PDA, but they were talking and seemed to be in relatively good moods. He's been posting photos and videos of his kiddos on the golf course enjoying their vacation.

As we reported ... Vanessa filed for divorce a little more than a week ago after nearly 13 years of marriage to the President's son. She's seeking an uncontested proceeding, which signals everything from child custody and property might be hammered out already.

Trump Jr. is said to have had an affair with Aubrey O'Day, who once competed on "The Celebrity Apprentice." We're told she absolutely had a sexual relationship with him during his marriage to Vanessa, but that's not why they're getting divorced.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's ex says no way in hell a famous CTE doctor should be allowed to testify in their divorce case ... claiming the Dr. never treated him.

Ed Hartwell filed legal docs in Fulton County, Georgia asking the judge NOT to allow Keshia's legal team to use Dr. Bennet Omalu as an expert witness. Omalu, of course, is the real-life doctor who inspired the Will Smith movie, "Concussion."

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Ed -- who played 6 seasons in the NFL -- claims Keshia's playing dirty by bringing Dr. Omalu in at the last minute, and, even worse -- Omalu never examined or interviewed Ed, and to Ed's knowledge, has not reviewed his medical records.
