State Farm to Shannen Doherty Calm Down, It's Only Cancer ... Claims Actress Is Just Looking for Sympathy

Shannen Doherty is dying of cancer and has been displaced from her damaged home after the devastating California wildfires -- damage she's fighting State Farm to repair -- and now the insurance company says cancer doesn't justify a total remodel.
Shannen has sued State Farm over the amount the company is willing to pay to make her home right again. State Farm is saying her home didn't suffer fire or structural damage. Nevertheless, State Farm claims in new legal docs it's paid more than $1 million, which includes remediation, professional cleaning and rent for a temporary house for a year.
.@ABC NEWS EXCLUSIVE: @DohertyShannen opens up about her private health battle. “I’m stage four – my cancer came back.”@arobachhttps://t.co/IvsAr3odaj pic.twitter.com/Amhcm7x5Q4
— Good Morning America (@GMA) February 4, 2020 @GMA
State Farm says, Shannen "improperly claims she is entitled to have her entire home rebuilt at a cost of $2.7 million because she has breast cancer and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease."
And, get this ... State Farm says, "In fact, the first sentence of [Shannen's] memorandum ... reveals [her] plan at trial to garner sympathy by her contention that State Farm must rebuild her entire house ..."
Shannen revealed she has stage 4 breast cancer and it's terminal.

Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli We're Movin' On!!! ... List $28 Million Estate
-
Exclusive
Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have listed their massively expensive home, TMZ has learned, but our sources say it has NOTHING to do with the college admissions scandal or their upcoming trial.
Lori and Mossimo have quietly put their Bel-Air estate on the market for $28,650,000. It's in one of the best areas of L.A.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, they're doing what they always do ... following Mossimo's passion for architecture. He's super talented at redoing homes, and this one's no exception. They bought the house in 2015 for $13.9 million and listed it 2 years later for $35 million but took it off the market in July 2018.
The house is pretty great ... 12,000-square-feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 baths and on and on.
So Mossimo did his thing, and now they're ready for another home challenge. They've done this for years, selling the family home every 3 to 5 years.
And, check this out. Realtors at this price point typically get 5% of the purchase price -- which they split if there's a separate agent for the seller and the buyer. If someone offers full price that would mean the commission would be $1.43 million. The deal is ... the commission will be maxed out at $1 mil -- take it or leave it.

Blac Chyna Judge Says She's Gotta Pay $72K ... To Former Landlord
-
Exclusive
- 7.6K shares
Blac Chyna's gotta write a fat check to her former landlord for allegedly bailing on her lease and not paying rent ... because she didn't even bother to fight the lawsuit against her.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... BC's been ordered to fork over nearly $72,000 to Michael Kremerman, who sued her for unpaid rent and damages to the rental home.
It's a default judgment, meaning the judge ruled for Kremerman because Chyna never responded to the suit.
As we first reported ... the landlord filed suit against Blac Chyna back in April, claiming she bolted on her lease 5 months early, didn't pay a dime after leaving and removed fixtures and equipment from the pad.
The landlord said BC was $48,546 in the red, and he sued for that amount plus interest and attorney's fees ... hence the $72k judgment.
The expensive lesson here for Chyna -- no such thing as free rent.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, is turning her passion into a full-time gig ... because she's officially licensed to sell houses!!!
Jen just got her real estate license in Nevada, according to legal docs obtained by TMZ, and she's joining the team at Realty One Group in Las Vegas.
Sources close to Jen tell TMZ ... she caught the real estate bug after making some extra cash helping agents flip her own homes, and decided she wanted to take real estate classes and pursue a career in the biz.
Jen's been around the game for a while ... we're told she's owned 6 homes in her life and got a thrill out of buying and selling each property. Now she can pocket some commissions!!!
In addition to being licensed in Nevada, we're told Jen wants to eventually get a license in Cali, and she has a house in escrow in Florida she's hoping to turn into an Airbnb.
As you know ... Ronnie and Jen are selling their Las Vegas home after listing it 3 months ago. Jen only got her real estate license in January, so she didn't land that listing.
Probably for the best, considering their track record.

