Soulja Boy caught a break in his felony gun case ... he won't do any more jail time but he has to stay clear of firearms, toy guns included.

Soulja was facing felony possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm ... this after cops found firearms at his home in December. He pled not guilty but just pled no contest.

Under the deal, he got 5 years probation and he'll do 240 days of community labor. He's not allowed to threaten anyone or possess any deadly weapons, not even replica or toy gun.

He will be allowed to travel outside the country for work, as long as he clears it in advance with his probation officer.

In-N-Out Burger claims a barbershop ripped off its famous name -- that's what this lawwwwwsuit's all about!

In.N.Out Barbershop in Puerto Rico is accused of jacking the burger chain's name and ignoring demands to take it down. INO Burger says it even accommodated the barbershop's request for a Spanish translation of the cease and desist letter ... but it led nowhere.

According to the docs ... In-N-Out sent the place a second threatening letter in January and never heard back. They claim the barbershop is benefiting off their name and confusing consumers ... and want all profits and damages from the infringement.

It's unclear what a barber shop customer expected by entering the establishment ... other than a haircut.

On the bright side -- In.N.Out isn't accused of stealing the famous arrow logo ... or the theme song.

Mel B's longtime makeup artist says he's been in on Mel B's secret for years ... because she's confided in him that Stephen Belafonte caused many of her injuries he covered up with makeup.

We've learned the makeup artist has contacted Mel B's lawyers and offered to write a sworn declaration detailing what he's seen and heard over many years.

He says he frequently had to cover up Mel B's facial and body bruises. He says she would confide in him but lie to others on set about the injuries. And, he says, Belafonte knew Mel B talked to the makeup artist, and he says he was threatened numerous times.

The makeup artist says Belafonte would withhold money from him unless he followed orders ... don't say a word about the injuries.

The makeup artist also says he heard Belafonte being "aggressive and verbally abusive" to Mel B and the children, sometimes calling his wife "disgusting and ugly."

He also says Belafonte was extremely controlling, ordering security to keep tabs on Mel B "beyond a level of safety."

Belafonte has denied any physical abuse.

Taylor Swift's Beverly Hills home just got officially designated as a historic landmark, which means she'll be getting a HUGE tax break, but it comes with one big disadvantage ... she can't alter a thing without jumping through hoops.

Taylor will need to get approval from the Beverly Hills Historic Preservation Committee if she wants to build a recording studio on the property ... or anything else for that matter. A rep for the committee tells us it's a complicated process to get the green light for remodeling projects.

Taylor purchased the Samuel L. Goldwyn estate back in 2015 for $25 mil. It was built in 1934 and housed 2 generations of the Goldwyn family before it finally went on the market.

We're told the property's architecture was the driving force in making it landmark worthy, and any remodeling will be super tricky.

There are various criteria for a house to qualify as a Bev Hills landmark, including architecture, and whether a significant person lived there.

Amber Rose is in danger of losing her bid to own the rights of the Ace of Diamonds name, because her request has been shot down ... for now.

Amber's applied to use the name Ace of Diamonds for "entertainment services in the nature of live dance performances" and "gentlemen's clubs featuring exotic dancing." The application just got rejected because it would cause confusion in the marketplace, since an AOD and Ace of Emeralds already exists.

Kinda funny ... the docs cite past trademark rejections as precedent -- Mister Stain is likely to be confused with Mr. Clean in the cleaning products biz, and Tuna O' the Farm is likely to be confused with Chicken of the Sea in canned foods.

Amber has 6 months to reapply with a more compelling argument. Feels like an uphill climb.

The prostitute dubbed the "Harbor Hooker" -- convicted in the killing of a Google executive -- has reportedly been ordered deported back to Canada.

Alix Tichelman completed her jail sentence March 29 but that morning she was handed over to Homeland Security. She pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and administering drugs after injecting Goggle exec Timothy Hayes with heroin aboard his yacht back in 2013.

A judge determined her criminal conviction was enough to boot her from the US of A.

The 30-year-old high-end call girl was born in Canada but has reportedly spent little time there. She grew up in Georgia and had a U.S. green card.

Stephen Belafonte says Mel B blindsided him with allegations of sex tape extortion and out-and-out stealing precious Spice Girls memories ... this according to docs he just filed in their divorce war.

Stephen is strongly insinuating it is Mel B, not him, who is waging a smear campaign. Belafonte says in docs filed Friday, he was on the verge of settling the financial and custody issues, and even agreed to voluntarily stay away from Mel, but then she surprised him with a series of very public allegations in a surprise request for a restraining order, alleging domestic violence and extortion.

