Katherine Jackson -- or someone claiming to be Katherine Jackson -- has doubled down in the family war, claiming again Michael's cousin, Trent, has been stealing from and bullying the matriarch.

Katherine has been MIA for months after allegedly leveling claims Trent has pilfered $40k out of her bank account and manipulated her into buying him a Cadillac. She's also claimed elder abuse.

Trent has said it's all BS ... that Katherine isn't really driving this, but rather it's Jermaine and some of her other kids in order to get control of MJ's Estate.

In the new declaration -- obtained by TMZ -- Katherine says she's in London because she's scared to come home for fear Trent will now seek revenge on her. She says she's now filled with stress and anxiety, and she's now taking new meds to cope.

Katherine also says she's had meeting with social workers from Adult Protective Services and they will vouch for the authenticity of her claims.

1:26 PM PT -- We've now obtained the police report, which says Erica told the state trooper -- after being pulled over for speeding -- she had taken 3 shots of Grand Marnier. When asked to perform a field sobriety test Erica refused. According to the report, the trooper ordered her not to drive and call a friend to pick her up. Instead, she fled and was ultimately arrested.

Former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Erica Dixon was damn near yanked out of her car by cops after she allegedly fled the scene of a traffic stop.

The video starts with a street scene, where Erica had just been pulled over for speeding. She says she accepted the ticket, jumped in her car and started driving, but it's clear cops believe she was still being detained and just started to flee.

You then see a cop car roar up to her car and cops then jump out to confront her.

Erica was enraged, which just ratcheted things up. She was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to a nearby detention center where she was cited and released.

Ex-Baylor football player Tre'Von Armstead has been arrested in Texas for sexual assault 4 years after he was accused of gang raping a woman ... officials say.

Armstead was named in a rape investigation in 2013 ... but Baylor reportedly failed to take action for roughly 2 years. Armstead was eventually dismissed from the team in 2015 for a "violation of team rules."

The 22-year-old has always denied any wrongdoing in the 2013 incident.

But now, McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna says there's "newly discovered evidence" implicating Armstead ... and he was arrested Wednesday for 3 felony counts of sexual assault.

His bail was set at $150k.

It's the SECOND time Armstead has been arrested this month -- as we first reported, he was busted in Vegas for allegedly roughing up a woman and then going berserk on a cop car.

Katt Williams was a violent, cheap boss who once held her captive in a hotel room ... so claims a former assistant and she's now suing him.

Yadira Torres says she's the woman the comedian punched back in July 2016 at Sportsmen's Lodge restaurant in Studio City that landed Katt in jail. Yadira says that was the last straw but adds the abuse started long before that.

In docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Yadira says Katt came up short paying her, verbally abused her and once "restrained" her in a hotel room for 3 hours as "punishment." It's unclear what set Katt off.

She also says Katt once left her stranded for 24 hours at an Atlanta airport with no money to catch a flight back home. She's suing for unspecified damages.

"Cash Me Outside" girl Danielle Bregoli denies her mother beat her down a couple years ago ... and says it was nothing but friendly play fighting.

We got 13-year-old Danielle Wednesday in Bev Hills, and our camera guy asks her straight-up ... what was happening in a leaked video that appears to show Barbara Ann brutalizing her child?

Danielle goes to bat for her mom, saying the clip doesn't accurately portray the events of that day ... adding there haven't been further incidents since.

Speaking of Barbara ... we can't help but notice she's nowhere to be seen here.

BIG WIN for Conor McGregor ... the UFC star got his big $75,000 fine reduced to $25,000 for that water bottle fight with Nate Diaz at the UFC 202 presser.

Remember, the Nevada State Athletic Commission hit McGregor with the massive fine -- plus 50 hours of community service. Conor was PISSED!!! So was Dana White.

But the Commission granted McGregor a rehearing which took place moments ago ... and agreed to REDUCE the punishment to a $25k fine plus 25 hours of community service, per Damon Martin of FOX Sports. He has 6 months to complete the community service.

Danielle Bregoli, aka the "Cash Me Outside" girl, is being accused of unleashing a can of whoop ass on a 27-year-old Florida woman ... but it's her mom who's being sued for the beatdown.