12:32 PM PT -- YG's bail has been set at $250,000.
11:14 AM PT -- Tacopina tells TMZ, YG has been arrested on suspicion of robbery based on an ongoing investigation. He says, "This has become even more outrageous ... normally, in the American justice system, you get arrested after an investigation is completed. The motives here are pretty clear."
11:06 AM PT -- YG has recruited powerhouse attorney Joe Tacopina, who tells us, "This arrest is one that caught YG completely off guard because there is no truth to them. YG has no idea what investigators are talking about and we have not been provided with any details ... we are learning about this case through the media."
Tacopina continues, "Rest assured, my client will be cleared of all charges, if they even survive past the arraignment."
Tacopina also raises questions about the motive and timing of the arrest, saying, "YG has a performance scheduled at The Grammy's Sunday where he will honor Nipsey Hussle ... so the timing is suspect, to put it mildly."
YG's friend and fellow rapper, The Game, also seems to have some questions about the timing of the bust ... taking to Twitter to express his concerns.
9:32 AM PT -- Cops now have YG in custody, and law enforcement sources tell us he's being transported to a jail to be booked for robbery.
YG's Friday is off to a troubling start -- cops showed up on his doorstep before sunrise armed with a search warrant ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the rapper's San Fernando Valley home around 4 AM, and they're still there now. YG is home, and we're told they have a search warrant and an arrest warrant related to a robbery case.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Jen Harley $elling Vegas Crib ... Drama Not Included!!!
-
Exclusive
- 1.1K shares
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley are officially moving on ... when it comes to their Vegas home anyway, 'cause TMZ's learned they've listed it for sale.
Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the 'Jersey Shore' star and Jen put their home on the market 3 months ago for a cool $869,900 and we're told the reasoning is surprisingly quite simple -- Ron's moving to L.A. and Jen's got no use for it and is game for selling it.
We're told Ronnie plunked down all the cash for the crib back in October 2017, but they'll split the profits, if any. They bought it for $725k. Our sources also say the sale has nothing to do with their drama-filled relationship ... it's just that, logistically, they don't need it.
A source close to Ronnie tells us he footed all the bills for the home as well ... and Jen also had a place of her own in the city.
The house itself is a marvel ... 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and nearly 3,000 square feet of living space. It's nestled inside a gated community ... so, privacy. It also features a full panoramic view of the strip, city and mountains. There's also a relaxing spa.
Ronnie and Jen, however, did anything but relax in that house -- the site of some of their most volatile fights in their frequently hostile relationship.

Larry King and his estranged wife have taken a big step in their ongoing divorce proceedings ... by unloading their mansion in Beverly Hills.
We broke the story ... Larry and Shawn Southwick listed their massive pad in October for $16.995 million, in hopes of reaching a divorce settlement quickly and smoothly.
So far so good, because TMZ's learned it officially sold today for $15.5 million.
The ex-couple bought the 5-bed, Tuscan-style house in 2007 for just under $12 mil, so despite the drop in their initial asking price ... they still netted a nice profit.
The property is 11,000 square feet and features a master suite with twin bathrooms, a skylit foyer, a pool, a trophy room ... and comes with a 2-bedroom guest house to boot. Mega-realtor Kurt Rappaport had the listing.
'Jeopardy!' G.O.A.T. Contestants Big Winners, Very Different Spenders ... $1 Mil Prize on the Line
-
Exclusive
The "Jeopardy!" boys facing off for G.O.A.T. status already have tons of cash to their names -- and with even more up for grabs ... we noticed they have very different spending habits.
TMZ did some digging, and it turns out Ken Jennings, Brad Rutter and James Holzhauer have chosen to splurge (or not splurge) on unique causes -- and you'd be surprised at who's done what with their dough. BTW, this new 3-day tourney's got a million-dollar cash prize.
That said ... let's get into the numbers a bit.
Starting with Ken, the guy's racked up a grand total of about $3.5 million in "Jeopardy!" winnings over the years between his regular 74-game streak in '04 and other tournaments he's competed in since. Looks like KJ's an investor type -- he's got quite the portfolio.
Ken's got a crib with an estimated value of $2.1 million in Seattle. He's also pledged 10% of his OG $2.52 mil haul to the Mormon church and has announced a couple other donations. Other monies are tied up in stocks and bonds.
James seems a bit more charitable, at least publicly. He's pulled in around $2.7 mil from "Jeopardy!" and a good amount has gone to charities like Project 150, Communities in Schools of Nevada, Vegas-Clark County Library District Foundation and the Lustgarten Foundation.
Mariah Carey Family of 4 Crashes Dominican Palace ... to Celebrate Milestones!!!
-
Exclusive
- 1.4K shares
All Mariah Carey wanted for 2020 was a massive place to celebrate a big year and ring in the new one ... and she got exactly that with a palace in the Dominican Republic.
Mimi spent just a little over a week in the Juanillo Estates in the luxury community of Cap Cana. She was there with her BF, Bryan Tanaka, and her 8-year-old twin kids, Moroccan and Monroe.
The estate's fit for an R&B queen -- 40,000-square-feet of interior space, its own private white-sand beach, 9 bedrooms, a 24-seat grand dining table, an expansive wraparound pool, and, not one, but TWO fully-equipped kitchens. Oh yeah, the pad's also fully staffed. #Baller.
MC celebrated two huge 2019 milestones -- her Christmas classic, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," made her the first artist to ever hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in four separate decades. She also released a new music video for the track ... which has already eclipsed 32-million views.
And, to ring in the New Year ... Mariah and the fam enjoyed a quarter-million-dollar fireworks show. Now that's getting lit.
Anyone looking to rent out Mariah's spot better get ready to shell out a pretty penny ... it costs around $18k per night to stay at the $30 million estate.
Talk about a high note!!!

