Two of Donald Trump's accusers are praying he sues them, because they've already lawyered up and they can't wait to put the candidate under oath.

Jill Harth, who claimed Trump manhandled her, already has her lawyer ... attorney Lisa Bloom. Bloom says she relishes the prospect of taking Trump's deposition and subpoenaing the 'Apprentice' tapes.

Harth is not alone. Mindy McGillivray, who claims Trump groped her, says she also has a lawyer and she wants in the worst way to take his depo.

2:30 PM PT -- We have received the following statement from Michael Jackson's estate attorney:

"This is yet another attempt to hit the lottery by suing the Estate of Michael Jackson more than seven years after Michael’s death and close to 30 years after these incidents supposedly occurred. We believe this claim was created from whole cloth and is without any merit. It’s also no coincidence that this woman is represented by the same attorneys involved in two other frivolous claims against the Estate."

Michael Jackson wrote a bunch of checks totaling over $900,000 to cover up child sex abuse allegations from a then 12-year-old girl, but now she's suing 30 years later.

The woman filed the lawsuit as a Jane Doe, saying Michael started abusing her in 1986 when she and her mother had stopped by his Hayvenhurst home as sightseers. She says Michael invited them into the house to see his "candy area." She claims Michael fondled her genitals and gave her "movie kisses" ... tongue kissing her mouth and body. She also alleges there was vaginal penetration.

According to the docs, the abuse continued through puberty. When she was 16, she says Michael started writing checks to keep her quiet.

She says the first was for $2,500, and the biggest one came in 1993 for $600k. All told she says she got more than $900k over 3 years -- and the docs she filed include copies of checks and stubs showing the payments.

We've reached out to the MJ Estate ... so far, no comment.

Stevie J and his old Bad Boy pal, Mase, were supposed to headline a nightclub after-party ... but bailed out ... and the promoter thinks Stevie was part of a plot to rip him off.

Promoter Albere Correa fired off a letter to Stevie, and 3 guys he believes have close ties to Stevie ... demanding they fork over $20k for allegedly scamming him. In the letter, Correa claims he paid through the nose to book Stevie, Mase and Lil' Kim.

Correa says he shelled out around $30k to a guy claiming to be Stevie's manager, but as they got closer to the September gig ... he realized he'd been paying a guy who couldn't deliver. As Correa expected ... Stevie and Mase were no-shows at the party. He says Kim was there, but only because Correa booked her on his own.

He's not letting Stevie J off the hook, and is threatening to sue him, and his alleged cohorts, if they don't pay up the $20k.

DeMarcus Ware is on the hunt to tackle the criminals who burglarized his house during the Broncos' MNF game ... and at least part of the break-in was caught on camera ... TMZ Sports has learned.

After the Broncos whooped Brock Osweiler and the Texans Monday night, D-Ware tweeted that his house was broken into during the game.

A rep for Ware tells TMZ Sports that the Pro-Bowler has surveillance cameras on his property ... and that footage will be handed over to the cops to provide the "best possible investigation."

Ware's rep says no one from D.W.'s family was home at the time of the break-in.

"His material and earned possessions mean nothing in comparison to the safety of him and his family. Multiple and extreme measures have been taken to ensure justice is served."

We reached out to Denver police ... who confirmed there is an active investigation ongoing.

Justin Timberlake could go to jail for 30 days for taking a selfie in a voting booth.

JT posted a pic of himself back home Monday at the polling place. Problem is ... Tennessee law prohibits voters from taking pics or recording conversations in the sacred rooms. Violators can be slapped with a 30 day jail sentence and a $50 fine.

A rep from the Shelby County D.A.'s Office tells us, the Timberlake case is "under review."

The law was passed last year, but we're told so far no one has been prosecuted.

An official from the election's board where Justin voted is clearly against prosecution, telling us he should be commended, not prosecuted, for inspiring people to get out and vote.

Kendall Jenner's feeling pretty safe ... despite the fact her alleged stalker skated on the charge.