Bregoli's mom, Barbara Ann, is named in the lawsuit ... Danielle is only 13. The woman, named Kimberly Peterson, claims she and Danielle got into a verbal altercation on Feb. 26 in Lake Worth, Fla. that escalated into a full-blown assault.

In the suit, first reported by The Palm Beach Post, Peterson claims she had food hurled at her, and was repeatedly punched and battered by the viral sensation and "those directed by Bregoli" to the point she violently fell to the ground. Peterson says she suffered serious bodily injury as a result.

According to Danielle's reps ... there's video of the altercation and it shows there wasn't any physical altercation between the two. They say it's "another attempt to get a dollar from someone that’s making them."

El Chapo could compromise hundreds, possibly thousands of federal drug investigations with a well-placed mole on his legal team ... that's the fear of federal officials.

We've learned Chapo's legal team will become privy to thousands of sensitive DEA documents that chronicle his activities in the international drug trade. The worry ... that the lawyers Chapo hires will use the info to warn other drug kingpins of the DEA's moves, compromising the investigations.

Prosecutors went to court and asked the federal judge in Brooklyn who is presiding over Chapo's drug trafficking case to allow them to screen every potential foreign lawyer on Chapo's legal team to make sure they're on the up-and-up.

The judge issued an order, obtained by TMZ, in which he allowed them to appoint a specific lawyer to do the screening.

Turns out, there's even a special name for this type of lawyer -- a "firewall attorney." It's someone who works in the U.S. Attorney's Office but is not involved in the Chapo case. It does raise questions ... they're all in the same office, after all. Nonetheless, the judge approved it.

If the firewall attorney thinks one or more of Chapo's lawyers are shady, a recommendation will go to the judge who could prevent the lawyer from joining the defense team.

Keshia Knight Pulliam's ex wants joint custody of their baby girl and has a bunch of people vouching for him ... including his ex-wife.

It appears from legal docs Keshia doesn't want Ed Hartwell near their 2-month-old daughter. She claims he plotted to trigger a miscarriage during her pregnancy, something he denied.

Hartwell just filed new docs in the divorce case, asking for joint custody of Ella Grace.

He submitted a letter from "RHOA" star Lisa Wu -- his ex wife -- singing his praises as a great dad and community man. Lisa says, "I am never worried about my child when he is with his dad, I know his dad will do everything within his power to love, protect and provide for EJ while he is not with me."

Lisa goes on, "I am positive that [Hartwell] will put his daughter's best interest first as he has shown with my children."

Ed says in the docs he's more than willing to pay child support.

Paul Wall and Baby Bash just caught a huge break in their drug case -- a grand jury cut 'em loose.

The panel declined to indict the Houston rappers Tuesday, citing insufficient evidence to convict them in the December drug bust. Paul celebrated his victory with a cigar (weed-free, we think), and told us why he was always confident his attorney would save his ass.

We broke the story ... Paul and Baby were arrested in an undercover raid while attending a weed party in Houston. They'd been booked for possession of marijuana and intent to sell, both felonies in Texas. It appeared the case was moving forward a few months ago when the artists told a judge they would test positive for THC.

Wyclef Jean fit the description of an armed robber, and the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. says they did nothing wrong when the artist was cuffed and put in the back of a patrol car.

The Sheriff's Dept. just explained why they took the action they did, starting with the fact that they had an armed robber on the loose who was a passenger in an old gold or tan Toyota or Honda sedan. The suspect was black and was wearing a red or grey bandana around his neck.

The Dept. goes on to say they spotted Wyclef a few blocks from the crime scene in the passenger seat of a tan Toyota. He was wearing a red and blue bandana.

After the car was stopped, Wyclef and another occupant immediately hopped out of the car. Deputies say Wyclef started to walk toward the trunk of the car to get his things, despite deputies telling him not to approach the trunk. The Sheriff adds he was ordered several times not to place his hands near his waistband or pockets, but he did anyway.

The Sheriff concludes, "Due to the violent nature of the call (armed robbery) the similarity of the suspect vehicle to Mr. Jean's vehicle ... and Mr. Jean's furtive movements and demeanor, he was handcuffed." The Sheriff explains he was placed in the backseat of a patrol car for security reasons.

The Sheriff says it was a "lawful detention" and "reasonable" as well. And, 6 minutes after being cuffed, when deputies determined Wyclef wasn't the culprit, he was released.

