Kris Jenner won't have to worry about an obsessed ex-security guard for a while ... he's been ordered to keep his distance for 3 years.

The judge signed off Wednesday morning on a permanent restraining order against Joshua Jacobs ... who was arrested for felony stalking at Kris' house earlier this month. As we reported, it was the third time he'd been busted trying to get to the house.

Kris immediately got a temporary restraining order, but today's ruling extends that protection for herself and her family. Jacobs remains in custody.

Jenner was not in court, but her attorney, Shawn Holley, tells us, "The Jenner and Kardashian families take safety very seriously, and will vigorously pursue all remedies available to them, both in criminal and civil court, to ensure they are protected."

1:25 PM PT -- The 12th juror's been selected, and she's a black woman. Full jury breakdown now is 7 white men, 3 white women, 2 black women. No Latinos or Asians.

Bill Cosby's fate will be decided by a jury that is almost entirely white, and his attorneys are already crying foul.

Cosby, his lawyers and prosecutors are back in a Pittsburgh court Wednesday to complete jury selection, but 11 have already been seated and only one of them is black. Cosby's team is accusing the prosecution of "systematic exclusion" of black jurors, but the judge is shooting down the argument ... for now.

He said he'll consider it if the defense presents some stats to back up the racism claim.

Chuck D's getting screwed by a deal that's shutting down his effort to tell Public Enemy's story ... so he claims in a new lawsuit.

The legendary rapper's suing Alt House Productions because he says he agreed to let the fledgling company to produce a documentary about Spectrum City ... the group that eventually became Public Enemy. Chuck says the deal did NOT give the company exclusive rights to his story or Public Enemy's.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Chuck admits signing an amendment to the deal which had a clause about his "life story," but says he didn't have a lawyer present, and had no clue what he was signing.

Chuck says another production company wants to tell Public Enemy's story, but the deal with Alt is mucking it up. He's suing to block Alt from locking up rights to his or his legendary group's story.

Translation: Chuck's fighting the power. Or, put another way ...

Meek Mill's murderous lyrics attracted a bunch of thugs which led to a hail of bullets that killed 2 men ... at least according to one of the victim's families.

The family of 31-year-old Travis Ward -- along with another man injured at the concert -- says the rapper's appearance at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT drew a violent crowd. It also says the venue allowed "thugs" to remain on the premises to incite violence after the concert.

As we reported ... 4 people were shot in December outside Meek's show. Travis' family says the Oakdale, which is also being sued, should have taken Meek's lyrics as a warning.

The lawsuit quotes Meek's track, "Tony Montana (Freestyle)" ... "AK-47 picture perfect like a camera ... What's your body count n****? I'm double digits."

The family's suing for unspecified damages.

We've reached out to Meek, so far no word back.

Karrueche Tran didn't get what she was gunning for in court Tuesday, because the judge expected flesh and blood to testify against Chris Brown, not a voice over the phone.

TMZ broke the story, Karrueche planned to get on the horn with the judge rather than appear in person, because she's shooting a TV show in New Orleans. She was expected to take the judge through what she claims are a series of death threats and violent encounters at the hands of Chris.

The judge wasn't having it, saying in order to get a permanent restraining order against Brown she had to either appear in person or give 12 days notice before the hearing that she would appear via phone.

The case was continued so Karrueche could file the proper paperwork.

As for Chris, he was also a no-show. His lawyer claims he was never served with legal docs, despite video which seems to show otherwise.

Sinbad thinks a D.C. bar serving a cocktail that mocks the Bill Cosby case is the exact opposite of funny ... in fact, it's just wrong.

We got the comedian Monday at LAX and asked him about the bar -- called Diet Starts Monday -- pouring a "Pill Cosby" ... complete with empty pill capsules.

Sinbad doesn't mince words here -- he says it's not a joke, and his stance has nothing to do with defending Cosby's name.

His point is ... bars should leave the edgy comedy to the pros.

Chris Brown's lawyers will have a steep mountain to climb Tuesday when they essentially tell a judge, "Who you gonna believe, us or your lying eyes?"

We're told Chris will not appear in the hearing where Karrueche is gunning for a permanent restraining order against Brown, whom she claims has threatened to shoot and kill her, in addition to brutalizing her on several occasions.

Karrueche got a TRO, which is about to expire, and she was required to serve Chris with the petition for a permanent order ... something he dodged until a process server handed him the papers earlier this month as he was leaving his birthday party in Houston.

Big problem for Chris ... the service is on video, and the judge will see it in the courtroom.

We're also told Karrueche will not appear in person ... she'll testify on the phone, because she's shooting a TV show in New Orleans.

Moby's weekend took a turn for the worse when his obsessed fan -- who's already been ordered to stay the hell away from him -- allegedly showed up at his home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Moby was home Saturday around 11 AM when security reviewed surveillance video and spotted Kelly Lord outside his Hollywood Hills crib. She's the woman against whom Moby has a restraining order, after causing a bizarre scene in December -- asking about condoms and killing spiders in his bushes.

We're told she didn't get on the property this time around but she violated the stay away order nonetheless. Cops were called but security says Kelly skedaddled before they showed up.

Tracking down Future's money is like trying to find a "magician in a room of smoke and mirrors" ... so claims Rocko, who wants a judge to help him secure the rapper's financials.

Rocko filed new court docs last week in his lawsuit against Future, asking a judge to force Future's camp to stop stonewalling over his demand for financial records.