As for Mel's claims that Stephen threatened to expose her sex tapes, his lawyers say, "[Mel B] herself put her sexual trysts and the like at issue by alleging that [Belafonte] allegedly videotaped and/or recorded such conduct and forced her to have sexual relations, etc." He also says she's the one who disclosed in her legal docs some of the tapes involved 3-ways.

Belafonte's lawyers also grouse Mel was the primary breadwinner and forced him out of their family home with only one hour to gather his personal belongings, as Mel B watched "the entire charade in an SUV parked outside the residence."

We just got additional documents in the latest Mel B saga, and she claims the nanny Stephen Belafonte got pregnant is still working with him by holding sex tapes over the singer's head for extortion.

TMZ broke the story, Mel B's lawyers Larry Bakman and Susan Wiesner were in court Friday claiming Stephen has been threatening to release the tapes as a means of maintaining control over her ... repeatedly threatening to destroy her reputation and smear her name by making the tapes public.

According to the new docs, Belafonte "would regularly hold up his phone to me and point to a video file and say, 'It's just one click away,' meaning that with one click he could send out a video and my career would be over."

Mel B says she's lived in fear for a decade and it was flat-out extortion.

Now the twist ... Mel B says, "He [Stephen] has admitted to me that our former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, maintains possession and control over the media such that I could never have anyone locate the tapes so as to obtain and destroy the same."

As we reported, Mel B believes some of the tapes, along with 12-15 boxes of her Spice Girls memorabilia as well as photos of her dad, are in a storage locker with the user name, "Lorraine Gilles." But according to the docs, she is deeply involved ... Mel B says the locker is "controlled" by Gilles. She says, "I believe that Lorraine Gilles and [Belafonte] are acting in concert to deprive me of my personal belongings by either destroying or disseminating said belongings."

Mel B says she and her people have repeatedly asked Gilles for the keys and location of the storage facility, but Gilles -- who has since married -- has blown her off.

Tomi Lahren says her personal opinions became the trigger for a vendetta by the folks at TheBlaze where they literally put an X on her dressing room door and launched a public smear campaign against her, and that's why she just filed a lawsuit against her former employer.

The war started when Tomi appeared on "The View" and said she was pro-choice, which made members of the super-conservative website apoplectic.

She says Glenn Beck and company made her life hell, suspending her indefinitely and ultimately firing her.

Tomi has a contract with TheBlaze which lists grounds for termination, and the basis for her termination is not authorized by her deal.

The lawsuit says Beck and his company tried to ruin her career by "a clear attempt to embarrass, humiliate, and undermine [her] reach to her audience on social media and elsewhere."

As we reported, Tomi's been in a dogfight with TheBlaze over her Facebook account, which is 4.2 million strong. Tomi says she, not TheBlaze, owns it.

She goes on, "Beck is known for berating, belittling, and acting in a condescending and heavy-handed way and his treatment of [Tomi], in particular, is a case in point."

She's suing Beck and TheBlaze.

2:57PM PT -- The 49ers just announced they've cut Tramaine Brock.

49ers CB Tramaine Brock was arrested for felony domestic violence near San Francisco ... after he allegedly got physical with a girl he was dating.

Santa Clara police say they responded to a report of domestic violence on Thursday night at 9:35 PM. When they arrived, cops say they made contact with a woman who had visible injuries.

Officials tell TMZ Sports that Brock was NOT on the scene when they arrived ... but later went to the station to talk to cops. He was then booked for felony domestic violence.

Cops say the woman's injuries were minor, and she did not require medical attention.

Brock, 28 -- one of the best players on the 49ers defense -- was taken to Santa Clara County Jail. A judge has not yet set bail.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is in a heap of trouble, because the feds have added new criminal charges against him, alleging he tried to screw Uncle Sam out of millions of dollars.

The U.S. Attorney in New Jersey just added tax evasion, structuring and falsifying records to avoid detection of assets. Specifically, the U.S. Attorney says Mike and his brother, who also faces criminal charges, illegally concealed some of the $8.9 mil Mike made between 2010 and 2012.

They say he filed false income tax returns and made fraudulent deductions.

He was originally charged with other tax offenses. He faces decades in prison if convicted.

Mel B's lawyers just got a judge to reinforce a court that Stephen Belafonte is prohibited from distributing sex tapes, photographs or other sexually explicit material of the former Spice Girl.