Shavaughn McKenzie was found not guilty of stalking Monday but guilty of trespassing. TMZ broke the story ... McKenzie was arrested at Kendall's home after following her up the driveway, and it wasn't his first time tailing her.

Kendall's lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells us her client has as much protection as possible ... Holley went to court recently and got a 5 year restraining order and the judge said she could come back and have it extended for another 5 years. So if he crosses the line, he'll be arrested pronto.

McKenzie is still in jail, where he'll sit until his release on November 10th. Law enforcement sources say he has mental issues and his mother plans to take him back home to Virginia.

We're also told cops will patrol Kendall's home and monitor Shavaughn's whereabouts ... if he stays in town.

More trouble for ex-NFL superstar Greg Hardy -- who allegedly blew off car payments for his Ferrari and his Bentley ... and now he's being sued for more than $200,000!

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports, Hardy leased a white 2013 Bentley GT Speed (reportedly valued around $240k) back in 2014 from Second City Leasing.

A year later, he leased a white 2012 Ferrari California (reportedly valued around $200k) from the same company.

Problem is, Second City Leasing says Hardy stopped paying both leases in June 2016 -- violating the terms of the leases. The company now wants Hardy to pay for the remaining amounts owed for each car.

In total, Second City is demanding $200,736.82 -- plus interest.

Britney Spears is entangled in a raging dispute over the Bumble dating service ... TMZ has learned.

Britney's lawyer fired off a threatening letter to Adam Kluger, claiming he went behind Britney's back and negotiated with Bumble to fund her new music video.

According to the letter, obtained by TMZ, Kluger allegedly told Bumble he had authority to rep Britney for an $800,000 deal that would put the Bumble name all over her new vid. The lawyer says Bumble agreed and gave Kluger $200k up-front. Kluger then made a deal with Britney's label, RCA, to pay them $450,000 for the Bumble product placement promotion.

Britney's people say what Kluger did is fraudulent, because he never repped Britney. They also say his $350k fee -- more than 43% of the deal -- is ridiculous and way above what agents charge.

Kluger tells us he never told Bumble he repped Britney. He says his company is a creative agency that puts people and companies together, which is exactly what he did here. He also said his company has worked with Britney before on projects involving Orange Theory and Plenty of Fish.

Kluger also says he's on the Forbes List of the 30 Most Influential People in Music Under the Age of 30. Kluger's lawyer tells us, "We are going to defend the sterling reputation of The Kluger Agency in court as necessary. The allegations are false. The Kluger Agency has done nothing wrong."

Kendall Jenner can only breathe a very small sigh of relief ... the man accused of following her up her driveway has been convicted of trespassing -- but got off on the stalking charge.

Shavaughn McKenzie's verdict just came in ... and the partial verdict is troublesome to the famous Kardashian.

Here's the problem ... McKenzie will almost certainly get probation for trespassing ... the less serious of the 2 charges. And, he seems obsessed with Kendall.

Ex-NFL running back Montee Ball has plead guilty to charges stemming from an April incident in which he got boozed up at a Wisconsin bar and then resisted arrest when cops tried to take him into custody.

Remember, Ball was out on bail back in April from his domestic violence case (he attacked an ex-GF in 2014) and one of the terms was to NOT booze or be in a place where they serve booze.

When cops found him at the 841 Brewhouse bar on April 9th -- they tried to take him into custody and he resisted.

Now, we've learned Ball struck a deal with prosecutors in which he plead guilty to 2 counts of "bail jumping" and one count of resisting arrest ... all misdemeanors.

So, what does it mean for Ball? He could face up to 9 months in jail for each count -- sentencing is scheduled for December.

Good news for Terrell Suggs ... prosecutors have dropped the criminal charges against the Baltimore Ravens star stemming from his March car crash -- and all he has to do is go back to school.

We broke the story ... Suggs was arrested in Scottsdale on March 4th after crashing his BMW into a wall and allegedly leaving the scene (which Suggs denied). He was later charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to control speed to avoid a collision.

Now, court officials confirm the suspended license & failure to notify when striking a fixture charges have been dropped.

As for the speeding charge, that will be dismissed if he completes a defensive driving class by February 27th.

