Floyd Mayweather is shooting down Dana White's $25 MILLION offer to fight Conor McGregor ... saying simply, "You're a f**king comedian!"

Earlier Friday, White appeared on 'The Herd' on FS1 and made the official offer for the fight -- $25 mil each plus part of the Pay-Per-View profits.

Floyd was clearly INSULTED by the offer and told us to look at his watch ... a limited edition Hublot Laferrari which usually starts around $220k and can run up to around $350k.

The message ... Dana's number is WAYYYY too low.

Back to the drawing board.

Soulja Boy needs to clear the air about boxing Chris Brown -- telling us exactly why he's fighting, how the match will end ... and about his struggle to put down weed beforehand.

Soulja sounded focused and pumped about training when we got him Friday at LAX. He says there will definitely be a knockout ... no matter what Mike Tyson says.

He says last he heard -- from Floyd Mayweather -- the fight's happening in Vegas or L.A. ... but Soulja's just getting back from Hong Kong, and we're guessing he missed the update from Wack 100 that it's moving to Dubai.

Soulja also had one final message for Chris, and it's a little hard to believe.

For the record, White says Floyd never officially made that offer ... but his offer to Floyd is REAL.

Jessica Chastain should quit her bitchin' about birth control costs and start preachin' about abstinence ... so says Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza.

Garza -- who has 6 kids -- went after the "Zero Dark Thirty" star after she tweeted about a Senate vote this week that struck down an amendment requiring insurance companies to pay for contraceptives.

Chastain wrote, "#BirthControl is no longer covered by health insurance. Congrats USA, you're doing your part to keep women out of the work force. #smfh."

Garza no likey ... and responded, "It's called abstinence, a word that has been forgotten amongst this generation... it's the best contraceptive... #juatsayin."

Soulja Boy is no Glass Joe -- Chris Brown won't be knocking his ass out in the 1st round ... so says Brown's coach Mike Tyson.

Tyson gave his fight prediction for the big celebrity clash between Chris and Soulja -- and he gave Soulja A LOT lot more credit than most people are giving him.

Tyson thinks there will be some real "scrappin" when the two throw down -- and predicts a great fight.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife is calling off the dogs -- dropping the lawsuit accusing him of assaulting her during a vacation in Costa Rica ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Michelle Ghent filed a request to dismiss the whole case. As we first reported, Michelle sued back in 2015 ... claiming he strangled her during an argument and threatened to kill her. Terrence claimed it was mutual combat.

A source connected to the case tells us this was no settlement though -- Terrence didn't pay her a dime. We're told lawyers' fees on both sides just got astronomical, and Michelle decided to walk away from the legal fight.

Ghent's attorney tells us it wasn't about money, but more that she didn't want his children -- who were on the vacation -- dragged into the case as witnesses.

Randy Moss' baby mama is calling BS on the ex-NFL receiver after he claimed she blew $4 MILLION on drugs ... telling TMZ Sports, "I've been clean for years."

Moss called out his ex on Twitter last month ... claiming the mother of his 5 children refused to get treatment for a drug addiction in order to see her kids.

We spoke to Libby Offutt ... who says Moss' allegations are completely untrue and an attempt to keep her from seeing her children.

"I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since," Offutt says. "He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs. Where’s his proof?”

Offutt -- who provided us with documentation of recently passed drug tests -- says she believes Moss unleashed the Twitter rant because he was upset she tried to connect with the kids around Xmas.

“I drove 4 hours on the 26th to take my kids their Christmas presents and his wife wouldn’t let me see the kids or even leave their presents for them."

"He was mad and acted very immature, saying false things that the children are gonna read eventually, subjecting them to more unnecessary emotional stress. And why bash the woman that brought 5 of your children into this world?!"

Soulja Boy's house was burglarized Tuesday ... in the throes of his war with Chris Brown that now has tinges of a gang feud.

Law enforcement sources tell us a man busted into Soulja's Hollywood Hills home early Tuesday morning. After busting the front door down the crook nabbed $10k in cash and $12k in jewelry.

We're told SB wasn't home at the time of the burglary ... but his house is wired with surveillance cameras, one of which captured the suspect's image.

TMZ broke the story ... Soulja and Chris Brown are taking their feud into a boxing ring -- probably in Dubai. Wack 100, who's siding squarely with Soulja, says very clearly the fight is being controlled by West Coast gangs. Chris' team, which includes Mike Tyson, begs to differ.

Cops are investigating the incident ... they were at the house again Wednesday afternoon. We're told so far there's no evidence Chris or his crew were involved.

Gilbert Arenas is gunning for his ex-wife in court for repeating an STD claim about him that already cost her $110k ... TMZ has learned.

The ex-NBA star filed a defamation lawsuit against Laura Govan, as well as her attorney, Maya Shulman, over a December blog post about the longstanding war between the exes. In the post, Shulman said Laura was "stating a fact" when she accused Gilbert of giving her an STD.

As we reported, Gilbert won a hefty defamation judgement against Laura over that very allegation. In the new suit, he says Laura and her attorney clearly didn't learn their lesson -- and the December comment constitutes another instance of smearing his good name.

He says Shulman dug her own grave when she issued a retraction -- in the comments section of the blog -- admitting she doesn't "know any 'fact' that supports" Laura's STD claims. Gilbert says it proves she knowingly made a false statement.

He adds the retraction didn't come until 2 weeks later, and was NOT prominent on the site. He's suing both women for damages.

There will be no Kenyon Martin/George Karl peace summit ... the ex-NBA star says the guy is a "clown" and his explanation he gave for the hurtful things he said in his book is BS.

Kenyon was out in NYC hyping up BIG3 when we asked for his thoughts on Karl. He told TMZ Sports he regretted the way he spoke about Kenyon's father situation in his new book.

It's clear Martin isn't even close to forgiving Karl and has absolutely no desire to work things out with his former coach.

Rajon Rondo didn't get on the team bus with the rest of the Chicago Bulls to travel from the hotel in D.C. to the Verizon Center Tuesday ... but the team insists it has NOTHING to do with his beef with head coach Fred Hoiberg.

TMZ Sports spotted Rondo getting into a private car at his hotel before the Bulls played the Wizards -- while the team bus was parked right outside.

The timing is interesting since Rondo has voiced serious displeasure with Hoiberg over his recent 5 game benching.

But a rep for the Bulls tells TMZ Sports there's a perfectly good explanation for Rondo traveling solo.

"On game days, Rajon often goes to the arena early before the team bus departs the hotel. We have few players who will do this when they want to get in extra work pregame."

Rondo played 27 minutes in the Bulls' loss to the Wizards but went off on Hoiberg after the game -- saying his benching was "bulls**t."

President-elect Donald Trump just went ballistic on a reporter from one of the news outlets he's blaming for spreading the alleged Russian hack report on him.

Trump's news conference got super heated when a CNN reporter tried to get his attention to ask a question. Mind you, Trump had already called out BuzzFeed and CNN multiple times for the "fake news" -- so the reporter couldn't possibly have thought this would go well.

It didn't. EPIC verbal melee.

George Karl is finally expressing remorse about the controversial comments he made about Carmelo Anthony and Kenyon Martin ... saying, "I think I said that the wrong way."

Karl came under fire for a passage in his new book that said guys like Melo and Kenyon didn't know how to act like men because they didn't have fathers in their lives growing up.

Kenyon blasted Karl as a coward and terrible person.

We saw the ex-NBA coach in NYC moments ago and asked if he regretted what he wrote. He wouldn't go as far to say, "Yes" ... but he doesn't exactly defend his work either.