The Sheriff does say, they are "apologetic for any inconvenience this process caused Mr. Jean."

By the way, the actual robber was caught a short time later.

1:55 PM PT -- Wyclef Jean has just issued a statement:

“I was asked by the police to put my hands up. Then I was told, ‘Do not move.’ I was instantly hand cuffed before being asked to identify myself and before being told why. In the process I said my name and told them they have wrong person. They proceeded to ignore me and I was treated like a criminal. I am sure no father wants his sons or daughters to see him in Handcuffs especially if he is innocent. As someone who has law enforcers in my family, I was appalled by the behavior of the LAPD.”

Wyclef's spokesperson, Melanie Bonvicino, says her client was "subject to police brutality, racial profiling, police bias and the ongoing discriminatory practices of law enforcement ..." She says he's demanding a full investigation.

Jay Mohr just filed new docs alleging his estranged wife's drug problem makes her an unfit parent, so he wants sole physical custody of their son.

Jay's docs paint a dangerous picture of estranged wife Nikki Cox. He says their 5-year-old son is regressing in ways we will not describe in this post.

Jay says Nikki has done things that have put the boy at risk, including giving him a double dose of flu medicine that caused the boy to vomit in his sleep.

He says Nikki does not set boundaries, letting the child watch cartoons and eat candy at 2 AM.

Jay says Nikki abuses drugs to the point she sometimes doesn't leave her room for days at a time, and he says she's threatened to take her life on at least 2 occasions.

And there's this ... Jay says in January, Nikki told him she thought she was pregnant, but he says it couldn't be his because he's azoospermic.

Minutes after Wyclef Jean was pulled over and mistaken for an armed robbery suspect ... the ACTUAL suspect was busted a few blocks away, and we just got dramatic video of the arrest.

As we told you ... the Fugees rapper was detained in handcuffs for about 6 minutes early Tuesday morning. L.A. County Sheriff's deputies said he matched the suspect description, and the vehicle descriptions also matched.

The real guy was arrested at gunpoint.

Wyclef was so pissed during his pullover, he promised to sue cops. Although he says "LAPD" in the video, it was the Sheriff's Dept.

The Mexican Attorney General's Office has released the photos of the uniforms.

You can see the grass stains from the SB 49 jersey -- when the Patriots defeated the Seahawks at University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona.

The jerseys were allegedly jacked by Mauricio Ortega -- who was a credentialed member of the international media when he went into the Patriots locker room and swiped the #12 unis.

Cops arrested 2 men for the murder involving Kim DePaola's car and 2 friends of her son ... and TMZ has learned family members believe it was all a setup revenge killing.

Paterson, NJ cops took two men -- Clarence Williams and Gerry Thomas -- into custody for the Friday killings. As we reported ... two friends of Kim's son, Chris, were driving his car when they were shot execution style and burned.

The victims have now been ID'd as 27-year-old Aaron Anderson and 25-year-old Antonio Vega.

Sources connected to their families tell us Aaron and Antonio were driving around with a third person in the backseat when they stopped at a gas station to smoke. We're told the families believe that third person set up Aaron and Antonio, directing them to that lot where the shootings went down.

Family sources tell us the suspects shot them first and came back later to ignite the car. They believe this was revenge against Aaron, and Antonio was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

We're told both Aaron and Antonio have young children -- in fact, Antonio has another on the way.

Williams and Thomas have been charged with murder and arson.

Wyclef Jean blasted cops in L.A. for slapping the cuffs on him overnight, thinking he was an armed robbery suspect.

Wyclef and 2 female passengers, one of them his manager, were pulled over by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies around 1:30 AM in West Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us his vehicle matched the description of a car used in an armed robbery right around the same time, in the same neighborhood -- and Wyclef was wearing a red bandana ... also matching the suspect description.

As for how he ended up in handcuffs -- we're told one of the women got out of the vehicle abruptly, and while talking to deputies ... Wyclef reached toward his waistband. Deputies put on the cuffs for about 6 minutes while they sorted this out.

One of Wyclef's passengers shot video of him blasting LAPD (it was really the Sheriff's Dept.) for detaining him. We're told 'Clef and his passengers were released once deputies realized there were no women with the real suspect.

As it turns out, that suspect was apprehended around the same time.
