Mariah Carey Baffled By Cannon Beef He's Always Had Access to the Twins
Mariah Carey doesn't know what the hell Nick Cannon is ranting about in his angry rap about child custody and divorce ... sources connected to the singer tell TMZ.
Nick released the song Thursday, in which he says, "And now I can't see my kids 'cause the government sucks," and "It's f***** up that the time you spend with your own kids is called visitation."
Our sources insist Mariah and Nick have gotten along extremely well, especially in the child custody department. They say Mariah has never denied Nick access to the twins and Nick has always been able to see them when he wanted.
As for why Nick has not signed the divorce papers for nearly 2 years, our Mariah sources believe that Nick is being manipulated by his lawyers, because the sources say there's no beef between Mimi and Nick.
Nick raps, "It's been 2 years and I'm the one that's been waiting." It appears he's talking about getting divorced, but we're told Mariah and her lawyer have been pressing Nick to sign the docs for months and months, but he's been stalling.
At the end of his rap, Nick says, "Man, f*** it. Let's sign the papers."

50 Cent & Dr. Dre Sued They Straight Pimped 'P.I.M.P.' From Me!
50 Cent needs to pass some of his pimp juice to a producer who says "P.I.M.P." was jacked from him ... and he's looking for compensation.
Brandon Parrott says he sent 10 tracks to Dr. Dre in 2001 ... in hopes one of Dre's artists -- like Eminem -- would record his music. Cut to 2003, when Parrott says he got a call from a producer for Dre's company, Aftermath Entertainment.
He says the producer admitted Parrott's track, "BAMBA" was used in "P.I.M.P." -- and was included on 50's huge debut album, "Get Rich or Die Tryin'". Parrott says the producer pleaded ignorance -- that he had no idea "BAMBA" was going to end up on the final edit.
In other words: It was an honest mistake.
Parrott says he signed a settlement deal based on that story -- but he's recently heard interviews where it's now clear to him it was no mistake. He feels 50 and Aftermath took advantage of him.
Parrott's going after both parties for a cut of that "P.I.M.P." dough.

KFC Sued Oye Coronel, That's OUR Spanish Slogan!!!
KFC left a Mexican taco shop with a bad taste in its mouth ... it's suing the Colonel for JACKING its Spanish slogan.
According to legal docs, Taqueria El Amigo -- based in Orange County, CA -- claims KFC ripped off its slogan, "Para Chuparse Los Dedos," which Amigo trademarked in 2014.
Translation: "To suck your fingers" or "To lick your fingers." To be clear ... TEA makes no bones over KFC's "Finger Lickin' Good" slogan. It's the Spanish version that pisses them off.
The taco shop says KFC has no business using the Spanish slogan since KFC's trademark application for the same slogan was shot down in February. Amigo says KFC went ahead anyway, launching the Hispanic marketing campaign last month.

Douglas -- who was a key member of Johnnie Cochran's legal team -- says he heard Stephen A.'s statements on "First Take" ... and says, "It's one of the least intelligent things I've ever heard uttered from his mouth."