Dr. Dre hired a hitman to off Suge Knight, and it's all over Beats By Dre ... so claims Suge in a new lawsuit.

Suge says he had a lifetime management deal with Dre, which entitled him to a 30% cut of Dre's entertainment earnings. When Beats came along, Suge alleges Dre tried to cut him out, in part because Apple -- which bought Beats from Dre -- didn't want its brand associated with Suge.

Dre's solution, according to the lawsuit, was to hire a hitman to kill Suge at 1 OAK during the 2014 VMAs weekend. Suge was shot 7 times in the abdomen but recovered.

The suit claims the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. questioned a man named T-Money about the shooting, and he told investigators he was paid by Dre to kill Suge. Suge says, despite 37 cameras in 1 OAK, no arrests were made.

Fast-forward to January, 2015, when Suge drove to Tam's Burgers in Compton. The suit claims Dre and Universal -- which produced "Straight Outta Compton" -- paid Cle "Bone" Sloan $300,000, insinuating he would take care of the Suge problem.

As we first reported, Suge struck Sloan with his truck, seriously injuring him. Suge also ran over Terry Carter and killed him, but Suge says it was an accident and he was trying to escape an ambush.

Suge is suing Dre, Apple, Universal and Tam's for unspecified damages. Among his damages -- 30% of Dre's take from the Beats sale. Dre got $1 billion, so Suge wants around $300 million.

Subway knew Jared Fogle was a pedophile more than a decade before he was arrested ... so claims his ex-wife in a new lawsuit.

Kathleen McLaughlin says in new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- back in 2004, a senior exec at Subway received a complaint that Fogle had approached a young girl at a Vegas promotional event and solicited a sex act.

The lawsuit claims the company received at least 2 other complaints over the years.

As for why Kathleen is suing ... she says Subway made a decision in 2015 to market Jared as a family man, using her and their 2 children's likenesses in an animated commercial ... knowing that there was a cloud over him.

Kathleen claims she never authorized the use of their likenesses in the ad -- which aired 2,309 times -- and it has caused her and the kids great damage.

She also says had Subway reported Jared back in 2004, she never would have tied the knot in 2010.

A rep for Subway says they "cannot provide comment."

Gilbert Arenas' infamous $111 MILLION contract with the Washington Wizards is finally about to expire ... and Gilbert says he will be so poor, he won't be able to afford private school for his kids.

Gilbert signed the 6-year guaranteed contract back in 2008 -- but according to new court filings in his family law case, obtained by TMZ Sports, Arenas will get his last installment on October 31st (the contract was paid out over 8 years).

It was good while it lasted ... and Gilbert knew it when he spoke to our photog about the contract in 2013.

The problem, Arenas says ... is now that he's no longer getting NBA checks, he'll only earn $169,895 per year in investment income ... not enough to live the BALLER lifestyle he's used to.

So, Arenas says he has to make some serious cuts -- and one of the items on the chopping block is the private school where he sends his kids ... which runs $91,600 per year.

"I anticipate that the children will need to transfer to public schools in 2017 and beyond."

For the record, Arenas reportedly made more than $160 MILLION during his NBA career ... not including tens of millions in endorsements.

Azealia Banks and Russell Crowe are back to square one -- he said, she said -- because we've learned the surveillance cameras at the Bev Hills Hotel missed the entire confrontation.

Law enforcement sources tell us they've combed through security footage from the hotel, where Azealia claims Russell choked her, called her the n-word and spit on her in the hallway. She told us the video would show him spitting and maybe more.

There are lots of cameras at the hotel capturing what happens in public areas, but not where the confrontation went down.

Azealia filed a battery report against Russell and she actually got an assist from RZA, who was one of the guests in the hotel suite where the party went down. Although he says Azealia was drunk and out of control, he said on "TMZ Live" Russell did indeed spit at her.

The reality is ... Russell will not get in trouble for 2 reasons. First, Azealia doesn't want to press charges against him, and second, the eyewitnesses in the room say she instigated the whole thing by threatening to cut people with glass, and Russell was just trying to restrain her.