NBA's Gus Williams Sued For $1 Million ... You Stiffed Me & Trashed The House!!!
-
Exclusive
Gus Williams -- a two-time All-Star for the Seattle SuperSonics -- is being sued by a man who claims the ex-NBA champ didn't pay him for a house ... and trashed the place to boot.
The man behind the suit is Todd Mustin, who says back in 2017 ... he put his 5-bedroom, 5,000 square-foot Sherman Oaks, Calif. pad up for sale -- when things went awry.
Mustin claims he sold the house to a woman named Megan Zucaro ... but when she only coughed up $1 million of the roughly $1.9 mil she agreed to pay for the place, Williams stepped in.
Mustin says the 66-year-old -- who won an NBA title with the Sonics in the 1978-79 season -- agreed to take over the place and pay off the remaining $900K.
The problem? Mustin says the former point guard NEVER paid a dime ... and claims the guy and his family trashed the crib in the meantime.
Mustin claims Williams and his family left the place an absolute dump ... telling TMZ Sports they left feces in the toilets and trash all over.
To be clear, Williams had every right to trash the place -- he did buy it after all -- but Mustin claims the disaster he left behind on the property proves the dude is a complete jerk.
Now, Mustin claims Williams owes him $900K -- plus interest -- for never paying for the house after he agreed to take it off Zucaro's hands.
Attempts to reach Williams for comment were unsuccessful.

Aaron Rodgers, Danica Patrick Snag Malibu Mansion for $28 Mil
Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick have, as they say, taken their relationship to a new level, because they are now living together in a Malibu estate after plunking down $28 million -- all cash!
The beneficiaries of the $28 mil are Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field. They bought the property in July 2019 for $20.25 mil, so nice profit.
As for the house ... it's pretty amazing. It's 4,636 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with a 2-bedroom guesthouse, and of course ... the obligatory swimming pool.
Our real estate sources say Aaron and Danica are no strangers to the house. They rented it over the summer and became the owners in November. The sale was very much on the down-low.
The estate is held in a trust, and it's impossible to know who's behind that trust. We do know, however, Aaron and Danica have been living in it together.
The house has quite the pedigree. It was previously owned by Netflix Content Chief Ted Sarandos and leased by Janet Jackson.
Get ready, Malibu -- Danica loves to traverse Pacific Coast Highway in the Bu. She once said, "I use my horn more in one day than most people do in their whole lives. If I can make people know they've done something wrong on the road, then I've helped them. And they won't be dumb again."

No gym or tanning rooms as far as we can tell, but there's plenty of space to pop 'em in afterward if Mike and Lauren are so inclined. The L's good though ... it comes with a washer and dryer.
With all that room, you gotta imagine the newlyweds have babies on the brain ... they've been very open about wanting to start a family.

Mohamed Hadid Company's Bankruptcy Denied Clears Way for Mansion Tear Down
-
Exclusive

Mohamed Hadid might need a wrecking ball much sooner than expected -- his company just took a big L, which means he can't delay a court order to tear down a planned $100 million Bel-Air mansion.
TMZ broke the story ... Hadid's company, 901 Strada LLC, filed for bankruptcy last month after a judge ruled the massive home it was building was not up to code, a threat to public safety ... and had to be immediately torn down.
However, in a Tuesday ruling in bankruptcy court ... a judge found 901 Strada had filed to go belly up for the "sole purpose of preventing the enforcement of the state court order" to demolish the mansion.
Translation: the judge saw through the company's effort to use the bankruptcy court as a shield.
The demolition alone of the home -- known as the "Starship Enterprise" because it's so huge -- will reportedly cost $5 million. Hadid has said his company doesn't have a budget for demo costs, only construction.
Tuesday's ruling means he better start doing some juggling with his budget.
Mohamed's company can refile for bankruptcy in about 6 months, but there's no guarantee that will solve his problems. In the meantime, that court order for demolition is hanging over his head.
