O.J. Simpson's taking a transphobic shot at Caitlyn Jenner for her claim she and Kris Jenner knew damn well O.J. killed Nicole and Ron Goldman.

Simpson was out in Las Vegas when a photog asked him about Caitlyn's recent comments. At first, he said he's never met Caitlyn and claims he barely knew Bruce, despite the fact they vacationed together. Then he started jabbing.

Watch ... O.J. seems to think his comment is lighthearted, or even a joke.

We're guessing Caitlyn won't be laughing about it, and we're sure, after seeing this ... there's bad blood between the old friends.

Btw, O.J. also makes it clear he's loving the Vegas life.

Lil Wayne grabbed a mic in Houston, while Travis Scott grabbed major air as both rappers celebrated their pal Jas Prince's birthday in Houston.

The turn up went down Tuesday night at Warehouse Live ... where the hip-hop mogul threw a huge party for his 30th. Of course, Jas discovered Drake, and hooked him up with Weezy's label, Young Money.

Wayne paid back his "little bro" by jumping on stage for the event. Meanwhile, Jas' fellow H-Town native Travis was doing some serious stage dives. Jas got into it too ... on a smaller scale.

It's interesting, Jas is still in a legal war with Birdman to get royalties on Drake's hits.

Teresa Giudice thinks Sofia Vergara acted like a "bitch" during a photo-op, which is totally out of line because -- according to Teresa -- Sofia's an immigrant and oughta act nice.

The 'RHONJ' star spilled the beans last week during a panel discussion -- "Gettin Real With The Housewives" -- where the audience asked about her best and worst celeb encounters. Teresa tore Sofia apart.

Here's what happened, according to Teresa. She and Sofia took a pic last week together while at a media event and Sofia supposedly stepped in front of her to steal the spotlight. Then she griped about posing with Teresa.

Teresa straight-up calls Sofia a bitch. She then gets xenophobic ... saying immigrants should be good-natured.

On a positive note ... at least Jennifer Lopez is all good in Teresa's book.

Remy Ma's first order of business after landing a new recording deal is teaming up with Lil Kim and shading the hell outta Nicki Minaj.

Sources close to the deal tell TMZ ... Columbia Records exec Shawn Holiday signed Remy to a multi-million dollar deal, and Remy immediately started working with Nicki's arch nemesis, Kim. We're told their track is called, "Wake Me Up."

The track is riddled with subliminal shots at Nicki:

-- "That crown I'm gon take that sh*t. Cause you a clown and homie don't play that sh*t."

-- "I heard he lay that d***. You let them filet that fish. You just met him how he bae that quick?"

Sounds like Remy's taking shots at Nicki's relationship with Nas ... which, publicly at least, took off pretty quickly. We're told Remy and Kim shot a music video for the track last week in the Bronx.

Remy has a new manager too ... Vincent Herbert, who used to rep his now estranged wife, Tamar Braxton, before she filed for divorce.

T.J. Dillashaw is firing back at Cody Garbrandt for all the snake emojis he's hit him with ... saying his UFC rival should have a prostitute emoji 'cause Urijah Faber's his pimp!!

"Urijah's more his daddy (than his coach/teammate)," T.J. said on the "TMZ Sports" TV show. "He tells him what to do and how to feel ... he's just on his leash and he listens to him."

Garbrandt's been trashing Dillashaw ever since he left him and Faber's MMA team 2 years ago -- droppin' snake-mojis all over social media.

So, we asked T.J. what emoji he would give Cody -- and he went with a working girl ... so long as it came with a pimp emoji for Faber.

Rampage Jackson says there's only 1 way he can get square with Nick Diaz after Diaz tried to swoop his girl -- FIGHT!!!!!!

"Nick Diaz, come to my weight class. You know you disrespected me. You know you was outta order. Come to my weight class, motherf**ker!"

FYI, Rampage and Nick were out partying in Vegas last week ... when Nick made his move in a video that some people think was staged.

But now ... we got Jackson calling out the elder Diaz bro -- even though Nick's at least 50 pounds lighter than him.

Is Rampage being serious? Hard to tell ... but anything to get Diaz back in the cage, right??

Fun Fact: This rivalry goes back to a 100% real (and hilarious) incident where Rampage hollered at Nick's girl inside a Burger King.

Ex-NHL bad boy Sean Avery and Martin Brodeur absolutely hated each other on the ice ... but now that they're both retired, is it time to bury the hatchet over some coffee??

FYI -- the beef goes all the way back to the '08 Stanley Cup playoffs when Avery stood right in front of Brodeur to distract him from blocking the net ... and there's been bad blood ever since.

So we asked the controversial hockey star if he'd ever be willing to grab a cup of joe with Brodeur ... and it's clear he's not about it.

DJ Carnage went OFF on Deadmau5 Friday night after he allegedly got pushed by him ... and claims about 20 security guards were sicced on him afterward.

Carnage posted an angry rant after the altercation at the Cemetery of Sound concert in Calgary, Canada. He says he'd just finished up his set when Deadmau5 was walking up to the stage to start his ... and got shoved out of the way by Deadmau5.

Carnage claims he heard Deadmau5's tour manager was talking trash and admits he confronted him about it ... and that's when the shove happened.

Deadmau5 responded with his own account -- he claims Carnage hung around way too long after his set and was looking for trouble, but when he ignored him ... Carnage got pissed and shoved HIS security guard. Deadmau5 says that's when the horde of event security jumped in and escorted Carnage away.

Either way, this beef isn't going away anytime soon -- Carnage says he's going to be performing with Deadmau5 at many festivals to come ... and Deadmau5 is getting his own shots in.