Lawyers for both sides were in court Friday morning dealing with the sex tapes. Sources connected to Mel B tell TMZ, Belafonte repeatedly threatened multiple times to release sex tapes of her, just before she went to court to get a restraining order against him.

Now this is even crazier. One of the issues raised Friday was that Mel B's lawyers say after Mel B filed for divorce last month and left the family house, Belafonte took 12 to 15 boxes from the garage containing all of the photos of her recently deceased father, along with all of her Spice Girls memorabilia and put it in a storage locker somewhere in L.A.

We're told Mel B and her lawyers Larry Bakman and Susan Wiesner have repeatedly asked him to return the photos but he didn't respond. They also asked him to tell them the location of the locker, but again, no response.

Now get this. Mel B found out Stephen has been paying for the storage locker with her money since 2009. She contacted her accountant and found a recent bill for the facility and it identifies the user name on the locker ... LORRAINE GILLES!!! That's the former nanny whom Mel B alleges had an affair with Belafonte while they were married. She also says he got her pregnant but convinced her to have an abortion.

Mel B's lawyers asked the judge to force Belafonte to give them the address of the Public Storage in question and the required passwords for entry, but the judge has not ruled on the request.

Chris Brown and Lil Wayne are now reportedly targets of a federal drug investigation involving thousands of dollars of narcotics, including lean.

The probe was triggered by a criminal drug trial involving Miami music producer Harrison Garcia who allegedly sent texts to people acknowledging and even bragging he sold drugs to the 2 rappers.

Garcia exchanged texts with an underling to deliver drugs to Wayne, saying, "I'll shoot u some trees (pot)." Garcia responded, "It's for Wayne."

In another text, Gracia sent a screenshot of a $15,000 bank deposit from Chris Brown, saying, "Look who put money my account." The woman said, "What that for LOL" and he responded with with a couple of smiley faces with the message, "Drugs ... lean and sh*t" ... this according to the Miami Herald.

A federal agent testified Garcia also told cops he sold Wayne narcotics ... "a lot of narcotics."

Garcia often poses on social media next to exotic cars, bling, expensive sneakers, stacks of cash and guns ... and has been photographed with CB and Weezy.

The feds believe he used the drug money to buy those toys.

Bobby Shmurda has just been sentenced to 4 years in prison for having a shank, but the good news for him ... it doesn't mean extra time behind bars.

The rapper -- who is already serving 7 years for his murder conspiracy conviction -- appeared in court with attorney Paul London Friday and pled guilty to the crime of attempted promoting prison contraband.

The new sentence runs concurrently ... meaning it won't be tacked on to his 7 year sentence.

Mel B has made a major change to her divorce petition ... she does not want to share joint custody with Stephen Belafonte for 2 reasons ... a domestic violence conviction, and a gun.

TMZ broke the story ... when Mel B filed for divorce last month she said she wanted joint legal and physical custody. Sources connected with Mel tell TMZ at the time she had no idea Stephen had a conviction for domestic violence involving another baby mama. She also didn't know the conviction prohibited him to possess a gun.

As we reported, Mel knew he had a gun and was not happy about it, especially since she alleges he repeatedly committed domestic violence against her. But we're told after recently finding out the gun was illegal to possess, she decided to change her custody strategy.

We're told Mel, who just got a temporary restraining order which prohibits Belafonte from having any contact with her 3 children, will go back to court and make the restraining order permanent.

Our sources also say in the divorce case, she does not want Stephen to have any contact with 2 of her kids, one of whom is 10-year-old Angel, whose dad is Eddie Murphy, and 18-year-old Phoenix -- a child from another marriage.

We're told Mel might ultimately be ok with giving Belafonte monitored visits with their child, 5-year-old Madison, but not now.

Belafonte has asked for joint legal and physical custody of Madison.

Sean Kingston bought a $46k Rolex, but bounced the check to the jeweler and still owes almost half the bill ... according to a new lawsuit.

Norman Silverman Diamonds says the rapper paid $10k upfront and sent a check for $36k a few days later to have the Rollie shipped to one of his biz associates in June 2013. After the watch was mailed, though ... the jeweler says the check did not clear.

According to the docs obtained by TMZ, the jeweler was able to collect $15k more from Kingston in September 2013, but since then he's gone radio silent ... leaving an unpaid balance of $21,353.

It's been nearly 4 years, but time has not healed this Rolex wound. Silverman wants the rapper to pay up now and throw in extra dough for damages and lawyer fees.

Hate to say it, but Silverman might need to take a number.
