'Revenge Of The Nerds II' star Barry Sobel is suing his landlord for dragging his name through the mud in a comment posted on YouTube.

Sobel had filed a lawsuit against his landlord for refusing to do repairs on his San Fran rental and sending him harassing texts, but he says things escalated when the landlord took things online.

Sobel claims his landlord posted a comment on a video of him on a Johnny Carson show in the '80s that read, "this guy has been caught multiple times with underage boys at his house. A true scumbag." The user name on the comment is different from the landlord's, but Sobel says they're one in the same.

Sobel has now filed a new lawsuit, claiming defamation. He wants more than a million bucks.

Brandi Glanville is having an anger-fueled XMAS, basking in the glow of a death in Lisa Vanderpump's family and calling Lisa a "c***."

Lisa's dog Daddio, the father of Giggy, died last weekend and Lisa's been having a hard time.

Vanderpump rebounded Saturday night by rescuing 2 dogs that were on the brink of being killed at the Yulin festival and was celebrating the arrival of the pooches at her restaurant Pump in Bev Hills. At around 9 PM, as she partied with Lance Bass and others, she got a grotesque text from Brandi.

The text read, "Merry Christmas vanderC*** and yes i am having my moment :) AND it's amazing!!! How is yours???? hahahahah #karmasabitch Or is it a c***?? Hahahaha."

Lisa, who passed her phone around to guests, tells us, "It's sad to have that much hatred in your heart especially at this time of year. Our lil Daddio meant the world to us. Anyway, happy Christmas."

50 Cent is suing Rick Ross for jacking "In Da Club" and rapping over it to promote his new album.

50 just filed a lawsuit in Connecticut ... in the docs he says his classic banger appears on Ross' 'Renzel Remixes' without his permission, and he used it to drum up publicity for his next LP.

50 and Ross have a storied beef ... 50 was slapped with a $7 mil judgment for uploading a sex tape with Ross' baby mama in it.

50 seems to be retaliating with the lawsuit ... he wants Ross to pony up more than $2 mill for using his track.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife, Kate Major, has just filed for legal separation and claims Michael tried to torpedo her rehab with a cellphone and a teddy bear.

Kate says they've been separated since October, but she's now making it official. In her docs, she says she's been in rehab since early this month and he has been incessantly calling the facility to get in touch with her and get treatment updates.

She says on December 2, she got a package ... inside there was a teddy bear with a hidden phone inside and a note that read, "Please keep this between us only." She claims it came from Michael.

Michael Lohan says, "I never sent Kate any package. The papers say that she got the package from her friends, not me. The treatment center that she's in, sovereign health, is behind this because I'm suing them because the last time Kate was out there they permitted her to sneak into the male dorm and have sex with one of the other patients. Sovereign is behind this entire thing. What treatment centers allows more drama from clients who are in there to resolve indifference - This is the absolute wrong time for Kate and I to be butting heads. We should be on a united front for the sake of our children."

Rehab facilities typically ban patients from using cellphones and calling people on the outside.

In her separation docs, she's asking for legal custody of the kids, joint physical custody and spousal support. This will be a tough road, because both Kate and Michael lost custody of their 2 kids after a blowout fight in October.

Will Brittney Griner ever consider forgiving Gilbert Arenas for the stupid sexist comments he made about the WNBA??

Griner says EVERYONE in the league knows what Gilbert said -- and personally, she doesn't ever want to see him at a WNBA game ever again.

Miss Universe now has a raging war on its hands ... between Latina contestants and Miss Philippines.

Sources who were backstage at Sunday's pageant tell TMZ, after Steve Harvey throned and quickly de-throned Miss Colombia ... Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Costa Rica, Miss Mexico and other Latina contestants swarmed Miss Colombia to console her.

The women were NOT blaming Steve Harvey, whom they said was gracious. They were squarely and tearfully blaming Miss Philippines for the embarrassment, although no one could coherently explain why the snafu was her fault.

Some of the Latina contestants were grousing backstage ... Miss Philippines did not deserve the crown. We're told most of them snubbed the winner, not congratulating her on the victory.

We're told there has been a fierce competition between Colombia and the Philippines in the pageant's history, and it certainly reared its head Sunday night.

Shanna Moakler, a former Miss USA and pageant honcho, told us on "TMZ Live" Monday the competition between Colombia and the Philippines is extremely fierce.

Snoop Dogg is MADDDDDD as hell at Chip Kelly ... blasting the Eagles coach for screwing over his fantasy football team ... and it ain't pretty.

Pras Michel, one of the members of the hugely successful The Fugees says not even an induction into the Rock and Roll H.O.F could guarantee a group reunion.

Pras appears on an upcoming episode of Theo Von and Matt Weiss' "Allegedly" podcast later this week and talks about the group's rocky history and the chance they'll be inducted. It's interesting though, when asked if they'd reunite at the ceremony, Pras sounds anything but optimistic.

Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank are in the middle of a bitter breakup, calling it quits on their R&B supergroup TGT after only one album ... and Ginuwine thinks the whole thing is wack.

Tyrese broke the news on social media, saying it wasn't anyone's fault ... but he and Tank were moving on without Ginuwine.

That announcement didn't sit well with Ginuwine, who immediately blasted Tyrese for airing their dirty laundry. He dismissed it as a "p***y move" from a diva. His advice to Tyrese -- "Call me don't try and manipulate the situation publicly wack wack wack of you."

Tyrese eventually deleted his original break up post.

This drama's been building since their first, and now last, album in 2013. They had to cut short a tour when Tyrese blamed Ginuwine for showing up incoherent to gigs and interviews.