Rocko says Future's lawyers at Epic Records have been offering boilerplate answers and legal mumbo jumbo as to why they can't give Rocko the docs. He's says Future's hurting any chance of settlement. Rocko's suit claims he discovered Future, was promised a cut of profits and then was kicked to the curb.

You'll recall ... Rocko also wants a judge to set up a court controlled account to hold cash Future makes from his Nobody Safe Tour that's already underway.

The guys suing Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Suge Knight and other rappers behind "Ain't No Fun (If The Homies Can't Have None)" are 24 years too late.

A California court dismissed the lawsuit brought by 2 L.A. rappers who claimed Snoop and co. stole the hook to 'Ain't No Fun' way back in the early '90s.

According to court docs, these fellas had 3 years to file a lawsuit ... 3 years from 1993.

We broke the story ... the 2 rappers sued Snoop and his Death Row Records crew last year for using their original hook to the rap hit without living up to their end of the alleged bargain ... getting the dudes a record deal and promoting their careers.

Cris "Cyborg" Justino was cited for battery for punching UFC fighter Angela Magana in the face at a UFC fighter retreat in Las Vegas this weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the Las Vegas Metro Police narrative, Magana says Cyborg punched the left side of her face after the two fighters got into a verbal argument. Police say they reviewed surveillance video that showed Cyborg throwing a punch, hitting Magana in the face once.

According to officials, witnesses jumped in and broke up the fight.

Cops say Magana -- a 33 year old UFC strawweight -- transported herself to the hospital and was treated. According to the narrative, a doctor at the hospital diagnosed A.M. with an "acute head injury, cervical strain, and laceration of the lip."

She returned to her hotel room and called cops.

Magana told police the fight sparked over comments that were made on social media.

Since the incident, A.M. has gone on a Twitter rampage against Cyborg ... "I was the victim of roid rage today. Hope it was worth your job. Sue happy lawyers hitting me up left and right now #Cyborg"

Cops say they also spoke with UFC fighter Bec Rawlings ... who verified Angela's story.

Police made contact with Cyborg, but she did not want to give her side of the story. She was cited for battery and will have to appear in court.

The new Lifetime and Netflix movies about Michael Jackson and his pet monkey, Bubbles, won't feature any of MJ's music if they know what's good for them.

Sources close to Michael Jackson's estate tell TMZ the new flicks, 'Searching for Neverland' and the recently announced animated feature, "Bubbles," are not authorized -- therefore, they're not allowed to use ANY of Michael's materials ... especially his music.

We're told MJ's estate is holding off on legal action for now, but if they hear anything like, oh let's say "Billie Jean," "Thriller," "Beat It," "Rock with You," "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" or any of his hits ... they'll round up the lawyers.

The reason they're not heading to court now? The estate reps haven't seen the movies. 'Searching for Neverland' drops next week, though, so things could change by Monday.

Here's the real question ... can a movie about Michael Jackson even exist without his music, his videos or his pictures? We think not. Soooo, good luck with that, guys.

Scott Disick's home was almost certainly broken into by someone who knew him and knew the property ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ -- not that Scott seems the least bit concerned.

Our sources say it appears Sunday's burglary was an inside job, because the crook or crooks knew exactly where the security cameras were before breaking into the house through a backdoor because they moved the cameras so they could enter undetected. After entering, they opened a bunch of drawers.

Cops also believe the burglars knew full well Scott was out of town, appearing at a gig in Vegas for his birthday. It was heavily advertised beforehand.

Scott was back home by Sunday around 9 AM, hanging with friends and rambling incoherently. Seemed like the party was still going from Vegas, and he was NOT sweating the burglary.

The break-in comes almost a year to the day from the time Scott was hit the first time ... someone broke into his home and stole some super expensive watches. Law enforcement tells us Scott believes he knew who did it but didn't want to rat them out.

NFL superstar Darrelle Revis WILL NOT be punished by the NFL for his February arrest -- a case that was later dropped -- a league spokesman told TMZ Sports.

The Pro Bowl corner was arrested following a street brawl that left 2 men unconscious outside a bar. Revis was charged with aggravated assault and robbery ... before his childhood friend copped to the fight and all charges against Darrelle were dropped.

Even though Revis was cleared legally ... until today, it was unclear if Revis would be punished by the NFL for any role he might've had in the incident.

Adrien Broner will spend the next few days behind bars after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge from 2014.

As we previously reported, the boxer was arrested on April 20 in Kentucky on a warrant stemming from a failure to appear in court for a 2014 disorderly conduct case. While he was getting arrested, Broner told cops he had been shot at earlier that night.

According to Fox19, Broner just appeared in court and pled guilty to the disorderly conduct charge. The judge sentenced him to three days in jail, which he'll start serving immediately.

Michael B. Jordan is in good company ... with some of the biggest names in Hollywood -- unfortunately what they all have in common is being burglary victims.

Law enforcement sources tell us someone broke into Michael's San Fernando Valley pad a few weeks ago, and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and jewelry. We're told the burglar got in after smashing a window.

We're told no one was home at the time and it appears to be a random hit. Sources tell us cops are waiting for Michael to give them a full list of the items taken.

The "Creed" star joins the ever growing list of celebs to fall victim -- Alanis Morissette, Emmy Rossum, Nikki Minaj and Jaime Pressly had their homes jacked in recent months ... and, Scott Disick was just hit early Sunday morning.
