Kendall Jenner and Ben Simmons haven't confirmed they're an item yet, but they're already eating from the same fridge, apparently.

Sources tell us the two have been holing up in a $25k/month rental in L.A. It's unclear whose name is on the lease, but they've both been spotted coming in and out of the ultra modern crib frequently, and we're told the lease term is for several months.

The 5 bedroom, 6 bath home has a pool and is centrally located near the Grove and trendy Fairfax area, which explains why they've been spotted around town so much.

Kendall recently purchased Charlie Sheen's old Beverly Hills home, but she's putting some of her own touches on the crib, so this could be her crash pad in the meantime.

While LeBron James decides where he's playing next season, he's been balling out in his own private mansion in Anguilla ... at a place that runs $75 GRAND a week!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Cavs superstar (for now, at least) is living it up at the Anguilla Beach House at Meads Bay ... which is essentially a villa on steroids.

Kanye West's neighbor in NYC just struck what looks like a sweet deal to buy the rapper's SoHo apartment.

The pad is actually two adjacent spaces Ye purchased back in 2004 and 2006 -- one for $1.89 million and other for $1.25 million ... so, $3.14 million total.

One was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, while the other was a studio -- and Kanye eventually combined both of them into one large unit.

Well, Kanye unloaded the combined and remodeled crib for $3 million in May. Considering he paid more and then clearly put work into the place ... seems like he might have lost some dough on the deal.

As for a budget on her new place? Marina said what you'd expect from someone flipping 8-figure mansions ... "The sky is the limit."

It's unclear exactly who the homes were purchased for, but our source says the rapper took care of his parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandmothers and great-grandmothers.

The attempted burglary went down Wednesday night when the perps smashed a window at the mansion ... according to our law enforcement sources -- but something scared them off. We're told nothing was stolen from Jeff's crib.

However, we're told cops think the guys who hit casa Bezos might be the same guys who, hours later, successfully burglarized another nearby mansion. Cops spotted a car fleeing the scene early Thursday morning and gave chase.

The pursuit continued for 25 minutes but, in this case ... the bad guys won. They ditched the getaway car and fled on foot. The 3 suspects are still at large.

Mohamed Hadid is still living large on a precarious Bel-Air hill, exposing his neighbors to a disaster -- even after the city ordered him to partially tear it down ... according to his furious neighbors.

Four of them are suing Gigi and Bella Hadid's dad for not following through with the terms of his plea deal. The city cracked down on Mohamed in 2015 over his so-called 'Starship Enterprise' mega-mansion, which was illegally built out to 30,000 sq. feet.

Prosecutors charged him, and he ended up pleading no contest ... and getting 3 years probation, community service and fines. He also agreed to hire an engineer to create a plan to stabilize the hillside because neighbors were freaking out about possible mudslides.

In the lawsuit, the 4 neighbors say the city hasn't done any follow-up to reduce the ginormous pad's footprint.