Kathy Griffin is ripping into Andy Cohen for dissing her to a TMZ photog -- and says he was a horrible misogynist to her while she was at Bravo.

Kathy was reacting to a video we posted where Andy joked he had no idea who Kathy was. It seemed clear he held some sort of grudge ... possibly over Kathy calling their mutual friend, Anderson Cooper, "spineless."

But she is making it clear it goes way deeper than that. Andy was a Bravo exec when Kathy's 'My Life on the D-List' was airing ... as well as several of her comedy specials. She claims Andy "Treated me like a dog" and was "deeply misogynistic."

She wasn't more specific about the allegation.

Tyrese insists the permanent restraining order his ex is trying to get against him is based on a story his daughter was coached into telling.

Tyrese filed docs saying the only evidence his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, has is hearsay from their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla. He firmly believes the little girl has been coached by someone while under Norma's care. Tyrese is not necessarily pointing the finger at Norma, but says someone coached Shayla.

He also says the only recent domestic violence incident was when Norma texted him saying she wanted to have his fingers cut off. She confessed, in a court declaration, to sending the message.

As we reported ... Norma's trying to keep Tyrese away from her and Shayla, claiming the singer went into a rage and pushed Shayla to the ground and beat her.

Andy Cohen's stoked about co-hosting CNN's New Year's Eve show with his pal, Anderson Cooper, this year, but has severe amnesia about the comedian who had the gig before him.

The 'Watch What Happens Live' host was at LAX when he told us he and Anderson are already prepping for their 4-hour spectacular. He got really quiet though when we asked if he'd talked to Kathy Griffin -- who CNN fired from the NYE show after the Trump beheading photo debacle.

Andy's response was hilarious -- unless you're Kathy. Remember, she called Anderson "spineless" when he publicly called her out over the Trump thing. It seems Andy's holding a grudge.

If you never saw that classic Mariah response to someone asking her about J Lo, just watch ... Andy does a dead-on impression.

Michael Bisping just went OFF on the guy suing him over an alleged altercation at a gym back in July -- acknowledging there was an "unfortunate incident," but saying he never assaulted anyone.

Bisping appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Friday on FS1) and talked all about the lawsuit ... telling us why he thinks the accuser is lying and looking to make a quick buck.

The Count also told us about his Hollywood plans after UFC 217 -- which include TWO big blockbusters.

In fact, Bisping says he sparred with one of his famous co-stars and it seems like he put a beating on the actor!

Chris Brown's baby mama is walking away from one legal battle after working things out with the woman she claims made death threats against her.

Nia Guzman and Shakur Sozahdah both ran to court earlier this month and got temporary restraining orders against each other. As we reported, Nia claimed Shakur was threatening her and daughter Royalty. Shakur claimed Guzman was harassing her because she's a witness in Nia's custody battle with Chris.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, though ... the ladies have resolved the dispute through mediation. Both restraining orders are gone and the cases have been dismissed.

The only remnant of their beef -- Shakur's diss track. That s**t is forever.

Michael Rapaport is finally coming clean about his beef with LeBron James ... saying it all goes back to how The King treated his 2 sons back in the day.

"When they ran into LeBron, he dissed my kids," Rapaport said on The Breakfast Club. "He gave 'em the f**kin' Heisman and turned his back to them."

Mike thinks 'Bron held a grudge against him 'cause their friends of friends had a bad falling out ... and took it out on his boys.

Rapaport couldn't believe it -- and says that makes LBJ the worst celeb he's ever met.

"It has nothing to do with a 10 and an 8-year-old ... don't play me and my kids."

"Out of all the athletes, out of all the celebrities, out of all the rappers I've ever met -- especially with my kids -- that was the only motherf**ker that ever did that. And I was like, 'Hell f**kin' no.'"

3:56 PM PT -- O'Reilly is apologizing to Eric, and says "The message I tried to send was that allegations harm kids. Nothing more."

Ex-Fox News Channel anchor Eric Bolling is firing a warning shot to his old co-worker Bill O'Reilly for bringing up his son's death to the New York Times -- the message ... back off.

Bolling released a statement Monday in response to an interview O'Reilly did with the Times over the weekend -- in which the fired FNC host suggested Bolling's son, Eric Jr., was dead because of stories the paper ran about his dad. Eric Sr. doesn't mince words, even for Bill.

Bolling says, "I believe it is beyond inappropriate for anyone to bring in the tragic death of my son Eric Chase Bolling Jr. Just as Bill O'Reilly had wanted to shield his children from the allegations against him, I hope he will honor my request and avoid any future mentions of my son. My parting from Fox News was in no way connected to ... my son's passing."

He goes on to say that the coroner has indicated to him that Eric Jr.'s death was an accident ... and to also take a shot at Bill directly by saying ... "Unlike others who left Fox News amid public allegations and extensive investigations, I parted ways with Fox News in an amicable way and any reference to a firing is flatly wrong."

As we reported ... Eric Jr. died in bed after suffering emotional torture. The coroner has not announced cause of death.

Mel B coldly boxed up and tossed out her estranged husband's stuff ... according to Stephen Belafonte, who's not taking it well.

Stephen says Mel packed up 10 boxes of his belongings, which he picked up on Oct. 4 -- but he was shocked at what was NOT in the boxes. He says he was expecting to see his personal baby pics, clothes, shoes and paperwork.

Instead, he says all he got were Mel's old clothes, some crappy used towels and his step daughter Angel's clothes. Stephen thinks Mel trashed his stuff in retaliation. He's filed docs asking the judge to let him go on a search and recover mission.

Remember, Mel has a restraining order against Stephen -- but he's requesting a 2-3 hour reprieve, so he can go into the house and get his stuff.
