Allen Hurns is unloading his Jacksonville pad after the Jaguars kicked him to the curb this offseason ... putting his Florida creekside mansion up for sale for $1.3 MILLION ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The new Dallas Cowboys wideout bought the place back in August 2016 a few weeks after inking a 4-year, $40 million deal with the Jags ... but, Jacksonville cut him this past March -- so his loss can now be your gain!

The place is fancy ... with Jim Pittman of Pittman Real Estate Team tellin' us it's got five bedrooms, four bathrooms (plus two half baths), 5,805 square feet -- and a huge covered pool in the backyard.

It's also got its own dock leading to the creek in the yard ... but no word yet if the two jet skis parked there come with the crib.

Don't feel bad for Hurns for having to cut ties with the spot ... he signed a 2-year, $12 million deal with the Cowboys ... AND he could theoretically make $200k on the mansion if he gets his asking price.

The Cardinals cut ties with Tyrann Mathieu ... so he's cutting ties with Arizona -- putting his million dollar desert mansion on the market for $1.4 mil ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Honey Badger bought the 5,700 square foot pad back in April 2017 -- when he was in the middle of a five-year, $62.5 million deal. But he got the chop from the Cards in March and signed with the Houston Texans ... so his loss can be your gain!

As we reported ... the two have been crashing in a $25k/month L.A. rental, but the lease is short-term.

One of the places they've been checking out is a 5 bedroom, 5 bath modern home in Bev Hills. The draw is the 4,000 sq. ft. pad is spread out on 4 acres with incredible views of L.A., and a bit off the beaten path ... meaning it's hard to find because it's so secluded.

Can't blame Kendall for wanting the privacy ... she's had her fair share of run-ins with trespassers. Her other home that's being renovated is inside a nearby gated community.

Rich the Kid and his girlfriend, Tori Brixx, are moving out of the downtown Los Angeles apartment where they were attacked and robbed at gunpoint by several men earlier this month ... because neither could sleep there at night anymore.

Rich had been crashing at his gf's crib when the home invasion went down ... the home invasion that landed them both in the hospital. We're told they didn't feel safe after returning there, since cops haven't found the culprits yet.

The home was remodeled in 2016 and doesn't look like it needs much work, but we're told Christina will likely put her own touches on it for her show.

The 4,870-square-foot place is gated and has a pool with an adjacent outdoor kitchen. It won an HGTV award for Best Bedroom and Bathroom, which might be how Christina heard about it in the first place.

She'll be living there herself, but her ex-husband, Tarek, won't be far. We're told he got a crib only a few blocks away.

Dan Bilzerian barely had any time to make himself at home in his new Vegas mansion ... thanks to a couple of burglars who ruined his housewarming.

Sources close to Bilzerian tell TMZ ... the renowned poker player dropped $10 million for his new Vegas crib earlier this month but, just 5 days later, surveillance cams caught 2 burglars breaking into the house. We're told items stolen included designer clothes and a bunch of electronics.

Cops were called and took a burglary report. They're now investigating. We're told Dan was not home at the time of the burglary hit. BTW, Dan's new house is a total playboy playground -- with a basketball court, hockey rink, batting cages and, get this, a frigin' golf simulator.

Kanye West's neighbor in NYC just struck what looks like a sweet deal to buy the rapper's SoHo apartment.

The pad is actually two adjacent spaces Ye purchased back in 2004 and 2006 -- one for $1.89 million and other for $1.25 million ... so, $3.14 million total.

One was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, while the other was a studio -- and Kanye eventually combined both of them into one large unit.

Well, Kanye unloaded the combined and remodeled crib for $3 million in May. Considering he paid more and then clearly put work into the place ... seems like he might have lost some dough on the deal.

Christmas came WAY early for Saquon Barkley's parents -- the NY Giants rookie just dropped more than $400,000 on a brand new crib in Pennsylvania for Mom and Dad!!!

The house is pretty nice ... it's got 3,355 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

It's right in the area where Barkley grew up -- and about 90 miles from his new office, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The pad was last listed at $424,500 -- unclear what the final price was.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye's old Bel-Air pad -- the one they transformed and sold for nearly $18 mil -- is back on the market ... and we've obtained never-before-seen pics in and around the palace.

TMZ broke the story, Kimye sold the 10,000 square foot home for $17.8 million back in November. It was scooped up by Ukranian billionaire Marina Acton, who also struck a friendship with Kim in the process.

The crib's full of marble floors, gold fixtures and a complete chef's kitchen. Doesn't look like Marina did much with the walls Kim and Kanye left her ... just a lot of white. And we're told asking price is a totally reasonable -- relatively speaking -- $18 million. The Altman brothers at Douglas Elliman Real Estate Co. will rep the sale.

Acton tells us she's still in love with the home, but is expecting a baby in a few months, so she needs more space ... 10,000 sq. feet more!

Marina -- who says she's having a girl -- tells us her parents plan to join her when she moves, and a new place in Miami or West Palm Beach with a guest house would be ideal.

As for a budget on her new place? Marina said what you'd expect from someone flipping 8-figure mansions ... "The sky is the limit."
